Inside Litwak's Arcade and more specifically the Pac-Man game cabinet; a box of the maze was hosting the book club being attended by Q-Bert, Zangief, M. Bison, Chun-Li, Wreck-It-Ralph and Sonic the Hedgehog. "Okay everyone... Thank you for that session and please be ready to go over Holes by Louis Sachar next week..." M. Bison told them as everyone was getting up on their seats with Sonic being especially being excited about leaving.
"So Ralph... Litwak had gotten the old Wrestlemania cabinet up, running and plugged back in again with a special event hosted to celebrate; do you want to stop by?" Chun-Li asked going up to Ralph but then had a confident look on her face as she showed her biceps. "I am hoping to see about getting into the ring myself!" Chun-Li said hoping to show why she was called the strongest woman in the world of her game.
"Would love to Chun-Li; I missed hanging out with Taker and Bret..." Ralph said as Sonic almost bumped into Q-Bert on his way out causing the orange game character to shout out his swearing symbols speech. Ralph ran to caught up with him everyone behind as Sonic soon was at the entrance to the maze that acted as the entrance/exit to the game cabinet. "Woah Sonic... I know you're fast but you're not usually so quick to get out of the book meeting... You have any plans?" Ralph asked Sonic one of the game heroes who had been the friendliest to Ralph ever since the blue hedgehog had first arrived at the arcade.
"Sorry Ralph but I got a date tonight; found a gal who looks good in blue like your's truly and I have scored front row seats for the big Wrestlemania return event!" Sonic told him apologetically which turned to bragging as he finished what he was saying and the rest of the book club members had arrived to hear him.
"Date? With who?" Zangief asked and their eyes widened and soon came a certain Arabian teenage girl who was one of the princesses who had befriended Vanellope during her trip to the Oh My Disney website and ended up helping to save Ralph himself during that big incident with the virus; Princess Jasmine was her name wearing the casual attire with the '3 wishes' shirt as she kneeled down to Sonic to kiss his forehead and his nose.
"You're on a date with Sonic?" M. Bison asked as the book club members were certainly surprised by this.
"A pretty girl longing to not be cooped up and told what to do which I can relate; plus the spunk and eager to let me show her whole new worlds!" Sonic told the others as she then embraced him to his embarassment.
"He is utterly adorable as well as a brave adventurous free spirit which I dig more than big strong men but don't worry Ralph as I am sure that there will be someone out there for you!" Jasmine answered as Sonic managed to lift her into his arms and then ran off with his famous super speed leaving the others in his dust.
"What do you know... How is it that I end up friends with heroes who fall for taller girls." Ralph asked in amusement as the other book club members smiled happy for the hedgehog even if they do find it odd.
"You think that we should search on the web to see what the people think of the idea of Sonic falling for a human princess?" M. Bison ended up deciding to ask.
I consider Ralph Breaks the Internet a guilty pleasure as while it's not as strong as the first movie, Ralph kind of creepy in being obsessed with his friendship with Vanellope, plot holes and while not evil or malicious about it; Vanellope did went Turbo in the movie permanently while Ralph was vilified in the first movie for just wanting to be a hero for once and had every intention of going back to his own game. Still there were fun and funny moments in the movie and I liked merch that it had. For this I have my favourite video game hero Sonic and favourite Disney princess in a crack ship not to be taken seriously; to be seen like Roger and Jessica Rabbit. Plus I couldn't resist but put in that last line as a joke.
