Chapter 3 the Chunin exams part 1 and 2
In this one week Naruto has learned wind release Vacuum Sphere, he has gotten better at fighting in conjunction with toads, Sakura has gotten a lot physically stronger she can put chakra into her fists making them have a better impact on them, she can go into the first gate but she hasn't mastered it so it takes a great tull on her, shikamaru has learned the shadow Sewing Technique and has been able to better manage his shadows in a fight. In the academy you can see many people yelling at children to get out of the way so they can get through, in the very back you can see a boy with yellow hair, a girl with pink hair, and a boy with black hair that had it up in a pineapple shape
"Jeez what a drag." Shikimaru would say this while walking through the group of people, and Naruot and Sakura would follow closely behind him
"Wait this doesn't make any sense, how is that the 336th floor we just entered?" Naruot would say this while stopping looking at the number
"It's because it's under a genjutsu." Sakura would say this while the other boy would continue to walk after the group would get through the huge group they would her a yell
"HEY… release the genjutsu you have on this door." a boy with a navy blue, short-sleeved shirt with a high collar, white shorts, and white arm warmers, would say this while two other people walking behind him was a woman of average height with light blue eyes and long, platinum blonde hair with bangs framing the right side of her face, and other boy behind him donned a green, short-sleeved haori with a long, white scarf over a light-green shirt with the kanji for food on it . He also wore black shorts, hoop earrings, and bandages around his legs and forearms. His blue forehead protector was styled in a manner that allowed two tufts of hair to poke out at each side, after the group that walked in stopped the argument against the jonin they would be face to face with team 7
"SASUKE KUN!" Sakura would yell this while running and jumping onto Sasuke
"I guess she hasn't learned to stop fangirling over Sasuke." Naruot and Shikimaru would say this while both having a deadpan expression on there faces, after a while the two groups would exchange pleasantries until Naruto went to give Sasuke a hand shake
"Sasuke, I hope you do well in these exams." as he said this Naruto would put out his hand, Saskue would hit his hand away saying he doesn't need luck, as Sasuke did this Naruto would appear in the leaf village but everywhere was destroyed
"W what is this place?!" as he said this he would look up to see himself and Sasuke in the future, both having marks go up on their arms, he would watch how they would fight, after a couple of seconds he would be back to his timeline
"Naruto, are you ok? Sasuke asked you a question." Sakura and everyone would look at Naruto in a confused way
"Yeah sorry I'm just thinking about the exams, what'd you say?" Naruot would say this while having one of his eyes raised
"I want to fight you, Naruto." Sasuke would say this while having a smirk on his face, after he said this Naruto would have a not caring look on his face
"Sorry can't right now we're going to the chunin exams." Naruto would say this while turning away, and walking, Shikimaru would walk besides him
"I thought you would say yes…. Why didn't you?" Shikimaru would look at Naruto being surprised seeing his face had a smirk on it
"It's because we weren't supposed to fight here not yet…. But he's the one I want to fight the most." Naruto would say this while going to open the door before his hand would get grabbed
"So you all decided to participate in the chunin exams huh?" Kakshi would say this while having an eye grin on his face
"KAKASHI!" Team 7 would yell this except Shikimaru just yawning
"Sensei because you're out of the hospital I assume you have returned to active shinobi duties?" Shikimaru would ask this while looking at him
" Hehehe… anyway I wanted to be here to wish you guys the best of luck in your upcoming adventures." Kakashi would say this while having a sweat drop form on the side of his head showing his embarrassment
"(He just ignored my question… The doctors don't know he has left." Shikimaru would say this while walking into the door with Sakura
"sensei…. make sure to watch my upcoming matches, i'm going to win them for you." Naruot would say this while looking to the floor, after a few moments he would feel a hand on his head
"Don't worry Naruto I will." after he said this Naruto would walk in the room seeing many participants, he would see his team talking to a group of other people from his age
"Hey." Naruto would say this to Sasuke, Ino, Choji, Hinata, Kiba, Shino, Lee, TenTen, and Neji this group would be talking with another white haired boy who had onyx eyes and ash-gray hair, which he keeps in a ponytail. His most consistent feature are his black rimmed circular glasses he wears dark purple fingerless gloves with armored plates on the back of the hand and a blue forehead protector
"My name is Kabuto." the boy now know as Kabuto could be see on the ground with papers showing Neji and his stats as well as his abilities
"Show me Naruto Uzumaki." Sasuke would say this while looking at Kabuto
"Naruto Uzumaki his fighting prowess is a 7/10 his genjutsu is a 0/10 his ninjutsu is 6/10 his IQ is 6.5/10 his Chakra is 7.5/10 his chakra levels are close to the Hokages, he knows Shadow clone, Needle Jizo, he knows wind bullet, he has completed 35 D-Ranks and 1 A-Rank completing them all in success, his jonin sensei Kakashi Hatake is off from doing missions he has been put on leave from the Hokage, his new sensei is Yamito not much about the man, he was trained under Jiraiya in the academy he learned the toad summoning and needle jizo ." Naruto would be completely shocked on how he knew this
"(H how does he know this only the Hokage should know this…. Unless.)" he would look at Sakura for a few moments then look at Shikamaru looking at Naruto
"(How does this guy know about Naruto, the only way that he knows is if Sakura is a spy or.") as Shikimaru thought this Naruto would think the same thing, both saying
"(He is working for a different village!)" As Naruto and Shikimaru thought this the proctor for the first part of the chunin exams would enter
"SHUT UP…. please take a seat, there is a piece of paper that has your name on it, once everyone has taken their seat part one of the chunin exams will start." as the man said that everyone would take their seat, after a while everyone would get a piece of paper, team 7 would notice that the whole team was spread across the room, everyone that was in the building was put next to someone who they didn't know or who they weren't on the same team with.
"You will have 2 hours to complete this test if you can't complete it then you will fail….TIME STARTS NOW." as he said this everyone in the room would flip over the paper and would start writing or reading the paper
"(Alright first question…. I don't know what the answer is.)" Naruto would continue to look over the paper to check if there was a single problem he could do but he realized each question became harder and harder, as he thought this he would realize he could see the paper in front of the person he was behind
"(Did I subconsciously use my byakugan?)" as he thought this he would cover his left eye with his head band, while he did this he would look at the person in front of him copying the answers he has down
"(I wonder how Naruto is doing.)" Sakura would say this while looking across the room to see him writing down answers faster and faster as time went on
- Time skip to 2 hours -
"EVERYONE PENCILS DOWN." as the procter yelled this he would look at a group of people still writing, and yell at them that they failed
"Now for the final question…. Question 10." As the jonin said this he would have a smirk on his face
"But first let me say this."
"IF YOU GET THIS QUESTION WRONG…. YOU WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE ACADEMY AND NEVER BE ABLE TO BECOME A NINJA AGAIN." as he said this everyone in that room would have a shocked expression except Sakuse, Naruto, Shikimaru and Shino, after a while most people in the room would complain that it isn't fair how that can happen
"IN THE NINJA WORLD ALMOST EVERYTHING ISN'T FAIR IF YOUR FIGHTING AN OPPONENT AND HIS COMRADES COME AND BACK HIM UP, OR IF YOUR WEAPON BREAKS AND YOU HAVE TO COME UP WITH A NEW PLAN." after he said this he would wait for a while as he did this many shinobi would raise their hand wanting to go
"(After all this training I still don't know if i'm ready should I leave?)" Sakura would think this while beginning to raise her hand as he did this she would hear laughing from the front, after a while a hand would slam on the desk
"It doesn't matter if we pass here or not and it doesn't matter if I can't be a shinobi… I WILL PROTECT THIS VIVALLIGE NO MATTER THE COST." as the young blond would say this he would look in the jonins eyes hoping that neither of his teammates would raiser their hands after what he said, after a few minutes half of the people would stay there waiting the next question, the jonin would sigh
"You pass." as he said this, the wall to the right of him would break and a woman who is average sized, with a slender frame. She has light brown pupils, her hair is black color with a blue tint, and her hair is styled in a short spiky fanned ponytail. She has a thin metal mesh which covers from the neck to the thigh. wears a tan overcoat with a purple in-seam and a pocket on each side, a dark orange mini-skirt, a dark blue belt, and pale gray shin guards. In addition to the typical forehead protector, she also wears a small pendant that looks like a snake fang.
"Names Anko Mitarashi I'll be the next proctor for the second part of the chunin exams, if you're not at training ground 12 in 5 minutes you will be kicked out of this exam." as she finished saying this she would disappear in a puff of smoke
"In this part of the exams you will have to survive 7 days and 6 nights, get the both heaven and earth scrolls, you also you have to also get to the tower that's in the middle of the forest in that time with all of your team alive or you will fail, send of your teammates up here and grab one of the scrolls." As she finished saying this all the groups would send up one person, Naruto would go up and grab one of the scrolls to see what he got, as Naruto went back to his group they would all look at it.
"Earth huh." Naruto would say this while looking down at the scroll
"So Shika, what should we do?"
"... Sakura, you take it if anything happens, Naruto and I will handle the enemy while you run." As Shikimaru said this he would yawn while beginning to walk away as he did this his two teammates would follow him walking to one of the gates, while this happened Naruto would get a feeling like something he recognized while walking to the gate
"W what was… is it him?" Naruto would say this while looking over to one of the grass genin
"Hurry up Naruto, the exam is about to start." Sakura would yell this while looking at Naruto
"We have to stay away from that group of grass genin… There is bad news." Naurto would say this while having a serious expression on his face walking past Sakura getting in a ready stance, after a few moments the gates would open, all the ninja participating would rush into the forest. After an hour of running in the forest not seeing anyone the group of leaf nin would sit down talking among themselves.
"We need a plan." Naruto would say this while a sweat drop would run down his face, while looking up at the sky only seeing big trees blocking the sun.
"We should split up…. Naruto make a clone…. Well have the clone take the scroll and dig himself into the ground so no one can get the scroll in case one of us loses it….. Naruto make clones that can relay info to one another so we know what's going on." Shikimaru would say this while getting up and getting ready to go, as this happened Naruto would do as told not wanting to get into a fight with him.
"Alright I say we meet back here in 3 hours or if one of my clones dispersis." As Naruto said this he would also get up and dash away. As this happened the other two members of his team would do the same thing.
- To Shikimaru -
"We need a heaven scroll….. I shouldn't get into any fights and only do reconnaissance." Shikimaru would say this while dashing from tree to tree until four kunai would get thrown at him hitting him in the head, after a few moments shikamaru would disperse into smoke and it would show a log where he was, as this happened three nin would appear around the log checking it out.
"Damit… HOW DID HE SEE US." A rain ninja would say this while kicking the log making it go down to the ground, as this happened Shikimaru would get a sweatdrop on his forehead
"(I barely saw them out of the corner of my eyes…. If I didn't then I would be dead by now.)" Shikimaru would say this while being on a tree branch above the rain ninja hiding in a branch so he doesn't get seen
"(I hope Sasuke Kun will be ok in these exams.)" Sakura would say this while jumping from tree to tree before stumbling onto two ninja finishing off their opponents
- To Sakura -
"Hey look a leaf nin…. I wonder if she has the scroll we need." A Sound ninja with their face completely covered would say this while his teammate would look exactly the same.
"(Well this is great we were just supposed to do recognise, not engage in a battle but it seems like I have no choice.)" As Sakura thought this, the two sound nin would dash at her, while they did this Sakura would put her fists up in a fighting stance, getting ready to battle.
- To Naruto -
"(Shikimaru should be fine with his clan jutsu…. But im worried about Sakura I don't know if she can handle a three on one.)" As Naruto thought this he would see a giant snake destroying trees, someone was riding on top of the giant snake, as this happened he saw a giant ball clashing with the snake, as this happened he saw a giant fireball get launched at the man on top of the snake, as this happened he saw a black haired boy running on trees shooting fireballs at the man.
"(Looks like Sauske and Choji are fighting someone.)" As Naruto thought this a snake would come from behind him and hit him towards the fight. Naruto would fly through the air as he did this he would see the man that was on top of the snake would elongate his neck and would go to Sasuke about to bite him, but before the snake man could do this Naruto would make three clones all the Narutos would use.
"WIND STYLE: WIND BULLET." As the Narutos shot the condensed wind bullets it would make cuts on the snake, and the trees leaving big gashes in both the snake and the trees. Before the bullets could hit the snake man, he would jump up to the next branch that he and Sasuke were standing on dodging out of the way.
"N Naruto…. Him Sasuke will definitely be enough to beat him" Ino would say this while standing there watching the fight unfold not being able to do anything
"N Naruto." Saukue would stutter Naruto's name out before falling into the branch
"Don't worry Sasuke, you can leave it to me." Naruto would say this while biting his finger summoning a toad the toad was double the size of Naruto, it was orange and on its belly he had yellow, it wore white wristband, a long red clock, and a necklace showing he was from mount myoboku.
"Gamamichi… I need your help in defeating this snake bastard…" Naruto would say this while getting in front of the toad getting ready to leap toward his opponent.
"As the eldest son of gamabunta, I will pledge I'll do my best and defeat this snake. Just tell me what to do." The toad would look at the back of Naruto waiting to get orders from his summoner.
"I need support from your water style to try and distract him while I do the damage…. And I need you to try and protect the people around us." As Naruto said this he would leap into the air creating ten shadow clones all using wind and water bullets.
"LET'S DO THIS GAMAMICHI."
- To Shikimaru -
"(Uhh this is such a drag why won't they leave yet.)" Shikimaru would think this while yawning, as he did this he would see that the ninja would begin to leave jumping from tree to tree. As the ninja did this, Shikimaru decided to follow them.
"(If they get into a fight I'll be able to use my shadow binding technique and stop them and steal both scrolls for our team.)" As he thought this he would jump from tree to tree following the rain nin, as this happened the ninja would stumble upon the sand nin.
"(Hmmm San nin…. I wonder who will win.)" As he thought this he would go down to the ground and hide in a bush so he could get in a better angle. As this happened his shoulder would get tapped, Shikimaru would put his hands up in defeat, as he did this he would hear the voice of Kiba.
"Shikamaru, where's your team?" As Kiba whispered this, Shikimaru would turn around and put his hands down.
"Let's make a team… just for this round so the rockets from our village can pass, sounds good?" As he said this there team would all nod their heads
"We split up to cover more ground we're supposed to meet back up in an hour, so after I see who wins I was going to go." Before he could finish his sentence he heard screaming, from where the two teams were. The four would look to see who did that to see the kid with red hair had his hand up, the rain nin all were in a sand barrel, blood dripping from the sand, while this happened deathing screams could be heard from the sand.
"T there still."
"Alive." Kiba and Shikimaru would say this while everyone began backing up
"H hes t torturing them." Hinata would say this while putting her hand over her mouth, her hand shaking backing up more than the rest
"My bugs won't go near the red head." Shino would say this while having his hand up while bugs would crawl all over it.
"We need to run…. Now" Shikimaru would say this while backing up with the rest as they did this they would leap away from the sand nin." As they did this they wouldn't say anything while following Shikamaru going to the spot where they said they were going. The four would get to the spot 30 minutes early.
- To Sakura -
"CHA" She would say this while punching the ground making the tree branch shake and crack a small bit from where she punched. The Sound ninja would jump back, throwing kunai in the process. Sakura would take out a kunai and block most of them except one witch cut her cheek. She would dash at the sound nin punching the ground once again making another crack in the tree branch, but this time the sound nin didn't jump back they would stand there dashing at Sakura, One of this sound nin used there jutsu to make there limbs grow capturing Sakura making here unable to move.
"My special jutsu lets my limbs and steal others' chakra." as he said this Sakura would feel her chakra begin to get drained as this happened the other sound nin would begin to throw kunai at her cutting her making her bleed, after a few moments the sound nin would loosen his grip and stand over the passed out Sakura, as they begin to walk away.
"Tsk I hate weaklings." As they said this Sakura would get a memory back to there first mission.
"You have me and shika to protect you, so no need to worry so much everything will be fine." Sakura would begin to open her eyes, as she did this she would see the two nin walking away.
"(That's right I can't always rely on my team to protect me.. I have to get stronger then I am now.)" As she thought this smoke would come off her body
"(I have to…. I HAVE TO GET STRONGER…. CHA.)" the tree branch under her would begin to break from the pressure she's giving off, she would stand up as she did this the two sound nin would look behind them, as they did this Sakura would dash at the pair moving to fast for them to comprehend, she would punch one of the sound nin into a tree while the other would be punched into the tree breaking it.
"CHA." As the tree broke she would land safely on the ground, as she did this the smoke would stop coming from her body and dissipate. After a while of standing there she would have enough strength to stand and walk over to them and check if they had a scroll. One of the sound nin would have the scroll of Earth.
"D damnit." As she said this the clone that was on her person would appear losing the it's disguise catching her, putting her on his back and running toward the meeting spot. Getting there 10 minutes early. Naruto's clone would explain what happened to the group before dispersing, giving its info to the real Naruto.
- Back to Naruto -
All the clones would shoot wind and water bullets at the snake man, the snake man would jump to another tree, and shoot snakes out of his arm, as this happened a water gun would shoot from the side of Naruto destroying all the snakes as this happened Naruto would grab multiple shuriken and would use.
"Wind style: VACUUM BLADE." The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality. He would throw the shuriken at the opponent making him jump, as this happened another water bullet would get shot at the snake where he jumped making him get hit as this happened he would use the substitution technique dodging out of the way, he would appear on a tree across from him.
"Who are you boy?" as the snake man said this he would lick his tongue looking at the young boy that was now on a tree branch.
"You're Orochimaru arnet you?!" Naurto would say this while taking off the white bandage showing the diamond.
"(That boy has the karma.)" As he thought that he would begin to get serious as this happened he would bite his thumb, summoning two giant snakes both going for Naurto. Naruto would watch this while this happened. Water bullets would hit the snakes causing some damage but not enough to completely kill the snakes.
"D damn it… NARUTO DODGE." As the toad said this he would jump to Naruto shooting his tongue out hoping he could get there in time. Before the snakes could kill Naruto and blast could be seen from where Naruto was standing.
"If my master won't kill you, Orochimaru… THEN I WILL." Everyone would look up to see Naruto would have a giant horn on his left side, blue markings on his horn, and blue markings going down his face going to his chest, his right eye was closed while his left eye had the byakugan, his headband would hang around his neck, as he got into this form Sasuke would get up and activate his Sharingan while looking at Naruto he would see a large source of Chakra coming from his palm. Before Naurto could attack a large amount of snakes would come out of the tree biting him ripping a bunch of his skin off
"AHHHHH" As this happened most of Naruto's skin on his right arm would be taken off showing a bloody mess, Sasuke would jump up killing most of the snakes before taking off the rest and throwing them off the tree
"Sasuke you ready?" Naruto would say this while looking at his arm seeing how well it could move before doing hand signs.
"Monkey Rock jutsu." Naurto would create a giant earth golem which is enforced with fire that came from his mouth, the jutsu would throw a punch at Orochimaru, before he could hit him Orochimaru would jump away summoning Manada, before the giant snake could say anything it would get making it go flying into a tree
"Sasuke uses your fire ball jutsu." As Naurto said this he would use wind bullet combing there attacks making a giant fireball almost hitting the snake, but before they could he would use substitution, Orochimaru would appear besides Sasuke Biting his neck and disappearing in a large amount of smoke, but before he could leave completely Naruto would use.
"Wind Style: Wind Tornado." Naurto would launch a small tornado in his hand hitting the Snake, as this happened the giant rock monster would fall apparent leaving large boulders and the snake would also disappear.
"That Damned Snake Bastard." Naurto would say this while using his Byakugan to see where his teammates were. Orochimaru would get sent flying into a cave wall making a giant crack in the wall.
"DAMN YOU OROCHIMARU YOU JUST SUMMONED ME SO YOU CAN PROTECT YOURSELF." Manda would say this to the wall with a giant crack in it
"Orochimaru…. Did you get me a strong vessel?" A Man with long black hair would say this in the shadows
"Yes I have gotten a vessel with the Sharingan dojutsu." Orochimaru would say this while getting out of the wall
"Very good…. Anything else to report?" The man would look at Orochimaru getting up from one knee
"Yes…. There's another….. He has karma." As Orochimaru said this the man would come out of the shadows with a smirk on his face
"So Momoshiki survived huh…. Well I'll have to kill him and this time I won't lose."
"Another thing…. He used the karma mark without getting controlled." The man would look at Orochimaru with a shocked expression
"I suppose…. He either died, or is too injured still to take control…. Or…. Either way he will die." the man would begin to laugh as he did this a boy from behind him would walk out showing he got done sparring with the unknown man.
- After a few moments-
The four ninja would meet back up with the rest of team 7 to see Sakura resting and Shikimaru talking with the other team.
"S sorry it took so long." Naurto would say this with a sweatdrop on his forehead
"It's about time Naruto you're 40 minutes late… If you were going to be late any longer then we were going to come get." Before Shikimaru could finish the sentence he would turn around to see Naruto's arm, before he could react to do anything Sakura would run toward Naurot pulling out some bandages bandaging his arm.
"S sakura." Before he could say anything Sakura would finish putting the bandages on his arm, once she was done she would put her head on his chest.
"I w woke up and saw how hurt you were…. you baka." As she said this tears would roll down her face, but because she had her head buried in Naruto's chest no one could see her but Naruto.
"Sakura, I'm ok… you don't have to worry." As he said this he would at Ino
"Ino what scroll do you have, and what do you need?" As he asked everyone would look at her
"W we have two heaven scrolls we need an earth scroll." As she said this the ground would begin to break to show a earth scroll
"Give us your heaven scroll and take that Earth scroll we'll both be able to pass." As Sakura said this she would show a Earth scroll she got from the sound nin
"Alright Kiba, do you have the scrolls you need?" Naruto would ask this while looking in his direction
"Yeah we beat some noobies up once we entered the forest." He would say this while having a toothy grin on his face
"Shikamaru how long till we reach the." Before Naurto could finish the sentence Shika would interrupt him
"It's 1 day and 1 night… If we hurry with no breaks we can get there by tomorrow early in the morning. Let's head out." As he finished saying this he would make a formation which had the best chance of noticing anyone before they could attack the big group
