Margaret walked to the coordinates they told her to meet then a bag was thrown over head as she felt herself getting dragged away, after 10 minutes of being dragged the bag on her head was lifted and she was greeted by the rich and powerful of Paris
"Hello representative of MDC welcome to the organization of the Rich, so onto matters at hand and why I asked for MDC to be here, we have come to ask what sought of evil shady dealings your company wants to do on the side without Ladybug knowing about it." The Leader said
"What shady dealings are left and what do the others do?" Margaret asked, as every rich person until what Gabriel made her smile on the inside while on the outside she was shocked
"Your Shadow Moth." Margaret said which made Gabriel nod his head
"(Marinette is going to like this good piece of news when I tell her in the morning.)" Margaret thought
"The two shady deals that are left are blackmail and black market." The leader said
"We can take both since we can sell the blackmail material on the black market to the highest bidder." Margaret said which made every rich person smiling not knowing Margaret has a plan
"(oh these rich and powerful will be going down when we collect blackmail material on them.)" Margaret thought with a sadistic smile
"Thank you for coming Margaret but you can leave now." The leader said as a couple of guards showed Margaret the exit then a bag went over her head as she was knocked out then they put her in a car and drove her to the city where they pushed her out after they took the bag off her head then 10 minutes later Margaret woke up and she saw she was back on the street so she headed back to MDC building where she put in her report on what she found out since Marinette was asleep
When the morning rolled around in MDC spy network, Marinette was hearing what Margaret was telling her what happened last night which made her think
"If we did do Black Market we can find lost Miraculous that are out there and with Black Mail our blog would post what dirty dealings the rich have been up two." Marinette said
"So who's going to do this?" May asked
"Already have it covered." Marinette said as they heard heavy footsteps and breathing as a tall figure walked in
"Everyone, I would like you to met Grunt." Marinette said
"Why is he called that?" Ruby asked as Grunt just grunted a reply
"That's why." Marinette said
"But if he's going to do the Black Market shouldn't he be able to talk?" Kate asked
"Nope because his grunts can make people scared if they try to make prices go down and who would argue with a tall guy who could crack your skull open like an egg?" Marinette said
"Yeah, are we going to have this Black Market?" Ruby asked
"Right here in an abandoned warehouse on the docks, the perfect place for any shady dealings to happen." Marinette said as she pointed at the area on the map then she felt her work phone vibrate so she took it out then she checked it as she saw it was from the Leader telling her that they brought a empty warehouse on the docks
"Ok Grunt I want you to do to Warehouse Number 23 that's where the Black Market will be." Marinette said as Grunt grunted out a yes then he exited MDC and headed to the docks warehouse where every rich person is waiting and when they saw Grunt coming they were scared
"You are not going to rob us are you, big guy?" Rich person asked which made Grunt shake his head then he handed them the note
"Grunt here will be doing the Black Market deals, who would want to mess with a big man like him." The rich person read what was written
"Um, sure go on inside and we'll see you later." Rich Person said as they walked back for Grunt to go inside and when he was inside they ran due to them being scared which made Grunt smile then he started to set everything up then more people came to help him
"Hey, Grunt." Everyone said as they entered and helped him set up then when they were done stuff that belonged to the Black Market started to arrive and everything was put on the table and any Miraculous that was there was quickly picked up and then taken to the MDC headquarters for Marinette to examine and fix then shardy people started to arrive where they looked around the Black Market and buying shady stuff
With the rich inside their hideout
"Now that we have MDC on our side, what will we do with Ladybug? It's only a matter of time before she finds our side business and stops it from happening." A rich person said
"We need something that would make her forget about our dealings?" Tom said
"I know a way but this would release a lot of magic if I do this." Gabriel said
"What is it that you would do?" Andre asked
"I found something in the Grimoire that would be beneficial for all of us." Gabriel said
"What would this benefit all of us Gabriel?" The Leader asked
"The return of the akumatized villains that Ladybug defeated." Gabriel said
"Then what are you waiting for, do it." Tomoe said as she smiled
"Alright." Gabriel said then the two kwamis appeared, on Norroo's face was worry
"Master I wouldn't do that, the unseen consequences would be devastating for you." Norroo said
"Norroo you are my slave, you don't tell me what could go wrong." Gabriel said
"Norroo, Dussu unify." Gabriel said as he transformed into Shadow Moth, then he concentrated hard which made him glow a bright purple as beams of light shot out as defeated akumatized appeared from the light they looked around confused
"Where are we and I thought we have been defeated?" Oni-Chan asked
"Thought so too." Lady Wi-Fi said
"Welcome my akumatized army, I have brought you back for one thing only." Shadow Moth said
"Is that to defeat Ladybug and Chat Noir?" Volpina asked
"No not this time, I created you so you can rule part of Paris and keep Ladybug busy while we us rich do our shady dealings without Ladybug interfering in our business." Shadow Moth said
"We can do that for you Shadow Moth." Oni-Chan said as they all left the hideout and separated and went all over Paris where they set up their base of operations
"Now that the akumatized has returned, Ladybug will be so busy trying to stop them, she'll forget about our side business which will make them prosper." Shadow Moth said as he evilly laughed then the other rich laughed as well
Over at MDC, Margaret was telling Marinette who Shadow Moth is
"Thanks for telling me Margaret, this is very invaluable information we can work with." Marinette said
"What will you do with it?" Margaret asked
"Plan on how to defeat him without getting my Miraculous taken from him." Marinette said
"Why don't you recruit the other heroes?" Margaret asked
"They have been corrupted by this liar and manipulator Lila 'Fox' Rossi." Marinette said
"Then what are you going to do if your team has been compromised?" Margaret asked
"Found new holders for the Miraculous and get them trained so they are ready for what's to come in the future." Marinette said
"Why don't you give us the Miraculous since we are trained and now what to face?" Margaret asked
"I could but I don't want to use my own staff to help me with my hero work." Marinette said
"Alright boss, I'll let you go back to Emma." Margaret said
"Thank you Margaret." Marinette said as she walked to the elevator and it took her to her penthouse where she saw Emma and the Kwamis watching Paw Patrol until the screen showed up a red alert
"Mommy what's happening?" Emma asked as she was scared
"A Red Alert, that only happens if there is a massive attack just like Heroes Day." Marinette said as she walked over and tapped the screen which revealed the city. Marinette saw the city has been taken over by the akumatized as they turned different places into formidable hideouts that would be hard for her to break out of
"It's a hero's day all over again but on a much larger scale." Marinette said then she put her company in lock down so no akumatized can enter. When the company went in lockdown turrets appeared on different parts of the buildings ready to shoot anyone that comes onto the MDC property grounds
"Emma I need you to go into the panic room where it's safe for you." Marinette said
"I will mommy." Emma said as she ran to where the panic room is while Marinette walked to her balcony where she looked over the city and saw it was on fire
"Tikki, this might fight could be our last, if I get defeated I need you to take the Miraculous and bring it back here so Emma can wield them in the future. I have a feeling Emma will be a much stronger holder in the future." Marinette said
"Yeah I can feel that she would be the most powerful Ladybug holder after you." Tikki said
"So you're ready Tikki?" Marinette asked
"I'm ready." Tikki said
"Tikki Spots On." Marinette said as she transformed into Guardian Luck and she dropped from her balcony and glided over the city and saw minions beating up civilians, robbing different shops, stores and homes, while the police she made struggling to contain the situation so she dropped down and landed on the street where she started to fight the thugs that's when she heard chains being dragged on the ground and when she turned she saw a thug smiling
"I'm going to enjoy defeating you big." Thug said as he swung his chains at Guardian Luck but she dodged out of the way and she glared at him
"I'm going to defeat you, then you will go to prison where you'll be locked up." Guardian Luck said
"You can try but you won't be able to defeat me." Thug said as he lit his chains on fire which made Guardian Luck to widen her eyes
"Now the real fun begins." Thug said as he smiled while the other thugs stood on the side and started cheering
