The Legend of Zelda: Creation of Hyrule

"Let us start this tale with the creation of Hyrule."

"From the very beginning, huh?" Loki reclined in her seat and casually rested her foot on her knee. "If it's what I'm thinking, some of us might want to take notes in case we ever decide to rebuild or expand the Lower Realm... Just kidding! As if that will ever happen again."

"What do you mean by 'again'?" Finn asked, his brow furrowed in confusion.

Loki waved a dismissive hand. "Eh, it's complicated, and it's a pain to explain."

Riveria leaned forward slightly. "I'm actually quite intrigued by this particular topic. You gods always claim to have created the Lower Realm, where we reside, and, by extension, consider us your children. The process is an enigma, especially considering the multitude of deities involved..."

"Too many cooks in the kitchen will spoil the food." Mia added with a snort.

"It's starting!" Tiona exclaimed as she bounced slightly in her seat.

The world unfurled into a boundless expanse, an infinite void stretching into the uncharted unknown. In this vast emptiness, radiant droplets cascaded as if from an imperceptible sky, their ethereal luminescence briefly piercing the obscurity before plummeting ceaselessly into the abyss.

"Remember what I said earlier about getting stranded in an endless void with little way of finding our way back?" Loki began, her tone solemn. "Picture it as an ocean, but one that stretches on infinitely, without of even the faintest spark of light. Our Arcanum is like these many small droplets in that vast expanse." She pointed at the screen, revealing the true epitome of chaos—an unending, featureless void.

"Much like finding yourself stranded in the middle of an ocean without a compass to discern north," Finn analogized.

"Without stars to navigate by or skies to set your course," Takemikazuchi added, underscoring the profound isolation and loss of bearings in this uncharted realm.

"Then those lights...?" Riveria began to question.

"What else could it possibly be?" Loki responded with a sly grin.

In the distance, a trio of celestial lights shimmered amidst the darkness. They weren't stars, each radiating a distinct color and emitting an otherworldly grace, illuminating the void. As these blazing lights drew closer, they resembled comets streaking across the starless expanse, heralding the beginning of the tale—the Creation of Hyrule.

The presence of the three celestial lights pouring through the screen saturated the room with an unmistakable aura of divinity.

"They're gods..." Haruhime whispered, her eyes widening as she recognized the overwhelming divine essence.

"And they're undeniably powerful," Hestia added.

None of the Gods and Goddesses uttered it aloud, but it was evident to all. The three divine beings before them outshone even the most renowned divine they knew—Odin, Zeus, Hera, and even Ouranos—paled in comparison to the overwhelming magnitude of their divinity.

"Before time began, before spirits and life existed…"

"Three golden goddesses descended upon the chaos that was Hyrule…"

Gigantic lights of red, blue, and green tore through the void, each carrying a divine aura capable of obliterating entire worlds. Within each radiant light, a golden divine figure soared through the darkness, embodying boundless power over their respective domains.

"Din, the goddess of power…" A Goddess engulfed in a fiery red aura.

"Nayru, the goddess of wisdom…" A Goddess bathed in a heavenly blue aura.

"Farore, the goddess of courage…" A Goddess adorned in an aura of pristine green divinity.

"So, those are their names and domains," Hephaestus pondered. "Just the three of them? Interesting."

"Din… With her powerful fiery embrace, she nurtured the land, giving birth to the red earth."

A piece of Din's fiery divine aura separated from her and descended into the void, erupting in a cataclysmic burst. It tore through the chaos, forming a brilliant blue ring that radiated light, gradually dispelling the darkness. From this chaotic void, a dusty, desolate world emerged. The sky remained turbulent, and disorder still reigned, but the process of bringing order to this newly formed world had begun.

"Whoa, everything's just bouncing around so wildly," Tiona observed, her eyes fixed on the chaotic and newly formed world.

"A shape has been molded, but it's still devoid of structure and governance. If they're to bring any semblance of order to this chaos, the next step should involve imposing it..." Hephaestus explained.

"Nayru… She poured her wisdom into the earth, imparting the spirit of law to the world."

As Nayru traversed the entire world, blue rings danced across the murky sky, bestowing her wisdom upon the land. A clear blue sky adorned with fluffy white clouds emerged, calming the turbulent world. However, life remained absent, and the land remained barren.

"There it is," Miach remarked as he observed Nayru imposing law and order upon the realm of Hyrule.

"Spirit of law," Ais mused softly, her gaze still fixed on the unfolding spectacle.

"Hmm, I suppose the Goddess of Wisdom is a fitting choice for managing these kinds of matters," Hestia remarked, her admiration evident. "It's impressive to see how effortlessly it's being accomplished in such a short span of time."

"Farore… With her abundant soul, she breathed life into all beings who would uphold the law."

Then, a warm green aura enveloped the entire world, infusing it with vibrant colors and various forms of life.

"I can't help but feel a bit jealous. They're making it look deceptively easy," Hephaestus huffed, her arms crossed as she watched the divine work unfold.

Takemikazuchi chuckled and nodded in agreement. "Well, it's worth noting that it was a collective effort. Besides, these three Goddesses are operating on a level beyond our own, so to speak."

With the creation of Hyrule now complete, the goddesses ascended once more, high above the sky, returning to the boundless void from whence they had come.

"The three great goddesses, their labor fulfilled, departed for the heavens."

Red, blue, and green energies collided, sending forth a powerful, rippling, and blinding light that bathed the realm of Hyrule. As the brilliance subsided, a golden triangle composed of three smaller triangles floated in the space where the goddesses had departed.

The deities' eyes widened as they beheld the Triforce on the screen. It was no ordinary artifact; it was more than just a powerful object. It was a direct fragment of their divinity, left behind in the world they had created.

The Triforce—left behind by the goddesses as a fragment of their divinity—for the world to behold.

"And golden sacred triangles remained at the point where the goddesses departed from this world."

"Please wait while I load the next," the voice requested.

"Hold up! They actually left a fragment of their divinity behind?" Loki exclaimed in genuine surprise.

"But their world is equipped to withstand that kind of connection. In fact, it's even more stabilized and secure precisely because they've tied their divine fragment to the very fabric of the world they've just crafted." Hephaestus pointed out. "Our Lower Realm wouldn't stand a chance if we attempted something similar, given its structural limitations."

Tione, slightly irked by the complexity of the discussion, interjected, "Can someone explain the significance of this in simpler terms? I get that divine power can mean 'world-ending' for us mortals, so..."

"Imagine building a house. One is constructed for regular folks, while the other is crafted for high-level adventurers. The latter can endure a lot of punishment because it's specifically designed with materials and layouts tailored for powerful individuals." Hephaestus explained. "The same principle applies to the world we just witnessed being created. In their case, these fragments of divinity function similarly to how we use magic stones to fortify the Babel tower, preventing it from collapsing under its own immense height and weight."

"In other words, you guys built our world like it was made of sticks and straw compared to theirs," Bete grumbled.

Loki retorted, "Hey, why don't you try building a sturdy and comfortable house yourself?"

"Not my forte," Bete dismissed with a wave of his hand.

"Exactly the excuse many of us could use," Loki glanced at Hephaestus, a hint of amusement in her eyes. "Well, some of us."

"Don't look at me. We were all inexperienced in that line of work," Hephaestus defended herself.

While the deities playfully teased and bantered with one another, their respective Familia members turned inward, engaging in their own reflective thoughts and musings, all while the Scribe from the Beyond diligently loaded the next scene.

"Well, that was an enlightening experience, brief as it was," Riveria remarked.

"Truly eye-opening," Gareth agreed. "Never thought I'd witness the creation of an entirely new world."

"No one would believe us, except for the gods, would they?" Finn remarked with a smile.

"It made me feel rather insignificant," Lefiya confessed, her voice tinged with a sense of wonder. No one could fault her for feeling that way; no matter how strong they became or how many times they leveled up, the true might of a deity would always surpass even the combined strength of the most formidable adventurers.

"It's rather surreal, isn't it?" Bell mumbled softly to himself, his thoughts drifting.

"Lili hopes you're not having an existential crisis," Lili teased him.

"Well, if I were shown that without any explanation, I probably would be," Welf chimed in with a grin. "Still… it was quite the show."

"All the more reason to be grateful for what our gods have bestowed upon us, despite our struggles and hardships," Mikoto stated with slight reverence. An observation that Haruhime silently affirmed with a nod.

"I can't help but feel that leaving something of such immense power behind might lead to disasters," Ryuu expressed her opinion, well aware of the darkness that could reside within the hearts of nearly every mortal.

"Perhaps it's not meant to be handled by ordinary individuals," Syr pondered. "Power of that magnitude might need to be safeguarded by spirits or gods, those who can wield it responsibly."

"Ain't stopping someone from trying," Mia grumbled, acknowledging the inherent ambition and recklessness of mortals who might seek to harness such potent forces.

"The Triforce, fragments of the three golden goddesses' divinity and their ultimate gift to the world, is entrusted to another Goddess, one by the name of Hylia," the Scribe finally interjected. "But you're correct in pointing out that there will always be those who aspire to wield great power, even when it rests under the watchful care of a Goddess, in all her full divine might."

Loki whistled. "That's practically a guaranteed death wish, or worse."

"People are actually audacious enough to attempt theft from a god, let alone one who isn't restraining their power?" Ouka asked, his disbelief apparent.

Attempting to steal from a god whose power is considerably restrained is one thing. It's an entirely different level of audacity to endeavor the same against a god who has no such restraint on their divine might.

"T-that sounds like sheer recklessness," Chigusa stammered.

"Who's to say that the culprits would be mere mortals?" the Scribe replied playfully.

"Other gods, perhaps?" Lili ventured a guess.

"Not gods, nor spirits. Let the answer to that question unfold in our next viewing." The screen flickered back to life, heralding the start of the next chapter.
