katsuki needed to leave for a full day of hero work but there was just one problem. his husband who was also a hero, was staying at home in bed after getting injured in a previous fight.
"Wait, Katsuki! One more thing…"
An exasperated snarl would slice into the cold winter air, the emitted, out-casted breath turning into white smoke.
With a roll of his eyes and a swift turn, Katsuki would find himself face to face with his redheaded, bandaged up husband.
"What are you doing out of-" Soft, familiar warmth would reach Katsuki's lips, and he couldn't help but close his eyes through his shocked annoyance.
The few sweet seconds passed by and the two separated, diving into each others eyes for a moment.
Eijiro would smile, "Have a good day today."
Katsuki would reply with a stalled shrug, "You could be having a good day with me too, dumbass."
Giving the resting hero a small fist bonk on the head followed by a small smile, Katsuki would hiss at the redhead to get back into bed before closing the door behind him and heading out to face villainy another day.
