Peonia and a band of a fisher woman, a police officer and that questionable gentleman were at the end of an adventure, facing a storm that has the readings of a psychic type legend. She and the Fisher woman were amongst the only two who've bothered to snag pokemon that could handle what ever was beyond the fog. A Clefable and a Jellicent. The gentleman brought along an Alolan Persian who used rather questionable moves and the Cop switched a serviceable Krookodile for a Munchlax. Through the storm, revealed a Latios who has a dangerous dragon dance combo with the moves of dragon claw and zen headbutt. Through the Jellicent's trick room, the team was allowed to use the speed to their advantage, even as the Persian kept using snarl when the special attack wasn't the problem. The Munchlax was allowed to hold his own with ice punches while Peonia had Clefable charge up a meteor beam as a way to power up a consistent dazzling gleam. Once the girl had the chance, she had the Clefable empowered with Dynamax and had her use Max Starfall. In a few turns, the Latios burst in power and Peonia was allowed to toss a premier ball on the legend. On the way back, she checked her catchs to find their color the norm and took a moment to cool down from hours worth of adventures.

She noticed Gloria arriving with the Explorer gear and had a bit of a cringe. "Eek! You're finally deciding to take a break from my old man?"

Gloria wasn't amused and wagged a finger. "You missed out on a big adventure you know! We've uncovered and restored a local legend and some friends of mine helped stopped these three birds from going on a rampage. I got more of a reason to explore the ruins." She asked. "Since Peony's busy recovering from being used as a translator, I'm thinking I need an extra hand for finding what is in those ruins."

Peonia jumped at what ever danger her father got himself into. "That sounds like the kind of nonsense that Papa would get himself in." She took a deep breath and winked. "Alright, just don't tell him that I'm helping you." Gloria found that fair enough and lead to the grassy hill of the Giants Bed. South was the strange, grey colored ruins with the hexagonal pattern of dots. The front door had words to read out loud. "Let ring the piercing note that will awaken the sleeping giant?"

She turned to Peonia questionably. "A piercing note?" The teenager girl thought about it. "Don't think there's an instrument for that." She gasped. "Or it could be a piercing note of sound!" Gloria gasped back. "Like a whistle!" She turned to the door and gave a sharp whistle, just like that the door opened. The Champion was amazed and smiled to her companion. "Nice thinking, girl!"

The teenager blushed and looked away stubbornly. "That's only happened because I've taken a few classes. It's nothing serious."

They entered a strange, empty chamber with a hexagonal pattern of dots on the floor and a strange, round, robot like statue on the other end. A humanoid shape with flat, black arms, grey metal fingers and a body of that grey. With a slit of black and dim, red dots in a hexagonal pattern. Peonia's eyes widen as Gloria looked to the pattern on the floor and tap a foot on a dot. It glowed to life. The Champion turned in a guess. "If I'm thinking it right, this ought to take us deeper into this ruin!"

She went to another dot as Peonia raised her voice as a warning. " Wait! That's not what this puzzle's about!" Gloria already stepped on the next dot and was heading to another before stopping for a question. Peonia answered fast. "I've read about what that statue looks like. There are three pokemon that were made out of metals, rocks and ice. They're like robots." She relaxed and thought out

loud. "We might end up triggering a trap or something if we turn on those lights and wake something up." Gloria gave a daring smile and went to step on the rest of the dots. "Well, yeah! That's the point! Every clue that I was given, brought me towards meeting legendary pokemon! I'm not going to miss out on a new discovery now or ever!"

Peonia whistled at the dare devil attitude and smiled in mischief. "So... you think you can catch another?" Gloria had the confidence to believe so and was about to step on the final dot. "If the names right, then this place is hiding a steel type! Easy peasy!"

She took the step, the ruins begun to shake. The girls turned to the statue, that is having it's dots light up in a particular pattern. Gloria approached with a pokeball in hand as the statue begun to beep. "Rrk!" The statue begun to move. "Rrw! Rwwrk! Steel!"

Peonia gasped in surprise. "Registeel!" Gloria sent out Franken and cheered. "We got this!" Out came the Arctozolt that looked upon the beeping robot, the mishmash gave a bit of a cheerful dance as Gloria ordered. "Start with a thunder wave and follow up with bolt beak!" The Arctozolt nodded and let loose a paralyzing pulse, the Registeel gave a urgent screech and glittered for an iron defense as the Arctozolt followed with a bolt beak.

Registeel took another peck and blasted back with a flash cannon, Gloria called Franken back and readied another. "Come on Acer!" Pop! Out came the Cinderace that flipped a landing and flexed. Registeel couldn't move and was exposed to a pyro ball kick. Registeel leaned back and fired a charge beam to power itself up. Acer kicked scorching sand and made a fast u-turn back to his ball. Gloria sent out Brainy as Registeel struggled to move. "Now make a light screen and everything will be ready!"

The Orbeetle conjured a barrier that deflected the next flash cannon and conjured a reflect to subdue a heavy slam. Gloria brought out a timer ball and tossed it. It gave a whistle, tapped the Registeel on the forehead and dragged it in. Shake! Click!

With that, Registeel was captured. Peonia clapped in celebration. "Nice catch!" Gloria went to pick up the ball and put it in storage. "So you were talking about a type of rock and ice?" Peonia nodded. "There should be ruins to Regice and Regirock nearby. Papa's note also talked about a fourth ruin. Mind if I see it? Because that fourth is the one who made them in the first place."

Gloria did so, Peonia quickly raised an eyebrow, not recognizing the pattern. "Or... it could be something else. You'll recognize the pattern of Regigigas if you've seen it before."

She gave the note back awkwardly as Gloria asked. "If you know where the two are, I'll go look for Regirock while you go for Regice." Peonia blushed and suggested. "Rock pokemon... are my specialty."

Gloria changed the order and showed the markings on the map. "Regice's chamber is up the mountain while Regirock's is at the southeast of here. Towards the tree. After that, we'll meet over the ruins going to the ocean and figure out what's really over there."

After that agreement and a quick heal.

Gloria headed to the west of the snow slide slope and found the Ice Peak Ruins sealed shut. The girl read the puzzle out loud. "Walk together with a living crystal of snow?"

The Champion felt that sounds familiar and heard a jingle by a tree. She turned to find a Cryogonal laying it's chains of ice for a trap. Gloria saw the snow crystal was completely unaware and sneaked to get behind it, she readied a quick ball and tossed it at the back, securing a fast capture. She let the snow flake out and saw it turn in a temper. (What's the big idea?)

Gloria put her thumb to the ruins. "A puzzle here involves ya! If you want, I can release you after this is over with." The Cryogonal groaned in annoyance and followed the girl to the ruins, the girl touched the door and felt it open up. With that done, the girl pressed a button on the quick ball and caused a light to shine from it and the snowflake. Gloria waved upon releasing the wild pokemon. "That's all I need, take care!"

The Cryogonal grunted and flew off to elsewhere, leaving the girl to enter the ruins, finding a floor puzzle of a + shaped dot pattern. At the back of the ruins, is an innert, diamond like statue to where even the legs are pointed stilts. Gloria thought of a way to save time and let Franken back out. "Alright, here's our second ruins. Go on the left and step on those buttons, then turn to the buttons heading to the statue." The Arctozolt tapped his flippers and went to his side as Gloria went for her own. She activated her side and went towards the door as Franken did what was instructed. The ruins begun to shake. The two turned to see the statue's face light up in yellow dots, beeping in a batter.

"Rwrr. Rwwr! Rwwrice!"

The statue floated in a skid and approached the challenger. Gloria pointed an order. "Come on Franken, let's catch Regice!" The Arctozolt grunted and rushed for a thunder wave, the Regice let loose icy wind as the Arctozolt rushed a bolt beak and sent the golem into a spin. The Regice was in a corner and fired ice beams at an Arctozolt that shrugged them off, Gloria picked up some dusk balls and tossed as many as possible. At the fifth ball, the orb made it's three shakes and clicked. Gloria shook off the frost and picked up the ball. "Woohoo! One more to go now! This finally got Peonia to join in on the fun!" Franken tilted his head and chirped a question, the trainer answered earnestly. "Her Dad means well, but I don't want to imagine my Mum getting me prepared like that. I'm not little anymore."

She thought of a way for peace to be restored for the two ages. "Maybe we can find something that the both of them would want to explore. That way they'll start having adventures together. But before then, we got to figure out what's beyond the final door. If it isn't Regigigas, then who?"

At the Rock Peak Ruins towards the path to the Dyna Tree.

Peonia recognize the dot pattern and read the puzzle. "Never changing stone? Well that's obvious!" She sent out a Solrock and presented him with an Everstone tied to string. "Here you go!" The Solrock huhed and let loose a hum as the girl directed to the door that opened. She stepped in and thought to herself. "That girl's honestly not bad."

She saw the floor having an H shapped pattern of dots and a statue at the end of the ruins, a humanoid statue composing of various stones. The main body was mostly grey, with an orange spot on the chest and an orange spot by the right leg. The shoulders were orange jagged rocks and the head had the light orange pattern of dots for a face. Solrock advised in a buzz. (Aren't you behaving harshly on them?)

Peonia turned and put her hands at her hips. "If I can challenge something, without my old man breathing down my neck, I can show him that I'll be fine on my own one day. I just got to prove it." She let the Solrock give the everstone back and had a net ball ready as she stepped on the dots. Causing the ruins to shake and cause the statue's face to light up to life. "Ur." Blip! "Ur! Ur! Urock!"

The statue came to life and made slow steps, Peonia took a step back and tossed the ball with style. "Let's catch this Regirock, Spiral!" Out of the ball came an Omastar that landed and wiggled his tentacles in a dance. Peonia ordered fast. "Surf him up and Plastone will do the rest!" The Omastar danced and leaped a surf wave that pushed against the Regirock, the golem charged and slammed a hammer arm upon the Omastar that twirled a dodge. Peony called the fossil back and signaled her Solrock. "Plastone, use hypnosis!" The Solrock spun to battle as the Regirock took a step back and slammed a super powered fist upon the meteor. Solrock twirled a hypnotic pattern that lured the Regirock into a slumber. Peonia had the chance to toss three dusk balls before Regirock woke up and stomped a stone edge.

Solrock twirled to dodge and use hypnosis again. Peonia took a deep breath and used a timer ball. It brought the Regirock in and shook. Shake...shake...shake... click! The teenager gasped and squeed, jumping up and down like a typical child and went to pick up her capture. "Now we're gonna see something cool!" She put the ball away and readied a hyper potion for Solrock. "Let's go find Gloria and get this done!"

At a temple, by a road heading towards frigid seas.

Gloria observed the ruins that really were half yellow and half red. She found a door that read. "When gather the three giants, the door of destiny shall be opened?" She let out Registeel, who was napping in a relaxed mood, and Regice who gave light beep. Gloria answered the awaken golem. "We're trying to unearth a big mystery around this part. There's... something in here we know nothing about, right?"

Regice beeped a quick flash of dots that could be interpreted as. "Yet."

Peonia and Solrock hurried to the gathering, the teenager called. "Hey, I caught Regirock like we planned!" She stopped and showed the ball. "Regirock was kind of easy to catch! So what does this door read?" Gloria was pretty impressed. "We need to gather all three of the titans to open this door! Is this what you've read about before?"

Peonia readied to let Regirock out. "Normally, when the three regi's are brought somewhere with a giant statue, a Regigigas will wake up. But this is definitely not the case." She let out a rock golem that had a rather assertive beep. The trio banded together, faced the ruins and gave a banter of patterns and beeps. The door opened and the girls made their way in, finding the buttons on the floor to be a merging of the two patterns at the entrance.

On the other end were something most surprising. Not one, but two of golems. At the yellow end was what looked to be a yellow light bulb with a cluster of bolt like wires on each side, bound by a dirt covered band at the waistline. On the red, looked to be a dirt covered, red orb with stubby legs and what looked to be a black Charizard skull munching on body from the upper end. The Electron Golem had a dot pattern resembling a wide lined X while the Dragon Orb Golem had a face resembling the strange V. Gloria had something occur in her brain. "What a minute."

She looked to her exploring partner. "This place is called Split- Decision Ruins... why's it called that?" Peonia readied to answer as a high pitch voice echoed. "I'll tell ya why!" She noticed a yellow ring appearing mid air, dropping down a imp like genie. "A Hoopa!?" The djinn twirled and waved a hand. "I'm already captured, I'm just here to help with this." He coughed. "Ahem!" He turned to the two golems. "who ever made this really doesn't want something else waking up. So the mechanism is only going to work for waking one of these guys up, leaving the other trapped in dormancy."

He turned back and crossed his arms smugly. Since you ladies done the dirty work already, it would be a real shame if you didn't come home with all of the treasures." He had the Ring glow and put his hand in. "Let's try this." He felt a grip on something. "I'll keep the mechanism from snapping shut. You two figure out a way to activate the buttons fast enough so the two of them can wake up."

Gloria squinted her eyes at the imp. "And what is the catch?" Hoopa raised two fingers. "Well, you're going to be fighting the two of them at once. There's a real chance that while you capture one, your friend is gonna catch the other. If these guys have anything interesting, you know who's gonna want to know." That is a fair price, the ladies looked to each other in that split decision. The older girl asked in earnest. "How about, you make the first pick. This was your idea, after all." Gloria had an interest in the Dragon Orb in particular. "I'll keep this one busy while you set up a date with the Electric guy." Peonia nodded and watched Gloria activate the buttons in V pattern. The ruins begun to shake and Hoopa held to something of a mechanism. Causing certain dots to dim. "Go, go go!" Peonia hurried and activated her pattern, the ruins quaked even more and the Hoopa let go.

The golems face began to light up in a pattern. The Dragon Orb begun to float mid air, shake the dust to reveal a black skull beeped a deep. "Zagd!" And lifted the Charizard skull up in the air in a zip of life. "Zadradrago!"

The Electron shocked itself to light and hopped in curiosity to reveal blue bands. "Zizizizizi!" His limbs sparked in electricity and he opened them to reveal something other worldy. "Zileki!" Gloria sent out Franken and licked her lips. "This is gonna be like the others! Go for a thunder wave, stat!"

The Arctozolt nodded and dashed as the Dragon Orb floated to the left, flipped side ways to resemble a dragons skull and glowed in pink power. It fired a beam to the ground and thrust upward, catching Franken in the wave and making it burst in power that sent the Arctozolt flying to Gloria. The girl rolled out of the way and watched the Arctozolt roll, passed out. She whistled.

"Woah!"

She sent out her Chronicler, Brainy. "We need a light screen. Stat!" The Orbeetle conjured the barrier as the Dragon Orb unfolded, rushed to the Orbeetles side and clawed with the power of the dragon. Gloria ordered. "Now make him buzz off!" Brainy let loose a bug buzz and took another dragon claw as the trainer ran to Franken and used a max revive to spring him to battle. The Dragon Orb sent Brainy flying to his back and Gloria ordered. "Now, while we got the screen, use thunder wave!"

The Arctozolt nodded and rushed at the Dragon Orb that flipped and tried to smash him to the ground with a hammer arm, the fossil flipped a roll and let loose a shock wave to inflict paralysis. Gloria licked her lips. "Now for a freeze dry and it's just a matter of tossing balls!" The Arctozolt roared a blast of frigid air and caused the Dragon Orb to beep a roar. It couldn't move. Gloria tossed a timer ball, watched it pop in two shakes and tossed another ball. It shook three times and clicked.

At the same time.

Peonia watched the Electron hop back timidly as the Solrock floated close, it leaped above and let loose a shocking electric cage that had Plastone buzz in pain. "Yikes! Use hypnosis and don't stop attacking until I say so." The Solrock used Hypnosis to make the Electron back off and tossed a rock slide to bury it.

Zap!

He followed with a zen head butt and watched the Electron tap a landing and wake up. It tossed an electro web to bind the Solrock and Peonia ordered. "Hypnosis again! We got him!" The Solrock took the pain and spun a hypnotic wave that made the Electron beep annoyed. It went asleep and Peonia tossed a timer ball. Shake...shake...shake... click! With that, the Electron was caught and the Hoopa put his hands out of the ring. "Congratulations ladies!"

The girls picked up their catches and had her Dex scane. Blip! "Regidrago: The Dragon Orb Pokemon: Dragon Type: Its body is composed of crystallized dragon energy. Regidrago is said to have the powers of every dragon Pokémon. An academic theory proposes that Regidrago's arms were once the head of an ancient dragon Pokémon. The theory remains unproven."

It flew over to Peonia's catch. "Regieleki: The Electron Pokemon: Electric Type: Its entire body is made up of a single organ that generates electrical energy. Regieleki is capable of creating all Galar's electricity. This Pokémon is a cluster of electrical energy. It's said that removing the rings on Regieleki's body will unleash the Pokémon's latent power."

Gloria gasped. "Oh my! Let's show this to their brothers!" Peonia agreed and with Gloria, called their pokemon back. They returned to the golems that waited idle and brought out their siblings. The ladies used a full restore to patch up the damage and the Hoopa looked on in pride. "Not going to lie, I don't think I've seen these guys often. I guess some Gigas decided to create more or something."

He readied a Hoopa ring as a way to take his leave as the Champion ask. "So, we just got to show this to Alola's Professor as part of our deal? This might be interesting to try out." The imp corrected her. "I didn't say you have to. It's just nice to do since she decided to let you give it a try after hitting a dead end." That earned a bit of a giggle from the Eleki and the teenager, the Hoopa flew to the ring. "I'll see ya if we ever have to discover this kind of stuff again."

With him gone, the Regi's were allowed to have a reunion after being dormant for the ages. They beeped together and Regirock took the lead towards a particular path in the giants bed. Peonia waved and asked. "Hey, where you guys going?"

The Regi's kept going, though the Regice turned half way and beeped that they follow. Few dared to interfere with a march of legends, so it was a simply trip up a hill, towards a dormant Max Raid Den that is surrounded by five stone platforms. Each regi took a step on each one, turned to the center. The Den lit. Peonia gasped in a realization. "So this is where he's been!" She turned to her partner. "Only when his children are gathered, will the Colossus awaken. Our path of Regigigas has opened."

She's tempted to make a go for the challenge and Gloria head something in her mind. "Gloria, you're about to face a colossus of pure power. May I?" The Champion nodded and brought out a Master Ball with a leaf sticker. "You shall, your Majesty! Peonia, what are you going to bring for this one?" The Teenager brought about a pokeball with a crown sticker. "Only my Darling Tyrantrum! I've just patched in her special ability, before I had a go for that Latios. This is going to be fun."

Gloria agreed and led the way in, though a ruinous cave glowing in Dynamax power. The two entered a chamber, shrouded in a storm. A collection of dots, lining to the high point of the ceiling, shined. Showing a face resembling three eyes. By the dots were a set of red, blue and grey eyes that lit up from the top to the bottom. Rumble! With a step, the storm blew away, showing a human shapped colossus that was stepping off of a throne. The body was white, black stripes were lined across the body, the head, going straight to the chest, was yellow along with the shoulders and hands. The legs and inner shoulders had moss covering them.

Gloria's mouth was wide as Peonia had a wide smile not unlike her Papa. Regigigas looked upon the challengers and flexed a bizarre roar. Gloria sent out the Shadow Rider, Calyrex as Peonia sent out her Tyantrum. "Woot! Okay, first thing! We got to take this Gigas down as soon as possible, he's starting up just now so he isn't going to crush us too fast!"

Gloria readied her ball. "I'll Dynamax, while you set up!" She called Calyrex and Gloom Hoof into the ball and powered it up as Peonia ordered rather excited, stomp happy dinosaur. "Darling, use dragon dance and we'll make that move count!"

The Tyrantrum danced in a laugh as Gloria enlarged the master ball and tossed it to the back of the ruins, bringing about an enlarged duo that had a blue aura of power. Gloria's quite surprised and turned to face the Gigas. "Alright, start with a max mind storm!"

The King and his steed focused a pulse of psychic might that pushed the Colossus back, Regigigas countered with a psychic blast upon the King and stomped forward as the Tyrantrum finished her dance. Peonia cheered "Now run in for a head smash!" The Tyantrum stepped back and charged with her rocky head, bashing the Gigas back with full power. The Colossus countered with a hammer arm, was blasted by the a psychic terrain powered mind storm and Peonia called. "Go all out in a rage!"

The Tyrantrum grunted, roared into a frenzy and unleashed a beat down upon the giant, causing power to burst from the body and shake the ruins. Gloria gave Peonia a thumbs up. "This is your chance! Pick a ball and toss it at him so we can break even!" The teenager nodded, picked a timer ball and charged it up, she tossed the enlarged orb at the giant and watched it open to drag the titan in.

It fell to the ground, gave three mighty shakes and shrank down for a click. Peonia leaped and cheered. "Caught the Regiking!" Calyrex shrank down to normal and Gloria turned to him in a smile. "Good work, Calyrex, Gloom Hoof!"

The two gave a nod of respect as the Tyrantrum was dizzy from her outrage and shook it off, she saw Peonia showing the ball off and rushed in a laugh. The girl stepped aside and gave a tackling embrace, sharing a bit of laughter before heading to the Champion. Gloria shook her head and warned the girl. "You know, this does mean we'll have to talk with your Papa about this, right?"

Peonia nodded in confidence. "Yeah. I think, since this is the last of his clues, I'll be able to handle it. Just have by back if he starts to spoil me, okay?" Gloria made the promise and lead out of the Dynamax Ruins, where the five golems awaited them and beeped a question. Peonia let out the injured Regigigas that was taking the first sight of sunlight and shielded himself nervously. The golems raised their hands in a unified cheer, welcoming their king back to the world.
