So the past week being in the new dorms was a bit of a mixed bag if you were to ask Denki, but he'd like to think everything worked out just fine. He got to make out with his girlfriend, in her room, while they cuddled in the same bed, so that was an upgrade on his entire past year. Not even Midnight's dreaded sex-ed class was enough to take away his good attitude. Why were those dildos wet?

But now came back to classes, everyone waiting patiently for what was to come. Aizawa walked through the door, looking at the students. "Soon you kids will face a big hurdle we're going to be throwing at you early." How much longer was he going to torment them? They served their time in detention, they got a sex ed class. What else could there be!? "We'll be having you test in the provisional license exam."

"License? We're going to learn how to drive?" And once again Iruma returned to class with his naivety back in full force.

"... For those of you that don't know." The statement was there mainly for Iruma obviously, but it was for others as well … like himself. Damn he felt dumb. "This exam is for students at hero schools. It's a stadium-like event with a five percent passing rate." Well that was no pressure! "It's to determine if you are worthy of Provisional Licenses, which act as temporary and situational hero licenses."

"Oh… so it means we can punch villains legally." Iruma concluded.

"Honestly he understood that one faster than I expected." Bakugo was agreeing on the subject of punching villains. It wouldn't be weird if it wasn't for him agreeing with Iruma of all people.

"The exam is within two weeks. Originally, we would've spent the second week at the training camp preparing specifically for this event, but due to everything that has happened, we'll use the little you've learned during the summer and take your training to the next level." Aizawa pointed to the door, which opened and revealed Midnight, Cementoss, and Ectoplasm.

"Developing TWO Ultimates moves~!" Midnight spoke sensually, walking in with a sway of her hips that was so sexy, Denki had to use every ounce of his willpower to focus on the desk, lest he invoke the wrath of his partner. "Taking your greatest strengths and forming it into a move that'll ensure victory! Any hero that doesn't have at least one is a fool." He only had one, and he still felt like a fool.

Tsu watched everyone gather in gym beta in their gym outfits. "The point of an ultimate move is to have a trump card!" Midnight shouted, using her personality and looks to garner attention. "We pros have to do our best to fight crime, so this acts as a way to turn the tables when all hands are on deck!"

"Don't we already have Ultimate Moves?" Iruma asked. "I yell right hook punch when punching and rocket man when jumping."

"Those are just regular moves, you're standard way of fighting." Ectoplasm corrected him. "Ultimate Moves are more like Iida's recipro burst, a sudden power that suprases all your other techniques to finish a fight quickly."

"I've developed an Ultimate move?" Iida stood proud, probably getting a little teary eyed underneath his costume.

"Yes, which is why your training will consist of trying to reduce its drawbacks. You somehow manage to become more useless than Suzuki in the field after he breaks his arms." Aizawa spoke up, a small point … like how he broke his arms at camp when she wasn't there. He was constantly out on his own…

"If you want a better example, think of Kamui Woods and his lacquered chain prison. Using his quirk to immediately capture every enemy in his vicinity in mere seconds." Midnight explained. "Ultimate Moves don't necessarily have to be attacks, they can range from evasion to capture techniques, anything that gives you an edge against any enemy, no matter who they are."

"That's why I'll be creating your battle ground for developing techniques without worry." Cementos already began to move the cement into structures. "Ectoplasm will clone himself to teach you all individually." Made sense.

"I'll make something to blow all you extras out of the water." Bakugo smirked, hands sparkling before they even began.

"Make sure to take this as seriously as possible. First years normally don't get the opportunity to get their licenses this early on, but we find ourselves beyond normal circumstances." Aizawa explained further. "So when the time comes, you'll be competing against second and third years from other schools."

"Can I try something?" Iruma asked, the class looking at him in confusion.

"Um … what exactly?" Cementos asked him.

"Something I learned while captured." Everyone winced before he walked up the cement wall. His body began sparking as he delivered a punch, with a small crack forming. "No, that wasn't it …" He tried again before making a bigger crack, wincing. "No, it was more painless … but the tingle grew over time … I never hit but it kept swinging." Now Iruma was just swinging his arm in a circle, as if winding up for a pitch.

"Iruma, what are you doing?" She asked him, hoping that he wasn't trying to do something that'll get him hurt…again.

"When I broke my arms against Muscle Man the right one got tingly. It just kept getting bigger and bigger despite All Forty One healing me." Those that were there winced. "Eventually I punched a brain monster and it all went out with a big burst … there it is!" Iruma wound his fist back, sparks that were there before now adorned small white dots on his arm as he punched … cracks forming inside of the entire structure. With Iruma's arm in perfect condition.

"You punched it… harder?" Jiro asked.

"No, I just kinda punched it later?" Iruma looked confused as well, swinging it again as the teachers observed silently. "I swing my arm and what's there is just added to the next punch, it's like …" The boy snapped his fingers. "Leftovers! That's the name of my new ultimate move!"

"...I'm going to have to see you after class to drill in the importance of creativity." Midnight slapped her forehead. "Horrible name aside, this is what we're talking about. Take what you already know and apply it with full force!"

"Great job, Iruma-kun! That's why you're the strongest in class!" Toru cheered, ignoring Bakugo's shouts, as the rest of Iruma's closest friends clapped for him …a group she couldn't say she was a part of without acknowledging the shame…

What kind of friend…what kind of sister did nothing when their little brother was taken way, tortured for who knows how long?

She was a horrible person.

"What about … 'future attack'?"

"But you're not messing with time." While they waited on All Might, they started to work on their names. "Also you'll be attacking with power you had, so it would be a past attack."

"What about overfilled? Like you ate too much?"

"You need to move away from the food metaphors entirely." Shoto groaned, resisting the urge to slap himself in the face. Now that there wasn't an ancient quirk stealing boogeyman attacking them, they could finally have a conversation about One For All, and just what the heck was happening inside of his friend.

"Sorry I'm late, I was working on scheduling." All Might … or now it was Yagi, walked in. "Since I've retired and the public knows my face, there's no reason to not teach full time." Other than the fact you were a bad teacher. "How is the training?"

"I get up to seventeen spoonfuls whenever I want, and twenty spoonfuls for a few seconds." Again, the food metaphors were abundant.

"That's great. Crossing that line between fifteen and twenty usually takes awhile, so you're actually developing much faster than I anticipated you would be." The man congratulated his successor.

"That's awesome. Also I just learned you can store up punches for later, why did you never tell me we could do that?" Finally, the real question was going to be answered.

"...Because…I can't…do that." Yagi stated with wide eyed worry. Or it wasn't going to be answered, and they have more concerns. "Young Suzuki, are you sure you were quirkless?"

"Yep, my parents took me to a doctor once and did some toe tests or something. Don't know what that did, but I never had a power for myself until you gave me One For All."

"That is very concerning." He spoke. "Have you noticed anything else strange?"

"Oh, I did have this weird dream. So everyone was with magic knights, fighting evil demons, Bakugo rode Ejiro." He wanted context, but he felt he would regret it.

"That doesn't seem too odd. Your normal life combined with a fantasy seems average compared to some crazier stuff." Apparently Natsuo had a dream once he lived in the Tom and Jerry cartoon.

"And then the world folded as I saw All For One as a kid talking to his sick brother, before the brother asked me to help fix his mistake."

"You… saw All For One… and the first user?" Yagi asked.

"I mean, it felt like it and it sounded like him." The boy put a hand on his chin. "White hair, black eyes, lots of teeth in his smile?"

"Didn't you say something about vestiges being inside the quirk?" Shoto turned to the former number one. "Iruma said his quirk was haunted during the sport's festival. What if this is some sort of extension of that?"

"Look, the craziest thing to happen to me was being kicked to that line between life and death and seeing black figures hold out their hands, one of them being Nana. This is FAR beyond what I've encountered with One For All." The hero explained.

"Maybe it just got bigger." Shoto shrugged. "You're the eighth and he's the ninth, and the quirk's supposed to build up more strength when it's passed down. What if all that stored up power is causing the quirk to change from what it originally was?"

"Wait, it's growing?" The boy looked down. "Do I have to cut it out? Will it explode?"

"No, One For All may be too much for now, but your growth rate will far exceed its own." All Might assured. "But Todoroki has a point. If this is what happened from just the eighth to ninth … what else is there?"

Great, his friend was given a highly powerful, highly volatile, constantly changing quirk that was possibly haunted by seven other people. It was starting to sound like this quirk was more of a curse to have. Speaking of curses … "Now that All For One is gone, what is your verdict on the inner circle expanding?" He asked.

Yagi looked surprised, then contemplative, then sighed. "If it has to expand, it's fine. Just make sure whoever knows is trustworthy beyond trustworthy … I still don't trust the situation at hand."

"Don't trust-he's in Tartarus, the biggest cell in the world."

"I know … it scares me." It what? "During our last confrontation it was caused by me faking an opening and drawing him in. He was always on the run, always a step ahead of others. He never gets his hands dirty unless the risk of discovery and damage is zero. Yet here he is, showing himself before the world as he gets surrounded by heroes. Even if he defeated me-" Iruma hitched a breath at that. "-he still would have been surrounded by capable pros that would overwhelm his damaged form."

"So you stopping him that night could just be one part in some complicated plan?" Iruma looked down at his hand, then at the window. "Successor …" He muttered. "Tomura is still out there." Iruma steeled his gaze. "I need to talk to him again before he does something crazy."

"... I need to tell you something else." Yagi started. "It was a confession from All For One, I believe it because there was no way he would lie about it … Tomura Shigaraki's real name is Tenko Shimura. My master's grandson."

"...So All Forty One is using him just because he's related to your sensei?" Iruma fist closed tightly. "I'm not going to let him get away with this. Whatever plan that monster has, I'll stop it before it starts."

"I know, I'll help you no matter what, but it's been little over a month and I already feel like we've covered far too much." Shoto deadpanned. "Right now we should just focus on hero stuff, like our Ultimate Moves."

"Right, right …" Iruma paused. "Hey, let's get the class together tomorrow, we'll get geared up."

Bolt here, wrench there, and done. Now she just needed a test button and it would be the perfect little-

BOOOM!

She was sent flying back through the steel door, landing on something with smoke. "Damn it Hatsumei, what did I say about explosions?!"

"Not to cause them!" She shouted back, pushing down before noticing something in her boobs. "Hey there test subject! How's it been!?"

"Oh, things are going great! I get to sleep in a bed now!" Good for him, beds were comfy. Not that she needed them, sleep was for the weak!

"So you came for some upgrades I see?" Time she got to show off the good stuff.

"Actually we all are." She blinked, looking up at all of 1-A. So many customers…So many babies to make!

"Perfect!" She stood up. "Follow me everyone, let's get you measured, suited, and ready to meet my babies!"

"Ten seconds in and I already fear for my life." The electric kid spoke up. "New record."

"Really, it only took me five seconds." Leg's was the same riot as always! Such a shame he didn't come to the support labs more often.

"All right, just stand right and let me get a good feeling.." She started with her favorite test subject, touching million points from his back to his abs. "Wow, I keep forgetting how much is under here. Your costume is a bit baggier than I remember it."

"Yeah, I'm building muscles so I won't break my body, I need it a bit baggy so it lasts a while."

"Nah, don't worry, we can have it expand and contract a bit so it's still skin tight, don't need to have flimsy fabric able to get snatched.

"Get your hands off him you bitch." She was pushed off. "You're trying to put the moves on Iruma-kun!" Invisible girl shouted. "You don't get to be with him."

She looked in honest confusion. "Listen girly, I'm not into organic. I'm a mechanical girl. The hottest boys in your classroom right now are Sparkly and Legs." She gave them a low pur for emphasis. Sparkly merely gave a wave of the hand while Legs looked to the nearest window and sped to it, jumping out. "Ooh, baby time!" She took out her special magnet grapple and grabbed Legs before he could hit the ground.

"NO, I WON'T BE TRAPPED BY YOU AGAIN! I WON'T BE USED!"

"Already have been, Legs!" She waved down. "Now be a good test dummy while I get you some special thrusters."

"Almost as disturbing as Bakugo and Tokage." Acid muttered.

"The fuck was that Raccon eyes?"

"Should have seen her at his place, it was disturbing." Hard boy shivered.

"I will end you, shitty hair."

"I'm more surprised you're here at all. You usually hate friend stuff." Lightning retorted.

"Came for the gear, stayed for the explosion. I want my grenades to do that level of destruction." See, someone who understood the value of explosions!

"Give me a few samples of your sweat, and I'll make them three times as destructive!" She replied, before getting out a few blueprints. "Anyways, Million points, what are you looking for?"

"Well I can go to seventeen spoonfuls, but you said the suit can only handle fifteen, so first off I need something to help with that." The boy answered. "Plus I have this new thing where I move my arms around, and it makes my punches stronger than they should be."

"Move your arms and you get stronger punches?" She thought about it for a second. "Sounds like you build and release kinetic energy. Does it hurt to store up?"

"It tingles a little bit, but it doesn't hurt until it stays there for a long while."

"I might be able to help with something like that, a sort of force container deviance, maybe we could finally fix that long range problem of yours." She frowned. "But we still won't be able to fix the maximum limit without a better design on the gauntlets."

"Oh, I actually have someone who can help." Test Subject pulled out his phone and typed a number, waiting until whoever on the other line picked up. "Hey Melissa. I have a friend here who loves to make stuff. Do you mind workshoping with her to help on my next costume?"

"Melissa?" Gravity girl questioned. "You have Melissa Shield's number?" MILLION POINTS HAD WHAT!?

"Melissa shield, daughter of david shield, inventor of the high mark long range targeting system, the vr maximum connection point!?" She shouted. "How do you have her phone number!?"

"I gave it to him after I-island. We talk sometimes when we're free." Said the celebrity. "He's kinda funny, he got super protective when I told him I almost got robbed by some guys that wanted Papa's stuff while he's … serving time."

"She made me a gauntlet that could handle a few full powered punches before it broke." Million Points continued. "Maybe you can work with something there." She gave him a large smile. Even without inventions he was worth a Million Points right now.

"SOMEONE CUT THE WIRE!" Shouted Legs.

Bakugo took a deep breath. It was hard coming up with a super move … it wasn't actually, he discovered it in two days and mastered it in three. The hard part was coming up with a super move for FEET! Plus side of feet explosions? Freed his hands up for more reactive combat responses. Downside, they were fucking useless in terms of finess.

The easiest solution he came up with was simply using them to better control his Howitzer Impact, but that was a move he came up with during the sport festival he didn't get to actually use until the exams. Sure it counted by technicality for this necessary requirement, but he felt like he hadn't grown with his feet at all since using them. It was like growing a second tail. He didn't have the years of experience needed to master them this fast.

"Iida, are you doing alright?" Uraraka asked glasses, who was in the middle of practicing how to float objects past her weight limit.

"Hatsumei had this stupid idea that if I was going to get tired of running I should move with my hands. The arms can't support the human body, that's what legs are for!" … Katsuki may have been stupid.

Of course he wasn't getting anywhere trying to finesse his feet, they weren't meant for that. They were meant to be used with the legs for holding up the entire body. And Katsuki couldn't use big explosions because his arms couldn't handle the strain. Which meant while his arms were for finesse, his legs were more capable of gauntlet level explosions!

Now he needed to focus on aerial repositioning. Instead of his legs as backups to his arms, he needed to focus on using his arms to position and steady himself while his legs fired at full power. He almost threw up at the thought, but he needed to be like De-Izuku right now, taking whatever heroes he's seen and apply what they had to improve himself.

He recalled the night of All Might's last fight seeing some old geezer pro, how he zipped around everywhere at high speeds using some sort of air propulsion from the bottom of his feet. He started to lightly ascend straight into the sky. One meter, two meters, three meters. This should be good enough, tilt up, and explode!

KABOOOOOOOM!

The entire rock was turned into splinters! "YES! I got it!" Now this is what he was talking about! The gap was going to close soon! He'll be the undisputed number one in class in no…

CREAAAAAK!

Parts of the mound he was standing on were starting to crumble. A huge section of the edge was falling off the side…onto an unsuspecting All Might, who was stuck in his skeletal form, with no quirk, power, or means to protect himself.

Not again, NOT AGAIN! "Hey, watch out….!" He yelled at the old bastard, trying to get his attention before it was too late. Maybe with his feet, he could speed to it and stop it mid-

"Cyclone spinner!" What appeared to be a blue fidget spinner cleaved the rock into diced pieces, falling to the ground as the figure landed. All turned to stare at Dodger's new costume.

Unlike the spandex looking stuff others had, this one was covered in dark blue fur from head to toe, other than the steel boots and gauntlets that had a spiky edge. The cyan eyes and wolf ears seemed to twitch, letting out low hums when you got close, and the mouthguard represented a wolf's muzzle.

"Wow, you've really leaned into the Wolf theme." Raccoon eyes whistled. "Gotta say, you pull it off pretty well."

"I figured people like it, so I'd just accept it." Dodger spoke up. "The fur wasn't my idea though, it just changes the stored up punches in my and puts them into these things on my back." Dodger pats two thruster looking objects back there. "I can shed it if I want, but it's a lot more convenient than having to wait and charge up something big."

"You shredded the rocks like they were paper." All Might looked around him, the rubble-turned-pebbles circled his area. "You've grown into your own way of fighting quite well. What do you call this?"

"Claw Man." They gave him the stare as if he'd come up with a terrible name. "... Wolf Claw?"

"Better…but not by much." At least the pro wasn't trying to bullshit anything. "You doing alright up there, Young Bakugo?" The pro turned his attention to him.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just watch your back for now on." He responded before going back to his own business. Those two together never stopped getting more annoying.

"Just as you're my successor, he is All Might's…" Bakugo recalled what the big boss said to Hangjob that night. So much within the past few months was starting to make sense. Many things that seemed impossible suddenly seemed completely possible.

It didn't matter what the reality was. He was going to surpass Dodger, no matter who's power he had.
