George would arrive at the scene where the crime was very actively happening. Vulture was blocking shots from police with his right wing, the shots clinging off the metal and landing elsewhere.

"Stop shooting!" George yelled out, unable to be briefed by Yuri as he usually would be, upon arriving at a scene. Though the other cops were high on adrenaline they didn't forget the voice of their captain. Who was also the main voice of reason when stakes were high, and things were tense.

George managed to always stay level-headed in tense situations. Or at least that's what the officers under him tended to see a lot. Doc Ock would round the corner carrying two people's cars. "Blockade removal, coming right up!" He shouted, hoisting the cars above his head with his metallic tentacles.

"Get back! Everyone back!" George shouted, rushing forward to pull some people back, putting himself at risk to save others. Then Doc Ock tossed the cars, aiming for the police cruisers blocking off the way of the street. Which was to prevent the villains from walking to that side, but…

Since when did supervillains ever walk anymore? What happened to age-old using your legs?

"Hey man!" A voice unknown to them shouted, they looked over and saw Miles swinging over in his hero suit. They had no clue who he was, but he was dressed similar to their Spider-Woman.

Sure, as hell didn't stop Doc Ock from tossing the cars at the blockade. Miles caught the cars using nets made of webs. "Are those even your cars?! Cars are too expensive for you to be throwing them all willy-nilly like!" Miles landed on the car and pointed at Doc Ock.

"And who are you supposed to be? Spider-Boy?" Doc Ock asked looking at Miles.

"Uh Spider-MAN, actually. And who're you? Some rip-off Doctor Octopus?"

"Rip off?!" Doc Ock, exclaimed, annoyed at the fact someone would call HIM a rip-off. HIM, the Doctor Octopus! No one came close to his level of genius! How dare he say he's a rip-off!?

Gwen arrived with a swinging kick to Doc's chest knocking him back and nearly tripping him over, due to his mechanical tentacles nearly getting stuck under a car. "That's my Doc Ock."

"Really?!" Miles shot a web at Gwen, and she practically read his mind as she caught the web and yanked him forward, tossing him through the air. In the air, his spidey senses went off alerting him of danger. The danger this time was Vulture swinging his left wing at Miles, attempting to swat him out of the air.

Miles reached out and managed to time his dodge by placing his hand on Vulture's wing and pushing it downward to propel himself up. He landed with both feet into Vulture's face, before jumping off and immediately sticking two webs onto his shoulder and smashing his feet into their face, knocking them through the air.

"Your Doc Ock is a guy?!" Miles looked over at Gwen, his eyes slightly wide showing this question was indeed a question.

"Yeah!" Gwen had then remembered that Otto Octavius from her universe was Olivia Octavius from Miles' universe.

"That is disgus—WOAAHHH!" Miles' response was interrupted by one of Doc's tentacles grabbing him by the center of his chest and yanking him closer before tossing Miles over his shoulder.

"Hey!" Gwen shouted at Dock Ock.

"What? Is he your boyfriend or something?"

Gwen didn't answer and just glared at the man.

"Wow. No wonder I manage to find you both equally annoying!" He shot one of his tentacles at Gwen. She jumped off the roof of the car to avoid it but was immediately met with another one slamming into her chest and knocking her back into a building, slamming through the brick wall.

"Ow…" Gwen groaned, slowly going to stand back up. "Did he get faster?" She asked herself quietly, jumping out of the hole in the wall.

Miles was already fighting Otto and Vulture. Was it going well? Not in the slightest. He was not having a good time dealing with Vulture's wings and air prowess. Especially when Otto intentionally placed himself higher in the air with the two metallic tentacles he used as his legs. All to play to their strengths.

Miles had been doing a lot of dodging. Then a lot more. But was unable to dodge as Vulture flew into him from behind and started to carry him up into the air. "You and that girl are both a thorn in my side. I've only known you for two whole minutes."

Miles shot him in the face with his webs. "Thorn in your side? Don't you mean ache in your back? You're pretty old, man!" He slammed his electrified fist into Vulture's face making them falter for a moment, but he was very surprised when Vulture didn't fall down at all from the punch.

What really happened was that, upon being hit Miles' bio-electricty/venom did what it does best. It stung. And this time it stung the electronic components of Vulture's wings, specifically it hit the electronic system that controls the movements and maintained the stability of Vulture's wings.

And this also interfered with Vulture's magnetic field on his wings which is why he's unable to control his wings right now. The only reason Vulture is still in the air right now, is due to Vulture's prolonged use of his harness, he can levitate or float without the help of the harness.

But this is at a very slow speed only. So, this is why he seemed to be stuck in the air, trying to pull web off his face. Miles would reel back his fist and punch the man repeatedly, holding back because he didn't wanna hurt the old man too much.

Then finally, his system seemed to reboot, and a large electronic pulse shot out, knocking Miles off him and through the air. His wings had released the amount of electricity necessary for him to regain control of his wings again and projected it outward.

"Jeez, how many hits can one old man take!?" Miles asked, shooting webs onto the ledge of a roof to propel himself back towards the ground.

Near the ground, Gwen was fighting Otto. And not exactly having the greatest time. Otto seems to have made even more improvements to his tech, making his reaction time somehow faster, which closes the intervals between his attacks and lowers the time Gwen has to really capitalize.

Otto wasn't a man to make mistakes. And even if he did, he wasn't one to admit he was wrong. After all, he proclaims to be the smartest person on the planet. How could he possibly be wrong?

Gwen jumped over Otto's tentacle with grace, and she intentionally landed on it so that when Otto instinctively recalled it she'd be pulled along.

"So, Doc!" She said, as she was yanked and pretty much propelled towards Otto. She underestimated the amount of force that Otto used to recall his arms just so that they wouldn't be grabbed. So, her plan was thrown off the rails as she was thrown over him. "Woah!"

(I'm gonna call them arms from now on.)

However, this didn't completely ruin her chance to attack. She shot a web at the back of Otto's head aiming directly for the chip on the back of his neck. But it seems he had countermeasures set up if something were to happen like that.

The mechanical arm on his left side flicked with lightning quick speed and blocked the web from hitting the chip on the back of his neck. "C'mon Spider-Woman, I thought you would figure out that with the tech update, of course I'm protecting my weakest point!"

Gwen's spidey-senses went off, but she was unable to react to flying down from above and slamming her into the ground.

"Adrian. What did I tell you about attacking heroes while I'm talking to them?!"

"Was that before or after you stopped bragging about being so smart?! Oh wait! You never stop bragging! It's all you do!"

"Don't you start with me! You're just jealous! You need me!"

"I need you? Without my money you'd be on your way to R.A.F.T right now!"

"And without my smarts you would be there waiting for me!"

"Gwen…! Gwen!" Gwen heard coming from somewhere. She looked around wondering where from before something popped up on her interface.

"Frequency breached…?" She asked herself, someone breached the frequency she used to pretty much do nothing but talk to herself and listen to the cop's radio. "Spider-Man?"

"Yeah! Sorry, I butted in. Hope it didn't seem like I was doing nothing and just letting you get beat up."

"No. No… You're good. We have a minute, these two are at each other's neck right now."

"Great! I found out that Vulture dude is weak to electricity! I think I messed with whatever his suit was made of. When I hit him with my venom blast he immediately just froze in the air kinda just floating there and let me beat him up."

"We'll use that then."

"Cool. How ya holdin' up?"

"Oh, y'know… Really comfy being embedded into the road pretty much."

"I dunno the feeling. Brooklyn was pretty boring, other than villain of the week's popping up randomly."

Miles then landed beside Gwen and grabbed her hand, pulling her to stand up. "Thanks." She said, looking over at the couple who were still bickering.

"Anything I should know while they're still arguing?"

"Um… They're both extremely cocky, so if you insult them, they kinda do stupid stuff and it's a free hit. But it only works like…. Two outta three times?"

"Good info."

Otto and Adrian's argument seems to have been squashed for now as they turned their attention back to the spider-heroes. They lined up in another stand-off. Miles staring at Vulture, and Gwen staring at Doc Ock.

They both jumped at their respective targets, but they were very surprised when Otto and Adrian suddenly pulled a switcheroo and went diagonally. Vulture flew at Gwen, and she could tell he had also gotten faster as well.

Otto surprisingly used his mechanical legs to propel himself higher in the air over Adrian. After propelling himself he pulled his arms and legs back. And as he was still being carried forward by his jump, Miles' spidey senses flared harder than he had ever experienced before.

Otto pulling his arms back was to build kinetic force and then shoot them forward, and this amount of force would easily pierce clean through Miles if it hit him. Miles' body started to tingle, specifically his hands as bioelectricity unconsciously illuminated through his arm down to his forearm, down to his fingertips.

Then, he projected a venom blast from his hands and propelled himself forward, however how far he propelled himself wasn't in his control as this was all instinctual, due to his senses letting him know his life was in genuine danger.

He was propelling into a wall and surprisingly went through even that wall, landing inside of someone's house. "Ouch… What the hell did I just do…" He groaned before going to stand up.

"Spider-Man! You alright!?" Gwen's voice rang through his ears, he could hear her loud and clear. He could also hear her evidently dodging attacks from Vulture.

"Yeah. Yeah. I'm good. Worry about your fight right now."

Miles looked around and noticed a kid, to his right, sitting on a couch. Yeah, he just crashed into someone's living room. "Don'tcha know you should be evacuated by now, little guy?"

"Well… My mom and dad said we'll be fine, and it'll pass…" He said, timidly.

Then four talons pierced through the wall and the ceiling above. "Well, I need you to run to your parents' room. Now!" Miles told the kid, jumping up to his feet as the wall and ceiling were both pulled off.

"Don't think you can hide from me kid! It won't work!"

"Hide?" Miles shot a web towards his face with his right hand and with his left hand, he shot another that went missed Otto's head. The other web was blocked. "I wasn't hiding! Just… Taking a tactical breather while not showing where I was." Miles quipped and pulled himself forward, using the web that missed Otto to avoid the mechanical arm.

"Doesn't make you any less cowardly!" Otto's mechanical arm that had missed became embedded into the marble floor of the home.

Quickly thinking, Miles reached out, hoping to get a finger on the mechanical arm as it retreated. It was fast, but that didn't matter if he knew the route it'd go. He got his finger to touch the mechanical arm and he immediately stuck to it like glue being pulled along with it, charging venom to his fist as he went along.

And once he was in range he went to punch Otto but was blocked by his other mechanical arm that he seemed to forget never actually extended. Otto laughed condescendingly. "Did you think I was stupid enough to fall for a trick like that? Your electricity won't work! My suit is insulated!"

And out the window Miles' plan was thrown by the seemingly over- preparedness of this mad scientist. "All you do is talk about yourself! Is it because no one compliments you?"

"No! It's simply because I'm incredible!" He said, wrapping his mechanical arm Miles and squeezing him and his arms into his torso.

Otto lifted Miles up and backed out of the hole in the house. "Are you really as incredible as you think you are?!" Miles asked through a strained voice, obviously struggling against the vice grip of Otto's mechanical arms.

"Well, I obviously am! You're unable to do anything right now, aren't you?" Otto asked with a creepy smile as he held Miles above his head, looking up at the boy, his arms squeezing tighter as Miles continued to resist.

"Gwen… Help…!" His strained plea whispered to himself heard by only her as he started to slowly be crushed, unable to move his arms high enough to escape from this.
