As this is part two of the two shot this story will be ending here so I hope you enjoyed it. I have thought about a similar set up for a full blown story beyond a two shot but at the moment that is not likely to materialize.

Part Two
Four in the Morning
When both Blake and Weiss had returned to the team RWBY dorm room they could both tell something had changed from the new status quo that they had been forced to adopt since their leader had begun dating the leader of team NSSS. Unfortunately it wasn't the change that they had hoped for.
In fact Ruby's situation didn't seem to have changed in the slightest. She sat squarely in her boyfriend's lap and occasionally twisted her hips from side to side to pull his attention to her and get a…rise out of him. No pun intended.
The strange part was that now Yang was also involved in some way. Currently as Weiss and Blake stared across the room at them they could only gape as Yang practically draped herself over the two of them while trailing tiny kisses along Naruto's jaw whenever he was distracted by Ruby.
"What happened?" Weiss breathed out.
"This is too surreal." Blake agreed as they continued to stare.
They were pulled out of their staring as a member of their sister team, Jaune stepped up beside them to welcome them both back.
"Hey did you two work your stuff out?" He asked while scratching the back of his head a bit awkwardly.
"What?" Blake asked him as she turned to face him.
"Oh, uh Ruby told me you two were going into Vale together over the weekend to try and work out your issues over the White Fang. You seem closer so I was hoping that everything was working out." Jaune replied in a rapid tone as Blake's sharp golden colored eyes stared at him.
"That's Team RWBY business. Go away, Arc." Weiss snapped.
"Uh, sure Snow Angel. No problem." He replied a bit dejectedly and turned to leave.
"No wait." Weiss suddenly said as she turned to face him and took hold of his sleeve.
The boy turned back to her and blinked owlishly as she turned her icey colored eyes on him. It made him shudder a little bit and he was not sure if it was pleasurable or not.
"What did Uzumaki do to Ruby and Yang while we were gone?" Weiss asked getting a look from Blake at her words and a confused expression from Jaune.
"What did he do?" He asked.
"Yes. He obviously did something, look at them. Not even Yang is that shameless. What did he do to them?" Weiss insisted her eyes boring into Jaune's face as he sweated.
"Ah, well I don't know. I just thought they were like that cause they are all three dating now, maybe?" He timidly responded.
"Dating? They can't all three be dating." Weiss scoffed.
"Uh, Weiss. Some regions have regular polygamous marriages." Blake said while reaching out to ease the Schnee heiress' grip on the clearly uncomfortable buoy's sleeve.
"Preposterous. That's not how relationships work. One man and one woman procreating to have children. Sometimes they even care about one another." Weiss said with a dismissive tone as she released Jaune and turned back to staring at her teammates and their evidently shared boyfriend.
"Weiss…" Blake sighed while Jaune fled from the room.
"Come on." Weiss barked before storming across the room straight toward Naruto, Ruby, and Yang.
"No, Weiss, wait!" Blake hissed as she moved to catch up to her but the other girl simply had a headstart and their teammates had already turned their attention away from attempting to study, though it looked more like they were focused on teasing and playing with Naruto.
"Oh, hey guys! Did you have a good weekend together? Work everything out?" Ruby chirped happily smiling at Weiss and Blake as they got closer.
That brought Weiss up short. It was hard to maintain a righteous fury when facing the full brunt of Ruby Rose's earnestness. Really it was hard to be anything but happy and relaxed around her unless you really tried to be annoyed. Weiss had greater self control than that though and forged on through the beaming smile and radiant silver eyes.
Honestly Ruby seemed to be practically glowing right now and it agitated Weiss a bit because she felt like it was all so false.
"What?" She asked as her mind tried to move from the thoughts of Naruto doing something to Ruby and now Yang as well, to the fact that she and Blake actually had a rather enjoyable and productive weekend together.
"Your weekend together to work out your issues. How was it?" Yang chimed in a bit slower and more emphatically, making it clear, at least to Weiss and Blake, that they had better answer correctly or there would be an issue.
"It went well. Weiss and I are closer than ever." Blake came to the rescue.
"Err, Yes. We are. Yang, can Blake and I actually speak with you about something?" Weiss asked, though with the glare and tone it was clear she wasn't really asking.
Yang rolled her eyes but climbed to her feet, though not before planting a kiss on Naruto's lips and another on the crown of Ruby's head. Both of whom simply smiled at her pleasantly.
"I'll be right back." Yang said to them as she began following the other girls.
"Sure, also it was nice seeing you two again." Naruto said to Weiss and Blake pleasantly.
Blake sent him a stiff wave but Weiss outright ignored him as the trio of girls left and went around the corner to talk.
Yang blew out a sigh as she readied herself for the inevitable torrent of questions and demands from Weiss. Really she knew this was coming, but she had hoped to enjoy herself for a few more hours. The pleasant sore feeling across her entire body all but begged her to find a way underneath her boyfriend sometime soon.
There was some business to take care of first. Like the irate and somewhat worried girls on her team. It was as sweet as it was annoying that they both wanted to stop things between herself, Ruby, and Naruto. The conversation was no doubt not going to be fun though.
"Yang. Explain yourself." Weiss demanded hotly.
Yeah, they were already off to a great start as far as conversations went.
"What do you mean?" She asked with an overly innocent voice.
So she might not be all that ready to have an adult conversation at the moment. Then again Weiss was coming on strong so it was in Yang's natural impulses to be as much of an annoyance as possible. Call it instinct.
While the white haired girl's face became red as she tried to bite back the tirade that she naturally wanted to release on the buxom blonde, Blake jumped in to try and keep them on track.
"Stop being obtuse, Yang." She said simply.
Yang gasped comically. "Are you calling me fat, kitty cat?"
"Yang." The faunus pressed with her ears flattening on top of her head in frustration.
Yang sighed before nodding. She waved them forward as if telling them to ask what they wanted.
"What happened while we were gone?" Blake tried again.
"Not all that much really. I went to talk to Ruby about her relationship with Naruto. I had an epiphany. Simple as that." Yang said with a shrug.
"Don't play around, Xiao-Long." Weiss growled.
"I'm not. Listen I'm still figuring stuff out, but I think that we were wrong. Ruby is happy and if anything she's starting to really blossom. I can see why too. I need some time to really think about it all I guess, but I will tell you I'm pretty confident that Ruby knows exactly what she is doing and we were underestimating her a bit. She's more mature than any of us gave her credit for." Yang explained.
"More mature? Ruby?" Weiss asked.
"Yes, Ice Queen. More Mature. I can promise that she has you beat in that department at least. A few others too." Yang said while rising an eyebrow and pointedly looking down at her petite teammate's smaller chest.
Weiss gasped and wrapped an arm around herself with a furious and offended blush. Blake simply rolled her eyes as Yang expertly derailed any sort of proper interrogation about the details of what had happened over the weekend. At least one thing was clear.
"So he and Ruby are having sex then." Blake asked.
That brought both Yang and Weiss up short with Weiss' eyes widening to horrified proportions.
"They, can't be. They're younger than we are." She said with fragile certainty.
"Heh. Oh they are having sex alright. Sometimes they make love, but they are usually just fucking. It's pretty great." Yang said with a longing grin on her face.
"Oh my god. You're doing it too? What is wrong with you? Not only are you not stopping your sister from making perhaps the worst mistake, you're participating? She's your sister and you're sharing her boyfriend for an easy lay?" Weiss scolded.
"Woah, cool your jets. You don't get to come at me like that Weiss. Leave my baby sister to me. Leave my sex life to me. Most importantly leave my decisions to me. Mind your own business." Yang said hotly.
She turned to her partner.
"Both of you."
Yang simply turned and left after that, happily returning to some time spent with her sister and their shared boyfriend.
Over the next three weeks the relationships between the four members of team RWBY had become increasingly strained. Blake and Weiss had tried and failed to put the relationship of Yang and Ruby with Naruto out of their minds but the trio didn't make it easy. The fact that slowly others had come to simply accept the situation was beginning to weigh on them.
Especially on Weiss.
Her prim and proper lifestyle was unaccustomed to such things being so readily accepted. Blake had tried to calm her down about it but slowly Weiss had convinced herself that Naruto was doing something to Yang and Ruby to force them into such a situation. She insisted it was the only possibility.
Blake wasn't so sure. After all. The longer that Yang was with Naruto the calmer and more relaxed she seemed to be. The blonde was excellent at portraying herself as an easygoing and confident woman but Blake had been partners with her long enough that she had started to notice the underlying stress and tension that worked on Yang's nerves behind the scenes.
She was starting to realize that Yang and Ruby probably were happier, however she couldn't get over just how much they also seemed to change and center their days around their boyfriend. It frightened her a bit. The commitment that they both seemed to possess toward him after such a short period of time, it couldn't be healthy for them.
That and she suddenly found herself forced to spend most of her time with Weiss. It wasn't so bad, they really had worked their problems out but personality wise… they were a bit too abrasive. She could recognize her sarcastic nature didn't help. Though she would never dream of admitting that out loud. After all a few quips here and there was really nothing compared to the caustic temper tantrums the heiress was prone to throw.
It had actually gotten worse lately. If she didn't know any better than Blake might have thought that Weiss was feeling more than bothered and protective of her teammates. That and perhaps she was a little bit jealous too. She would normally have thought that it was humorous but she couldn't help and agree.
She felt bothered by the relationship her teammates were in, and so had been tagging along with Weiss whenever they confronted the pair regarding the relationship lately.
Not that such confrontations were going well or in their favor at all. It was more like Ruby and Yang were struggling to maintain their patience with Weiss and Blake everytime they tried to corner them about the situation.
It usually ended up with Ruby near tears over her teammates confrontational manner and Yang getting pissed off enough to storm off. Weiss was too straightforward, but any time Blake tried to talk to them about it alone they practically blew her off. She just wasn't as adept at controlling a conversation and Yang and Ruby were far more clever than most people would ever give them credit for.
That made her more worried lately, not less. It reminded her far too much of another scenario she had witnessed. She wouldn't stand by and let them both experience the same thing. Not when Team RWBY had become a family to her.
They were back at it today. Cornering an exasperated Ruby and a pissed looking Yang outside the female changing rooms near the training wing of the school.
"Why can't you both just let this go, or even better be happy for me and Yang?" Ruby whined.
"It's Yang and I, Ruby. As far as being happy for you, I want to be happy for you but I am not going to sit by while someone takes advantage of your naivety and Yang's trust. You are our partners." Weiss argued.
"That's sweet. I think it's supposed to be anyway." Yang said with a roll of her eyes clearly done with the conversation even as it began.
"Look, I know something is going on. Just tell us what is happening so we can help. What did he do?" Weiss stepped forward, but Ruby stepped back as she did, making the movement less of a friendly gesture and more invasive.
"You keep saying crud like that. I keep telling you to stop but you won't listen to me. He hasn't done anything wrong to us at all." Ruby said with her eyes looking a bit more damp than usual.
"There has to be something!" Weiss all but shouted.
"That's enough, Weiss!" Yang did shout. "You keep going on and on with this crap making it sound like he's some monster. Get your own shit together and leave it alone. You can't accept it fine, but stop spouting garbage like this. It can ruin a good person's reputation if people believe your stupid lies."
Weiss scoffed but was cowed by the scarlet red eyes glaring down at her. Strong of a huntress as she was, Weiss wasn't stupid enough to think arguing to the point of a fist fight would be at all productive for her argument. Not to mention she was pretty sure Yang would manage a win if they came to blows. At least at this range and in this tight hallway.
Instead she decided that a retreat was the best course of action. The same thing she had been forced to do for weeks now.
As Weiss stomped down the hall Blake watched her go for a bit before turning back to the furious pair of sisters. They really clearly cared for their boyfriend and she had no issue with that. She didn't think she did anyway. Besides, she was supportive of it in most circumstances. It wasn't traditional but from her understanding he was a faunus so that was already considered a bit taboo. Multiple partners fit right into that.
She just felt conflicted for some reason and she had to let her teammates know her position on it.
"Look. I'm not going to attack his character or your decisions or anything. That's not something I feel comfortable with anyway. I will say this though. You need to be certain you are in this relationship for the right reasons and that you know what you are getting yourselves into." Blake explained her position.
Ruby nodded while Yang let the red bleed out from her eyes.
"We're not children, Blake. We're grown women who can make their own decisions and mistakes. You and Weiss need to get past whatever this hang up is." Yang said as calmly as she could.
Blake sighed but slowly nodded. It wasn't worth turning this into an argument. All four members of Team RWBY were incredibly stubborn so fighting about this in the middle of the hallway was not going to bring about any type of conclusion that would make anyone happy.
"You are. I know that. That doesn't mean that Weiss and I don't worry you know. I've seen relationships like yours before. I've seen how they can confuse and twist people up and make them do things that they wouldn't normally do. I just don't want you two getting hurt somehow." Blake said.
"That's sweet but you really have no idea what you are talking about." Ruby said with a serious frown on her face.
"Maybe, or maybe I know better than you think Ruby." Blake replied.
Both sisters shared a look before Ruby shook her head. They parted ways at that. A small quiet see you later as their farewell.
Blake cringed internally at that. It was starting to feel like their team was being pulled apart. Over stupid teenage drama about dating a boy too.
She almost wanted to laugh. The issues with the White Fang, fighting Roman Torchwick, and her own attempt to run off hadn't been enough to split them up but this could?
She felt like a child.
It didn't stop her from worrying about her friends in the slightest.
Weiss and Blake had decided to shift tactics after another week of no progress. Actually it felt better to say negative progress. Ruby and Yang had both gone out with Naruto to Vale over the weekend and by the time the three of them had returned it was blatantly clear that the trio had spent the entire time doing all manner of activities that their partners didn't approve of.
Of course neither Ruby or Yang were willing to talk about anything in regards to it. Blake was perfectly fine with that and after a moment of thought so was Weiss. The details of their misadventures were definitely left in the dark. However everything from the way they walked to the simple expressions on their face forced thoughts onto their teammates about what it was they had gotten up to.
"We've been going about this wrong. We have been focusing too much on our side of the problem and not enough on his." Weiss said as she and Blake walked through a hall after classes for the day.
"What do you mean?" Blake asked. Part of her really was starting to get worried that Weiss was going a bit far in her distaste for the relationship. Then again Blake was in favor of it coming to an end too. She had little room to talk.
"Ruby and Yang are never going to end whatever that 'relationship' is. Not when they can't think for themselves or he has something over them." Weiss said while making air quotes as she said the word relationship.
Blake grimaced at the look in her teammates eyes but said nothing and instead let her continue with her plan.
"His team. Surely they see what's going on. I can't imagine they support their teammate blackening their names collectively with his actions. I wouldn't if he was my team leader. Besides I think they might even know more about what he has over Yang and Ruby. I don't know how I didn't see it earlier. Natural allies for our cause." Weiss rambled.
Blake nodded slowly as she mentally chewed on the words the Schnee heiress was saying.
"Maybe. So you want to confront them about it or something?" She asked.
"More or less. Besides, a conversation is harmless. We'll be nonchalant and ease the conversation to the topic of him, Ruby, and Yang." Weiss said confidently.
"I guess it could help. I don't think it could hurt anything in any way."
"Then it's decided. Come on." Weiss sprang into a more rapid pace and made a beeline for a section of Beacon Academy's grounds that team NSSS had gravitated toward in it's downtime. A small wooded grove near the main buildings typically used for students to rest and relax surrounded by nature without having to venture down into the Grimm infested forests used for training the students.
Just as Weiss had expected, three of the four members of team NSSS sat around a small wooden bench and studiously worked on some class work together. Weiss would have liked to be able to do the same with her team but if Ruby and Yang weren't spending time with Naruto they were busy either ignoring her and Blake or arguing with them.
Their grades had even dropped slightly. Well hers had which was incredibly frustrating as her slip had moved her from the top of her team to the second spot behind Yang who never let her forget it.
Pushing the thoughts about her neglected and suffering grades, Weiss rapidly rushed up to the three exchange students before stopping beside them and fiddling a bit awkwardly once she realized she hadn't really thought about how to broach the topic she wanted to discuss sensitively.
Blake wisely trailed after her letting her teammate handle the brunt of uncomfortable silence and staring.
"Can we help you, Schnee?" Sasuke asked finally.
"Oh, yes, or rather how are all of you doing?" She stammered.
The three foreign students exchanged a look that seemed to question what was going on before Sakura turned a polite if a bit forced smile toward the other girl.
"We are doing fine. What about you? Something seems to be bothering you." She pointed out.
"Hah. Well I suppose it must be obvious. I mean you are all no doubt affected as well. It only makes sense." Weiss said as she seemed to relax.
The foreign students once again exchanged looks at that. They said nothing this time though as they let the girl continue speaking. It was more than likely they would get their answers with a healthy dose of patience.
"Ahem. Anyway, where is your team leader?" Weiss asked, ignoring her teammate slapping her own hand to her forehead behind her.
"With your team leader and the blonde one I imagine." Sai replied flatly.
"I was worried you would say that." Weiss continued a bit too dramatically to be considered anything nearing normal for a conversation.
"What she means to say is we have noticed that they spend a lot of time together." Blake said suddenly trying to make their approach a bit more smooth.
Once, yet again the foreign team shared a questioning look with one another.
"So?" Sasuke bluntly asked.
"W-well shouldn't there be a bit more time spent with one's own team?" Weiss asked sharply once she recovered from the unexpectedly direct question.
"Why?" Sasuke asked again just as bluntly as before.
"Uh. To study and work on team formations and things like that." Weiss tried.
"We do all that. Actually since Naruto started dating your teammates his grades have gotten a little better. If I had known that a relationship would have helped him improve that easily I would have been trying to play matchmaker by now." Sakura shrugged her shoulders as she spoke.
Weiss shot a look toward Blake as if tagging her into the conversation. The cat faunus stepped forward both literally and metaphorically as all of team NSSS turned their attention over toward her.
"Even if their grades are doing better don't you think that a bit more time should be spent among your own team?" She tried.
Sasuke rolled his eyes clearly annoyed by the beating around the bush.
"You want us to tell Naruto to stop taking up so much of your teammate's time? Done. Anything else?" He sharply.
The two girls from team RWBY blinked in mild shock at that. Blake began to shake her head, that was at least a good start in her book, but Weiss wasn't nearly as socially skilled as she led others, or herself to believe.
"It's more than that actually. We want you to tell Naruto to end it with Ruby and Yang. I mean multiple partners like that is completely scandalous to begin with. I can't imagine how he convinced them both to do something like that with him." Weiss lied. She had plenty of ideas how. All of them were more terrible than the last and every single one of them was completely wrong.
"You want us to tell Naruto to stop dating your teammates?" Sakura asked with a bit of heat bleeding into her voice, both confused and clearly a bit agitated by the direction of the conversation.
"Not so bluntly, no." Blake tried to run damage control.
"You just disagree with them all dating each other or something? Polygamy is less common here, but back home it's not exactly rare. The government always wants more recruits so the more babies the better as Naruto would say." Sai said as a joke. Maybe. His flat tone of voice made it difficult to decide his intentions with any statement, even those that were blatantly humorous.
"Where we are from most hunters are male and they tend to have a couple of wives or a mistress on the side at least. It helps to maintain their household while on missions against the grimm as well as to increase the chances for more strong auras among the next generation. I think it's the same on your frontier as well. At least according to that Jaune boy. He has three mothers from what I understand." Sakura commented.
Weiss blinked owlishly while choking back a disgusted voice.
"And you are just okay with that?' She demanded.
"Me personally?" Sakura asked.
"Yes you! The only female on team NSSS." Weiss barked.
"Watch your tone." Sasuke growled at her only to calm slightly at the hand that Sakura placed on his wrist.
"Clearly your ideas of what makes a healthy relationship are very different from my own. Lets just say that I'm perfectly secure in my place both in my relationship and my culture. Respect, pride, happiness. Whatever you think I am missing I promise I have it in spades." Sakura replied casually.
Blake was intrigued by that. She couldn't deny that Sakura, well all of the team NSSS had a certain undeniably charisma and confidence about them. She didn't expect it to extend on to this subject though.
It didn't matter in the end though. Their issue wasn't the polygamy. Well that wasn't the main issue at least for Blake. Weiss was certainly bothered by it, but the real reason they wanted to talk was the relationship itself.
"Multiple partners aside, the relationship between your leader and ours is a bit of an issue in and of itself." Blake said as she brought them back onto the real subject.
"That's right." Weiss said as she returned to the real subject of the discussion.
"How so?" Sai asked.
"We want you to tell Naruto to end it with Ruby and Yang." Weiss said.
"Why would you want that? Let alone why would we do that? Do you want to hurt your teammate's feelings or something?" Sasuke asked.
"It doesn't matter. We are protecting our teammates. That should be enough of a reason." Weiss snapped.
Blake again sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose as Weiss put her foot in her mouth.
"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Sakura asked dangerously.
"Come on! How is it I have to spell it out for you. There is something weird about your leader. Something is wrong with him and he is doing something to Ruby and Yang. I don't know if it's blackmail or a weird semblance or something else. He did something though." Weiss said confidently.
Sakura was on her feet first among her team though Sasuek and Sai were both staring at the white haired girl with unreadable and deeply cold expressions.
"Where the hell do you get off slandering my team leader like that? Not only does that not make sense since I know that Ruby and Yang are happy with him, but his semblance is making clones you moron. You've seen him use it." Sakura snapped.
"Weiss, maybe we should go." Blake said as she tugged on her teammate's arm.
"Also, what the hell do you two even care about them benign together? What bothers you so much about it? Who cares about any of it as long as it's a consensual adult relationship. What business of yours is it?" Sakura continued to rant, only stopping as Sasuke gently gripped her arm.
"We're sorry to have bothered you. Have a good rest of your day." Blake said as she lead Weiss away.
"There's nothing wrong with Naruto. I'm starting to think the same can't be said for you two though. Watch your mouths about our friend." Sai called back with more inflection in his voice than either had heard from him before.
"Let it go, you two. Their opinions don't matter. We'll all talk to Naruto this afternoon." Sasuke calmed his teammates down but started to clear up his schoolwork. Clearly study time was over and he was intent on talking with their team leader about what had occurred.
The thoughts about that made Blake internally cringe. That entire interaction had gone off the rails and now they looked not only a bit crazy but like total bitches. Maybe she could push most of the blame onto Weiss. It was mostly her doing anyway.
It didn't take Ruby and Yang very long to learn about Weiss and Blake's little conversation with Naruto's teammates. In fact by sundown the next day both sisters had cornered their partners in their dorm room with possibly the most agitated expressions since this entire debacle had begun.
Yang stood in front of the door, which effectively prevented any premature retreat by Weiss or Blake while Ruby surprisingly took the offensive in the argument. In hindsight none of them should have been really all that surprised. Ruby never was one to founder when facing something she believed in or was emotionally connected to. This dispute was very much both of those things.
"I just don't understand why you are so hung up on this! You are so frustrating!" Ruby snapped causing Weiss's jaw to clench in frustration as her partner and team leader began to specifically give her a dressing down.
"Do you really not want me to be happy that badly? Is it because I feel capable and confident and like I'm fitting in finally?" Ruby demanded.
"That's not it at all!" Weiss barked.
"Then why do you keep messing with me like this? Messing with us? You are slandering my boyfriend's name all over the place. It's getting out of hand now Weiss. His team are furious with you but so am I!" Ruby was shouting and Weiss wasn't used to such action. She was a defensive person though and was red in the face and shouting right back in an instant.
"You need to grow up, Ruby! I'm trying to help you. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes or whatever but I know something is happening and I won't let it continue!" Weiss hollered.
"You're impossible to talk to! Why can't you get it through that prissy head of yours?" Yang shouted, backing up her sister.
"Because-" Weiss began only to be cut off by a sour looking Ruby.
"Because she is jealous. Our grades are better. We're happier. We have someone who likes us for us, and she is just petty and hateful." Ruby said with a dark look in her eyes causing Weiss to gasp affronted. Even Yang and Blake turned to look at their team leader.
Weiss lost her temper after that. Blood running hot and rage bubbling through her at Ruby's words she began to say things she would instantly regret. Especially having said them to Ruby.
"Jealous? Please, as if I would be jealous of the two of you throwing yourselves at the feet of some boy like common whores just to get a bit of fun or acceptance." Weiss hissed poisonously.
Ruby's eyes widened and she looked as if Weiss had slapped her. Yang however looked like she was about to do a whole lot worse than slap the heiress. She reigned it in though and fought on with her words.
