The ICARIS employees gathered in the visitor's center to hear the riders' tale of the hidden world and how the teenagers became friends with the dragons. During the discussion, the center was kept warm by the dragons.
Chief Baker suggested a short break and announced, "Because of the power being out, the usual movie night will be postponed."
Suddenly, an unidentified female voice said, "I think I can help with that." Startled, everyone turned to find a young brunette woman with short, curly hair wearing a short-sleeved green shirt with denim slacks in the back of the room.
May Wong asked the woman who she was and how long she had been standing there.
The woman replied, "My name is Abigail. You can call me Abby. I came in while you were talking. I will tell you why I'm here but first I ask if you will allow me to assist in restoring your power."
Baker agreed and brought Abby to the power generator. To everyone's amazement, the power was back on in only a few minutes. The chief declared that movie night would proceed as scheduled when they returned. Abby offered a proposal as everyone was debating which movie to watch.
"I have a suggestion that's not likely to be in your movie collection."
Olivia asked, "What movie is it?"
"It's a movie that depicts the dragons' and your ancestors' beginnings."
Tom was quite excited to watch the movie after this. Nearly as enthusiastic as Tom, the others in the room agreed, having only lately become aware of the dragons' existence.
Once everyone who want to watch had taken a seat, Abby strolled to the big screen TV, inserted the DVD into the player, and hit "play." Not surprisingly, Dr. Sledkin had passed on staying to watch.
Tom's mind was racing with what he was going to discover about Hiccup.
