Chapter 2: The Astronomer:
Lü Dongbin's POV:
The Thief was able to steal from Shen Du, which means he knows how to get into Shen Du's lair. I began searching for him, but then I saw a man looking at the stars.
"They are fascinating, aren't they," he asked.
"I suppose," I said, "I am Lü Dongbin of the Eight Immortals."
"I am Wilhelm, and I am an astronomer."
"I am searching for a thief."
"We all have our tests," says Wilhelm, "I had to count eggs just to test my astrology skill."
"Perhaps your telescope can help me find the thief," I said.
"If he is just a thief. Do we even know who we really are?"
Wilhelm: You must go to the east, go to the west

It's a dangerous trail, a difficult quest

"So, you're saying he is more than a thief," I said, "but how do you know?"
"I know more about him then you think," says Wilhelm, "for starters, I found him." He was looking through his telescope. "He is running from the guards again."
"Then I must catch up to him," I said.
"And I will go with you," says Wilhelm.
"What," I asked.
"It sounds like fun," says Wilhelm.
Shen Du's POV:
I wassss walking through the halls of my palace. I then knocked on a ccccell door.
"What do you want," asssskssss Princcccessssss Shouyang.
"You were ssssinging lasssst night," I ssssaid.
"It's the only thing that keeps me calm and stable in this horrible place," ssssayssss Shouyang.
"Oncccce you are my bride, there will be none of that," I ssssaid.
"I will die first!"
"That matterssss not to me." I then walked away. "Yuandu!"
"Yes Master?"
"She issss not to ssssing again," I ssssaid.
"Yes Master."
I then left.
Lü Dongbin's POV:
Wilhelm and I began looking for the thief, but we lost him.
"He always manages to get away," says Wilhelm.
"How do you know this man," I asked.
"Maybe that girl saw him," says Wilhelm.
"Excuse me," I said, "have you seen a thief?"
"Forgive me, I have not." She seemed sad.
"Is everything alright," I asked.
"My name is Zhu Yingtai. I am in love with Lian Shanbo, but I am betrothed to Ma Wencai."
"That is a problem," says Wilhelm.
"If you love someone else, then you should be with him," I said, "this Wencai can just learn to accept it."
"You are right," says Yingtai, "thank you." She then leaves.
"At least we know there are other problems besides demons," says Wilhelm.
"You and your brothers are not from around here, correct," I asked.
"We are from Germany," says Wilhelm, "though during our travels, we ended up losing the accent."
"I see," I said, "well, let's go."
We then continued to fight the thief.
