Izumi walked out of the portal and into a dark room, she felt an overwhelming sense of claustrophobia but when she finally saw the man in front of her she understood it wasn't the room but him she was sensing. He was like All Might, his quirk was alive and massive, but unlike All Might, his quirks were resisting each other.
"Hello Ms. Midoriya, I am All for one, I suppose you're wondering why I...ssh" interrupted Izumi.
Dabi tried not to laugh. All for One was annoyed but he saw her face and was more intrigued by whatever it was she was listening to. He simply waited for her to speak.
In a desperate attempt to not feel like she was drowning, Izumi tried to separate the quirks but had accidently began to receive information from his healing quirk.
"OK, I need information on hearts, spines, eyes, extra information on the respiratory system and anything on the face" said Izumi.
"Hearts?" asked All for One.
"One of your quirks, the muscle enhancer maybe, is putting stress on your heart" explained Izumi.
"Its not active" said All for One.
"I know, but just having it is causing minor stress damage which your healing quirk is slowly repairing at the expense of your spine" said Izumi.
"Fascinating, you were able to read my quirks?" asked All for One.
"No, I felt overwhelmed by the full amount and tried to..well I'm not really sure what I was trying to do, but I guess I connected to your healing quirk and downloaded the information" said Izumi.
"I was prepared to bribe or threaten you into healing me, I can obtain the materials you need, how much information do you need?" asked All for One.
"I need anything that is detailed and easy to understand for my healing to work properly as I can't heal anything I did or didn't do" said Izumi.
"Kurogiri please take Ms. Midoriya to the Doctor and inform him of what she needs" stated All for One.
A portal opened near Izumi as the mist villain beckoned her in. She entered the portal and came into a new room. She could no longer feel All for One but she could feel hundreds of other quirks. She turned around to see rows of tubes. She stepped near one and saw that it contained a Nomu, she paled as she realized there were hundreds of them.
The next day.
Iida entered the classroom, he was hoping to find Izumi but some of his classmates blocked his view.
"Dude, we heard about your brother, is he going to be ok?" asked Kirishima.
"He's paralyzed from the waist down, where's Izumi, I was hoping to speak to her but she's not answering her phone" said Iida.
"You want her to heal him?" asked Shinso.
"Yes" said Iida.
Iida was mad about Stain attacking his brother but Izumi could help him. He watched the door and stood up when it opened but fell back in when it was just Aizawa and Ochako. It was clear they had been speaking but whatever it was caused Aizawa concern. The class went silent when Aizawa pulled out his phone.
"Ochako what's going on?" asked Iida.
"I went to Izumi's place to walk with her to school like I always do but she wasn't there and her mother hadn't seen her last night as she thought she stayed at my place and forgot to leave a message, but whenever I try to call it just says unable to locate" explained Ochako.
"Maybe she's just skipping school and doesn't want to talk to anyone" said Kaminari.
Aizawa put away his phone and pulled out a tv.
"Currently there is nothing we can do, so let's go over the sports festival and see where you all went wrong" said Aizawa.
Elsewhere.
Nezu was going over payroll when he received a text, he wasn't going to read it but saw the Aizawa's name which intrigued him. He read the detailed text and decided to set some things aside. He knew she had gone to the library yesterday using the vents to get around. He pulled up the camara feed for the library, rewinding 3 minutes before she would have been. He saw her emerge from the books stacks where one of the vents came out, she entered the biology section then made a very bad attempt to study and watch the festival before giving up studying, he was amused but not surprised, when the games ended she put her phone away to read, she read one book before her phone started ringing, she picked it up and the camara went out, Nezu fast-forwarded for 30 minutes until the camara came back.
Nezu got up and checked the control box but found no evidence of tampering which did not put him at ease. He headed for library to look around but saw nothing out of the ordinary. The table she had been sitting at was as normal as a table could be. He found nothing, so he had no evidence to form a plan around.
"Oh hello sir" said the librarian.
"Mmh oh Hello, I was just leaving, I thought I needed something but I don't" said Nezu.
"Sir before you, I found a book card on my desk, if you could let Midoriya know the book she checked out is due in 2 weeks and that the library was technically closed yesterday" stated the librarian.
Nezu smiled.
"Do you have the card?" asked Nezu.
The librarian looked around then handed the card to Nezu. Nezu smiled as he now had the time she left but also the fact, his books had trackers.
William had lost Izumi when she entered the vent, but he wasn't worried about that as he could use his typhokinesis to seek her out, he found her in a room that contained a few other people so he stayed put until he felt her moving again. The second time she was alone and facing away from the door so he quickly snuck in and entered a shadow. He got board watching her read/watching the fights, his eyes got heavy and for the first time months he fell asleep, he woke up to the smell of something burning. He left the shadow to look around when he saw a trashcan on fire, he grabbed a fire extinguisher to put the fire out then took the trashcan outside setting it next to the dumpster. He headed back inside but couldn't find Izumi so he headed to her place.
Sometime later.
William used his smoke to open the window in Izumi's room then slipped in. He looked at his watch which told him Inko would be eating dinner right now. He slowly opened the door then used his smoke to make a shadow that he slipped in, he preferred natural shadows but that wasn't always a possibility, but he was able to find a shadow that he could slip in once he was out of the room. Inko was at the kitchen table but she wasn't eating, she was moving food around on her plate and staring at her phone, occasionally she would touch a few buttons. His heart beat faster seeing her, he loved her and never stopped thinking about her, he didn't know why he loved her as there was no love component to passing the quirks along but he knew he loved her.
Inko was nervous and upset, Izumi hadn't called yet, she hadn't called to say she would be late, or that she was staying with a friends. Inko was hoping she simply missed a text or voicemail when she checked her phone or that her phone had simply dropped the call. There was nothing every time she checked but after a while managed to convince herself that because it was a very exciting day, Izumi was hanging out her friends and must texted her but forgot to hit send in her excitement. Inko threw away her food then got ready for bed, William prepared for the loss of the shadows had already moved some curtains to let in some that caused a few shadows to appear. He did not fall asleep this time but he did meditate since he didn't want to wake Inko up. William and Inko were both startled by knocking at the door but it was morning, he moved to a different shadow to see who was at the door when Inko opened it.
"Hi Ms. Midoriya, is Izumi ready yet?" asked Uraraka.
"Fuck!" groaned William.
William quickly left so he didn't hear the rest of the conversation, he needed to tell Robert, He had no idea how he could screw up this bad. He found a computer bar where he hopped onto a computer and sent an email to Franklin. 5 minutes later he got a response, he was to meet with Robert at a nearby park.
William was feeding the pigeons when Robert sat down next time to him. Neither spoke for a few minutes.
"If you had contacted us last night we could have fixed the situation, she's currently being held by All for One, I doubt he knows about her relations to you so it might be her healing abilities he wants" said Robert.
"So what do we do now?" asked Willaim.
"Nothing, we stick to the plan, we all have our targets, we must prevent the singularity even if it's only by another decade or 2" stated Robert.
"I used to be a hero" muttered William.
"Yes I am aware, Chyou never complains about how she used to be a doctor" said Robert.
"Not only did she not need to fake her death, she still is a doctor who occasionally breaks the Hippocratic oath" said William.
"Shut up" said Robert.
