This is an AU story & my take on what should have happened with Elizabeth & Jack. Many of the original events of the series will be included, as well as some that I create. Some of the events will be omitted and others will be changed to fit my story. The timeline of the events have also changed to fit what I wanted to tell. Picking up at the end of S8e11. Lucas walks off and Elizabeth finally faces the fear that she has been running from. A redemption fic that aims to restore Elizabeth to a woman worthy of Nathan's heart. Title based on the hymn Amazing Grace "was blind, but now I see."
