Kyoshi rewrites the world, so it is 15 years after Avatar Aang, died fighting Firelord Ozai, and it is up to Korra and a pair of certain bloodbending siblings who are now part of her generation, to defeat Pheonix Lord Azula, and retake the world from the Pheonix Empire.

Anti-hate, pro-love fiction, although sometimes you'll want to hate the bad guys. Divergence from canon.

AU of "The Chase," where Azula strikes Zuko with lightning instead of Iroh, with even direr consequences for the banished prince. Thankfully, Team Avatar is willing to set aside their differences to try to save their fallen enemy. No character death!

So I guess this makes it a series? Follows my other stories, Full Moon and Earthbending Practice. It's dark. Really dark, and Zuko is nowhere to be seen. Katara's not suspicious, exactly, but she's also not going to be able to sleep until she knows where he's wandered off to.

Zuko shouldn't be here. This was the Air Nomad Temple, this was the place his people had razed, under the orders of his family. Every scorch mark, every hole in the wall, all of it was a remainder of the debt the Fire Nation owed. That he owed. Aang had other ideas.

The last thing Katara remembers is the Battle of Ba Sing Se. Now she's waking up with a splitting headache to find that fifteen years have passed, and she's married to Fire Lord Zuko with four kids. With a sinister plot in the offing, Katara and Zuko must navigate their personal and family issues or risk the peacefulness the Fire Nation has finally achieved.
