Bilbo felt the gap the journey had made between him and his neighbors keenly. He longed to see mountains, to dine with elves, to take the Lakemen up on their invitation of lodgings. But that was not for a respectable Baggins, so Bilbo left his dreams of adventure for his pillow and sheets. But then he met a stranger on the main road and heard something long forgotten in the Shire.

Fuin turns away from the remains of the kingdom he would have inherited being the king and queen's only son. Fuin had always talked with his best friend about how he wanted to be a just ruler like his father, and have a wife as loving and caring as his mother. Now in his mind he won't be a great king like his father, but he will not show mercy to any orc he crosses paths with.

The King under the Mountain has been slain, however the King of Men has yet to be found. Legolas goes off in search of Aragorn with Tauriel at his side. Will they find the Ranger?

The last thing Bilbo remembers is the boat; you know, the one supposed to take him to the Undying Lands.
