This story was written and submitted as my final project for my British Literature class. It basically fills in all the gaps of Gandalf's absences with the true adventure Gandalf is on behind the scenes. It has major spoilers, for those who have never read The Hobbit and features the same light and friendly narration of The Hobbit. I hope if anyone reads it that they enjoy it : )
