Huntresses of Fairy Tail

"Hidden away in Magnolia's East Forest, you'll find a house carved into an ancient tree, where an old friend of Master Makarov Lives. Porlyusica is a highly skilled healer, but she lives a life of seclusion because of her hatred of mankind. Her specialty is in the treatment of ailments that were caused by magic. Which is why the Master has been brought to her."

Standing in silence in the corner of the tree house were Bisca, Alzack, watching as Raion was helping the medical expert Porlyusica, with finishing her diagnosis of Makarov.

"You're mixing the properly treated ingredients in the right dosages, aren't you." Porlyusica asked, as Raion was working on a medicine off to the side.

"Of course. I'm following the medicinal recipe to the letter, Master Porlyusica." Raion said. "I appreciate your willingness to help Master Porlyusica. I didn't have any of the important freshly acquired ingredients processed and ready for use. I'll be sure to replace what I've used."

"Think nothing of it. I'm just glad to be of some help to you." She stated, before she suddenly smacked Makarov across the face, as he laid in the guest bed.

"What'd you do that for?" Alzack asked stepping forward, only for Raion to appear in front of him, stopping the sharp shooter from stepping closer to Porlyusica.

"Hey, we wanted you to cure our Master, not make him worse." Bisca exclaimed her advancement forward stopped by Raions arm and tail.

"Enough." The Hybrid said. "Master Porlyusica is just as worried about him as we are. She's been friends with gramps since their days as Guild mates in Fairy Tail. Given how close they are, that's just her way of showing tough love."

"It's what he deserves for pushing himself so hard at his age." Porlyusica stated. "Honestly you're such an old fool. Don't you think you should be leaving now? I'm sick of looking at you two." She said, looking to Bisca and Alzack.

Bisca, and Alzack, flinched at the harshness of her words, while Raion remained steadfast and resolute, knowing she wasn't talking to him, before his attention was drawn by something on the counter.

"Master, what is this?" Raion asked holding up what looked like a deck of tarot cards. "Are you taking up a new hobby of fortune telling?"

"Oh, those were meant for you. I got them as a gift, to reward your efforts for making it to S-Class, but I've been too preoccupied, and kept forgetting to bring them." She said. "When I saw them in the store window, I thought of you, and thought you might like them."

"Thank you Master. I appreciate this gift so much." Raion said. "I've finished the medicine. I'll take my leave of you now." He said, bowing to her.

"Very good." Porlyusica said, before Raion left.

"Before we leave, can you at least tell us what his condition is?" Alzack asked.

"We want to help you take care of him." Bisca exclaimed.

"Just follow Raions lead and go home." Porlyusica stated. "Those ridiculously worried faces of yours will only aggravate his condition. These symptoms suggest a powerful wind spell was used. My guess the spell known as Drain. This terrible spell drains its victim of all their magic abilities. Their powers then drift along the winds until they have dissipated completely. If only you'd gathered Makarov's powers when they were initially drained, he could have recovered quickly. But as things stand now, it'll take quite a bit longer."

"How long do you think?" Alzack asked.

"I'm sure the others will want to know." Bisca stated.

"Why are you still here? Raion left five minutes ago." Porlyusica shouted swinging her broom at them.

"I'm sorry but I thought you were talking to us all this time, ma'am." Alzack said as both he and Bisca stepped back.

"Of course I wasn't I can't stand the stink of you. Get out of here, already. Go on, move it. Shoo, shoo." Porlyusica shouted swinging her broom around even more.

"Real nice talking to you." Bisca called as they ran out of there.

"Wait for me." Alzack shouted, following close behind.

Once they were gone, Porlyusica went back to Makarov's side with a long face.

"Honestly, I can't understand how Raion can stand, being around humans." Porlyusica said. "This is why I hate humans, and prefer the company of Faunus and Demi's. You've always been quite the troublemaker, haven't you? A wizard's magic is intertwined with the very essence of his life. The greater his power the more devastating the drain spell will be. You're going to have to fight with all you've got, or this may very well be your deathbed. You really are such a pig-headed old fool."

~Fairy Tail~

"Man this stinks." One of Fairy Tails members said as they were all treating their wounds.

"I can't believe we had to retreat."

"It's just not fair."

"We should go back. We have to get revenge for what they did to Levy and the others."

"We'll make them pay."

Meanwhile, Natsu's group, minus Erza as she was showering, surrounded a corner of the basement, where Lucy and Weiss were sitting on a barrel with Blake, Yang, and Natsu on either side of them.

"Okay so their headquarters is here. So I'm thinking we should try and hit them, with some long range spells from the Southeast hill." Macao exclaimed. "Raion already took out Jose, so they'll be disoriented and won't know what to do until he recovers."

"I'm bringing all my explosive Dusts and Lacrimas next time." Wakaba said, a cigarette in his mouth, as his pipe had been destroyed.

"Hey guys I'm gonna need some spell books from the archives." Macao shouted.

Grey looked to Lucy and Weiss, seeing how depressed they were and how they must have been feeling at the moment. It angered him to know, that they were feeling down about this whole situation, and most likely blaming themselves for it..

"Don't worry, we'll get them back for this." Grey exclaimed. "We're gonna make Phantom Lord pay for what they did."

"I know. I'm not worried about that." Lucy sighed. "It's just… all my fault."

"Mine too." Weiss said. "We're the cause of this whole war with Phantom happening in the first place. Not to mention Ruby, Levy, Jet, and Droy were attacked to egg us on even further."

"Being targeted by dangerous people is just one of the downsides of being rich." Elfman stated. "At least you're protected by a real man like me."

"Would you give it a rest already Elfman?" Raion questioned, stepping up behind him, showing he'd returned to the Guildhall.

"I gotta say, I was shocked when I heard the news. Why'd you hide the truth from us Lucy?" Happy asked. "I mean, I'm even more shocked Weiss decided to hide this from us, and that you two have been friends since childhood."

"I was just under the assumption you all already knew who Lucy really was." Weiss said. "Guess I should have asked to make sure there weren't any secrets about the past with her."

"Here Weiss, eat one of these." Raion said, holding a pouch to her.

"What are these?" Weiss asked.

"Pills. I made them at Master Porlyusica's." Raion stated. "They're designed to undo the effects of any sort of brainwashing magic. A full treatment of two of these a day, for a whole month, will remove any and all effects of the brainwashing your father has you under. There's enough pills in there to last you two weeks."

"What's in them?" Weiss asked, looking at one of the pills.

"You don't wanna know." Raion said. "Furthermore, I believe it'd be in everyone's best interest, to not push for answers from Lucy, as to why she kept her past a secret. We all have things we wanna keep private after all."

"I wasn't trying to hide anything. I mean there's no real way to bring up the fact that I'm a runaway in casual conversation. I've been gone for over a year now, and my father hasn't cared. Now all of a sudden he wants to force me to come home? He's done all those horrible things just to get me to go back. I hate his guts." Lucy cried, a hint of anger in her voice. "Still if I hadn't run away in the first place, none of this would have ever happened."

"C'mon don't be ridiculous, your dads are the ones to blame here." Elfman stated.

"Dumbass." Raion tsked, elbowing Elfman in the gut.

"Uh, ha, I mean it is Phantom's fault." Elfman stated trying to correct himself.

"No. We're the ones who brought trouble to the Guild, and it's all because of our own selfish choices." Weiss sighed, taking one of the pills.

"I'm so very sorry. I'm just gonna go back home, and hopefully all this will be over with." Lucy said.

"Same. Hopefully Beacon will send my replacement soon." Weiss said.

"Not a good idea." Raion said.

"What are you talking about?" Grey asked.

"Well, for starters, I've known from the start who she was, and who her dad is." Raion said.

"How?" Lucy asked.

"Well, during a period in my enslavement, I was pulled from the mines and put to work in Schnee Manor, where I was to serve two young girls during a party, who hid away in the closets and played games of pretend with a little doll named Gonzales until Ms. Anna Heartfilia found them and gave them snacks that I carried."

"That was you?" Lucy asked.

"I didn't have my Godslayer magic yet, and my branding was always covered to avoid suspicion from falling onto Jacques's shoulders." Raion said. "It wasn't until I was being transferred back to the mines, that I was rescued from my enslavement, and I erased my branding, by covering it up with the scar you see on my face now."

"So what does this have to do with them going home being a bad idea?" Elfman asked.

"Jacques Schnee will most likely put Weiss through even more intense brainwashing, making what happened to her before, look like childs play, until there's nothing left of Weiss's free will and own personality." Raion stated. "She'll be nothing more then a mindless puppet for him to control from the shadows."

"An' what about Lucy?" Yang asked.

"If her father is willing to hire a rival guild to attack us, just to get her back, most likely for his own nefarious purposes, then it's likely he's got some sort of punishment in mind for her, once he has her, that won't end well for Lucy." Raion said. "I've heard, that he's become quite the heartless bastard since his wife passed away from a lethal case of magic deficiency."

"Don't know about you guys, but that certainly sounds like the threat of a beating to me." Grey stated.

"Still…" Lucy began. "If it means we'll put an end to this conflict between the two guilds, we'll go home, accept our punishments, and live our life as the respective Heiresses of our families."

"It's the very least we can do, to make up for what's happened here." Weiss added. "It's the very least we can to, to atone for what's happened to our friends."

"I don't know about that." Natsu said, surprising Lucy and Weiss. "I can't see the two of you playing the part of the pretty princesses sitting around in your mansions. Laughing with us in this filthy guild hall, going on adventures, even though you both freak out all the time, that's who you really are. You said you wanted to stay with us right? Why would you ever go back to the places you don't wanna return to? Come on. Who are you trying to kid? You're Lucy and Weiss of Fairy Tail. No more running 'cause you both belong here with us."

"He's right." Yang smiled. "Weiss, you may be a spoiled bratty princess, with an ego the size of the Guildhall."

"Gee thanks, I can really feel the love." Weiss said sarcastically, rolling her eyes.

"But you're still a member of Team RWBY, and you're one of us." Yang said. "You're getting better with being around other people, and you're working better as a teammate. You may not have liked this team, or this Guild before, but now look at you. You're enjoying yourself and you're actually smiling. Do you really wanna return to a place, that makes you so miserable? I'm pretty sure Ruby would say that none of this, is either of your guys fault, and that she'd be sad to see just one of you leave."

Those words really shocked Weiss, as she looked at Yang and Blake, before looking to Raion, as he had a smile on his face. She could see that Yang and Natsu were speaking the truth. Without warning, neither the Schnee Heiress, or Lucy could hold back her emotions anymore, and began crying, feeling love from their friends surrounding them, even after everything that's happened, she felt like they should hate her, yet she felt nothing but compassion and kindness in their words.

"Ah, don't cry. It's just not like you." Grey smiled.

"Yeah, please. Real men are weak to womanly tears." Elfman said, trying to keep himself from crying as well.

"Dry your eyes Weiss." Raion said, cupping her cheek with his hand, taking her by surprise while wiping one of her tears away. "Save them for when we celebrate our victory over Phantom Lord."

Everyone in the Guild all smiled, as they could see how Lucy and Weiss were reacting to their affections. They could see Weiss having a shocked look on her face, while blushing at the sensation of him holding her cheek in such an affectionate way. The moment was ruined however, as the ground began to rumble, from impact tremors.

"What's going on?" Yang questioned.

"Everyone, outside, NOW." Raion shouted, heading for the stairs.

With Raion leading the others, all of Fairy Tail ran out of what remained of the guild hall, and to the cliffside, overlooking the lake, with Bisca and Alzack revealing that they had managed to make it back from Porlyusica's. When they got there, Raion stopped in his tracks as his eyes widened, his vision landing on the cause of the rumbling ground, was in plain sight. There in the water, heading towards the ruins of the Fairy Tail Guildhall, was Phantom Lord's main Guildhall, walking on eight robotic legs like some sort of giant mechanical spider.

"What the hell is that thing?" Cana questioned.

"It's Phantom Lords Main branch." Raion exclaimed, as the mobile Guildhall came to a stop, stabilizing itself. "But this shouldn't be possible, I took Jose out when I destroyed the tower. Only someone on the same level of power as Jose could do this."

"How do we fight that thing?" Wakaba asked.

"I never anticipated this. I never thought they'd go to such extremes to attack us." Erza exclaimed shaking as she wore nothing but a towel, as she ran out straight from her shower.

'Please put some clothes on.' Raion thought, blushing from the sight.

The ground shook for a final time, as the mobile Guildhall stopped in its tracks, before one of the walls on Phantom's Guildhall opened up, as a collapsible cannon barrel came out of the building, and extended itself from the hidden chamber.

"Shit." Raion cursed. "Looks like the Phantom War, just came to Magnolia."

"The hell is that thing?" Grey questioned.

"Trouble, that's what it is." Raion said.

The cannon's head was aimed right for the ruins of Fairy Tail, and the city behind it, as a black ball of energy began to form on the head head of the barrel, indicating it was primed and preparing to fire.

"Run, get out of here now." Erza shouted before running for the cliff, reequipping into her Adamantine Armor.

'She's not gonna make it. Even if she blocks it, that thing's packed with enough Dust and Lacrima to flatten the continent if it were to detonate like a big ass bomb.' Raion thought. 'I gotta do something.'

With adrenaline rushing through his body, Raion felt his body moving on its own, with a powerful urge to protect those behind him, racing through his body stronger then ever before. The only time, he ever felt anything remotely close to this, was back during his first S-Class job with the Strauss siblings, three years ago.

"Raion, don't." Grey called out.

"Not even you can defend against something like this." Natsu shouted.

"RAION!" Yang shouted.

The instant the blonde's voice echoed through his head, Raions eyes snapped with power, and he was instantly in front of Erza, having thrown her back behind him. The instant he threw Erza back, there was a flash of black light, and the cannon fired. In the split second before impact, Raion threw his hands up in front of him, and shouted as the Jupiter Cannon collided with his bare hands, forcing him to slide back several feet. He was about to fall back, when he felt something collide with his back, and pushing him forward. He looked back over his shoulder, and saw Blake and Yang, both pushing on him, and keeping the young man upright.

"Don't give up Raion." Yang shouted.

"You can do this. Don't let Phantom Lord destroy Magnolia." Blake shouted. "If you do, hundreds of innocent lives, will be lost! It'll be a mass genocide!"

Raion could feel their encouragement, as the searing pain of the intense magical energy coursed through his entire body. He wanted to quit, and listen to what his body was saying as it was rapidly absorbing energy it could not contain. But he knew Blake was right, if he were to move, he'd be the cause of a mass genocide on a city wide scale. Hundreds of innocent men, women, and children would die.

Raion could feel the power from the Jupiter Cannon filling him, forcing his body into new heights he'd never felt before as it rushed through his system. Ropes of magical energy danced around him, with steam pouring off his body. The beam seemed to intensify for a moment, as Raion felt like his body was gonna explode from the magic power it was rapidly absorbing. He grit his teeth, and forced himself to push on, his feet digging deeper into the ground.

'It hurts, it hurts, it hurts so bad.' Raion thought as he pushed on. 'But I can't give up now. If I give up now, Fairy Tail dies, Magnolia dies. Hundreds of innocent people will die!'

With a mighty cry of power, and rage, Raions hands pushed back against the Jupiter Cannon's attack, a giant ball of power forming and pushing back against the magical power.

"Big Bang: Kamehameha!" Raion shouted, his attack pushing the Jupiter Cannons attack back.

The struggle for ground between the two attacks, seemed to last for only a moment as the Jupiter Cannons attack ebbed away, leaving Raions attack to go forward, while slamming into the cannon, destroying the weapon and the gear inside. When his attack ended, Raion was left breathing heavily, panting in exhaustion, before he fell to his knees, his hands covered in burns, resting at his sides. It might have been the angle of the daylight, but Raion's hair looked like it had taken a drastic color change from black, to a deep scarlet red with a black lightning bolt on the right, his skin having taken on a darker tanned tint from being overloaded with all that magical energy, resembling Elfman's pigment, and his scar now shined a bright fleshy red as if it were a fresh bloodless wound.

"Raion." Yang cried out in concern, as she and Blake caught him. "Raion, where did that attack come from?"

"I learned it... from the archives my mom left, in my Fortress of Solitude." Raion huffed. "That's, what I'm calling, the Galuna Island Temple."

Raion could feel the power he'd absorbed from the Jupiter Cannon, having instantly ebbed away, with his body having no choice but to disperse it, to avoid self destruction. The moment of reprieve was stopped, when a speaker system came on, and someone started talking.

"Hello, testing. Is this thing on?" A mans voice echoed out through the air.

"No way." Blake said. "That can't be right."

"Father?" Weiss questioned, recognizing that voice instantly.

"It's working yes? Good, I'll start then." Jacques said.

"Doesn't seem like he's very tech savvy though." Yang deadpanned.

"Makarov has fallen." Jacques's voice rang out. "Any chance of victory has slipped through your fingers. Surrender Lucy Heartfilia, as well as my daughter Weiss Schnee and her team, to Phantom Lord immediately. You have no choice."

"That's not gonna happen." Alzack shouted.

"Like any guild would hand over their own, to monsters like you." Bisca added.

"You hear that? Lucy and Weiss are staying put." Macao said causing everyone there to cheer and join in the protests, while Lucy and Weiss both still looked discouraged.

"I won't ask again." Jacques exclaimed.

"Maybe we should just go with them." Lucy whimpered, speaking only loud enough for Weiss to hear. "Give ourselves up."

"Jacques Schnee!" Raion shouted, as he flopped forward, his Kryptonian healing abilities already working on his hands, as he forced himself to his feet, his voice echoing through the air. "We would never betray our comrade like that. Besides, you have nothing to hold over us. Phantoms Jupiter Cannon is destroyed, and you've dug your own grave by trying to use it. With aiming for Fairy Tail, you could have killed hundreds, maybe thousands of innocents in the process. Innocent people, who have nothing to do with this war."

"So what?" Jacques questioned.

"The Magic Council will show no mercy towards you, for hiring Phantom Lord into instigating a war, and using the Jupiter Cannon like you did." Raion stated. "An' as for Lucy and Weiss, we're never gonna hand them over. You'd have to kill us first."

Lucy and Weiss were shocked at hearing him say that, even more so when the entire guild agreed with Raion on the matter.

"The thing you will never understand Jacques. Is we are a family, a family who doesn't know the meaning of betraying one of their own, or giving up on them." Erza declared stepping up to the cliff edge. "Families protect each other, and they will do anything to make sure their loved ones are safe until the very end."

"If you want Lucy and Weiss, then you're gonna have to go through me to get to her." Raion shouted, a blazing aura of scarlet red flames erupting around him.

"You cheeky little brat. You think you're so clever. Well I got news for you, Phantom Lords Jupiter Cannon wasn't the only big destroyer I had." Jacques shouted.

There was nothing but silence, before another part of the Phantom Guildhall opened up, and something came flying out of it, landing on the ground in front of Raion building up a cloud of dust. The dust cloud cleared, to reveal a man wearing silver plated armor, shinning in the sunlight, with a tinted lens Corinthian helmet, and a diamond shaped crest on the chest plate, with a Z in the center, looking akin to Raions family crest.

"I'm pretty sure that's an offensive mockery to the House of El." Yang said.

"What's that, some kind of fancy can opener?" Raion asked.

"No. What you're looking at, is the ultimate weapon, in pest extermination. This beauty was designed to take out Faunus with ease." The man wearing the suit said, revealing it was Jacques. "I thought the God of War, a filthy Faunus corrupting my daughter, would be the perfect test subject to finalize it on."

"So, Jacques Schnee himself, is wanting to commit mass genocide on the Faunus population. Why am I not surprised?" Raion questioned.

"Act tough all you want, but you will die by my hand, and Weiss will be returning to Atlas with me, before joining Phantom Lord, and becoming leader of her own team." Jacques stated. "The power of this suit, though I'm loath to say it, was modeled after a woman from Fairy Tail, who was a Goddess in all but name. Her beauty was unmatched, and her power was so fierce, even the Magic Council feared and respected her. She was the embodiment of humanity evolved."

"Someone's got a major crush." Yang said.

"Golden blonde hair, as smooth as silk, the perfectly defined body of a Goddess. Her eyes were so fierce, they could literally burn holes through her enemies with but a single glare. Oh the S-Class Mage of Kara Zor-El, her beauty was breath taking." Jacques stated.

"Hold up, did he just say, Kara Zor-El?" Blake questioned.

"Yeah, he did." Yang said. "He's a dead man."

"Jacques." Raion growled, marching up to him.

"Oh, what does the filthy animal want now?" Jacques questioned, before Raion took him by surprise and punched him in the stomach. "How?" He gasped.

"Leave my mother out of your perverted fantasies!" He exclaimed, thrusting his arm up, and sending Jacques into the air. "You all deal with the Phantom Goons, I'll handle Jacques on my own." He stated, tearing off what remained of the hooded shroud he had been wearing.

Without any further instruction, Raion crouched to the ground, before jumping into the air, following after Jacques.

~Natsu~

Natsu was running down the hall with Happy close beside him. He found himself in the main hall of the castle, before a gust of wind came out of nowhere and sent him and Happy to the ground.

"How sad." A man's voice exclaimed as a small funnel of air came through the hall, only to disperse revealing the green clad man. "I will make your wings of fire wither and fall, and all that will remain is a dragon's corpse."

"Say what?" Natsu questioned, instantly back on his feet his fists clenched.

"Watch out. This guy's one of the Element4." Happy said, sounding worried.

"My name is Aria." He said raising his head to reveal tears running down his face nonstop. "I am the strongest of the Element4. I've come in hopes of hunting an ape. But it appears the young man who I had met with earlier, is not with you."

"Let me guess, you're a Huntsman who uses Wind Magic, right?" Natsu questioned. "I've dealt with your kind before."

"Yeah but this guy's a lot stronger than Erigor." Happy stated.

~Grey~

Grey pulled himself up and out of a shattered window pane on the giant's left shoulder, as it began to rain

"That's weird. When did it start raining?" Grey asked.

"Drip-drip-drop." Juvia said making her appearance. "Hello. My name is Juvia, and I am the rain woman of the Element4. Drip-drip-drop."

"So you're one of them too? Then bring it on." Grey stated as he took a fighting stance.

"I must say. I'm impressed your guild was able to strike down, two of the elements." Juvia said. "Elfman has already taken down Monsieur Sol of the earth. However, you must not underestimate the remaining two."

"Listen lady, if you're looking for a fight, I'll give you one. But let's get something straight. I'm not gonna hold back just because you're a chick." Grey stated. "With what Lucy told us about you and your earth friend, I'm a little pissed off more than usual."

Grey and Juvia stared each other down, their eyes meeting. Unexpectedly Juvia began to blush, before she turned around and began walking off.

"Well then, I give up. You win. Goodbye." Juvia said, walking away nervously.

"Where are you going? Comeback and fight me." Grey shouted.

"There must be something wrong with me. Why is my heart beating so fast?" Juvia questioned, talking to herself.

"Would you at least tell me how to stop the giant?" Grey shouted running after her.

"I have this strong urge to make him mine. I just can't help myself anymore. Water Lock!" Just shouted, casting her spell, as she quickly turned around to Grey.

The ice mage screamed from the inside of the Water Lock, as the pressure of it was hurting the wound that was still healing from the Galuna Island fight.

"Oh no! What have I done? He's injured. I had no idea he was hurt. I don't know what to do. I guess I should probably release him." Juvia began to contemplate.

In that instant, the sphere of water turned to ice, before shattering into millions of pieces as Grey freed himself. Landing on the ground, Grey gripped his side in pain, and looked up at Juvia with an annoyed and angered look in his eyes.

"He must be a Huntsman who uses Ice Magic." Juvia gasped as she began to daydream. "He froze my Water Lock and broke free. I've never witnessed the power of ice magic. It's beautiful."

The daydream consisted of Juvia in a bikini, and grey in a pair of trunks, with the water woman in his arms, as they held hands together. The scenery behind them was a hot-pink forest lake area, both their eyes sparkling brighter than the light off the waters reflective surface.

"I'm water, he's ice. We must be bound by fate." Juvia said as she began to swoon over him. "I can't believe I've found my handsome prince."

Back in reality, Grey was kneeling on the ground, pressing harder in certain spots to ease the pain on his abdomen.

"You almost got me with that sneak attack you pulled." Grey hissed, gritting his teeth. "You're playing dirty. Ow. That last job I pulled was a doozy, I'm still reeling from it." He groaned as he removed his shirt.

"He's taking off his clothes. But I'm not ready for this. We just met. Can't we take things slowly?" Juvia questioned in a panic.

"I really don't wanna fight a girl. But I will if I have to. So you'd better surrender, otherwise I'm gonna have to hurt you." Grey stated. "Ice Make: Lance!"

Juvia just stood there, as the lances pierced through her flesh, she didn't scream or cry out in agony, she just stood there and took the attack, with the ice passing right through her, as if her body were liquid.

"My body is made entirely of water. Surprised? Drip-drip-drop." Juvia explained as Grey had a look of shock on his face. "Yes. I mustn't forget. My love is also my enemy. We're on opposite sides of this war. I have no choice but to attack. It seems this is farewell, my prince."

"Not good." Grey cursed.

"Water Slicer!" Juvia shouted.

Grey ducked under the attack, resulting in the blades of liquid slicing through one of the steel spikes on the robots shoulder.

"When given the proper amount of force, water is strong enough to rip through steel. Underestimate its powers and you'll find yourself in a world of pain." Juvia stated.

"Good to know." Grey said, as he began using his magic.

(Cue Music… Hurt: Johnny Cash)

"Ice Make: Battle Axe!" Grey shouted, sending the attack at Juvia.

"Can't you see that you're just wasting your time? Your attacks have no effect on my body made of water. None at all. Drip-drip-drop." Juvia said as her severed body pulled itself back together into one piece.

"Now what'll I do?" Grey asked.

"No matter what you do, you cannot beat me. But there is one way you and your guild may be spared. All we ask is that you hand over Ms. Lucy Heartfilia and Ms. Schnee. Do that and I will ask Jacques Schnee to call off his attack on Fairy Tail."

"Oh, come on. Don't give me that crap." Grey groaned to Juvia's surprise. "You and I both know we're past the point of no return. Besides, Lucy and Weiss are my friends, they're one of us. I'd rather give my life than hand them over to you."

'He'd rather give his life, give his life, give his life!' Juvia mentally screamed dropping her umbrella, as she imagined Grey being cuddled by Weiss and Lucy from both sides. 'Lucy and Weiss are my rivals. Lucy and Weiss are my rivals. Lucy and Weiss are my rivals. He loves them!' She continued to scream in her head as she began to scream and sob in reality.

"What's wrong are you feeling sick or something?" Grey asked.

"Oh, the pain. How can fate be so cruel? My heart feels like it's been shred to bits! It hurts! Oh it hurts They're not worthy of my Prince!" Juvia exclaimed, an insane look in her eyes. "Lucy Heartfilia and Weiss Schnee cannot be allowed to live!"

Juvia shot a cannon of hot water at Grey, sending him skidding back, a bit.

"That burns." Grey groaned. "I guess the temperature of her water is related to her emotions. If she's angry it's burning hot."

Juvia sent out another cannon of water, aiming it straight for the ice mage.

"Ice Make…" Grey was unable to finish his spell as he ducked down, the water cannon going over his head. The water cannon came back around, and Grey had to jump to evade it.

"So fast, I don't know if my maker magic can keep up." Grey hissed.

Landing on the ground, Grey slid to the edge, before swinging his arms as he balanced himself.

"Man that was close." Grey stated.

"Ever since the day I was born, I have been followed by the rain. It gives me strength, it makes me invincible. Prepare to be scolded by my jealous rage." Juvia explained.

"Oh come on. Lucy and I are not a thing, Weiss and I aren't even a thing." Grey said jumping back several times before stopping. "Ice Make: Shield!"

The shield wasn't lasting very long against Juvia's water with the temperature it was at.

"Man, this water is boiling hot. I can't keep this up for long." Grey stated.

"Like I told you, I am at my most powerful in the rain. You'll never be able to defeat me." Juvia said.

Coming up with a quick escape idea, Grey made a wall of steam from the melted ice. With the cover of steam Grey dropped down through one of the shattered windows, before the steam could clear.

"I can't waste any more time on this crazy water chick. I gotta figure out how to stop the giant." Grey exclaimed as he ran down the sideways hall. "Unless stopping her and the other Element4, are how we slow the giant down." He theorized before a tidal wave of hot water came rushing through the halls, swallowing up the ice mage and dragging him back up to the outside. "So hot, it's burning my skin."

Grey was spit out into the air, where Juvia had a perfect lock on for their target.

"It's all over now." Juvia shouted.

"Oh yeah?" Grey responded turning around midair.

Grey held out his arms, allowing the scolding water to hit him, as he was producing as much ice magic as possible, to shield him from the heat.

"He jumped into the scolding water." Juvia gasped.

"Freeze up." Grey shouted turning the water into ice.

"No. It can't be." Juvia said as she became covered in ice. 'I should be angry he froze my boiling water. But *blush*.'

Grey screamed when he realized what part of Juvia he had grabbed.

"I am so sorry." Grey shouted. "I did not mean to grab you there."

'I've never been so embarrassed. Will I be stuck like this forever?' Juvia questioned, secretly hopping she would.

"Sorry." Grey exclaimed releasing his hold on her.

The ice around Juvia evaporated, allowing her to fall to her knees.

'Even though I'm his enemy, he released me. He's such a nice guy.' Juvia awed.

"Hey let's just start over okay?" Grey asked, ignoring the pain still in his cheek.

"Let's not." Juvia exclaimed. "Honestly I don't want to hurt you, so there's no point in us fighting anymore."

"Is this your weird way of admitting you can't beat me?" Grey asked.

"You know I'm much stronger than Lucy. If you let me, I would be happy to protect you." Juvia said.

"Protect me, like from what?" Grey asked.

"Well, anything that might hurt you. Because, I think that you're uh… you're so…"

"Is it just me or is this rain getting worse?" Grey questioned.

"Oh this is so frustrating." Juvia cried out.

"It won't let up. Man, this rain is so gloomy." Grey added on.

The word gloomy echoed in Juvia's mind as her past came back to haunt her. All she's ever wanted, was someone to care for her, and to care for. To love her so she could love them back. But because of the rain that followed her everywhere, she had no one, no one to call her own, to love her, or to be friends with. The only comfort she found was when Jose offered her a place in the Element4.

Juvia fell to her knees, thinking her heart has been broken all over again.

"Is something wrong?" Grey asked.

'I thought he was different, but he's just like all the rest.' Juvia whimpered. "How could you be so cruel?"

"What's with you?" Grey questioned.

'I won't let my feelings for him sway me any longer.'

Juvia shot a cannon of water at him, the water temperature higher than it was before, making it impossible for Grey to freeze it.

"I'm through with love! And I'm through with you." Juvia shouted. "I've lived my entire life as a gloomy rain woman, but Phantom Lord looked past that. They welcomed me with open arms. I am one of the Element4. A proud Phantom Lord Sorceress."

"How could you be proud to be with them?" Grey shouted forming an ice shield to block her oncoming attack. "You and your guild are going down."

Grey punched at the shield, sending shockwaves of ice magic through the water.

Juvia leapt out of the stream before she could be turned to ice, as the rain had been frozen solid as well.

"He even turned the rain to ice. He's amazing." Juvia said in awe.

"Ice Make: Geyser!" Grey shouted sending a large torrent of ice out of the ground and into the air.

Juvia screamed as she was encased in the ice, before it exploded, sending her over the edge of the building.

'I lost. It's all over now. I'm going to fall to the ground and splatter, just like a rain drop.' Juvia mentally monologued. 'I suppose it's a fitting end for a rain woman who no one wants. Farewell gloomy Juvia.'

Before she could fall to the ground, her hand was caught. She gasped and looked up to see Grey holding onto the ledge with his left hand, as he was also holding onto Juvia with the other.

(End Song…)

"Don't give up." Grey exclaimed as he was struggling to hold onto the edge.

"Let me go. Or you'll fall to." Juvia cried out.

"No, I'm not going to. You have so much to live for, and you have someone to live for. Please don't give up." Grey said.

"B-but I'm the one who kidnapped your friends." Juvia gasped, surprised that he would go so far as to save her.

"I don't care about that. You were only following orders. None of it is your fault, none of it." Grey hissed pulling her up with his arm in a one armed bicep curl. "Now hold on." He said, before he pulled her and himself back up to safety.

As Grey and Juvia laid back, recovering from the fight, Juvia had to cover her eyes as the sun shined brightly on her face.

"W-what is that?" Juvia asked.

"That's the sun." Grey smiled looking down at where she lay.

"The sun? It's the first time I'm seeing it." Juvia said.

"Really? Well, there you go." Grey smiled. "Just don't stare at it too long, or you'll go blind."

After a moment of silence, Grey turned to Juvia with a soft smile.

"So, wanna go at it?" Grey asked.

Misunderstanding his intentions behind the words, Juvia's eyes and tongue popped out of her head in the shape of hearts, before she fell unconscious with happiness, and a broad smile across her face.

"Hey, what's going on? Talk to me, say something Juvia." Grey shouted trying to wake her.

~Raion~

The sky was in chaos, as Raion and Jacques were fighting one another. Jacques's fists collided with Raions, creating shockwave after shockwave that echoed through the air like fireworks.

"A filthy primate like you, claims to be the daughter of the great Goddess Kara?" Jacques questioned. "Preposterous. I shall enjoy killing you for your insolence."

"Kara Zor-El was my mother. I have no clue who my biological father was, and honestly I don't care." Raion stated, hitting Jacques with a knee to the sternum.

The strike forced Jacques back, before he regained his balance and flew straight at Raion.

"I shall hear no more of this blasphemy." Jacques stated, the visor in his helmet glowing red, before he shot out heat vision at Raion.

Raion's eyes widened for a second, before he fired his Heat Vision at Jacques, causing the two masses of heat to collide, before creating an explosion.

"How the hell, do you have Kryptonian powers?" Raion questioned.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Jacques said. "But this suit, was designed to mimic the abilities of anyone whose DNA it's analyzed. It was hard getting a sample of her blood, but once I got it, this suit became capable of the same powers as Goddess Kara."

"Kara Zor-El, was a Kryptonian." Raion stated. "Her powers, were granted to her by her body soaking up energy from yellow sunlight. Your suit is capable of doing the same if what you say about it is true."

"No, no. Goddess Kara was human, but she was at the pinnacle of human evolution." Jacques said. "Though it seems there might be some truth to your words, as you used Heat Vision to counteract my own."

"I'm half Kryptonian." Raion said.

"Which means some filthy animal took advantage of her, and stained her holy lineage by conceiving you." Jacques stated, rushing Raion and wrapping his arms around the Raions waist.

Jacques continued to fly through the air, as he aimed straight for the remains and ruins of a building that he intended on decimating completely. Breaking through the clouds, Jacques picked up speed, as he continued to haul Raion through the air, before he spun around, and threw him straight into the ruins of the guild, destroying part of what remained. The rest of the guild left standing, was shaken to decimation, as the moment Raion began picking himself up, Jacques came flying down and slammed both his feet into the young mans chest, causing an indent in the ground to form, while also destroying what remained of the Guildhall.

"This is where you die!" Jacques stated.

"No, it's not." Raion growled, before taking in a deep breath, and blowing at the armor, encasing it in ice.

Before Raion could do anything, aside from staggering to his feet, the suit began to glow within the ice, before the block of ice vanished into magic energy, and was absorbed by the suit, shocking Raion.

"Let me guess. Your suit analyzed Weiss's DNA as well?" Raion questioned, before Jacques grabbed him by the head, and slammed their foreheads together, before repeating the hit, and slamming his forehead into Raion's face, causing his nose to bleed.

"Oh no dear boy." Jacques said. "Who do you think Weiss got her Godslayer Magic from?"

"You, are a Godslayer?" Raion asked, staggering back. "I thought Weiss got her magic from her Grandfather, Nicholas Schnee. Founder of the SDC and Arctic Godslayer who earned the title of Arctic Guardian of Atlas."

"Pathetic animal." Jacques laughed, slamming his fist into Raion's sternum, forcing him to bend over, and spit up blood. "I am the original Godslayer of the Schnee Family, not Nicholas. I alone, brought Nicholas Schnee's company from the pathetic excuse it was, to the empire it is today." He stated, hitting Raion with a jab-cross combo to the face, then spinning around and hitting Raion in the side of the head with a kick-stomp, slamming the young mans head into the ground, destroying a portion of the wall that was left standing.

"By exploiting Faunus labor, and destroying Nicholas Schnee's reputation." Raion huffed, as he moved back away from Jacques in pain. "Nicholas Schnee, was known as the Pioneer of Peace, he wanted to form friendly relations with Faunus, and paid them all the same wages as his human employees, until you came along, and cut the Faunus pay to less then scraps, while the humans pay was increased by a 5%."

"Faunus are nothing more then animals, whose only purpose in life is to be exploited by their human superiors, for their manual labor. Outside of that, they are nothing, and will always be nothing." Jacques stated, grabbing Raion by the throat and hoisting him off the ground. "So, any last words, before I end your miserable existence and take your magic for myself?"

Raion just glared at Jacques, before his sneer turned into a smile.

"Thanks for the confession." Raion coughed, his smile showing his blood covered teeth.

"What confession?" Jacques questioned.

"Why don't you take a look around?" Raion asked.

Jacques looked around, before he looked up in the air, and gasped when he saw flying robotic spheres, with what looked like camera lenses.

"Smile. You're on Camera!" Raion said, grabbing Jacques's helmet, and tearing it off, revealing his face to the public.

"No, give me back my helmet." Jacques said, dropping Raion as he covered his face with both his arms. "The world can't know the truth about what I've done."

"You mean how you exploited the Faunus, and treated us as your personal slaves for decades?" Raion asked, getting to his feet. "Or how about how you own an illegal slave trading ring, that you use to 'hire' new 'employees' against their will?"

"How do you know about that?" Jacques questioned, before covering his mouth, as he realized he just confessed to that as well, while revealing his face to the cameras again.

"Oh that's right. It's been years since you last saw me." Raion said. "But I guess you wouldn't recognize the face of the Faunus boy you beat the living shit out of, for accidentally spilling a shrimp cocktail onto a guest's expensive jacket during a suitor party for Winter Schnee."

Jacques's eyes widened when Raion said that. He hadn't realized he'd been fighting the boy he'd bought from his slave traders, all those years ago.

"Can't say I'm surprised you don't remember me." Raion stated, removing the visor from the helmet, and shattering the glass to pieces. "But I guess you never would have expected that puny, scrawny Faunus boy, to grow up and become Fairy Tail's God of War!"

"You lie. There's no way you're the same brat who escaped during transport back to the mines." Jacques said.

"Really? Then how do I know, that you used brainwashing magic on Weiss, to make her your obedient little puppet?" Raion asked. "Why would you even stoop to using such a vile tactic on your own daughter?"

"Well I… I had to do something." Jacques stated. "After Winter made it clear she wanted to join the Atlas Military, I couldn't let Weiss do the same and waste all the time and money I put into her upbringing. So I used Brainwashing Magic to make her obedient, and that's what she'll be, as I control the company from the shadows, after she takes over as CEO."

"Ooh, bit of a risky thing, to be admitting this all on camera, Jacques." Raion tsked.

"It doesn't matter. I'll retrieve the recording from the source of these devices, and erase the footage, before anyone has a chance to doctor and post it." Jacques stated.

"Footage?" Raion laughed, causing Jacques's confident smirk to falter.

"What's to funny?"

"These camera's aren't recording on footage." Raion said. "These cameras, are broadcasting our exchange all over the world, LIVE!"

The instant Jacques's mind registered what Raion had just said, his face fell to one of horror, and his mind seemed to break, as he looked up at the flying camera spheres, seeing the red blinking light right next to the lenses.

"Oh dear Gods no." Jacques said.

"You just confessed your sins, to all across the world." Raion stated proudly. "Not bad, for a filthy animal, wouldn't you say?"

"How, how did you manage this?" Jacques questioned.

"It's simple really." Raion said. "They started recording after you threw me into the remains of my Guildhall, and they're equipped with a camouflage mode. So their mirror like surfaces, made them blend in perfectly with the sky above us, as they broadcast this fight, from all different angles. But I was not expecting you to give me such a beating, Old MAN!" He exclaimed, rushing Jacques, with his arm pulled back. "Trace On!"

Raion allowed his magic to flow, creating a hammer, and with his strength, he used it to strike Jacques in the chest and sent him flying all the way back to the Phantom Lord Guildhall. Inside, Jacques slammed through the walls, creating a hole in the main hall leading to the stairwells, with his entrance inadvertently aiding Natsu, as his armored body slammed into Aria's head, smashing it against a stone pillar, and rendering the Wind Huntsman unconscious as they both destroyed the pillar.

"What the?" Natsu questioned.

"Damn that brat." Jacques groaned, as he picked himself up, his armor repairing itself. "He'll pay for this. I will end his life, and make him regret humiliating me like that."

"Where the hell did you come from old man?" Natsu shouted.

"Weren't you paying attention to your own fight?" Jacques questioned. "I came through the wall, after that insufferable animal hit me with a hammer he pulled out of thin air."

"Animal? Raion is no animal!" Natsu exclaimed.

"Natsu." Raion said, flying through the hole in the wall. "Leave it be, he's not worth your anger. I'll finish this."

"But Raion, he…"

"Just go Natsu." Raion said. "I'll handle this. Yang and Blake could use a hand dealing with Gajeel."

"Right, I'll go, but you be careful." Natsu said, running off.

"When have you ever known me, to be careful in a fight Natsu?" Raion questioned, looking right at Jacques. "So, you ready to admit defeat? I've already ruined your life back in Atlas, you'll be arrested the instant you step foot there again."

"No. I refuse to be bested by a pathetic animal like yourself. Though I will admit, you are quite the fighter, that I cannot deny. So I will do you the courtesy of giving you a warriors death, by using Aria's most powerful spell. Now, step into Zero: Airspace of Death!" He exclaimed as he began using Aria's magic, with the air around the both of them picking up pace into a minor tornado indoors. "It consumes the lives of all who dare to enter."

"A spell that consumes life?" Raion questioned, clenching his fists, before he charged at Jacques. "How can you do this? How can you just take innocent lives to easily, when the people you hurt haven't done anything to you? How can you justify the murder and chaos you cause, and say it's all in the name of the SDC and Human Supremacy? You're no better than the Dark Guilds."

"It'd be more fun to show you." Jacques smiled.

Raion glared at the wind magic user, his eyes glowing red with his Heat Vision once more. "I'm going to tear you apart, limb from limb." He shouted bearing his fangs at Jacques.

Within the blink of an eye, Raion was gone like a mirage, reappearing in front of Jacques, unaffected by the Zero Spell. Jacques turned invisible and reappeared on the opposite side of the room, having inadvertently traded places with Raion, in an attempt to dodge the attack.

"What, but how?" Jacques questioned. "My version of the Zero Spell should have destroyed your body, and torn you to shreds, effectively leaving no trace of your miserable existence behind, after setting just one foot inside."

"You don't get it do you Jackass?" Raion questioned, turning to look over his right shoulder, the scars and cracks on his right arm, producing crimson flames and golden lightning, the lighting in the main hall causing him to look completely menacing. "I'm Fairy Tails God of War. One of the titles I earned, after my first S-Class Quest three years ago, when I fully unlocked my magic. I am an Etherion Godslayer, a Warrior of the Heavens and Earth. An' I am going to kick your ass!"

Jacques's pupils shrank in shock before Raion suddenly appeared in front of him, his right fist rushing towards Jacques in a strong swing. The instant the attack made impact, Jacques was bent over, and Raion stood there unamused, as the older Schnee looked up at Raion, revealing he'd managed to catch the fist, in both hands, and stopped it from making impact with him.

"Spout all the lies you want, it won't make a difference. You're nothing but a filthy animal, whose ego has grown too big for his britches. Someone like you could never hold a candle, not even a matchstick, to the strength I possess. You'll be remembered only as a sobbing coward who fell by my hand." Jacques stated, pushing back against Raions fist. "I was once known as Phantom Lords Strongest S-Class Huntsmen, and next in line for the title of Master. You are nothing!"

"If you were next in line, why leave the guild and become CEO of the SDC?" Raion questioned, struggling to push back against Jacques's strength.

"Because being Master wouldn't have granted me the fortune and luxuries I rightfully deserve." Jacques stated, knocking Raion away with a closed backhanded strike. "I am a once in a lifetime genius, and I got to live in the lap of luxury that was rightfully mine, by marrying into the Schnee family. I married Willow Schnee to achieve my ultimate goal of paradise."

"What about love huh?" Raion questioned, picking himself up, wincing in pain as a green light began illuminating from Jacques's chest. "Didn't you ever love your family, even once?"

"Love isn't real." Jacques stated stepping closer to Raion. "I used Willow to get what was rightfully mine, and I used her until she was worthless to me. Now she's nothing more then an alcoholic who'll stay out of the way, like the good little breeder she is. It's a shame though."

"What?" Raion questioned.

"It's a shame really. Because she's no longer of any use to me, we can't have a fourth child." Jacques said. "I'm stuck with Weiss as Heiress. I would have preferred it if Whitley took over as Heir to the Company, but sadly he was killed in a terrorist bombing, at our processing factory."

"Yeah, I read about that in the papers. Weiss seemed devastated about her brothers passing, even though they haven't gotten along all that well the last few years or so." Raion said. "But it shouldn't matter if Weiss is a woman. She'll lead the company far better then you ever could."

"That's where our opinions on the matter differ I'm afraid. Though I guess I shouldn't be surprised that an animal like you would side with a woman sitting at the head of the company." Jacques said.

"The fuck are you talking about Jacques?" Raion questioned.

"I'm a bit old fashioned you see." Jacques stated. "I believe, that women should listen to their men. An' are better seen, not heard, while they remain in the kitchen, and ready to satisfy their partners, more carnal needs. An' they are completely unsuited for any sort of leadership position outside of PTA's and neighborhood watch. Though I didn't have much choice but to pass the title of heir down to Winter, then Weiss once Winter's right as heiress was removed. If only Whitley were born first, then I could have left the company, in more capable and worthy hands, and he wouldn't have died at the hands of a suicide bomber during a routine inspection to the factory in the crater."

"Trace On!" Raion chanted, creating his falchions, while changing their design, giving them serrated edges on the back edges of the blades. "I am going, to make you regret those words Jacques."

"Just try it, you filthy animal." Jacques said, a sinister and insane smile on his face, the Kryptonite core illuminating the shadows from his chest plate.

~A/N~

Did nobody get the Thanos quote I did at the end of the previous chapter?
