In a dimly lit room in France, Felix Le Tonnelier carefully placed The Fool and The World Tarot cards on an altar, creating a circle with a myriad of other mystical symbols. The atmosphere in the room was heavy with anticipation, and Felix's heart raced as he prepared to summon his Servant for the Holy Grail War. Despite his laid-back nature, the gravity of the situation wasn't lost on him. He knew that the path he was about to embark on could very well change Magus society forever, and he couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and fear.
"Let silver and steel be the essence, and let the foundations of the world be my guide," Felix began the incantation, his voice wavering slightly. As the ritual continued, the air in the room began to crackle with energy, and an ethereal light started to emanate from the cards.
Finally, with the last words of the incantation spoken, a blinding flash filled the room, and when it faded, a young woman with striking amber eyes and white hair stood before him. She was clad in a black and red outfit, an elegant bow in her right hand, and a sword in her left.
"Archer-class Servant. EMIYA. I have been summoned and come at your request. I'm sure you'll find me useful. After all, every Mage knows well the power wielded by the Counter-Guardians," she announced, her voice steady and determined.
Felix blinked in surprise, taking a moment to process the sight before him. "A Counter Guardian? I didn't expect this, but I'm not complaining. Welcome, EMIYA. I'm your Master, Felix Le Tonnelier."
A small smile appeared on EMIYA's lips. "Pleasure to meet you, Master. I promise to give my all in the battles ahead."
As the two exchanged pleasantries, an unspoken understanding began to form between them. Both had their personal reasons for entering the Holy Grail War, and both desired to bring about change. Their partnership would be one built on trust and a shared vision of a better future for Magus society.
"I know we can achieve great things together, EMIYA," Felix said, his eyes filled with determination. "Together, we'll change the world."
"I hope so." she said back "I truly do..."
Felix and EMIYA arrived at the designated location to meet with the Supervisor of the Holy Grail War. It was a grand, old building that held an air of authority and tradition. With a deep breath, Felix knocked on the heavy wooden door, and it soon creaked open to reveal a man cloaked in enigmatic robes. Beneath his hood his gaze fell upon the young Master and his Servant.
"You must be Felix Le Tonnelier, the Master of... hmmm... what is..."
"What is what?" Felix asked.
"I could have sworn we already... oh well, never-mind it, it's not important right now. Ahem, I am Lysander Euryale, the Supervisor of this Holy Grail War," he introduced himself, his voice firm yet measured. "You are expected, young Master."
Felix swallowed hard, trying to maintain his composure in the face of the intimidating figure.
"This is my Servant, EMIYA," he said, gesturing to the amber-eyed archer beside him.
The Supervisor nodded and invited them inside. As they followed him through the dimly lit hallways, the mysterious man began to explain the rules of the Holy Grail War, stressing the importance of adhering to them. EMIYA listened intently, her expression serious.
Once they reached a spacious room adorned with magical symbols and artifacts, the Supervisor turned to face them. "Now that you understand the basic rules, you are officially part of the Holy Grail War. You will be contacted regarding the pre-battle meeting with the other participants when the time is right. Until then, I suggest you prepare as best as you can."
Felix nodded, his resolve growing stronger. "Thank you, sir. We'll be ready."
As they left the building, EMIYA looked at Felix, her expression filled with determination.
"Master, we must prepare ourselves for the upcoming battles. We cannot afford to be caught off guard."
Felix smiled, the quiet confidence he was known for returning to his face.
"I couldn't agree more, EMIYA. We'll face whatever challenges come our way, and together, we'll change the world."
With their meeting with the Supervisor concluded, Felix and EMIYA set off to begin their preparations for the Holy Grail War, ready to face the trials that lay ahead.
As the day of the pre-battle meeting arrived, Felix and EMIYA made their way to the designated location, both dressed in attire suited for the occasion. Felix wore a sleek black suit with a green tie, while EMIYA donned her signature black and red attire, her amber eyes focused and determined.
Felix felt the weight of the situation settle upon his shoulders as they approached the grandiose site where the other Masters and Servants would surely gather. He took a deep breath and steadied himself, knowing that he couldn't afford to show any weakness in front of the other participants.
As he steeled himself for the occasion, Felix felt a hand on his shoulder. Turning, he saw EMIYA, her eyes filled with reassurance. "No matter what happens, Master, remember that we are in this together. Our combined strength and strategy will see us through."
Felix nodded, the confidence in his Servant's words bolstering his own resolve. "You're right, EMIYA. Together, we'll face whatever comes our way, and we'll emerge victorious."
With that, the two stood side by side, ready to face the challenges and battles that lay ahead in the Holy Grail War, their partnership stronger than ever.
