Tekkaman Prime
ESKK: Another chapter for you, guys. Jeez three fanfics updated back-to-back the blasphemy. Anyway, you all better enjoy the new chapter.
(Start Battlefield)
"This is amusing but when you consider human history it actually makes sense." Evil said with a sadistic laugh as he witnessed the Blood of Unicron raining down from the sky.
"How is this happening, why is Dark Energon erupting from the Earth?" Blade asked trying to make sense.
"Hmm I asked myself why I found a deposit of Dark Energon growing from the ground." Evil said as he then looked to Nick. "But it would seem you will take your question with you to the afterlife, Blade." Evil said ready to end his brother once and for all.
Just then from up above Pegas flew down and opened fire on Evil which forced him to back off from Blade. With Evil distracted Pegas grabbed Blade and took off while requesting an emergency Ground Bridge. Evil roared out and gave chase to his brother not allowing him the chance to escape him again.
(With Optimus at the same time)
Optimus was still pinned as Megatron was ready to end this long feud once and for all and at long last claim the one prize that had eluded him for eons. "Why is the Blood of Unicron erupting from beneath the Earth?" Optimus asked as he saw what should not be possible.
But then Megatron drew in Optimus attention once more. "A question Optimus that you will take to your grave." Megatron said and just as he was about to strike down, he was suddenly hit by several rockets' curtesy of Pegas. This forced him back when a Ground Bridge opened up and from it, Bulkhead shot out and bashed into Megatron.
"That was for Miko." Bulkhead growled as Pegas flew in and reverted to robot mode while carrying the injured Tekkaman Blade in his arms. Bulkhead charged at Megatron and began bashing him with his mace keeping him off Optimus as Arcee, Jazz, and Lifeline came through the Bridge. Arcee was on guard duty but when her optics landed on the volcano, she was shocked if not horrified to see Dark Energon erupting from within the Earth. Lifeline took out an Energon Star and latched it onto Optimus to help speed up the healing process. Once that was done Arcee and Lifeline got Optimus back on his feet.
"Bulk! Now! Now! NOW!" Arcee cried out to Bulkhead who backed off from Megatron before transforming and driving to the bridge. As Jazz meanwhile opened fire on Megatron to keep him at bay. Jazz backed off inch by inch as the femme's brought Optimus through with Pegas bringing in Blade. Eventually Bulkhead got to the vortex and jumped in before Jazz followed suit and in turn the Bridge closed just as Megatron sliced down on it.
Megatron's blade was ablaze with Dark Energon, but he eventually retracted it while growling. Evil joined with Megatron as the Decepticon leader proceeded to wipe off the Dark Energon dripping from his mouth. Evil had never felt so powerful before in his life all this raw power at his fingertips. "This isn't over not by a long shot." Evil said as he began to laugh to this.
"You are correct in fact this is only the beginning! There is now enough Dark Energon to reanimate Unicron himself!" Megatron bellowed before he began to laugh maniacally to which Evil joined the Decepticon warlord.
'Oh, you have no idea.' Evil said after he had already put the pieces together.
(Scene Break back at base)
The Autobots were carrying in Optimus as Bulkhead had taken Arcee's place to bring him in. Once that was done Lifeline switched out with Ironhide as they moved Optimus to the medical berth. Pegas meanwhile had gotten Blade back into the interlock chamber to revert back into his human form. Once he fell out of the chamber Nick took off his helmet and was gasping for air after such a battle.
"Doctor." Lifeline said as she had already performed a medical scan on Optimus.
"I know, Optimus shows signs of massive Dark Energon Exposure." Ratchet said as Optimus eyes then laid upon Raf and Miko who had been attacked by Megatron and Evil prior.
"I was not the only one." Optimus said with a tone showing he was upset that such a thing had happened to them.
Nick meanwhile looked to the pair when suddenly Kicker got to him. "Nick it's Shara! She passed out!" Kicker said causing Nick to go wide eyed to this.
"What?!" Nick called out and in turn he saw Shara was on another gurney.
"Yeah, she just started mumbling to herself before she just fainted." Lori confirmed as she looked to Nick. "She's going to be ok though." Lori said as Jun had confirmed it. "Though Nurse Darby is not happy." Lori added which Nick looked to her in understanding.
Nick headed over to the other Gurney's and saw Miko smiling at him with a tired look. "Hey." Nick greeted to the Japanese girl.
"Hey yourself." Miko said happy to see that Nick was ok. Nick then found a spot to sit down as he hissed in pain when June went to check on him.
"What you did Nick was completely and utterly reckless I expected better from you." June said as Nick was silent with no retort because in his mind Miko was hurt because of him.
Nearby Optimus was moved to a bench as Nick removed the armor so June can get to the places that the Space Knight Leader was hurt the worst. Optimus looked to the two humans and smiled happy to see that they would be ok in the end. "Hey." Raf greeted just before June cut in on the conversation.
"They're lucky to be alive." June said she glared at Optimus no doubt her work as a Nurse and herself being a mother had put her under a lot of stress. Thank god no one died but now she was worried for her own son being dragged into this mess.
"Megatron found more of the dark stuff?" Jack asked as he, Sierra, and the other Tekkaman came down the steps.
"A volcano full." Arcee said as she looked to the humans.
"Which begs to question as to how that's possible." Ironhide said as he looked to the other Autobots.
"No, it begs to question what as in what in the world is the Blood of Unicron doing here on Earth." Ratchet said as Nick had one theory and he didn't like what it implied.
"What's a Unicron?" Sierra asked as Ratchet had the answer for this one.
"Unicron is an ancient evil whose fossilized blood comprises the matter in which we call Dark Energon." Ratchet said as he looked to Sierra for this answer. "AS legend would have it." Ratchet said showing he had his doubts on it.
"So, you're saying that this Unicron is some kind of boogeyman?" June asked as she tried to make sense of it.
"In the contrary Nurse Darby." Firestar said as she walked in. "A more accurate comparison would be to compare Unicron with the being your Christian Bible refers to as Satan." Firestar said causing all eyes and optics to look at her. "I... like to read in my spare time." Firestar said showing she kept herself busy.
"Anyway, Unicron was very much real but has long since been thought to be dead." Elita said as she found all of this concerning. "Which then begs to question why exactly its erupting from the Earth." Elita said as she had to many questions rolling in her mind.
"Ok I heard enough. Jack help, me get Miko and Raf into the car." June said as she was going to get the two humans to a real doctor.
"Wait hold up what?" Miko asked shocked over what she just heard.
"Mom, I thought they were doing better." Jack said but June was not dealing with Cybertronian stuff anymore.
"Raf and Miko need to be examined by real doctors and Raf's family needs to know what happened his real family." June said as Kicker scoffed to this.
"Oh, I'd like to hear that story." Kicker said as he pretended to dial a phone to call Raf's folks. "Hello Raf's parents yeah your son got hit by an Alien megalomaniac on his way to his clubhouse filled with giant alien robots." Kicker said causing Misha to smack Kicker upside the head for that one.
"Mom Raf's family can't protect not like they can." Jack said as his mom was pushing Raf towards her car.
"It seems Nick disagrees." June said when she noticed something Nick was doing.
All eyes went to Nick as they saw him carrying the still unconscious Shara bridal style before placing her in the passenger seat of June's care before securing her with a seatbelt.
"Nick bro what are you doing?" Kicker asked as Nick was silent for a moment.
"Making sure you guys go home." Nick said as his tone sounded... defeated.
"WHAT?!" Coby asked as even Miko looked shocked by this.
"You all don't belong in this world none of you do, it's already too late for me but not for the rest of you, Misha literally had scholarships lined up for you, Coby you need to worry about your brother Bud, Kicker your sister and mom don't even know that you're a part of all of this, and Lori have you even let your folks know that you're in this?" Nick asked listing off each of the humans here. "I'm not letting anyone else get hurt just for being associated with me." Nick said as it was clear what was going on, survivors' guilt or a variant of it, it was a feeling Arcee knew very well.
"If you're going to make us, go you better do it kicking and screaming because right now there isn't enough room for everyone in that small ass car." Kicker said as Nick knew June wasn't going to do round trips.
"Fine then Jack, Miko, Sierra, and Shara will go with June, the rest of you will be going home via a Ground Bridge." Nick said making it clear that there was no argument.
"Hey what about you?" Miko asked but was only met with silence from Nick. "D-boy?" Miko asked as she looked to Nick.
"Go Miko." Nick said and in turn Miko glared at him while Raf climbed into June's car.
"No!" Miko yelled and thus Nick then nodded to something.
"Pegas load her into Ms. Darby's car." Nick said and in turn Miko looked and saw Pegas there.
"Roger!" Pegas said as he then picked up Miko and proceeded to carry her to June's car as she struggled to get free from Pegas grip.
"Hey let go! Let me go! Pegas put me down right now!" Miko yelled as Pegas managed to load Miko in on the other side of the car before closing it on her. Miko tried to open the car but found the child lock was on.
Nick walked over to Miko who glared at Nick and gave her a sad look. "This is goodbye Miko." Nick said before turning away from Miko knowing it had to be done.
"Jack Sierra let's go you two." June said making it clear there was no room for argument here.
There was a moment of silent as Arcee walk up to Jack as he looks at her and said, "She is your mother, and Sierra, I'm sure that your own mother and father are worried about you as well."
Jack and Sierra looked over to June, as they thought for a moment, they soon look at each other as they had a similar expression on their faces as Jack turn towards his mother and said, "I'm staying. I'm sorry."
"I'm with Jack on this one Miss Darby, We just can't go," Sierra said as June was shocked by this, as she was conflicted. She knew she couldn't argue with them right now, so she just gave in and turned to her car without saying a word. She then opened up the driver door, got in and slam it shut in frustration.
"Ratchet, activate the ground bridge," Optimus Prime said as Ratchet was about to until June said to them, "No thank you."
After that she started up the car and backed up to get line up with the tunnel system, but before she goes, she saw Nick coming up to her as he said, "Make sure Shara safe at the house."
"I… I'll make sure she feels like she at home," June said as she reached out and grab's Nick's own hand and said to him, "It's just a much of a home for you as well Nick, so please come with us."
Nick is surprised by June words, as she held his hand like a mother would for her child, a touch he nearly forgot, as the face of his mother appear in his mind smiling at him as she had a flower in her hair, the same flower that Shara loves to see when they went to the beach.
Nick quick pulled away as June is worried about Nick reaction, as she saw the shock look on his face before he held the hand June touched and said, "Sorry Miss Darby, I just…"
Nick couldn't say it as he turned away as June may have touch a sore place for Nick as she lowered her head a bit as she said, "I understand, but I just want to say, we'll be waiting for you Nick, both you and Jack."
After that June soon drive off as she look in the rear view mirror as she sees everyone getting further and further away before she turn with the carve of the tunnel as they soon went out of site, with Miko and Raf watch as the Nick and Bee were out of site, Raf just cried with Miko seem to be on the verge but held it in, not wanting to show it.
As everything was silent in the base, suddenly a call came in from Fowler as he shown on the big screen and said, "Prime, do you copy?"
"I hear you agent fowler," Optimus said as he walked up to the screen as Fowler said to him, "Been watching the news? Mother Nature has got a twitch in her britches."
"We know about the volcano," Optimus said as Fowler said bringing up to everyone attention, "And the quakes?"
Nick turned to this as Fowler went on saying, "Seven major tumblers of the exact same magnitude at the exact same time as a Volcanic eruption. All over the Globe on different tectonic plates, in theory, unrelated, if they hadn't happened..."
"At the exact same time," Ratchet said as then another call came in making the call into a three way as Witwicky call in as she said right out, "Calling Space knights! Nick Carter, are you there?"
"Right here Agent Witwicky, what's happening?" Nick said as Kicker step up and said, "Is it the Radan again?"
"Something like that, but not in the way you're thinking of, as it seemed that all the Radan are taking off, and I mean all of them," Witwicky said as she showed an image of all Radan that were occupying in waste lands area and abandon places, that Witwicky was watching over, were soon taking off into the sky leaving everything behind.
"The Radan are leaving?" Bud said as he and everyone else was surprised by this as Nick said, "This can't be a coincidence."
"Hey guy, there more things going on in the news," Sierra said as she turned up the T.V as the news caster soon said as the T.V show many weathers phenomenon, "Freak storms unlike any the region has seen. Tsunamis threaten the Canadian coast. While lightning storms pummel the Gobi Desert. Meanwhile, electromagnetic anomalies Plague Urban power grids."
Nick suddenly began having a bad feeling about this as the news caster went on saying, "These abnormal Global phenomena are leaving most to wonder why now, and what next."
"Don't tell me your cons have built a weather machine," Fowler said as Witwicky spoken up, "Or the Radan can somehow manipulate climate changes?"
"One that powerful? Highly unlikely," Ratchet as Nick spoken up next saying, "And the Radan cannot do such a thing, if they could, they would have changed the earth entire environment for them to live in and propagate, not abandon it. Something got them scared"
"I do not believe the appearance of Dark Energon at this point in time to be a coincidental," Prime said as he and Nick knew something was going on. Nick remembered hearing what Evil said and for some reason, Nick truly hoped that he was wrong.
(June and the kids)
Out on the road June was driving the car as Miko was pouting while leaning her head against the window. She could have climbed over Shara, but the girl was out cold still. Raf was counting the lighting before the thunder hit and Miko was just upset. It hurt when Nick had made Pegas stuff her into the car. It wasn't a physical pain but more of a deeper pain as she felt betrayed by Nick. Nick was in emotional pain Miko knew it and after everything he'd been through it was no surprise. Shara meanwhile was not having a normal dream. In fact, if one were to look at her, they could see her eyes twitching every so often.
(Shara Dreamscape)
Shara opened her eyes and found herself in what looked to be a room of steel. "Hello?" Shara asked as she looked around and in turn saw she was in her form as Rapier. "Why am I?" She asked only for a fire to light from a nearby source. Looking to said source Rapier saw a forge furnace before her. From the forge though a powerful fire shot out and formed into a sphere of energy and inside it was a female figure.
"Shara Carter, Tekkaman Rapier." Came a woman's voice from within the orb. "I have very little time to speak, Unicron is upon your world, but he is only the beginning." The woman spoke as she sounded Cybertronian in how her voice came out.
"Wait Unicron?" Shara asked as she tried to make sense of what was said.
"Beware the Chaos Bringer is only the beginning of your trials a New Prime is upon your world his strength will be needed against the coming of The Fallen." the woman said as soon her voice began to fade.
"Wait who are you what is this!" Shara called out but the woman continued to speak.
"Prepare for the coming of The Fallen travel to Cybertron and gain what was lost through Vector Sigma!" She cried out and in turn the entire world faded and in turn Shara was met with darkness. Following it up was a massive shadow and from it, Shara saw a figure reaching towards her and in a panic she acted.
"Get away!" Rapier yelled and in turn fired off her Vol-tekka.
(Waking World)
Shara eyes shot open as she found herself on the passenger side of June's car and getting everyone's attention. "Shara!" Miko greeted as Shara looked and was confused.
"What happened?" Shara asked trying to make sense of what had happened. "How did I get in here?" Shara asked as she rubbed her eyes a bit.
"You passed out, D-Boy came back with Optimus, Ms. Darby got angry, oh and D-Boy stuffed you and me into the car so Ms. Darby can take us home." Miko pouted as Shara heard this and was shocked by it.
"My brother did what?!" Shara asked as June then stepped in.
"Shara, I know your upset but it's for your own good." June said but before they could keep talking lighting strikes were seen from above hitting the road. June acted fast and weaved past them as best she could, but her actions would be for not. By the end of it June ended up crashing the car off the side of the road against a telephone pole.
As the panic began to settle down June was the first to speak as she looked over to the kids. "Is everyone ok?" She asked as Shara nodded to her.
"I'm fine." Shara said thankful for her hybrid status. "But I don't think we'll be fine for long." Shara said as she pointed out the window and much to their shock and horror a tornado began to form before their very eyes.
"No." June said as she tried to get the car started again. But instead, Shara had her crystal at the ready.
(Outside the Car)
"TEKK-SETTER!" Shara was heard and blasting out of the car Rapier appeared now holding Raf and Miko in her arms with June hanging off her back.
"Nice thinking." Miko said happy to get out of that situation.
"It's not over yet." Raf said as Rapier looked and went wide eyed.
Inside the tornado a face began to form one with violet eyes that screamed pure evil. "I HAVE FOUND YOU, DISCIPLE OF PRIMUS." The face spoke glaring at Rapier with hatred. From the storm bursts of violet electricity shot out causing Rapier to weave and spin to avoid them. Rapier was unable to fight back with her arms currently occupied holding on to Miko, Raf, and June.
"What is this?" Rapier wondered as she saw the storm firing off bolts of lightning at them. Just then June's grip slipped as she fell and was being dragged by the current. "Ms. Darby!" Rapier cried out before a car engine was heard. Looking to the source Bumblebee drove in and grabbed June before she could be torn apart by the tornado.
"Bee!" Raf cried out happy to see his Guardian had tailed them. Then jet engines were heard and from the sky Jetfire flew in and transformed before using himself to keep Rapier anchored.
"What is that?" Jetfire asked when he saw the face in the tornado that snarled at them.
"I don't know, and I don't want to find out." Rapier said as she flew over to Bumblebee and then passed Raf and Miko over to him. Once he had all three humans Rapier avoided another lightning bolt just before Bumblebee transformed into vehicle mode and proceeded to drive off. Jetfire then transformed as well and with Rapier on his back flew off to Autobot Outpost Omega 1 where it would be safe.
(Scene Break on the Nemesis)
Megatron oversaw the mining operations of the Dark Energon that had erupted from the Volcano. Vehicon Miners were hard at work as they segmented the Dark Energon for transport. Megatron grinned at the scene as he watched it take place as he would soon have his army of the dead with all of this Dark Energon. "Rivers of your very lifeblood rising from the depths to become one with me." Megatron said with a sadistic grin on his face.
But just then Megatron cried out as he felt another vision come to him of times to come. Megatron saw the Earth blew up after the Volcano and the planet became desolate before blowing up. Once the vision ended Megatron had a sneaking suspicion that the Prophesy was far from over.
(With Evil)
Evil was hovering over the operation when he too felt a sudden strike to head mind. He saw the same vision as Megatron had done and thus he was regaining himself. "This is not good." Evil said as he realized what this was. Radan was retreating running with their tails between their legs. Unicron has awoken and clearly the Radan did not want to face him. Evil then sighed when he sensed a familiar presence behind him. "What do you want Sword?" Evil asked glaring at the female Tekkaman.
"Omega has given new orders all Tekkaman and Radan are falling back to base." Sword said as she had to give this order directly to Evil.
"Alright I'll be there soon." Evil said only for Sword to grab him.
"Immediately." Sword said showing Evil that there was no room for argument. "Earth is a lost cause so a full retreat has been issued." Sword said which surprised Evil.
(Later back at Base)
Bumblebee drove in much to everyone's joy after he had driven off earlier. The door opened and from it Miko, Raf, and June ran out. Seeing this Nick saw Shara was missing getting him worried. "Where's Shara?" Nick asked with concern over the missing girl.
From the back of the base Jetfire walked in with Shara on his shoulder much to everyone's relief. "Present." Shara called out after hearing Nick wondering where she was.
"Jetfire!" Kicker called out happy to see the Aerialbot leader was here.
"Hello Kicker." Jetfire greeted as he had come from the Autobot second base for this meet up.
"Good work Jetfire." Elita said approaching the flier.
"Good idea having me tail them though I didn't expect nature itself to attack them like that." Jetfire said as he looked to the femme leader.
"You would not BELEIVE what we saw." Miko said as she looked to the group. Miko then saw Nick who remained isolated for a bit before walking over to him. The two remained silent for a second as Nick couldn't look Miko in the eye after what happened. Just then she hugged Nick catching him off guard as she made sure not to let him go.
"Next time we have a big decision don't go making the choice for me." Miko said as she buried her head in Nick's chest. All Nick could do was hug her back as he stood there taking it.
"She's a keeper." Kicker said as he walked by to meet up with the others.
Soon enough they all gathered around the TV watching the news as it continued to report on the (un)natural disasters going on all over the world. "World leaders are classifying these bizarre weather patterns as a global emergency." The anchorman said as the group all stood there in shock.
"Global?" June asked worried for what this meant.
"And scientist believe the phenomenon is somehow related to the current planetary alignment." The anchorman said as soon the door opened to which William and Melinda had arrived.
"What have you learned Prime, and you better not blow smoke up my." Fowler began but stopped when he noticed June was here. "Ms. Darby what a nice surprise." Fowler said as he saw the nurse here.
"Special Agent Fowler." June greeted as she saw the man here.
"What do you Autobots got for us?" Melinda asked as she looked to Ratchet. "Radan is pulling a runner and the entire planet is in chaos and I want to know why." Melinda said getting everyone back on subject.
"We have learned this," Ratchet began as getting everyone's attention as Ratchet explain the situation to everyone while showing what he has discover on the monitor, "As with the So-called magma from the volcano, these earthquakes originated far below the earth's crust, from the very center of the earth's core in fact."
"Quakes don't start there. Do they?" Agent Fowler asked as he look towards June and his co-worker, but they have no idea either as Ratchet went on saying, "Tiny tremors rising and failing in a consistent pattern, almost like..."
"A heart beat?" Nick suddenly said out of the blue as everyone turn to him as Nick came up as Shara ask, "What do you mean?"
"These tremors are following a pattern that too well sync. Like geysers their predicable due to their nature, earthquakes do not, and these quakes do not have aftershocks as far as I can tell," Nick pointed out as Ratchet was realize what Nick is saying as he said, "By the Allspark!" He quickly checked something as he typed something in and convert the pattern into sound as he said, "IF what you're saying is true Nick, then converting these data point to Audio files..."
"What? What is it?" Fowler asked as Melinda turned to Nick and ask him, "Do you know what's going on Nick?"
"I wish I didn't," Nick said as everyone seemed worried and soon enough Ratchet did it as a sound like a heartbeat could be heard as he said, "Listen."
Soon enough the beats gotten louder and louder until the heartbeat sound became clearer to confirm that it was a heartbeat, coming from the earth core itself. It may benefit to know that the Autobots were not the only ones that pick it up.
(Nemesis)
Soundwave was transmitting the sound heartbeat sound as shown on his face screen as Megatron suddenly said, "Stop soundwave! Turn it off! I can still hear it pounding in my brain!"
(Evil)
At his core, the Dark Energon at Evil's core was glowing brightly while he was screaming out in pain. It would seem the connection between him and the Dark Energon was becoming even stronger. Evil could hear what Megatron does in his own head as well as he cried out, "AHH Damn it! Unicron, he's getting stronger... It's too... much!"
(Autobot base)
"A Cybertronian heartbeat?" jack said as June look to her son as she said, "How is that possible? a Heart pumps blood. There's nothing inside the earth to pump except-
"The blood of Unicron," Nick interrupted her as everyone was shocked about this. Miko then suddenly spoken up as she said, Okay hold on, you mean something's living down there inside our planet?"
"I fear that the earth's very core is not comprised of magma as your science has suggested, but of Dark Energon," Optimus said as Nick spoken up saying, "In other words Miko, something isn't living in our planet... it is the planet."
"And if we're hearing a spark, then Unicron is the rising darkness that the prophecy foretold," Ratchet said as Melinda soon said, "So is that why the Radan are running away from Earth? Because Unicron is waking up?"
"It seems so," Optimus said as Fowler soon said, "So, how do we stop this thing from rising?"
"That, I am afraid was not foretold," Optimus said as June said as she wasn't understanding it as she said, "How can something be in our earth's core and be alive."
"Such a thing is not unprecedented," Optimus said as he remembered the stories told by Alpha Trion as he told the story as he began to say, "Before the beginning, There was Primus, and there was Unicron."
(story time)
"One, the incarnation of creation... the other destruction," Prime said as Cybertron is seen representing Primus, but on its surface a dark figure stood with horns on his head and shoulders, this being Unicron the chaos bringer, as Optimus went on saying, "For eons, Primus and Unicron battled."
"The balance of power, shifting between them more times than could be counted," Optimus said as it show Unicron standing all powerful and seem invincible... that until the screen shifted, showing the 13 original primes going into battle against Unicron as Optimus went on saying ,"Only by creating the 13, the original primes who preceded me, was Primus finally able to defeat Unicron... and cast him out."
Soon enough images show being cast out into the void of space itself as the light in his eyes went out before shifting back to Cybertron to its core as Optimus said, "Primus became one with the very core of our planet, creating life through the Well of Allsparks while Unicron was never to be heard from again...until now."
(story end)
"Maybe we can find the hole this uber-Con left when he dug himself all the way down there and fill it full of explosives," Fowler suggested as Optimus said, "Agent fowler, I do not believe that earth became Unicron's home, but rather that with time and gravitational force, debris collected around the slumbering titan."
"Unicron didn't implant himself in the earth, he became the earth... and I am so stupid of not realizing it sooner," Nick said as agent Witwicky turn to him and said, "What do you mean Nick?"
"Isn't it obvious?" Nick asked as he looked to Melinda. "Just pick up a history textbook from any random store and the answer will be there." Nick said causing Miko to put the pieces together. "The Radan and Evil they both knew it's why Radan wanted humans as their Tekkaman." Nick said as he looked to the humans of the room. "Human history is filled with chaos and war in times of war we humans flourish the most because we get to express our destructive tendencies without fear of punishment." Nick said as he then looked to the image of planet Earth. "Humankind spawned from Unicron so it's only logical that we are amongst the most violent species in the universe, perfect to become Tekkaman for the Radan." Nick said as this revelation had a certain logic to it.
"Humanity does have that sort of track record." Lori admitted even if she didn't like it.
"Ok so we're basically walking on Unicron why the heck is he waking up now?" Kicker asked as he wanted answers.
"The magnetic poles of the Planetary Alignment must have done the trick." Misha said while typing away on her computer compiling as much data as she can so to stop Unicron somehow.
"Ok what happens now when Unicron wakes up from his billion-year nap?" Jack asked as he was worried for what might happen.
"Yeah, does he stretch and Kapow! Earth poofs to dust?" Miko asked as all eyes were on Optimus who was the wisest one here. Shara looked over to Optimus expecting some brilliant plan, but he stood there, silent. That scared her and all the humans here more than any threat that they have faced before. Shara had come to expect Optimus to have all the answers and lead them through whatever the situation.
"You don't know do you?" June asked, having come to the same conclusion that Shara had.
"My guess is that Unicron has transcended physical from as we know it." Optimus said with a tone showing just how dire the current crises was. "None the less we must find a way to ensure that this force of nature never fully awakens." Optimus said to which everyone agreed with the Autobot leader on this. "The fate of your world depends upon it." Optimus finished and in turn everyone knew the signal to get to work on figuring out how to lull Unicron back to sleep.
(With Evil)
"What do you mean we're leaving!?" Evil demanded as he stood with his fellows as Omega was using as much of his own energy to fix the ship as much as he could.
"Earth is now a lost cause with Unicron the Chaos Bringer awakening we must fall back and put as much distance as we can so the Radan can prepare a counter offensive for when he eventually comes for them." Omega said as he, Axe, Sword, and Lance were all shocked by this.
"Frankly, I'm not liking our odds if we were to face a God." Lance said making it clear that he'd rather die than face an alien devil.
"We can't just abandon all the work we put into it!" Evil said as all his plans were on Earth.
"This is not up for debate." Omega said and thus Evil had to try something.
"Wait... my link to Unicron maybe that's our method to stop him." Evil said as he looked to the Warlord.
"Or Unicrons method to control you." Sword said glaring at Evil for his reckless plan.
"Not if I have Optimus Prime to aid me." Evil said taking a gamble. "Prime has the power to put Unicron to rest and I have the power to guide him to where he needs to go, give me at least a day to stop this chaos that's all I ask." Evil said as he looked to Omega.
Omega hummed a bit considering Evil's proposition. "Very well you have 24 hours to stop Unicron from rising if you fail, we're leaving you behind." Omega said glaring at Evil.
"Thank you." Evil said with a bow before taking his leave of his fellow.
(Outside)
Evil launched from the crashed Radan Ship and began to fly directly towards planet Earth with his goal clear stop the resurrection of Unicron at all costs. HE had two plans to make this work get Unicron to think Evil his herald... or walk up to Prime and ask him for help. If he suspects is true Megatron may have similar plans to Evil.
(Scene Break on the Nemesis)
Megatron was standing in the commend deck of his ship when he heard Nightbird entering. "Lord Megatron, I have a report for you." Nightbird began as she stood before her lord. "The cargo hold is nearly filled with the dark substance, my lord. The crew grow weak from its effects so I would recommend that we retreat." Nightbird said as she put the ship's crew wellbeing first in this case.
"Yet, I grow stronger." Megatron said as he had an idea that he wished to explore. "Nightbird you're in command until my return." Megatron said as Nightbird was confused.
"Forgive me for my impudence lord Megatron but where are you going at this time?" Nightbird asked with concern for Megatron.
"I am going to attend an audience with Unicron." Megatron said as he left the command deck to pay Unicron a visit.
(Later outside the Nemesis)
Megatron in his vehicle mode flew through the darkness of the storm that Unicrons resurrection had brought forth. Flying Megatron eventually arrived at the volcano in which he had tried to end Optimus Prime at only to have failed when Optimus was rescued by the Autobots. Once Megatron arrived he returned to robot mode and stood tall to meet with the Chaos Bringer.
"I feel your presence share your very spark." Megatron began as he was pulling his best impression of Starscream and already he was proving to be better at that then the former Air Commander. "I call upon you as my lord and master oh might Unicron!" Megatron called out and not long after the smoke of the volcano began to shift with a burst of power. Within the plumes Unicron began to take shape within as he glared down upon Megatron.
"Who would speak to me?" Unicron demanded as he glared down upon Megatron.
"Your servant most humble, Megatron leader of the Decepticons and your very herald." Megatron began as he took a knee before the mighty Unicron. "The one who wielded the Dark Energon which binds us to awaken you once again, the prophesy has been fulfilled!" Megatron spoke as he made his offer to Unicron. "It is only the beginning of what we shall accomplish together!" Megatron said as he stood back up. "For you shall rule this planet and those who walk upon it through me." Megatron said and in turn Unicron made his opinion known.
"Prideful fool!" Unicron announced as he glared upon Megatron. This surprised Megatron as it would seem that negotiations were not going well. "How dare you think yourself capable of summoning my life force." Unicron said as he was not in a good mood. He had just gotten through trying to eliminate Solus Prime's reincarnation only for her to escape his grasp. "I rise because I have deemed it my time!" Unicron said getting up close to Megatron.
"Master, I did not mean to overstep." Megatron apologized but was cut off by the angered Unicron.
"Silence worm!" Unicron yelled as he then eased back. "I have no need for your lowly assistance." Unicron said as he would not have it.
Megatron knew that if Unicron rose this world would perish and with it his chance of ruling over it. "Please my lord I exist only to serve, you." Megatron said getting on his knees groveling to Unicron as much as it pained him to do it.
But before Unicron could continue he noticed something on this world... three in total. The first was clearly Solus Prime's reincarnation but the other two he could sense. Like Solus the third's power was faint but he could sense it a Prime on the verge of rising. "What is this I sense the taint of Primus, here?" Unicron said clearly not happy that Primus disciples still live.
"That is Optimus the last of the Primes our sworn enemy." Megatron said but Unicron knew better.
"You profess loyalty to me yet not only do you allow a disciple of Primus to live but you lie to me of him being the last." Unicron said as now Megatron was surprised by this as it was a general belief that Optimus was the last of the Primes.
"My lord forgive my impudence, but I speak truth Optimus is the last of the Primes." Megatron said and thus Unicron found no lies in Megatron's words. He truly did not know or was even aware of the other two he had sensed. "But mark my words I will destroy him and the other Prime you had felt their screams shall be heard." Megatron swore but was cut off by Unicron.
"I grow weary of your prattle surely if you had the power to destroy these Primes you would have done so already. I will deal with them myself." Unicron said and thus he vanished into the Volcano.
Once he was gone a new voice was heard one Evil was aware of. "So, it would seem that plan A was a bust." Evil said as Megatron glared at the Tekkaman. "I assume we're in agreement upon plan B?" Evil said knowing full well that he was operating on a strict timetable to stop Unicrons rise. Megatron simply growled but had a good idea of what Evil was thinking about as right now they had bigger fish to fry as the humans would say.
(Meanwhile with Optimus)
Optimus was seen walking through the mountains as he was holding the Skyboom shield in hand. With Unicron on the rise it was agreed that it was needed for the battles to come. Elita accompanied him as she felt leaving Optimus by himself was a bad call. Word from Jetfire showed his team was ready to mobilize at a moment's notice and with it, Project Blue Earth. They had hoped to use it for a direct assault on Radan but right now they may need it for rescue and recovery.
Elita had the others scout the epicenters of the other Earthquakes and they had reported more or less the same thing. Thankfully scouting was easier to do and last she checked the other teams had already returned from their scouting missions. Nick was last seen making plans for rescue and recovery which would have put the Tekkaman on public images but as far as she could see Nick didn't care. Bless his heart even after suffering so much Nick would still lay down his life for the sake of others.
Looking around the couple saw that it matched up to the other team's reports. "Ratchet, Preceptor we're at the epicenter and from what we can see its consistent with the findings from the other scouting parties, its terrain is rich with ore." Elita reported which gave them a good idea of what they were.
(Back at the base)
Ratchet heard this while Preceptor was on conference call with the base. "So, what does that tell us?" Fowler asked as he looked to the medic on sight.
"It follows that the natural metals in your Earth would be extensions of Unicron his limbs if you will." Ratchet said and thus June put it together.
"So, he did have his morning stretch which is why these quakes happened." June said as Melinda saw it as well.
"A good analogy." Melinda said seeing where this was going.
Just then alarms began to go off which Rachet took note of. "Optimus Elita I'm detecting a swell in Unicrons spark activity." Ratchet urged knowing that if this was happening Unicron was about to do something.
(Back with Optimus and Elita)
"Rest assured Ratchet we shall proceed with vigilance." Optimus said assuring the medic that they will be careful.
Just then Elita pointed her blasters towards nearby movement on instinct alone. Optimus followed her line of sight as they soon saw the stone had shifted to reveal Unicrons face. "Do you know me, follower of Primus?" Unicron asked glaring at the Prime.
"Unicron the Chaos Bringer." Optimus said as he glared at Unicron.
"Good." Unicron praised before he burst out of the rock in a size equal to the pair of Autobots. "Now know me as Unicron YOUR DESTORYER!" Unicron announced and in turn he charged at them. Optimus transformed his free hand into his broken combat blade while wielding the Skyboom shield in his left hand.
"Elita get back!" Optimus ordered and thus he blocked Unicrons attack on him with the shield. The two leaped back from Unicrons attacks as Elita tried to find an opening to get the jump on Unicron. But Optimus then lowered his weapons to speak to Unicron directly. "I humbly request your ear, Lord Unicron." Optimus spoke as he wanted to find a peaceful resolution first and foremost.
Elita was surprised by this as Unicron decided to humor the Prime. "And what would a Prime be so compel to say to me?" Unicron asked as he glared at Optimus.
"I make this appeal not for myself but for this world that you constitute and the beings that inhabit it." Optimus began as he made his piece opting to play on Unicrons pride to convince him to stop his resurrection. Perhaps if he sees that humankind came from him much as Cybertronians came from Primus, it might compel him to remain in stasis. "Humankind relies upon you, for life, for sustenance. Your resurrection will only result in the destruction of a species which evolved from the seed of your very greatness." Optimus said as he hoped to calm the ancient evil by appealing to his pride.
Unicron for a moment looked somewhat intrigued to hear this. "So, this humankind in which you speak, you consider them my progeny?" Unicron asked as he glared upon Optimus and Elita.
"Indeed." Optimus confirmed as this gave him a small sliver of hope in his spark. But this only lasted for a moment before Unicron had opted to crush it.
"PARASITES!" Unicron bellowed in anger as the stone avatar showed Unicron had no love for his supposed, progeny. "They toll shall know my wrathful hand, once I have finished with you and the other two Primes in which you have hidden away." Unicron said before his spiked hands shifted into actual hands that then fired off a burst of Dark Energon based lightning.
Optimus was sent flying much to Elita's shock. "Optimus!" Elita cried out before she then glared at the Chaos Bringer who approached them. Elita proceeded to open fire on Unicron as he approached them, but her laser shots only bounced off of him. When he got close enough Elita was about to draw her sword only to be smacked aside by Unicron.
"The Line of Primes has grown weak in my absence and thus you shall fall." Unicron said as he was about to finish off Optimus.
"That outcome is inevitable but not on this day!" Optimus announced before he got back up and opened fire at Unicron with both ion cannons active. HE kept firing at Unicron knocking him back before Elita came in and sliced Unicrons head clean off. But when the two Autobots approached the fallen Avatar the form of Unicron collapsed and thus Elita knew what this meant.
"This cannot be good." Elita said and in turn she was proven right. Dozens of Unicrons manifestations appeared around them bursting from the walls and ground surrounding the pair.
"Yes, disciple of Primus on this very day. For Unicron maybe one, but we all are Unicron!" The manifestations all announced and thus Elita and Optimus knew that they were in trouble.
