"Yeah, that's fine. I made something for you too." I said as she left the room to give Draculaura privacy. When I got to the kitchen I started making some pancakes but I would be a bit distracted and ended up making a huge amount of pancakes.
"Oh well. I hope Diana." As I was about to finish the sentence, I realized that the Amazon warrior I knew was not here. That made me sad.
It had only been a week since I arrived in this new dimension, but still. I missed my friends a lot, I was very worried about them, if that villain was still on the loose and my friends couldn't stop him that could bring a lot of problems. My thoughts were interrupted when I heard someone enter the kitchen and it was Draculaura who was wearing her casual clothes.
"Benja, I already left the shower. If you want you can go take a shower." The vampire girl said with a smile.
"Yes, it's fine. Thanks Draculaura." I said before going to the bathroom as Draculaura looked at the huge mountain of pancakes in front of her.
While I was in the shower I couldn't help wondering what was waiting for me at Monster High. What monsters was I about to meet, how many friends could I make, but one question that stood out from all was. Can they accept me?
When I came out of the bathroom, I was now wearing clothes very similar to what Zatanna had bought me. When I saw myself in the mirror I couldn't help but let out a sigh.
"Come on Benja, Draculaura told you last night. The girls are very strong and can lead with anything and surely they must be looking for a method to search for me. I just hope they are okay." I said as I took a breath and relaxed. I needed to be relaxed, for my first day of school.
"Draculaura, I'm ready now." I said as I went downstairs.
After breakfast, the vampire girl and I got ready but when I was about to leave Draculaura stopped me.
"Benja, where are you going?" The vampire girl asked with some curiosity.
"Emm, am I going to the bus stop?" I ask somewhat confused.
"Don't worry, come. I'll take you." Draculaura said as she walked to her garage. I simply approached out of curiosity but then I was surprised to see that the car that the vampire girl had was a very beautiful black car with some pink details. I had to admit that this car was really cute.
"Come on, we have to go find Clawd." Draculaura said as she started the car and we would both go out while listening to some music on the radio.
"Draculaura, do you think your boyfriend accepts me as his friend?" I ask with some curiosity but also with fear. Clawd Wolf, Clawdeen's brother. According to what Draculaura told me, he is a very kind, good and big-hearted person but he can also become very overprotective especially after a certain incident on the vampire girl's 1600th birthday.
"Don't worry Benja, Clawd is a good boy. I'm sure he and you will get along very well." Draculaura said with a smile. At that time the transmission would be interrupted due to urgent news.
"Latest news. We have just been informed of a high-speed chase in the streets of New slame, apparently a group of thieves managed to steal from the bank a huge sum of money approximately twenty million dollars, the officers do everything possible to stop these criminals but they seem to have difficulties. And they all ask themselves this question. Where is the elemental magician? " Said the reporter as he spoke of the situation.
"Draculaura, I'll see you at Monster High." I said as I prepared to go but the vampire girl stopped me.
"Benja please, are you sure?" The vampire girl asked with concern. She knew that I could deal with any crime, but that didn't take away from the fact that her concern was not present.
"Don't worry Draculaura, I promise I'll be on time. I'll make it up to you for this and make sure I meet Clawd. I'll see you at school." I said before taking a huge leap. Draculaura turned around and saw a huge amount of fire cover me to reveal my hero suit before watching me leave the place.
"Good luck Benja." The vampire girl whispered as she drove to find her boyfriend.
The policemen were doing their best to catch up with the thieves, but it was somewhat difficult because the subjects had a sports car which made things very difficult.
"We could use the elemental mage's help right now." Said a werewolf as he tried to find a way to reach the thieves.
"We don't need that guy's help, we are capable of arresting these guys." Said a policeman but that only got a sigh of annoyance from the werewolf.
The werewolf was about to continue with the discussion until they felt that the ground began to shake and in front of everyone they would see how huge roots were raised preventing the thieves from continuing to advance.
"What the fuck is this?" Said one of the thieves as he looked at the roots with surprise and disbelief.
They all look ahead and see how I was slowly descending the huge wall with the help of my vines.
"Who are you boy?" asked one of the thieves seriously.
"I bring justice and safety to the people of New slame, my name is Elemental Wizard. And all of you criminals. You are under arrest." I said seriously.
"Hahahaha, don't make us laugh kid. You better get out of here." Said one of the thieves in a mocking tone.
"I'm being generous in allowing them to give up. Get out of the vehicle, put down the money, and give up." I said while looking at the thieves, but they only just laughed when they got out of the vehicle. One of them was a gargoyle and the other two were human.
"Look kid. You better go, or my friend here will take care of beating you up." One of the men said as he pointed at the gargoyle.
"I guess they leave me no choice." I said as I got into a combat pose, but the thieves kept laughing.
"Element Ivy: Wrath of Mother Nature !!." I screamed as he hit the ground hard, at that moment some vines came out of the ground in the direction of the thieves. They were still laughing but then they were quiet when my vines caught them.
"I'm really sorry, but I'm in a bit of a rush. Now how about you get some rest?" I asked with a smile as some plants came out of the ground and let out a navy blue gas causing the thieves to fall asleep.
At that moment, the police officers, seeing that the thieves were defeated, did not hesitate and approaches to arrest the criminals.
"Thank you for helping us elemental mage, I am sure that without your help we would not have been able to reach them." The werewolf said with a smile.
"Don't worry officer, it's my job as a hero to protect people and help stop crime." I said with a smile.
"Yes, yes, yes. We do this too. We didn't need your help, we could have done it alone." Said a policeman as he crossed his arms but that got some angry looks from the monsters.
I was about to speak when I saw a clock that says 8 o'clock which made my skin go pale.
"Oh god. I'm so sorry, I'd like to continue talking but I have something to do. I'll see you soon officers." I said before flying away at high speed.
"That boy is crazy." Said a policeman as he led the robbers to the patrol.I was flying for a few moments while I looked around in search of the school, at that moment I looked down and stopped when I saw what was in front of me.
A huge castle with bright colors but that gave it a very surprising touch, gargoyles were adorning both the entrance and the roofs of the school.
"Wow, this must be school. I'd better get back to my normal clothes before someone sees me." I said as I slowly hid between the trees, an amber glow covered me and I was now wearing my normal clothes before coming down from the tree.
"Very good. Time to see my new school." I said as I slowly approached the school even though inside I was very nervous and worried.
The school looked very beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere, the hallways were lined with coffin-shaped lockers, which for me was a very unique touch.
"Wow, it's beautiful. But where will the principal's office be?" I asked while I think about what to do. I could use my air element to run around the school to try and find the principal's office, but I didn't want to make a mistake and hurt someone especially who didn't want to reveal my identity and now I had to keep my powers hidden.
"Excusez-moi monsieur."
Look to the side just to see a girl. The girl had the skin of a grayish color like a stone, the girl's hair was pink with small details in blue and on her back two wings protruded the same color as her skin.
"Who are you?." The girl asked as she looked at me."Hello. My name is Benjamin Escudero. My cousin Draculaura, made a call to the director of Monster High and told me that she wanted to see me." I said shyly.
"Draculaura had never told me that he had a human cousin." The girl said as she looked at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Hehehe, yeah. I'm a very distant cousin, I came here to Monster High to start a life." I said with a smile. But inside he was completely nervous and scared.
The girl looked at me analytically for a few moments before approaching where I am. At first I thought she was going to ask me to leave but she showed a smile.
"Very good then. Come with me, I'll take you to the principal's office." The girl said as she led me to the principal's office.
"Thanks, um." I was silent for a few moments until she spoke again.
"Rochelle, Rochelle Goyle." The girl said with a smile.
When we got to the office I saw that the place was full of books and in front of me was a dark blue horse, when the horse saw me it quickly hide behind the desk.
"Director Bloodgood. I have come to bring you Draculaura's cousin, Benjamin Escudero." Rochelle said as she moved to the side of the desk. The chair was swiveled to show a woman wearing formal wear, but there was one detail that left me completely petrified. Her head was in her hands and not where she should be.
"It's a pleasure meeting Draculaura's cousin, judging by your expression, it must be the first time you've met someone who is still alive despite being able to cut off his head." The woman said jokingly as she rested her head on her desk.
She was completely right. Throughout my life I faced many monsters and villains. Robots, thieves, a subject who could travel in time, but without a doubt seeing that she could still be alive despite being able to remove her head was something completely surprising, surely if Karen were here she would have fainted from fright.
"Yes, he's right, it's a pleasure to meet her Miss Bloodgood." I said while I made a little reverence in a sign of respect.
"The pleasure is mine. I suppose you should know that these are not arrival times, are they?" Bloodgood asked as she points me to a clock and when I turned around I realized I was a little late.
"I'm so sorry. I had a couple of things to do and didn't realize I was running late." I said nervous.
"Rochelle, could you wait outside? I'll call you when I'm done talking to Benja." Bloodgood said as the girl left the place leaving me alone with the director.
"Very good Benja, I want you to know that I am very happy that for the first time the school will be able to welcome its first human student with open arms." Bloodgood said with a smile.
"I am very grateful that you accept me into your school, Headmistress. I am ready to show that humans and monsters can live together." I said with a smile.
"I'm glad to hear that. As you must know thanks to Draculaura, for many years I was trying to get monsters and humans to live together, I believed that everything would be lost and that basically no human would accept being here." The director said as she looked out of one of her windows.
"But why doesn't any other human want to be here?" I asked as I got closer to where Bloodgood was."For centuries. Monsters and humans once lived together in perfect harmony, humans had monsters as a family, everything seemed happy until it came." The director said with anger in her voice.
"Excuse me, but who do you mean?" I ask curiously.
"You'll find out later. Now, let me tell you about your classes and your class schedules." Bloodgood said as she sat at her desk and I sat in a chair across from her desk as we talked.
Draculaura was dead with worry, she kept hitting the table with her nails while she constantly checked the time on the clock in her living room. She was wondering if I was okay or if I was lost, but her thoughts were interrupted when Clawdeen spoke to her.
"Friend, relax. Benja will be here soon, don't worry." Said the wolf girl as she tries to relax her friend.
"I'm sorry Clawdeen. But what if these criminals did something to him? Or if he was seriously injured or lost?" The vampire girl asked concerned.
"Draculaura, I think it would be better not to ask these questions. Especially here." Frankie said in a whisper. Draculaura went pale upon hearing that and it was because she was in class, but luckily for her most of the students around her were asleep.
Draculaura decided to continue her studies but she was still wondering if I was okay.
"Very well, I think this will be enough. This is your classroom." Bloodgood said as she hands me a paper with the address.
"Thank you director." I said with a smile.
"I hope you have a lot of fun being here, Rochelle will teach you about school." The director said with a smile.
"Okay. Thank you very much." I said as I left the place.
"Are you ready?." Rochelle asked with a smile.
"Yeah come on." I said as she and I started walking. Along the way, Rochelle was telling me about the different halls and hallways that were at Monster High, plus she told me that she is in charge of hallway security. That reminded me a lot of what Karen does at my other school.
When that thought came to my mind I couldn't help but lose myself in my thoughts and think about how my friends were. I knew with a lot of certainty that it was only a few days, but I missed my friends. This was very difficult for me to ignore and it was because I have a strong connection with my friends from Metropolis. I just hoped they were calm.
"Benja, are you okay?" Rochelle asked when she saw that I was very quiet. She had been talking to me all this time and I was completely silent.
"Eh? Heh, yeah. I'm fine Rochelle what happens is that I just miss my family." I said with a bit of sadness.
"I can understand that feeling." At this moment I looked ahead and saw Rochelle stop before looking at me.
"My family are in Scaris. We are being separated by miles apart, but we still communicate. But to be honest, that doesn't take away from the fact that I miss them yet I'm always happy and that's because I know them. they would like to see me happy and not sad. " The gargoyle girl said as she looked at me with a smile."I would very much like to be able to communicate with my family. But that is impossible." I said something depressed.
"Don't be sad, I'm sure your family would like to see you happy. I'm sure that one day you will be able to talk to them again, you just have to be patient." Rochelle said as she put a hand on her shoulder.
"Yes, thank you Rochelle." I said smiling a little better before walking back to the girl so she could finish showing me around the school.
The minutes pass slowly, Rochelle and I were talking from time to time while she taught me some classrooms. She told me that there were catacombs under Monster High, but at the moment she couldn't show me what the catacombs are like because she doesn't know the roads very well and the only person capable of doing that was busy.
The catacombs of Monster High. A place that was basically a labyrinth that if you got lost it would be impossible to find you again, many monsters did not go down to the catacombs due to the creatures that were there. However, the catacombs is a unique place since inside them were hidden rooms full of history about the school and its past. I had to admit that I was extremely curious about the catacombs, but I would have to wait.
"Well, Benja, that's all, I hope your stay at Monster High be good." Rochelle said with a smile.
"Thanks Rochelle, I hope I can get along with everyone too." I said with a smile as she and I were in front of my classroom.
"I know you'll get along very well with everyone. See you later." Rochelle said before leaving leaving me alone.
In front of me is the door to what would be my classroom. I am completely worried, I need to make a good impression being completely alone in a situation like this was not a good thing, but now there was no going back and I have to be calm.
I started knocking on the door and waited for an answer when I hear someone open the door. The person is an adult with pale green skin, his hair is gray and he wears a brown coat.
"Yes? Can I help you young man?" The adult asked as he looked at me.
"Yes. My name is Benjamin, Principal Bloodgood told me this would be my classroom." I said as I took out a paper from my pocket and also showed my time sheet.
"Oh, you are the human student that she said would come. It will be great to have a student like you in my class." Said the man and suddenly a lightning bolt fell out of nowhere which left me confused because it was not going to rain today.
"Please come in." The man said as he let me in.
"Thanks." When I entered I saw that there were a wide variety of monsters around me. Werewolves, vampires, skeletons, I even saw a student who instead of a head had a giant eye.
"Attention everyone. This is our new student, his name is Benjamin Escudero. He is the first human we received at the school. So try to get along." Said the teacher as he introduced me in front of the others. I felt a little chill as I could feel some murderous auras in some parts of the room.
"Alright Benja, go and sit where you want. You are just in time, now I want everyone to open their books to page number one." Said the teacher as he began to write on the board. On the other hand I would be sitting but I had not noticed a small detail.
In one of the seats there was a girl with an orange skin. The girl wearing punk clothes almost similar to Leslie's clothes, her hair is orange with details on black and on her hair jumped two cat ears. The girl looks at me with a smile as she looked at her front.
In front of the cat girl there was another girl. The girl had an ice blue skin, her hair was white like mine but with pink details, around the girl was a lot of snow, the girl cat took a little snow and gave it to me by making me bewilder.
"Hey." I turned around to see who was responsible but quickly turned around when I saw that the teacher turned around to see what was happening. Yet another snowball hit me in the face and I turned around only to see the blue skinned girl.
I tried to stay focused. But the snowballs went on and on until I no longer bear it. I took some snow and threw it at the blue skinned girl getting her attention.
"Do you want to play in the snow? All right, we will." The girl said while throwing a snowball at me. Suddenly, she and I started a snow fight, but due to carelessness, a snowball hit the teacher on the head, causing him to turn around and look at us. The girl and I quickly began to hide but there was snow near us that would leave us guilty of the attack.
"You two. To Bloodgood's office, right now !." yelled the teacher clearly angry.
The girl and I looked at each other. She looked at me in annoyance while I was completely embarrassed and very nervous, however the cat girl was snickering along with her friends.
The girl and I left starting to walk to the principal's office. I never thought that this would start my first day here, I just hoped things would please improve. And I also hoped to make amends with the girl in front of me. I just hope it's not difficult.
So far today's chapter. I was reading the comments and a user asked me if I could do a Ben10 and Monster High crossover. I cannot deny that this idea is incredible and the truth would be good, but the problem would be that I need to find out in depth Ben's Aliens so as not to ruin his essence. Which would be very difficult for me.
