Punished. Of all the things that could happen, now I'm about to be punished alongside this girl.
"I can not believe it, my first day and now I'm being punished, how is that it does not affect you?" Ask while I saw the girl in front of me. Normally I would see a worried or nervous student. But this girl only showed seriousness.
"You hit me with snow first. The headmistress will punish you." Said the girl while she looks at me coldly. That look made a strong chill run down my spine, it was as if Queen Hippolyta was looking at me.
I just was silent. I could not say anything due to fear, I did not want to make things worse. I only hoped that the director was not angry.
"I am very disappointed. In my school, everyone should be respected, kind but above all tolerant. I never thought that on the first day of school I would see two students here. As punishment, you two will be together all day." Bloodgood said as he looked at me and the girl seriously.
That left us clearly surprised and we saw how she placed two bracelets on us, when the bracelets were placed a green light would light up as if something had been activated.
"These bracelets will keep you together for the rest of the day, in this way I hope you learn to get along but above all. I hope that with this you learn a very valuable lesson." Said the director while she looks at us.
"But what happens if we separate?" I asked while moving my arm but suddenly the bracelets would turn red and as if it were a magnet my arm quickly approached the girl's arm.
"You two must be within a hundred meters distance. If you separate you will be punished with the howling study of the eternal task." Said the director but when she was about to continue talking, her horse got scared and quickly hid under her desk causing her head to fall to the ground.
"And demons go down to their homes, but mostly. It is the howling study of the eternal task." Bloodgood said as I lifted my head from him. After that the girl and I left the room.
"Well, you know. To be honest I never had this planned, but the silver lining is that at least we can get to know each other." I said with a shy smile as I walked the girl through the hallways.
"Let's start over. My name is Benjamin, but tell me Benja. What's your name?" I asked while looking at the girl.
"Abbey." It was all the girl said while still talking about her cold personality.
"It's nice to meet you Abbey. I'm sorry if I ask you this question, but why did you snowball me in class? I know we humans don't get along with monsters but I'm trying to get along with everyone." I said while looking at Abbey with some curiosity.
'I don't understand, Benja seems to be a good person but. Why is he lying to me? Abbey wondered to herself in her mind.
"You were the one who started the snow war. I just hit back." Said the girl still without turning to see me.
"Well I guess you're not going to tell me why but that's fine. Tell me, where did you come from?" I asked curiously. I wanted to start a conversation piece to try and get along with her.
"From the Himalayan mountains." The girl replied still having her cold demeanor.
"Wow, that's amazing. How are things there?" I asked now with more curiosity.
"This little talk is completely unnecessary. Here people talk a lot about very little, sometimes it's better to keep your mouth shut." Abbey said as she glanced at me coldly.
"Wow. You are as cold as Doris." I said in a low voice. Abbey's attitude and manner reminded me a lot of a certain bully from my school in Metropolis.
'But I'm not cold and who is that girl named Doris? This is very confusing, he doesn't like Benja. ' Abbey said in her mind. She seemed somewhat disappointed.
"We must go to class." The girl said as she and I looked at a huge clock in the hall indicating that class will start soon.
"It's true. If I'm late I'll get in a lot of trouble. Let's go." I said as I was about to go to the classroom, but Abbey didn't move.
'I have an idea. Maybe if I showed him a shortcut we'll start to get along. 'Abbey thought she as she took a different path.
"Abbey wait. We have to be together !!." I said as I ran after the girl because the bracelet was forcing me to be close to the girl.
Even though it wasn't the normal walk to the classroom surprisingly we arrived with 5 minutes to spare. Without saying much, Abbey and I sat in our place as other monsters joined in.
'Maybe if I share my food with her. We can get along. ' I said in my mind with a smile.
"Hey Abbey. You want some of my lunch, it's not much but I'd like to share a little with you." I said while showing my lunch. It was an apple, some cupcakes, a piece of cake, and a chocolate.
"Why do you have so many candy?" Abbey asked as she looked at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Good is that. Where I come from I used to work in an ice cream parlor with my best friend, so I learned how to prepare cakes, muffins, smoothies and many other things. If you want you can try." I said while giving him a cupcake.
Abbey just shrugged her shoulders and accepted the cupcake and then ate it, I just got a little nervous as I saw how she was looking analytically at the dessert.
"Blueberry and strawberries. I must admit, you are very good." Abbey said with a small smile.
"Thank you Abbey." I said smiling while inside I was celebrating knowing that my idea had worked a bit. I was about to keep talking when we heard someone speak.
"Hello old friend, it's a nice day, don't you think?" When Abbey and I went to see, I saw that she was a girl. The girl's skin was a green color almost similar to Poison Ivy, her hair was green with pink details.
"Hello Venus, I didn't expect to see you here." Abbey said as she greeted the girl.
"Hi Abbey. Who is he?" Venus asked as she points at me.
"My name is Alejo Benjamin. But tell me Benja, I'm new here at Monster High." I said with a somewhat shy smile.
"A human in Monster high? Don't be offended but humans bother me a bit, they pollute the environment a lot." The girl said with a bit of anger.
"I understand. Don't worry, it bothers me a bit too and I'm very sorry about the contamination. It's understandable." I said with a small smile. I couldn't deny that she was someone similar to a certain villain she fought with in Metropolis and she also reminded me a bit of Jessica.
"By the way, Abbey did you hear? The elemental wizard stopped a couple of thieves this morning with only plants, do you think he is someone who respects nature?" Venus asked as she looked at her friend.
"Maybe I don't know much about him. But I'm sure if he can do feats like that with plants I'm sure he must have a very good connection with nature, right?" I asked with a smile.
"If you're right." Venus said. At that moment we heard the school bell indicating that the recess was over.
"We have to go to class." Abbey said as we watched the rest of the monsters return to the school.
"It's true. It was nice meeting you Venus, I hope we can get along." She said as she shook her hand.
"Yes, anyway. It was nice meeting you Benja." The girl said as she accepted the gesture. However, a chill ran down her spine as her eyes widened a little when she felt something.
"Goodbye Venus." Abbey said as she and I headed back to school. However, Venus stayed behind as she touched her hand.
"Perhaps. No, impossible. But what if he." Venus looked at me for a few moments while she tried to understand what happened. When we both shook hands with her she felt something, like a connection that she knew perfectly well.
When we got to the classroom, I sat next to a girl who was talking to her friends until class started.
The class was normal but the girl glanced at me and her eyes widened when she saw me.
"It's him. He's just like the boy I saw." The girl whispered while she was still looking at me until I realized it.
"You need something?." I asked curiously making the girl tense.
"Umm yeah. I accidentally dropped my pencil under your feet." Said the girl as she points to a pencil that had fallen.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. I'll give it to you already." She said as she handed him the pencil.
"Thanks. Umm, what's your name by the way?" The girl asked curiously.
"My name is Benja. And you?" I asked with some curiosity.
"My name is Isi. Nice to meet you Benja." Isi said with a smile.
Isi and I decided to go back to class but the girl kept glancing at me as her mind filled with doubts and questions.
After school Abbey and I walked out of class while walking to our lockers.
"You know Abbey, I'm having a good day here. I think I could get used to being here." I said sounding.
"Benja !!." At that moment I was knocked down by a strong hug from Draculaura who seemed to be completely worried.
"Benja, where were you? We were looking for you everywhere. Are you hurt? Do you feel good?" Draculaura began to throw one question after another while the rest of our friends came over to see what happened.
"Draculaura calm. I'm fine, I was with Abbey all day." I said while laughing shyly.
"And from what I see it's true." Cleo said as she pointed the bracelets.
"Wait. I recognize those bracelets well, the principal wore them with me and Abbey when we first met. What happened?" Frankie asked as Draculaura and I stood up.
"Well we were in class and suddenly Abbey threw a snowball at my head, and it continued like that for most of the class until we ended up in a snowball fight." I said as she scratched my arm.
"I didn't throw anything. The one who started it was you." Abbey said as she looked at me with a bit of annoyance. Yet clawdeen seemed to know who was responsible.
"Toralei. That stray cat surely did her thing again." Said the wolf girl angrily, that statement made the girls angry.
"Emm girls. Who is Toralei ?." I asked with some nervousness as I could feel that the girls clearly exuded a murderous aura.
"Toralei is the most troublesome girl in the School. She is always teasing everyone." Clawdeen said angrily. That made me think of Selina and the reputation she has in Metropolis.
"Hi Babe." We all turned around to see a boy with yellow skin but light in color, his hair was of a very intense color and he was wearing the same clothes as Gil.
"Hey honey, who is he?" The boy asked as he pointed at me.
"My name is Benja. I am new here." I said while looking at the boy.
"My name is Heath, Heath Burns. Listen Normie, you better not do anything to Abbey why else." Heath was about to continue speaking when I saw how Abbey had touched her shoulder and saw in amazement how the boy would be frozen.
"Agh. This is Heath, the school clown. Always looking to flirt with girls, ignore what he told you. He is the simple dog that barks but does not bite." Abbey said as she rolled her eyes.
"Yes, I already know someone like that." I said with a drop of anime-style sweat. Heath's attitude certainly reminded me of Hal Jordan. However, I heard a few steps quickly approach where we are and I saw how a Minotaur boy was chasing a little devil.
"Yes, you better run. I already told you I hate red !!." The little victim of the Minotaur hid behind me, just as the monster was going to attack Abbey took him by the arm and with a great force would make the Minotaur fall to the ground while the girl held tightly the grip.
"The rules say specifically. No running in the hallways, I'm pretty sure your sister would love to hear that you're chasing a student again, Manny." Abbey said as she stared at the Minotaur coldly.
"You won't tell him right?" Manny asked with some fear and nervousness in his voice.
"Then don't run in the hallways again." The girl said before taking the Minotaur and throwing him against some lockers.
"Okay now. How about we go to the next class?" Abbey asked as she looked at me. I on the other hand was completely surprised and at the same time nervous, Abbey had shown to have an impressive strength almost like Diana's and she could freeze people like kara's icy breath ability.
"Yeah come on." I said shyly as the girls and I went to the next class.
The class passed normally until the end of the day. Abbey and I were walking alongside the girls while we talked a bit.
"Today was a great day. I have to admit I had a lot of fun Abbey." I said with a small smile. At that moment we saw that our bracelets began to glow and from one moment to another the bracelets disappeared.
"Well, he finished. You don't have to be with me anymore." Abbey said while she looks at me however I smiled and would take out my cell phone and after writing something down I would give Abbey a paper.
"Abbey. I want us to be friends, this is my number." I said as she gave the girl my number.
"Are you serious? Do you want us to remain friends? I thought I was someone too cold for you." Abbey said as she looks at my number and then at me.
"Maybe yes, but I was wrong. You are a very kind and great girl. I would very much like for us to remain friends." I said sounding.
"Very well, I think you are a good person too." Abbey said smiling. At that moment she would give the girl a hug, that gesture made a pink tint appear on Abbey's cheeks since she did not expect that gesture. She would accept the hug but after a few seconds she would try to separate but she couldn't.
"Benja, I appreciate that we are friends. But could you stop hugging me?" Abbey looked at me and then realized why I didn't stop hugging her and it was because I was frozen. That made the girls and Abbey start laughing in the state I was in.
I left the school since the girls are going to stay a talking, I on the other hand my expression of joy change to one of sadness. No matter how hard he tried, everything around me reminded me of my friends from Metropolis. I sat on the stairs while I touched my forehead trying to relax a little.
"Come on Benja. You should relax now, the girls are fine. Are you forgetting? We are the Teen Titans, They can handle any situation." I told myself before sighing in defeat.
"Are you okay?." I looked ahead and saw Isi.
"Oh hi Isi, me. I'm not okay, I'm not okay at all." I said as I lowered my head. Isi seeing this sat down next to me.
"What do you care about?." Isi asked as she put a hand on my shoulder.
"My family. I worry about my family, I try. I try desperately to stop thinking about them, I want to think that they are fine, I want to believe that they will be fine. But I can't, I worry so much about them and I can't stop thinking about it. What could happen if I'm not there. " I said while letting a few tears shed due to fear.
"I understand you. When I came to Monster High I was also very worried about my family, I could not imagine what would happen while I was gone. But if I know something, it is that we must always believe that they will be fine even though we are not there with them."
"Our fears may make us believe that they will not be well, but we must think that they always support us despite the distance and that they will always want to see us happy. " Isi said as she shows me a smile.
"Thank you Isi." I said with a small smile.
"You're welcome, here at monster high. We all take care and support each other like a family, you can trust us if you feel sad." The girl said as I showed a smile.
"Yes, you're right. I think monster high could be my new home, thank you Isi you are a great friend." I said while hugging the girl. She reciprocates the gesture with a small smile.
Isi and I talked for a while until Draculaura and the rest of the girls left the school. Today had been a very awesome and cool day, my only thought after this day was. What awaits me tomorrow.
The night arrives. Isi was on her fourth ready to go to sleep, she would lie on her bed and by closing her eyes she prepared to enter the world of dreams.
Isi's dream.
When Isi opened her eyes, she noticed that she was no longer at home but she was not in New Salem, she began to walk through the streets of the city and saw that monsters and humans lived together happily. At that moment she stopped in front of a building that caught her attention."Daily planet ?." At that moment a loud explosion caught her attention and when she turned around she noticed a swarm of giant insects, these insects had a small similarity to moths. Isi saw how one of the moths was about to attack her but suddenly the insect was knocked down thanks to a blow from a girl.
The girl wore a shirt with an "S" on the chest, she wore a red skirt with combat boots of the same color.
"Supergirl. Are you okay?" Isi turned around and saw a group of people dressed in strange clothes but among these people there was one that she knew.
"Everything is fine, Snowball." The girl said with a smile. However, Isi saw like the rest of the people how the moths destroyed the city.
"There are a lot of them. We need more help, girls. You guys go and stop as many moths as you can. I'll call the rest of the team." I said as my team looked at me.
"Alright elemental wizard. Alright sisters, it's time to save Metropolis." She said a blue haired girl before pulling out a sword and launching into combat like the rest of the team while I pulled out a cell phone that Isi recognized as an Icoffin.
"Little sister, we need help from you and the rest of the others. Come to the Daily planet, I'll be waiting for you." I said while he was talking to the person. The voice that was heard from the cell phone made Isi look very surprised.
"Very good Benja, we will be there very soon." Draculaura said as I ended the call before seeing Isi.
A very intense silence was present in the place, Isi could not believe any of this as she watched me approach her.
"That voice. It was Draculaura's, you." Isi couldn't finish as she saw how a loud explosion shook the place and I quickly took her to safety.
"Stay here Isi, you'll be safe here." He said before kissing her on the cheek. The girl blushed at the gesture, but before she could tell me something she saw how I left the place to go directly to where the rest of the team was.
"Wait, hey." Isi began to move on her bed until she fell causing her to wake up. The first thing she saw was that when she woke up she noticed that her alarm clock was ringing and that it was time to go to school.
"Was it all a dream?" Isi asked herself as she stood up. That dream had been the strangest of her entire life, a team of heroes, the voice of Draculaura, but about that strange city. The girl was now wondering what that dream was due to, would she have something to do with her vision? Sooner or later, the answer should come to her.
After dressing, Isi decided to go about her daily routine but was still thinking it was that strange dream from last night. Her doubts and questions came to her head, now the girl was walking to school until she saw how Draculaura, Frankie, Clawdeen and I arrived but she noticed that I was carrying a pink box in my hands.
"Isi, good morning !." I said as I approached the girl.
"Good morning Benja, and that box?" Isi asked curiously.
"Well. I've been thinking and you're right, Monster high is my family now and the first thing I want to do is start getting along with everyone, and I want to thank you for what you did. So, I made these cupcakes for you." I said with some embarrassment as I handed the box to Isi.
"Oh Benja, that's sweet of you." Isi said with a shy smile and a slight blush as she, I and the rest of the others go to school.
"You know something, he asked me what awaits us today." I said as I opened the door but the girls and I were surprised to see that the school was in chaos since the students were out of control.
"I don't think you expected this, did you?" Clawdeen asked as we see how Manny was chasing the same devil as yesterday.
I know, I know. Many of you must be asking me what happened to me and why I did not upload more chapters in either of the two stories and the answer is simple. I do not have my mobile.
My parents took my cell phone from me due to an argument we had and now I am writing this through my mother's cell phone.
