Chapter 11
Sheamus and Christine were sleeping together in their bed, dreaming about their upcoming bundle of joy. Christine was dreaming about the time Christina had her baby shower before Angela was born.
Flashback
Christina was eight months pregnant when the baby shower was taken place. She was glowing wearing a long pink ruffle dress while her husband Drew was looking handsome wearing his long black sleeve shirt with his black kilt. Cherry came through with her promise to plan her baby shower. It was a lot of work, but everything went according to plan. Drew and Christina's family gave them amazing gifts for the baby, took pictures and had a blast. Denise and Randy bought them plenty of diapers and baby wipes. Jack and Cherry provided them with cute baby clothes. Sheamus and Christine gave them more baby clothes, formula, and of course, extra pens for her, just for laughs. Christine was looking at Christina, seeing her happy and glowing, giving her baby fever. Sheamus knew Christine wanted to be a mother. He knew deep down that soon; they will have a family of their own and they cannot wait to fulfill their dreams of becoming parents.
Present day: Christine started waking up, smiling, and rubbing her belly, knowing they will soon fulfill their wish of becoming parents and she couldn't be happier. She climbed on top of her hot Irish fiancé, kissed him, and starting riding on him, wanting a piece of him. Sheamus smiled, kissing her back and decided to give his beautiful fiancée what she really wants….
One hour later, they took their shower together, got dressed, took the dogs out for their walk. Sheamus was on cloud nine, just finding out his beautiful fiancée is expecting their first child together made his heart flutter with joy. However, he has Wade in the back of his mind, knowing for a fact he is trying to get his revenge. Sheamus knew he had his sight set on protecting not only his own family but his extended family. Fifteen minutes later, they returned home with their dogs, changed their food, gave them fresh water, and sat on the couch in the living room. Christine knew something was on his mind and she decided to break the ice.
"My hot Irish daddy, penny for your thoughts?" Christine asked him.
"Sweetheart, I can't get that bastard Wade out of my head." Sheamus told her. "I am afraid he is not done yet with his plot to get his revenge on me."
"Baby, he should know by now that you meant every word you said. He doesn't fucking listen." Christine replied.
"He's a hot head, sweetheart. He won't stop until he gets what he wants. I must protect you and our family." Sheamus told her.
"Which is why we will do everything we can to protect our family. I love you so much and I will not let a stubborn bastard like him tear us apart." Christine said.
"I love you more than anything in the world my beautiful sweetheart. We are having our bundle of joy and I am looking forward to this journey, along with us becoming husband and wife." Sheamus replied.
"We are in this together, my love. Even though we are not married yet, we will always have each other for better or for worse." Christine told him.
"We sure do, sweetheart." Sheamus replied. "I feel like you and I should get married right now! What do you say?"
"Baby, are you sure? Our wedding is a few months away." Christine replied.
"I don't want to wait any longer, my sweet lass. The thought of Wade trying to destroy our family drives me crazy. I am afraid of losing you. I almost did and I do not want that to happen." Sheamus told her.
"Baby, that bastard will never come between us and our family. I know you want to eliminate him completely, but our love is much stronger than that no-good prick." Christine said.
"This is why I love you sweetheart." Sheamus said.
"Me too, with every being in my heart and soul." Christine replied. "To answer your question, I cannot wait to marry you. How about in two weeks?" Christine suggested.
"I can wait another two weeks, sweetheart." Sheamus told her.
"Perfect! Let's tell everyone the wedding has been pushed up." Christine said.
"Absolutely! I'll call the guys; you tell the girls." Sheamus added.
"Sounds like a plan! Let's do it!" Christine said.
After their talk, Sheamus and Christine made the phone calls, telling everyone their wedding is pushed up to two weeks. Sheamus told the guys to come with him tomorrow for the tuxedo fittings; Christine told the girls to come with her tomorrow for their dress fittings. Feeling much better about pushing up their wedding, Sheamus and Christine went to the kitchen and started cooking dinner: BBQ ribs with mashed potatoes. Knowing they cannot wait to get married, the thought of Wade trying to destroy everything, they are not taking any chances.
The next day, Sheamus and Christine met with the others to get their plan in motion. Drew and Christina dropped off Angela with her grandparents. The guys went in for their tuxedo fittings, while the girls went across the street for their dress fittings. A couple of minutes later, all the guys had their tuxedos fitted, while Sheamus couldn't stop looking at himself in the mirror, looking forward to marrying his beautiful pregnant bride. As a bonus, he requested to wear suspenders because Christine loves seeing him wearing that.
"Hey bud, what made you decide to push up the wedding?" Drew asked Sheamus.
"The thought of Wade plotting his revenge to destroy everything has been eating me up and I couldn't take that chance. I love her so much." Sheamus told Drew.
"It's understandable." Randy added.
"Just make sure that wanker doesn't even come near us." Jack said.
"Trust me lad, I would put my life on the line to protect my love and my family." Sheamus replied. The guys hugged each other, paid for their tuxedos, and were going to meet up with the girls.
Meanwhile, the girls were getting their dresses fitted. Christine suggested Irish green bridesmaid dresses and they all agreed. A few minutes later, Christine picked out her wedding dress; a halter-styled, long-sleeved sparkling wedding dress. Even though she is five weeks pregnant, her dress showcased her curves beautifully. Everyone was in awe of how beautiful she looks in her dress.
"OMG! Sheamus is one lucky fella!" Cherry replied.
"Yes, he is! He is going to cry once he sees her!" Christina added.
"Cry? He's going to explode when she walks down the aisle!" Denise said.
"Yes, yes and yes! All of you are correct!" Christine replied, laughing.
Ten minutes later, the dresses are paid for; the guys just entered the shop and greeted the girls. Christina called her parents, letting them know the wedding has been pushed up and they were on their way to go pick up Angela. Everyone entered their respective vehicles and were on their way to Christina's parents' house. About thirty minutes later, everyone arrived, and Angela was cooing with happiness to see them, especially her parents. Angela was reaching out for her mommy; Christina took her, giving her tons of kisses. She smelled her diaper, noticing that she needs to be changed. Christine decided to go with her to see how Christina changes her daughter's diaper.
"I'm so happy for you, love. You are about to become a mother and it is the greatest feeling in the world." Christina told her.
"I'm very blessed. Although I am nervous about giving birth, I cannot wait." Christine replied.
"All I can tell you is having the patience with your little one is important. It is a life-changing experience, and I wouldn't change it for anything." Christina explained.
"Even though I am five weeks along, I know the journey will be worth it." Christine said.
"It is worth it! You have a handsome, wonderful Irish soul to share your journey with you. Do not let him go." Christina replied.
"Believe me, girl, I will never let him go." Christine told her.
A few minutes later, Angela's diaper is changed; Christine took her in her arms, and Christina was impressed at how she was holding her. She knew in her heart she will be a wonderful mother. They went back to the living room with everyone laughing and having fun conversations. Ten minutes later, everyone said goodbye to Christina's parents and are looking forward to seeing them at the wedding. They went their separate ways and cannot wait for the next two weeks to witness Sheamus and Christine getting married.
One week later….
Christina called her parents to see if they can have the wedding reception for Sheamus and Christine at their house. Her mother was thinking the same thing and they accepted the idea. They were going to order catering from Red Lobster and have it ready on time. Drew was playing with Angela when Christina went upstairs to talk to him.
"Hey handsome!" Christina told Drew.
"Hey beautiful! What's up?" Drew replied, giving her a kiss.
"My parents and I agreed to have the wedding reception at their house, due to them planning the wedding so far up in advance." Christina replied.
"Baby, that wonderful! Sheamus and Christine are going to be happy about that, because we are drawing near towards the wedding." Drew said.
"I cannot wait to see them get married, honey." Christina replied.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you, love. Jack and Cherry got in touch with the priest from the church and they booked it for them to get married there." Drew added.
"Love, that's awesome!" Christina said, excitedly. "It is a wonderful feeling for all of us to help them plan their wedding on such short notice. I am praying that everything goes according to plan."
"We all do, my love." Drew told her.
Drew was cradling Angela and she fell asleep in his strong, muscular arms. They gave her a kiss and Drew put her down in her crib. They went to their bedroom, stripped their clothes off and went to bed, praying that everything goes well with Sheamus and Christine's wedding.
Denise and Randy decided to order a mint chocolate chip wedding cake for them as a special surprise. They know planning a wedding can be stressful at times, but everything will be worth it in the end. The cake will be done in time before the wedding.
Sheamus and Christine were laying in their bed, very happy and nervous about their upcoming nuptials. Sheamus was holding her in his strong arms and Christine was enjoying every minute of it. They kissed each other goodnight and cannot wait to say "I Do" in front of everyone. They are praying that a certain prick does not interfere with their plans of walking down the aisle.
Chapter 12 is coming up!
