Chapter 2 The Batman
Its been a week since Sean had been found and taken in by Korra's family.
Since then the White Lotus had been examining the pod they found.
Most were curious to know if Sean was actually from inside the pod or just found by coincidence.
One thing was for certain.
Korra was happy to have a friend around for the first time.
Right now.
"You can't catch me!" Korra yelled running away.
"Oh brother." Sean said before he hid in the snow.
"Sean?" Korra called out looking for him.
"RAAAH!" Sean roared making her scream as he burst out laughing.
"Thats not funny!" Korra yelled before Tenzin's daughters Jinora and Ikki both born a year apart ran to them.
Jinora was The same age as Korra while Ikki was 3 right now.
"Not my fault you can't see me in the snow." Sean laughed as did the Airbending todlers while she pouted.
Senna watched all this with a smile seeing Korra had someone who understood her.
"It's amazing you know. Korra being the Avatar with great power and now someone with a new stranger power." Pema said.
"Yeah. Has Tenzin found anything?" Senna asked.
"Nothing so far. Then again we don't even know how that thing works." Pema said.
Sean grinned as Ikki tried to jump him before holding her up easily with one hand.
"Whoa." Korra said seeing his strength before doing the same with Jinora who burst out laughing.
"Wow." Sean said not even trying.
Korra jumped on his shoulders adding more weight.
"What are you four doing?" Senna asked amused.
"How strong are you?" Korra asked Sean.
"Stronger than you apparently miss Avatar." Sean said amused as she stuck her tongue out.
Meanwhile
Tenzin and the others were examining the craft.
"Why was he inside this?" Tenzin asked.
"Hey we found something."
Tenzin came and looked and found some strange Multi colored ring.
"A ring?" Tenzin asked taking it.
"What does it do?" Tonraq asked.
"I'm not sure. Perhaps it's some sort of key." Tenzin said.
"The technology is more advanced than anything I've seen and it outshines Republic City since thats where the highest level of technology is." Sokka said.
"Yes. The question I want to know is was it sent here on purpose to protect him...Or was it an accident?" Tenzin asked.
"A good question." Tonraq said.
Meanwhile
Sean was watching Korra train with Katara before noticing his hands glowing.
"Hmm?" Sean asked as he held it out before blasting out ice.
"Whoa!" Korra yelled.
"Cool." Sean said holding his hand out again but nothing happened making him groan while Katara laughed.
"I guess Korra's not the only one who needs training." Katara said.
"Work!" Korra yelled shaking Sean's hand before he blasted Blue fire into the air shocking them all.
"I don't think thats a good idea." Sean said.
Soon training came to an end as a massive blizzard soon began to arrive.
Thats when Korra's parents heard howling in the distance.
"What is that?" Sean asked.
"Polar Bear dogs." Senna said.
"A whole pack of them from the sounds of things." Tonraq said as Korra started mimicking the howls making Sean scoff before pulling her inside.
"HEY! I wanted to go play with them." Korra said.
"Oh yeah that makes total sense. Play with the animals that rather eat you." Sean said amused making Senna giggle.
"They don't scare me." Korra said.
"Oh I know. If anything you'll scare them like you do everyone else but me." Sean said making Senna hold her mouth as she laughed.
"HMPH!" Korra said turning around.
"Oh, quit being a baby." Sean said.
Later during the night the family was asleep before Korra started hearing the howling again making her sit up before being quiet as she got dressed in warmer clothing and went outside.
Only for a hand to grab her making her yelp as she fell face first in the snow.
"You are beyond the words predictable." Sean said amused standing over her.
"Oh." Korra said. "Come on lets just take a look." Korra said giving him a puppy eye look making him snort.
"Fine." Sean said making her grin as they rushed off.
Arriving up on a hill they found a small pup who clearly got lost from her pack.
"Aww." Sean said walking to it making it growl before Sean held out a hand to pet it making it whine.
"What happened to her pack?" Korra asked rubbing her head as she nuzzled into her.
"Storm must have split them off." Sean said before the storm got worse.
"Uh oh." Korra said.
"And now we're lost." Sean said before his hands glowed again before holding them out making a small Igloo.
"Wow!" Korra said amazed before they went inside. "How do you keep doing that?" Korra asked.
"Mmm." Sean said shrugging as they went inside.
Next morning
"Korra? Sean!" Tonraq yelled as he and Senna rushed out to find them seeing they weren't in bed.
"Oh where are they?" Senna asked.
Thats when the Igloo covered in snow fell apart.
"YIKES!" Sean yelled getting their attention as they came out.
"There you two are. Have you both been out all night?" Tonraq asked as the pup also came out.
"Is that...A polar bear dog?" Senna asked.
"Yup. She got separated from her pack." Sean said.
"Her name is Naga. Can I keep her?" Korra asked making both parents look at each other.
"Ask your Mother/Father." Both said.
"Real smooth." Sean said rolling his eyes before Naga pounced him making him laugh as Korra joined in.
"Oh we might as well. Probably might tire Korra out too." Senna said making Tonraq chuckle.
Meanwhile
Within a different universe was a man in a business suit.
He had black hair white skin and blue eyes.
This was Billionaire Bruce Wayne. AKA the Batman.
Currently he was at a science convention to discuss a new invention.
"At Wayne Enterprise we have just made a ground breaking invention. Long has there been the idea of different universes that exist beside our own known simply as the Multiverse. Today I'm here to prove it does indeed exist." Bruce said as a gate way was presented to a crowd of people who looked in wonder.
"This is known as Dimensional Gateway. Allowing us to travel between different universes." Bruce said as it slowly activated amazing the crowd.
However thats when it began sparking making people back up before a bright flash caught Bruce and he vanished shocking everyone.
Meanwhile
Sean and Korra continued to play with Naga along with Jinora and Ikki when a portal opened up.
"Whoa." Korra said before Bruce flew out of it out cold.
"Who's he?" Jinora asked.
"Go get the others." Sean said as they ran off while Sean stayed with him.
Later
Bruce slowly woke up with a groan as he sat up.
"Hello there." Tenzin said handing him a drink.
"Thanks." Bruce said taking it before looking around. "Where am I?" Bruce asked.
"You're in the Southern Water Tribe. Korra and the children found you after you came through some portal." Tonraq said.
"Southern Water Tribe?" Bruce asked.
"One of the four nations." Tenzin said.
"Four? What about the other countries. The United States, England, Germany." Bruce asked confusing them.
"We've never heard of any of those nations." Tenzin said making him frown before widening his eyes.
"Oh it actually works. I never actually thought it would." Bruce said.
"What works?" Tonraq asked.
"Have any of you ever heard of something called the Multiverse theory?" Bruce asked.
"I have. Supposedly it's a theory where theres a countless number of universes. Each one different from each other but also similar in some ways. Thats why we don't recognize these nations he's talking about. They don't exist here...They do in his." Tenzin said.
"Yes. I had my scientists at my company make a gateway to another universe but I never actually dreamed it would work. I thought it would be more of a gag than a real thing." Bruce said.
"Life is full of surprises." Tenzin said.
"How do you intend to get back?" Senna asked.
"Is there technology here?" Bruce asked.
"Not as advanced as your universe I think but with the right help I believe we could help you." Tenzin said.
Later
Sean and Korra laughed as they chased Naga.
Bruce watched all this with a smile.
"You said Korra is this next Avatar right?" Bruce asked Tenzin.
"Yes. When the Avatar dies he or she is reborn in the next nation in the cycle. My father was the previous one. Avatar Aang." Tenzin said before spotting someone approaching Tonraq's home.
"Who was that?" Bruce asked.
"Oh no. That must be Unalaq. He's the leader of the Water Tribes. Word has it that he and his brother Tonraq don't get along because of different views." Tenzin said making him frown.
"The answer is no." Tonraq said.
"You would deny her a teacher in spiritual matters? I see you haven't changed." Unalaq said.
"She's four. And besides at least I don't force my ideals on people like you do." Tonraq said.
"So what? I've made the tribe better." Unalaq said.
"In your view. I'm not gonna watch you turn Korra into some mindless drone." Tonraq said making him frown before leaving.
"Just relax Tonraq." Senna said.
Outside Unalaq was about to leave when he saw the kids playing.
Korra laughed as she was on Sean's shoulders trying to ride him when he started spinning around inhumanly quick.
"WHOA!" Korra yelled as she flew into the snow.
"Oh." Sean said feeling dizy as he fell backwards shocking Unalaq as Tonraq and Senna came out.
"Who is that?" Unalaq asked.
"None of your business." Tonraq said.
"Oh I think it is. Who is he?" Unalaq asked.
"His name is Sean. And thats all your getting." Tonraq said making him frown.
"Oh." Sean said trying to stand up before Bruce caught him.
"How'd you do that?" Bruce asked.
"I don't know. Not the first strange thing I've done." Sean said.
"Like what?" Bruce asked before holding out his hand making an ice statue shocking Unalaq. "Very impressive." Bruce said.
"I'm taking him with me." Unalaq said grabbing him.
"Now wait just a minute. You can't just come here and take a child." Bruce said.
"Oh but I can. This is my tribe. And I can do as I see fit." Unalaq said before Sean glared at him as his eyes glowed. "What the?" Unalaq said before yelling as Sean blasted him back.
"Thats new." Tonraq said amused as Senna frowned at him.
"I want that boy in chains!" Unalaq yelled to his guards.
"You will do nothing of the sort." Tenzin said.
"He's a danger. If people see someone with powers like that they'll think the Avatar is a lost Relic. I cannot allow that to happen." Unalaq said.
"That is not for you to decide. There are limits to what you can do in your position." Tenzin said making him frown before leaving.
"Jerk." Sean said.
"Where exactly did you find him anyway?" Bruce asked making them look at one another.
Arriving at the crash site where pod was Bruce widened his eyes.
"This is where you found him?" Bruce asked.
"Strange I know. We haven't found much in it though. Other than this." Tenzin said pulling out the Ring Which Bruce took.
"Anything else?" Bruce asked.
"Just some strange abilities he seems to have." Tenzin said.
Later
The Group Had arrived at Republic City so Bruce could build the device to go home.
"Impressive." Bruce said.
"Theres a man here named Hiroshi Sato. He should be able to help you with what you need." Tenzin said.
"Good." Bruce said.
Days later
After meeting Hiroshi and telling him the situation he agreed to help him build the portal to get back home.
"If I may ask what are the benders like in your universe?" Hiroshi asked.
"We don't have Benders where I'm from. Theres more than just four nations. Hundreds of actually. But no Benders or Avatar." Bruce said.
"Really? So everything is peaceful there?" Hiroshi asked.
"Not exactly. Theres still conflict and crime all over the world. An unfortunate thing about man is we're a complicated species. Easy to corrupt, Fall to greed and pride. Even if one group was taken away a new one will just take their place. Maybe even worse. So even if we did or didn't have Benders nothing really would change." Bruce said making him frown at that thought.
"When you put it that way." Hiroshi said before they finally finished.
"May not look perfect but it should work." Bruce said typing in something.
Meanwhile
Arriving at the Republic City docks was a boat before four people got off.
"We're finally here."
"You sure their here?"
"They are."
At the Sato Mansion everyone was outside before they spotted the people making Tenzin frown.
"who are they?" Bruce asked.
"I don't know but I don't like it. Senna get the kids inside." Tenzin said as she did while Bruce frowned before rushing off to the Portal.
Tenzin and the others met up with four people. Two men and Two Women with one of the laters having no arms.
"Who are you?" Tenzin asked.
"I am Zaheer. These three are Ghazan, P'li and Ming-Hua. We've come for the Avatar and the Boy." Zaheer said.
"Unalaq." Tonraq said through grit teeth.
Meanwhile Bruce walked through the Portal back to his own universe before he met up with Alfred.
"Master Bruce? Where have you been?" Alfred asked.
"No time to talk. I need to change." Bruce said before getting into his gear.
Zaheer and the others actually took down Tenzin and Tonraq before they made it into the mansion.
"Find them." Zaheer said before feeling a Shadow over them making them look around.
"Someone is here." P'li said.
"Why are you here?"
"We've come for the Avatar and the Boy. And we're not leaving without them." Zaheer said.
"What makes you think you will?"
"No one can stop us." Ghazan said
"I can."
Coming out of the Shadows was the Famous Dark Knight of Gotham City. Batman.
This surprised them before he threw a gadget at Ming-Hua wrapping her up in wires shocking her before it electrocuted her making her scream.
Ghazan was next as Batman rushed to him before ramming his head into the wall before throwing him at P'li making her grunt.
Zaheer pulled out a sword before trying to slash him.
"Who are you?" Zaheer asked.
"I'm Batman." Batman said before headbutting him making him dizzy before Batman grabbed him and threw him down hard knocking him out just as the other two woke up only for them to get tied up together and electrocuted.
Thats when Tenzin and the others rushed in but only saw them knocked out.
"What happened?" Tonraq asked.
"Batman." Zaheer groaned out.
Later
"So all four of them have been taken out?" Bruce asked with Alfred next to him.
"Yes. All four have been put in prisons to contain them. Isolating them from their elements." Tenzin said.
"Clever." Alfred said.
"But what are we gonna do now? Once Unalaq learns about this he'll take them claiming we can't keep them safe." Senna said worried for them both as Bruce frowned before smirking.
"I actually have an idea for that one." Bruce said.
Later
Unalaq arrived in Republic City to take Sean and Korra away.
Arriving at the Sato mansion he found Bruce with Tonraq.
"What are you doing here?" Tonraq asked.
"I'm here to take the children. I heard what happened. It's very clear you can't keep them safe and I can. So I'll be taking them." Unalaq said. (I'm surprised he didn't try to pull this in the show)
"Sorry, but thats not gonna happen." Bruce said.
"And whats to stop me?" Unalaq asked.
"You mean besides them not being in this universe anymore?" Tonraq asked shocking him.
"What have you done? I already know he's from another universe. What have you done!" Unalaq yelled.
"To keep them away from you since we don't trust you...I decided to bring them to my universe. Where she'll be trained and kept safe." Bruce said grinning.
"ABSOLUTELY NOT! BRING THEM BACK!" Unalaq roared.
"I don't think so. I especially find it strange that they showed up...Right after you tried to take them. I wonder what would happen if I decided to have Tenzin cut them a deal they couldn't refuse?" Bruce asked making him snarl.
"Heres the deal. You'll stay away from them till both are 18. Fail to do that and you'll be investigated." Tonraq said making him glare.
"Fine." Unalaq said leaving.
"That must have been satisfying." Bruce said to Tonraq who grins.
"No more than knowing you beat up Zaheer and the others." Tonraq said shocking him. "We're not fools you know. It wasn't hard to figure out. You finish the portal and then this Batman shows up." Tonraq said making him chuckle lightly.
"Just try to keep this a secret." Bruce said.
"No problem." Tonraq said as they left.
Authors Note: And with that Sean and Korra will now go to Gotham City FAR away from Unalaq. Now Next Chapter is gonna be kinda funny since in truth this based off another Nickelodeon tv series episode that existed long before the Avatar series. And after that you will get the harem List.
