"Oh this is gonna be fun!" Screw money, this was where it was at. He could rob whole ass banks with this level of manipulation. In fact, let's amp it up now. "You think just because All Might is here you're safe!?"
"... Well yeah, he's the best." Fair enough, that was kind of a stupid question in any other situation.
"Young Suzuki, while I'm happy to see you relatively unharmed, we're going to have a LONG chat after this about going off on your own. That was extremely dangerous!"
"Not as dangerous as me right now!" He raised his arm up, and the whole ass BUILDING followed him. "NOW THIS FEELS GREAT!" All Might was sent flying. He grabbed Shield while he was at it, using the entire helicopter to crush the blue haired maniac.
"He never did that much before!" Of course not, because he was no longer weak! Once he hit the ground he let it flow, Metal shaping and shifting as he became bigger and stronger. A fortress of living machinery if you will! "Or that!"
"David's device really does work.." The heroic fool was helpless to witness his friend's betrayal.
"Yep, you get to watch, David!" He laughed. "You wanted this to boost All Might and his quirk right?" He saw the way everyone flinched, relishing this display of controlling powerful like ants. "Then I'm going to use that power to destroy him! You'll never be free or safe, your sins will haunt you to the grave!"
"Not before I take you down, villain! Stay back, Young Suzuki, and watch a pro at work." The man launched himself in the air. "TEXAS..SMASH!"
"Too easy!" He created around twenty pillars without a single sweat and blocked it all. "You're all american right? How about some baseball!?" Those pillars merged and tilted, becoming a massive stick used to swat at All Might. "So he was right after all! The symbol of peace truly is getting weaker! I guess you can't save people like you used to." He stared at the little maniac, struggling to keep himself on the ground. "Let's test that theory out, why don't we?" He sent another piller towards the kid, and for once, it didn't look like he would be able to dodge it.
"Young Suzuki!"
"Like we're letting you hurt anybody here!" A wave of ice suddenly appeared in the pillar's path.
"Die you bastard!" A large explosion took place, the source being a blond with sparkling hands … and bare feet. "You're number one, aren't you All Might?! Don't get beat by such a lame final boss!"
"We're here to help however we can!" A glasses wearing teen came up, and sure enough, every kid, including Shield's brat, arrived on the rooftop.
"Is there anyone that didn't actually come here!?" All Might shouted.
"Wait, Suzuki, you told us you had All Might's permission!" The glasses shouted.
"Jiro said that we did!" Everyone was staring at the girl with funny looking ears.
"I may have been motivated to leave out the profanities All Might was speaking."
"Wait, you mean we didn't have to do any of this crap!?" The short grape head shouted.
"Guys, normally I would find the fact you argue in life and death situations really incredible." The Shield Brat spoke up. "But my father is being held captive by the villain with spears!" Yes, while they were arguing, he gathered a large arrow of giant pointed spikes, thank you for making it easy to kill you all!
"Nebraska Smash!" He created a mini tornado, sending the weapons off target. "While I appreciate the sentiment, stay back. I can handle this." Just get through the metal, and punch him in the face, easy peasy.
"You handle the boss man, All Might, we'll take care of the metal in your way, right Iida?" Young Kirishima announced, activating his quirk.
"Seeing as we've been doing so many things without proper supervision for this long, what's one more to the list?" Wow, who knew Young Iida was so rebellious?
"He's nothing compared to all of us." Young Todoroki started to ignite, staring at the substance growing in front of them.
"The bastard is gonna die, I worked up a sweat killing the asshole earlier." … Metaphorically, right Young Bakugo? Hopefully metaphorically.
"He took a punch at thirty spoonfuls, try harder." Thirty spoonfu-he took thirty percent and is still standing?
"Wheey…" Elecplant was going to be so upset with her kid when this was all said and done.
"Prove to everyone why you're still number one!" Young Uraraka cheered him on.
More and more, his students kept supporting him, even in this weakened state. They went off on their own and put themselves in needless danger…yet it was exactly what he would've done in the same circumstances. They all had the hearts of true heroes. "With such words, how can I fail now? I won't be held back by something as silly as a limit!" He sped off, avoiding and smashing any piller that came in his way. "I must be PLUS ULTRA!"
"Get him Bunny-sensei! YOU GOT THIS!" Young Hagakure and Suzuki cheered together.
"You're all gonna fail!" The man shouted. "Because in the real world the smart villains are victorious, and the smart and powerful are unstoppable!"
"Being smart is overrated!" Young Suzuki shouted, disrupting pillars but keeping his distance like asked of him. "You just overthink things and lose to someone really good!"
"What am I possibly overlooking in this situation!?"
"If you just wanted the money, you could use all this planning to rob a bank! This whole plan of being villains pretending to be actors to pretend being villains is just complicated and dumb!" Always leave it to Suzuki to state what no one was thinking.
"Last I checked it worked, now I've got this sweet device and the man who made it!" Another pillar blown up, and another burnt to liquid. Closer and closer, a leap into the air as the distance was closed.
"Detroit … SMASH!" He landed his blow, wind pressure building … as the man reached out an arm and grabbed him in the throat. That should be impossible. This man was a manipulator, they had high stamina and were environmental based, but it shouldn't increase their durability like that.
"Oh by the way, I got a benefactor." The man spoke, skin glowing red. "He said if All Might was going to be there he just had to help." … No "That if Mr. Shield wanted to dabble in villainy, he would make sure to have a hand in it." NO! "So he offered me so much, including this little trick." He grabbed a hold of his injury, and was suddenly hit with a pain that felt like his stomach was being ripped out again.
"Damn you … All For … One." He growled out, feeling his strength waning fast.
"Oh so you know the man. I was getting curious, such a strange little relationship with a guy that can give you a quirk!" With a laugh, All Might was let go … only to be punched and sent flying back to the ground, failing. Failing to save David, Failing to stop this villain, Failing to kill All For One. "This is the end, Number One!" The man sent another pillar at him, too injured to dodge.
"RIGHT…HOOK…..PUNCH!" Suzuki jumped right in front of him. "ALL THE SPOONFULS!" The metal casing cracked, and cracked, until it was nothing but splinters. Well if he was going out, he knew that this wasn't a failure.
"All Might, are you okay?" The man played dirty and hit him in the injury spot, and he was glowing red too. They must have dealt him too much damage, like in that mario game.
"That was very reckless of you, Young Suzuki. I expected you to keep yourself safe. I don't want Recovery girl hitting us both on the head now."
"I want to stay safe … but I can't." He glared. "Melissa had such an innocent life. She didn't know people could do bad things, she didn't know family could hurt you, she never saw a death in person."
"I'm..I'm sorry I couldn't be there for her, or for you back then."
"You're here now. You being here for me was the first kind thing someone had ever done for me." Iruma looked at the villain. "And he just showed someone who had only known kindness that their life was bad. I'm not letting him go, and I'm bringing your friend back."
"It's really dangerous, you know."
"I've been in danger all my life." He could feel his body spark, viens tearing apart as One For All went through him like a tidal wave. "What's a bit more?" He found himself smiling. "I've always helped someone if they asked for it…but ever since I came to UA, my body seems to always move on its own whenever someone looks like they need it. And, if I'm being honest with myself..helping people makes me happy."
"I was worried, you know." All Might stood up, the ground crumbling. "I always thought that I may have made a mistake." Was he a mistake? "Once I learned you can't say no to a request, I thought I may have pushed this on you when you didn't want it. Once I learned of how your parents treat you, I thought your kindness was forced from you."
"You can't force people to like someone. That takes time. I'll never like my parents because I know they'll never be nice without expecting something." Iruma shrugged. "I'm nice to people because..well that's what's right."
A pillar was covered in ice. "Could you wrap up the emotional moment, our lives are on the line!" Oh right. Sorry Shoto.
"HAHAHAHA! You truly do have the heart of a Hero, Iruma Suzuki." For some reason, he felt more of something on the inside than when All Might told him that the first time. "It seems I'm in quite a bind without you. Will you lend me your aid once more?" All Might reached out his hand.
"I will!" He grabbed it, and readied his Wolf Man running form. "Ready!"
"Let's go!"
"Yes sir!" Watch out, Metal Mask! All Might and Kettie are about to save the day!
Melissa watched these humans in action. "To the right!" They did not slow down. "Upwards!" They did not rest. "Keep going!" They would never be brought to their knees. "You can't stop us!" Iruma avoided every obstacle in his way while Uncle Might crushed anything in his path. An unstoppable force, and an immovable object, working in tandem side by side.
"You can't possibly hope to defeat me!" The villain sent down wave after wave of metal cubes the size of houses towards them.
"YOU'RE THE ONE…" Bakugo fired off explosion after explosion at them, despite how much in pain he looked.
"THAT'S GOING TO LOSE …" Todoroki froze metal into pieces, or melted it into liquids, panting from the constant thermal switch.
"TO US!" Large asteroids of debris hit other metal cubes. Urakra looked a bit queasy, but otherwise managed to keep standing strong.
"RABBIT-"Iruma kept up the pace with Uncle Might, running on all fours as those streaks of blue lightning dashed right on by to the point where he was almost a blip to the naked eye, kicking straight through a pillar like it was made of Butter. "...SPIN KICK!"
"CALIFORNIA …" Uncle Might raised both of his arms, flexing with power that was sending winds into the skies, swinging them in chops that blasted a hole straight to the high heavens. "… SMASH!"
"Why won't you two just die!" The villain created a cube almost half as big as the tower.
"Because we're heroes!"
"Because we're very stubborn!"
"We'll give everything we have to save everyone!"
"We'll do whatever we can to keep everyone happy!"
They raised their hands together. "And we'll go … Plus Ultra!" They both punched a hole straight to the villain, no metal in the way, nothing to defend him.
CRACK
Except her Full Gauntlets finally giving out, breaking into pieces. "IRUMA!" She shouted with worry.
The boy merely smiled, rearing his arm back. "What do you call a duo move!?" He shouted, running with All Might as the villain scrambled for metal.
"IRUMA!"
"IRUMA-KUN!"
"STOP HIM ALL MIGHT!"
"YOU GOT THIS, SUZUKI!
"DESTROY THIS GUY!"
"Just say one word after the other Young Suzuki!" All Might shouted, rearing his arm back. "Downtown …"
"Wolf Claw …"
"... Detroit …"
"... Full Swing…"
"SMASH/PUNCH!" That was so horribly out of sync, yet she couldn't help but be in awe of these two heroes. These two amazing and kind people, alike in some ways but different in so many others, work together so beautifully. Looking into the eyes of one half of her heroes, she could tell, this was the beginning of something truly special in the making.
David felt the metal vanish around his face, opening his eyes. Caught before him was a sight he hadn't seen in a long time. A hero holding his arm above his head, a carefree smile on his face, and flying through the air. Saving the day no matter how bad things got. He could only think of one man that matched that description.
"All Might … it's gonna be fine … you'll be there." Inside of your successor. The boy's smile was so big, so bright. It..it was such a sight to behold. How could he have missed it? The future was coming no matter what he did, and it looked like it would be a bright one.
"David, David, you're still with us?" He must've been staring off for a while, because the next thing he knew, Toshi was right next to him, half 'inflated', half skeletal. "You didn't get hurt too badly, did you?"
"No, just my pride and ego." Not to mention a few ribs. "So then, am I gonna get to meet your new successor?" He asked, trying to joke a bit before things got serious again.
"Let him see his friends first, he's earned a little rest." Toshi laughed. "So it's that obvious, huh?"
"Extremely. He has your light…no..he shines his own kind of brightness." David coughed. "I got so worried in trying to keep things the same, I overlooked what was right in front of me." He saw the boy stand upon the mountain heap with his daughter. "Melissa wants to be exactly like me, you know? Do what I tried to do for years, helping heroes."
"We can't make them like us, and they shouldn't have to be." Toshi said solemnly. "I've been looking for someone like me for a while, but that boy is his own hero. I'm just glad I got to help bloom his potential."
"And yet he has your quirk." The man coughed. "Who else could throw a punch that hard. Also he commented about you not having your quirk when I went on a motive rant …" David looked at the rubble. "I've caused a mess haven't I?"
"A lot, yes. But you're alive. That's what's important here, especially to your daughter." Yes, his daughter, the best thing he's ever created. No invention could ever compare.
"She'll grow up into someone spectacular." He rubbed his eyes. "I just wish Oni could've seen the woman she grew into."
"She would be proud." She probably would have. "Let's give some testimonies and get a drink, on me."
"Aren't you forgetting the villain?" He pointed to the hopefully not dead man.
"I don't think he'll be moving for a while…I'll make sure to tie him up though." You better, after that last one.
