Chapter 39 Injustice for All
Its been a couple weeks since Orm had tried to destroy the surface but failed.
And since Grendel had sent Zoom to kill him which shocked the league seeing someone who's been long dead before the League was even made alive.
So both the League and ARGUS are putting everything into finding him and what he's up to.
Right now though.
In Metropolis a building that was owned by none other than Lex Luthor had glowing green lights at the top of the building.
"So this is how it ends." Luthor said to Superman who was on the ground groaning in pain as Lex held the peace of Kryptonite in his hand. "You know I've carried this around for years, waiting for just the right moment. But now that it's here, I almost feel a little let down. Almost." Lex said smugly. "Any last requests?" Lex asked.
"Luthor, I have to know. Those weapons you sold to the terrorists. How?" Superman tried to ask.
"How did I get them through customs? A gift there, a bribe there. When money talks, people listen. Like stavros, at the shipping company. Or Schneider, the Interpol agent who looked the other way." Lex said looking away.
"Sounds like you're going to have company in prison." Superman said making him face him and widened his eyes seeing him standing before rushing at him shoving the Rock in his face but it did nothing.
"It can't be! The Kryptonite!" Lex yelled.
"Won't protect you any longer." Superman morphed into the Martian Manhunter.
"NO!" Lex yelled.
"As usual your own demise is your pathetic arrogance." Beowulf said with Hal and Batman with the second one using his ring to take the Kryptonite handing it to Batman who placed it in his belt.
"So much for your Image as a Benevolent businessman. This is the end of an Era." J'onn said.
"The End of your Era maybe." Lex said pulling out a remote before an aircraft appeared before firing at them but Beowulf shielded them as he got in.
"I don't think so." Beowulf said aiming his Plasma Caster at him shooting him down making Lex yell as he fell but Superman caught him.
"It's over Lex." Superman said making him growl before groaning as he held his chest in pain.
"Something is wrong. Get him to ARGUS." Batman said getting Superman to do just that.
"What the hell was that about?" Hal asked.
"I have no idea. But we're about to find out." Sean said.
Later
Luthor woke up with a groan before seeing he was in a bed before seeing both Superman and Beowulf.
"YOU!" Luthor yelled.
"Lex. This is Ann possible. She's got something to tell you." Superman said.
"No I got something to tell you." Lex said.
"Shut up and listen fuck head." Beowulf said.
"Luthor you had a stroke. Now be honest has this happened before?" Ann asked making him grumble.
"A couple times. Why?" Luthor asked.
"Our scans indicate you have a unique form of Blood poisoning." Ann said.
"Thats impossible. You must have made a mistake." Luthor said looking at her charts.
"She doesn't make mistakes. Remember that chunk of Kryptonite you carried around for years?" Beowulf asked.
"What about it? It only affects him and those blonde bimbos." Lex said before he aimed his wrest blades at his neck making him gasp. "Ok...A little far on that one." Lex said.
"I think you're forgetting something. The Laughing Dragon Joker got was Kryptonite and mistaken for Jade and all the owners died prematurely. Why do you think that is?" Beowulf asked shocking him.
"THIS IS YOUR FAULT! ALL OF IT!" Lex yelled throwing the chart at Superman. "Whats the treatment? Radiation? Chemo?" Lex asked.
"I'm sorry. But there isn't any. It's terminal." Ann said making him frown.
Later
"Well, I can't say Lex didn't deserve this. All those years with that thing and it ends up being his downfall." Reznov said at a table with his feet up.
"I almost feel sorry for the guy." Deadshot said getting a drink.
"I don't." Sean said looking at Mathayus's sword. "He's getting what he deserves. However it also does bring...Special opportunity." Sean said.
"What are you talking about?" Barry asked.
"Oh you'll see soon enough. I have some plans." Sean said before an Alert came up making them look seeing Lex and Ultra Humanite had escaped.
"Oh you must be joking me." Julia said.
"Let's go." Sean said getting his mask on.
Meanwhile
A building has exploded because of Luthor to cover their escape.
Inside a little girl was seen screaming.
Thats when Volcana flew in before grabbing her.
"I'm scarred."
"Relax." Volcana said as she absorbed the fire to make a way out before jumping out of the building setting her down as she rushed to her father.
"Nice work." Beowulf said making her smirk.
"So how the hell did this happen? Buildings don't just blow up." Drew said.
"Luthor no doubt. Whatever he's up to we'll find him soon enough." Beowulf said.
Later
In an abandoned part of Metropolis was a woman with Cheetah like appearance known as the Villainess Cheetah. Walking into an abandoned building she began to search for someone who offered her a job before someone with a snake like costume appeared making her snarl and lash out like an animal.
"Easy, lady. Easy." the man said.
"Who are you?" Cheetah asked.
"The names Copperhead. I'm here about a job." Copperhead said.
"So am I. Somebody called me. Was it you?" Cheetah asked.
"No. But maybe we'll be working together. Closely together." Copperhead said flicking his snake like tongue at her making her growl before slashing at making him groan and growled. "Witch!" Copperhead yelled before using his tail end to smack her back making her hit a large undead zombie known as Grundy making her gasp before backing away from him.
"Nice kitty." Grundy said petting her like a cat making her eyes twitch.
"FUCK OFF!" Cheetah yelled scratching him making him growl.
"No one hurts Grundy." Grundy said before they were all engulfed in darkness. "Hey who turned out the lights?" Grundy asked.
"I did." A man said before the light returned revealing a man in all black. "And I'll do worse if you don't stop behaving like unruly children." The man said.
"Who do you think you are?" Copperhead asked.
"The shade. And my nightstick is more than enough to handle you amateurs." Shade said before it was engulfed in pink energy and pulled away. "HEY!" Shade yelled before the one known as Star sapphire appeared holding his stick.
"Spare us little man. Without this your more than nothing." Star Sapphire said handing him his stick while Cheetah growled making her snicker. "Common criminals. Is this what I've been reduced to?" Sapphire asked insulted.
"Criminals? Yes. But common, most certainly not." Lex said as he and Humanite came down an elevator.
"Lex Luthor? The plot thins. What do you want?" Shade asked.
"Each of you is the best in the world at what you do. And I have need of your unique services." Lex said.
"My talents don't come cheaply." Cheetah said.
"You will all be paid most handsomely if you can do one simple thing. Destroy Superman and the Justice league." Lex said surprising them all.
Meanwhile
Sean whistled as he was on the Watch Tower relaxing.
"So I had those fires out before the Fire fighters even got off their trucks." Wally said making him look seeing him flirt with Asami who looked amused.
"Mother fucker doesn't give up does he?" Sean asked making Barry snort.
"Nope. Then again I can't blame him since he's one of the few here who's not married or in a relationship." Barry said.
"Yeah you, Me, Batman, Superman, Oliver and Diggle are the only ones actually with someone with me being with multiple because Korra swings both ways." Sean said making him snort in amusement.
"You know I finally have a new nickname for you." Asami said.
"Oh yeah?" Wally asked thinking he was doing good.
"Fastest man with no love life Unlike his Sister." Asami said making him fall over as Everyone burst out laughing while Batman chuckled.
"Seriously? What does he have that I don't?" Wally asked.
"For one I'm not trying to get into a woman's pants just to brag about it." Sean said making him sputter as Diana Grabbed Wally.
"Is that what you're actually doing?" Diana asked unamused.
"Uh...No?" Wally asked before yelling as she threw him into a wall knocking him out.
"Men." Diana said.
"I take offense to that." Sean said.
"Quiet." Batman said showing the news of Ultra Humanite holding hostages.
"Figures." Reznov said.
Later
The Metropolis Police were outside the building where Humanite was holding hostages.
"Humanite, let a hostage go and I'll give you one of my men in return." A police captain said.
"What do you do you take me for? A troglodyte? No deal." Humanite said about to shot when a green beam grabbed his gun. "What?" Humanite asked before looking up and saw Green Lantern.
"Drop the weapon, Migilla." Lantern said as Elastigirl punched him back inside as Batman dropped down.
"Look for hostages." Batman said as they went inside as Beowulf dropped down.
"You'll be all right." Beowulf said.
"Feelings not mutual hon."
The hostage was revealed to be Cheetah who slashed at him as he jumped inside.
"We've been had!" Sage yelled as more villians showed up.
Up above Luthor saw all of this.
"I'm going to enjoy this." Luthor said.
Beowulf fought against Grundy easily before blasting him into a wall.
"This is pathetic. Most of these guys are low level." Fang said.
"low Level sure but their still dangerous." Beowulf said before seeing Luthor and jumped to him.
Pulling out a gun he shot him but the bullets just bounced off.
"Really?" Beowulf asked annoyed making him growl as he then aimed at Sage firing at her but she used metal bending on the bullets shocking him as she sent them back hitting his arm and shoulder making him yell in pain.
"Nice try." Sage said as she fire bends at Grundy making him yell.
While this was going on Batman was fighting against Copperhead before getting bitten making him yell.
Beowulf saw this before aiming his net gun at him firing making him yell as he was hit and it was getting tight around him making blood draw out.
"Here." Beowulf said healing him instantly.
"Thanks." Batman said.
"Luthor! They're too well organized." Humanite said as Drew tried to slash him before Rias nearly blasted him.
"I can get us out. It's that or back to prison." Shade said.
"All right just do it!" Lex yelled as he engulfed the room in shadow.
"HEY!" Reznov yelled before Beowulf used his ring to push the shadows back.
"Well...That sucked." Korra said.
"At least we got one of them." Julia said seeing Copperhead as he struggled to make some room for himself.
Meanwhile
"The best at what you do. What was I thinking?" Luthor asked.
"We did everything we could." Cheetah said.
"Did you? Did you fight like your lived depended on it? Did you fight to the last man?" Luthor asked.
"You get what you paid for." Shade said making him growl.
"Are you saying you want more money? Your crazy if you think I'm gonna..." Luthor tried to say till the door to their hideout was kicked down.
"And whats wrong with that? It's done wonders for me." Joker said walking in.
"Get out." Luthor said.
"Oh Lexy I'm hurt. How could you start this party without me?" Joker asked.
"Its not a party. Grundy, Get rid of him." Luthor said getting him to try and grab him only for Joker to spray knock out gas on him making him fall out cold.
"But seriously, Lex, You need me." Joker said.
"Like I need skin rash." Lex said making him frown.
"Maybe so. But I know how Beowulf thinks." Joker said pulling a tracker off him making him grin.
Later
Beowulf arrived at the hide out of the Injustice League before seeing them down below.
"Hmm. What are they up to?" Beowulf asked not seeing Joker behind him with a large bag in hand before slamming it into him hard.
Falling into a table he was knocked out as Joker started laughing insanely.
Later
Beowulf had his mask and equipment off before he was slapped seeing Joker in front of him.
"Joker. Why am I not surprised to see you involved in this?" Sean asked before looking down seeing he was actually stripped bare making his eyes twitch. "Really?" Sean asked.
"This way you can't keep any surprises from us." Joker said making him scoff.
"Unlike you I ain't got anything to be ashamed of nor hide." Sean said.
"Oooh I beg to differ." Cheetah said eying below the waist licking her lips.
"Why is he even still alive?" Joker asked with a knife in hand.
"I need him so I can gain access to the Watch Tower." Lex said approaching him. "Now tell me how to get in?" Lex asked.
"Access codes, Eye scans, DNA tests and Biometrics." Sean said making him widen his eyes. "Hey I helped design that place. I wasn't gonna take chances with people like you getting inside." Sean said making him glare.
"Humanite, Grundy watch him." Lex said as he and the others left.
"Tell me Grundy. Whats Lex paying you?" Sean asked.
"Money...Lots of it." Grundy said.
"As much as him?" Sean asked looking at Humanite.
"I don't know." Grundy said.
"With all the crap your putting up with you should be getting more." Sean said.
"More then Me? Preposterous." Humanite said sitting down to the read the paper.
"Is it?" Sean asked making Grundy growl.
Upstairs
"So how do we do this now?" Star Sapphire asked.
"He may not lie but he must also have an easier way inside." Lex said before the place shook.
"What was that?" Shade asked as they heard fighting.
"Oh don't tell me?" Lex asked.
And sure enough both were fighting downstairs.
Unhand me, you worthless zombie!" Humanite yelled.
"Take that back!" Grundy yelled before.
"STOP IT RIGHT NOW!" Lex yelled making them stop before Grundy hit Humanite again. "You Imbeciles are killing me faster than the Kryptonite!" Lex yelled before glaring at Sean who looked amused. "You had something to do with this didn't you?" Lex accused.
"All I did was ask a question." Sean said.
"Well it won't happen again. Cheetah, Watch him and if he talks gag him!" Lex yelled as they left while she smirked looking at his naked form.
"Oh this is something I can enjoy." Cheetah said.
"Uh huh. So care to tell me how you turned into the unique form I see before me?" Sean asked making her smile.
"Well...If your so interested to know I used to be a scientist. My research opened up all new possibilities. There was so much to do." Cheetah said.
"But so little funding." Sean said.
"That easy to tell huh?" Cheetah asked impressed.
"You clearly didn't have enough for Research subjects. So you used yourself." Sean said.
"And now I'm a freak." Cheetah said.
"I don't see it that way. I have a girlfriend who looks more demon than anything because she actually is from Hell. Seilah is her name and believe me I love her for just how she is." Sean said making her giggle. (She's an original Character I came up with that you'll see soon enough)
"You are very unique you know that?" Cheetah asked.
"Oh if you only knew. And I could make your life better if you help me out." Sean said making her grin.
Thats when Grundy walked down.
"Luthor wants you." Grundy said as she kissed him.
"Be seeing you handsome." Cheetah said walking away with a sway in her hips.
"Can I have some water?" Sean asked getting some before he spat it up in the containment field Luthor had for him.
"HEY!" Grundy yelled as Sean blasted him back before freeing himself.
"I don't mind being bare but even I got standards." Sean said putting his gear.
Arriving upstairs however though Beowulf easily took down the rest of the group Minus Cheetah.
"The saying is true. If you want something done you have to do it yourself." Lex said in some suit.
"Let me guess. Helps contain your condition." Beowulf said.
"And now you'll get what you deserve." Lex said about to blast him but screamed in pain as his suit turned against him before it came apart.
"Honestly Lex you nauseate me." Humanite said standing next to Beowulf.
"Your...Working for him?" Lex asked.
"Has been for 3 years. He's a Member of the Wolf Pack. Our Weapons engineer." Beowulf said shocking him. "Now as for you. You can die with your disease." Beowulf said.
"Wait! Please! I saw you heal Batman when he was bitten by Copperhead." Lex said.
"Your point?" Beowulf asked.
"Do the same to me." Lex said.
"And why would I do that? What do I get out of helping the bastard who helped fund a terrorist in Korra's universe and other crap in this one?" Sean asked taking his mask off.
"What do you want?" Lex asked almost begging making him smirk.
"Well...I suppose there is one thing I could ask for." Sean said before pulling a paper out handing it to him as he read it.
"You...Want 30 percent of my company?" Lex asked.
"Take it or leave it." Sean said.
"Oh fine." Lex said signing it making him chuckle as he took it before grabbing him as he groaned in pain as he healed him of his illness. "I don't know why you wanted that but." Lex tried to say.
"Oh it's easy to explain. Now I own Lex Corp." Sean said shocking him.
"WHAT! 30 percent does not..." Lex tried to say.
"60 percent. I already bought 30 percent of your company. Started after your little stunt in Republic City. Killing you is easy. Making you suffer is better though. Now I own Lex Corp and I plan to give it to Asami so she can do a better job with it than you did." Sean said shocking him as he actually was speechless
Thats when the Police arrived before Joker tried to run but Sean shot him in the back making him yell in pain.
"Oh...I hate this kid." Joker said.
Soon Luthor and the others were taken.
"I'll get out and pay you back Kruger. Mark my words." Luthor said.
"What makes you think your going to a regular prison baldy?"
Sean looked seeing a woman who had more casual wear on her with long blond hair with blue eyes and white skin in her early 20's. She also had large breasts and a heart shaped ass and muscles on her from training.
"Hello Eda." Sean said making her smirk.
"Hey babe." Eda said.
"And who are you?" Luthor asked.
"Her name is Eda Gummer. She's CIA. I called in a favor to make sure you won't get out this time around." Sean said as she grabbed him and dragged him away.
"You planned this out way too good." Korra said.
"Hey Thank Mercy. If I hadn't known he had that cancer weeks ago because of her I couldn't have planned this all out. Placing Humanite in the same prison right next to him knowing he would make him an offer to escape and when his revenge scheme failed he would get desperate." Sean said making her grin kissing him.
Later
"Good news. Luthor is not getting out of his cell any time soon. Maximum security curtesy of a CIA black site." Eda said.
"Nice work." Superman said.
"Eh I try. My dad would have said the Government offered him a deal since he hates governments." Eda said.
"Wait a second. Eda Gummer...Father who hates Governments. Your the Daughter of Burt Gummer from Perfection aren't you?" Barry asked.
"How'd you know?" Eda asked.
"I ready up on that incident in Perfection Valley 4 years ago. The Giant Worms and your dad killed one." Barry said.
"Technically me and my Mother Heather also killed helped out. Sean, Korra and Turok were also there during that incident." Eda said.
"Oh yeah that's right. I forgot you guys were there too." Barry said.
"Oy. The most annoying incident of my life. Giant worms with three snake like tongues. I still say their aliens. I mean the way they looked." Sean said making Korra scoff.
"Yeah right." Korra said.
"So happens to Luthor's company now?" Superman asked.
"Easy, Asami will take charge of it all. Who better to run a business than the daughter of a business owner?" Sean asked. (You wanna know something funny? Originally Asami was supposed to be the bad guy but the developers started to like her and changed that)
"A good plan." Batman said.
Later
Korra smiled as she arrived at the Penthouse while Sean was at the office getting the paperwork ready for Asami to take over.
"Oooh things are gonna get really interesting." Korra said.
"Oh do tell."
Korra looked seeing Asami in nothing but a silk see through robe showing she was naked underneath.
"Oooh. Are you celebrating the fact is you're getting your own company?" Korra asked amused.
"I am. And what better way to celebrate than with someone you love." Asami said walking to her making her giggle.
"Oh yeah?" Korra asked as Asami pulled her into a kiss making her moan as Asami pulled her shirt above her head showing she was braless making her giggle as she played with them making her moan softly before Asami pulled her pants down showing she was going commando.
"Do you ever wear underwear?" Asami asked.
"Only if I wanna look sexy." Korra said as Asami kissed her.
Arriving at the bed Asami pushed her down before pulling her robe off showing her own bare body.
