Chapter 57 Independence day
Its been a month since the end of the war against the Brotherhood and Unalaq with the later being killed by Sean's God Slayer Counterpart in a brutal fashion.
Of course the only problem from all that was the Doom patrol who Beast boy did Contact tried to stop the League from going against the Brotherhood saying only they had the skills for it.
It resulted in Sean and Mento getting in a massive fight with the later nearly killed.
The event made both worlds look down on the Doom Patrol saying they became arrogant.
The President not only gave them a massive warning to stay out of the League's affairs but also a clear warning if they did they would be hunted down by the World which shocked the,
So the Doom Patrol pretty much were hated by everyone while the League gained more support.
As of right now however though.
Sean smiled as he was in his bed with Korra next to him enjoying the peace and quiet.
Thats when his phone rang making him answer.
"Yeah?" Sean asked.
"Where are you? The Defense meeting is about to star." Amanda said.
"Oh Like I need to listen to to a bunch of morons talk about how they can better defend the country when they rather start a war as a way to better protect it. Pass." Sean said making her snort in amusement. "Besides I'm on leave with Korra for another week since my powers shut down again. Perfect timing since tomorrow is the Fourth of July." Sean said.
"You can still make suggestions." Amanda said.
"Those fucking morons won't listen to me especially colonel Hayley since she has some stupid grudge against you." Sean said.
"True. Still I'll send you the video on what happened." Amanda said.
Sighing he hung up before watching tv again.
"You seriously could run this country if you gave it a push." Korra said sitting up.
"What like my dad could have if Charolette wasn't tricked by Grendel?" Sean asked.
"It would make you look good." Korra said making him snort.
"Please...The Day I become President is the day I no longer need to run the company." Sean said.
Meanwhile
J'onn was on the Watch Tower going over left over data that was left behind by the Brotherhood of Evil after they had abandoned Unalaq when Vaatu was imprisoned in the stone Tablet Fate made to imprison him.
"Whats up?" Barry asked walking to him.
"It is a good thing we did indeed stop the brotherhood and Unalaq. Their plans for the Multiverse could have killed billions." J'onn said.
"And now he's dead because Sean's doubleganger killed him. I wonder what his double did that pissed him off so bad." Barry said.
"According to Baldur he tried to have him killed on Several occasions. Even when he was a child. No matter what Universe Unalaq seems to be cruel to everyone for his own selfish gains." J'onn said before an alert came up.
"Now what?" Flash asked before a massive cruiser suddenly appeared from nowhere. (Picture mega Star Destroyer from the Last Jedi)
"Alert the others." J'onn said.
Later
Sean was in the press room at the White House in his usual gear without his mask.
"And early this morning a massive cruiser had arrived to Earth. Currently it is outside our Atmosphere." General Lane said.
"How the hell did this thing come out of nowhere?" Amanda asked.
"I have no idea. But our satellites are giving off some strange interference because of it. I recommend that we prepare all our armed forces." Sean said.
"Already done." Amanda said.
Soon the Press meeting came to an end.
"At the moment this thing hasn't done anything but stay outside our atmosphere. Which probably means it won't move any further." Lane said.
"But what if it does? I recommend we prepare all Nuclear missiles and prepare for the worst." Eiling said.
"We're not gonna just flat out attack so suddenly. Besides we don't even know if they would do any good. The Technology on that cruiser is way more advanced than the invaders that wiped out Mars." Sean said.
"I still say we should prepare." Eiling said.
"The President made it clear. No nuclear weapons unless we have no choice." Amanda said.
"We observe for now and keep a close eye on things." Sean said as Deadshot came in.
"We just got a new warning. From the Watch Tower several smaller cruisers have just been launched and each one is heading for major cities around the world." Floyd said.
"Any signs of aggression?" Sean asked.
"Uh no. As far as we can tell there are no weapons on the bottom. Only the top." Floyd said showing a hologram of one.
"Am I seeing things or does this look like a Star Destroyer?" Turok asked.
"A what?" Eiling asked.
"He's talking about something from the movie Star Wars. And yeah it does look like that. Kinda strange actually." Sean said.
"Whatever it is I don't like it." Amanda said.
"We'll be ready." Turok said.
Later
Sean was in the viewing room as everyone was gathered to see if these visitors could be communicated with.
Thats when Sean was pulled away by Amanda.
"What?" Sean asked.
"You have a visitor." Amanda said.
"Who?" Sean asked as she led him to a different room before he saw a woman with long purple hair with white skin and red eyes having very large breasts and bubble butt. "Medaka?" Sean said making her smile.
"Hey, Sean. It's been a long time. Look I'm not here for small talk we have a problem." Medaka said making him frown as he sat down.
"Go on." Sean said as she pulled out a computer.
"Now...I know why we're having satellite trouble. Now say you wanted to communicate with the space ships on different sides of the Earth and can't send a direct signal." Medaka said.
"You mean line of sight." Amanda said.
"Thats right. You need satellites to relay that signal in order to reach each ship. Now...Saya and I both found a hidden signal inside our own satellites." Medaka said.
"Signal?" Sean asked as Lane and Eiling walked in.
"Their using our own satellites against us." Medaka said showing a countdown making him glare.
Rushing outside they went to the others.
"I want everyone to evacuate now. We're leaving!" Sean yelled.
"Whats going on?" Korra asked.
"I'll explain later. Order an evacuation of every city where theres a ship." Sean said.
"Right." Eiling said.
"Get those choppers out of there." Sean said before seeing they were shot down making him glare.
Sean and his family rushed to a private plane to get them out of the area.
"Sean? The ships are preparing to..." Bruce said on the comms.
"I know. An Old friend told me. She and Saya found out. Get everyone clear of these things! NOW!" Sean yelled.
Korra took a seat while Sean was in the cockpit.
"We're loaded up sir."
"Get us out of here." Sean said as they began to take off.
Meanwhile the Cruisers had large cannons come out from the bottom before they charged up and fired making large blasts that took out every Major City they were in.
Later
"I don't believe this." Sean said as he looked at the reports.
"The Watch Tower was completely destroyed. So were major bases we had." Bruce said.
"Anyone on the Watch Tower?" Sean asked.
"No. Barry and the others evacuated before they were taken down." Bruce said making him sigh in relief.
"We're just getting new reports...They took out NORAD." Floyd said making Sean sigh.
"The President, Vice President and Joint Chiefs...They're all gone?" Lane asked in shock.
"All of them. They knew how to hit us." Floyd said.
"We have no idea what we're up against." Sean said.
"No...Theres no bases left for us to go to." Eiling said.
"Not true. I got one left I kept real secret." Sean said.
Later
Everyone arrived at the Golf Cost of Texas seeing a small base in the mountains before they landed inside.
"I kept this place secluded incase anything should happen." Sean said as the League and whatever was left of their armed forces arrived.
"We need to know what we're dealing with." Wonder Woman said.
"All I know for a fact is these things have the appearance of cruisers from Star Wars." Sean said showing the image.
"They do have that Star Destroyer design." Cisco said.
"That can't be a coincidence." Lantern said.
"What are you thinking?" Lane asked.
"We all know for a fact that the Multiverse has infinite number of possibilities. The Last one we went to Luthor was the leader of the League and there were evil versions of us." Lantern said.
"You think their from another Universe?" Hawkgirl asked.
"Actually it would make sense." Sean said pulling up the cruiser. "Every being from every universe has a unique energy signature that comes from their universe. Korra has her's We have ours and now." Sean said showing a different energy signature around them. "They have theirs." Sean said.
"So why are they here?" Superman asked.
"That is the question." Sean said.
Meanwhile
(Insert Arrival to Earth from Transformers)
Above the planet the Main cruiser stood where it was.
However seven Meteors were also heading for Earth as well.
Down below where the base was.
An Alert went off about the Meteors.
"Now what?" Sean asked.
"Seven Meteors are heading straight for us. But they don't look like Meteors." Cisco said getting a better look at them seeing them in metal.
"Last I checked Meteors aren't metal." Barry said.
Soon they all crashed down in several locations while one landed out in the water.
The Meteors turned out to be some kind of pods before they opened up as people got out.
The one in the ocean blew up before a loud bellow was heard as a pair of yellow eyes was seen.
Sean and the others were outside having heard the sound.
"What was that?" Hawkgirl asked before seeing a set of spikes coming out of the ocean approaching them.
"Oh why am I not gonna like this?" Motoko said as a giant Reptilian monster came out shaking the Water off before looking at them.
Thats when others jumped down along with God Slayer Sean.
"Hey Guys." God Slayer Sean said before the others revealed themselves to be other Seans who had different appearances as the Large Monster began to shrink down revealing himself to be another.
"Whoa." Cisco said.
"Clearly we have a lot to explain."
(End Song)
Later
"So your all from different universes each with a different set of events." Amanda said.
"Basically." Titan Sean said.
"So why are you here?" Batman asked.
"We're here for what remains of the Sith empire." Jedi Sean Said.
"I knew those ships were familiar." Cisco said.
"Unlike the movies however though these guys are more dangerous. Their whats left of the Sith Empire during the clone wars when it ended a year ago. And somehow Malgus and a few remaining Sith Warriors escaped. We thought for sure they all died." Jedi Sean said.
"So why are they here?" Batman asked.
"They knew they couldn't conquer the galaxy because they had taken a massive blow from the war. Losing Star Killer Base and a majority of their army. What you've seen is all they got left." Avatar Sean said.
"And this isn't the first world they've hit. They also took out two other worlds before hand. Some Planet of the Gordanians as their called. Completely wiped them all out and destroyed their planet...Along with another called Thanagar." Mutant Sean said shocking Hawkgirl.
"My home planet was destroyed?" Hawkgirl asked in shock.
"I'm afraid so. They were tests for these new cannons on the bottom of their cruisers. However it takes a week for them to fully charge up before they can do that. So that means we still got plenty of time." Olympian Sean said.
"We already tried attacking them. Our weapons couldn't even get past their shields." Lane said.
"Yeah, we noticed. They've advanced their technology greatly. Say what you want about the Sith but they don't fail to impress." Jedi Sean said.
"However thankfully we have a way to disrupt those shields." Ancient Sean said.
"How?" Eiling asked.
"A virus. But it can't just be transmitted from one of the smaller cruisers to the others. No...They'll just counter it with something rendering it ineffective." Mutant Sean said.
"So...How do we spread it to all of them?" John asked.
"Easy. We hit the main cruiser with it and it'll spread to all the others down below." Jedi Sean said.
"Even if we do this we don't have enough forces to take them out." Batman said.
"We do. We can open up a portal to send in our forces." Titan Sean said.
"We just couldn't get past the barrier they placed around the planet. Fortunately the barrier has flaw. Once you get past it you can open portals on the planet. And since we're here we can open them up without them knowing." Mutant Sean said.
"Thats how we're gonna stop them." Ancient Sean said.
"So how do we get in the main cruiser?" Sean asked.
"We have a small fighter thats left over from the war. We use that to get inside it." Jedi Sean said.
"It's a sound plan." Amanda said.
"The difficulty however though is destroying a cruiser of that size since it's got extreme heavy cannons on it. Our cruisers won't be able to get anywhere close enough to take it out without taking heavy casualties." Titan Sean said.
"I might have something that could help in that regard." Sean said.
Later
The Legion's forces along with UNSC and Earth Defense forces had arrived all over the planet.
"I got to hand it to you boys. You got tech more advanced than anything we got. Especially Titan Technology." Lane said.
"Yeah we get that a lot." Godzilla said amused.
"So then...Who's going up into space?" Barry asked.
"I am." Jedi Sean said. "Malgus and I got a score to finally settle." Jedi Sean said.
"I'll go with. I'm the only person here who can operate any kind of tech no matter what universe." Avatar Sean said.
Sean saw everyone was getting ready for the big battle before he got up on top of a truck with a mic in hand.
"Good morning. In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world. And you will be launching the largest aerial battle in this history of mankind. Mankind...that word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests. Perhaps it's fate that today is the 4th of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution...but from annihilation. We're fighting for our right to live, to exist. And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice: We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today, we celebrate our Independence Day!" Sean yelled making everyone cheer.
Amanda smiled at this before seeing him getting in some flight gear.
"And where do you think you're going?" Amanda asked.
"I don't sit on the sidelines. I fight the enemy no matter what." Sean said making her smirk.
"Good luck." Amanda said.
Meanwhile
Jedi Sean and Avatar Sean were in a fighter ready to head out.
"So whats this weapon you strapped down on us?" Avatar Sean asked Lane.
"It's a special Nuclear warhead thats been in development for some time. Big enough to completely blow that cruiser up with no problem at all." Lane said.
"And it's a new kind that doesn't leave any radiation behind. Something our Kruger has been working on to replace the old Nukes so there won't be some nuclear winter." Eiling said.
"We don't even have Nukes anymore on my Earth." Avatar Sean said powering everything up.
"We're good to go." Jedi Sean said.
"Good Luck boys." Lane said.
"In Kenobi's view theres no such thing is luck." Jedi Sean said.
"Bullshit." Avatar Sean said as they took off.
Sean and the others were getting everything ready.
"Son, It looks like our location is no longer secret." Lane said.
"How so?" Sean asked.
"At least three Xyston-class Star Destroyers are heading towards us." Grand Admiral Thrawn said.
"Well, they probably scanned the planet for anything unusual." Lantern said.
"They did. It's what they always do." Anakin said.
"Let's get moving." Batman said as they began to take off.
Meanwhile
Jedi Sean and Avatar Sean were flying to the main cruiser.
"You know I can't help but wonder how the hell they even got here." Avatar Sean said.
"Same way we all met. This being whoever he is led them here." Jedi Sean said before they were in front of the cruiser.
Thats when Autopilot engaged.
"What the hell?" Jedi Sean asked.
"Relax. I was hoping it would do this. They're pulling us in manually. Means we won't have to worry about screwing up." Avatar Sean said as they went inside seeing it was massive inside.
Down below they noticed Dark Troopers with heavier upgrades compared to the ones from the clone wars.
"Looks like their preparing an invasion. They don't plan to destroy the planet. Just enslave it to build up a new army. Of Enhanced people." Jedi Sean said.
"Thats why they came here. It's not because they want to destroy it. This world has potential for living weapons." Avatar Sean said before they docked.
"Get to work." Jedi Sean said going up.
"Where you going?" Avatar Sean asked.
"Malgus and I got a score to settle." Jedi Sean said leaving.
"Always about payback. Not the Jedi way." Avatar Sean mocked.
"I heard that." Jedi Sean said annoyed.
Down below
Sean and the others were heading for the Star Destroyers.
"Virus has been successfully delivered." Tarkin said.
"Right. Eagle 1...Fox 3." Sean said firing a missile at it.
"Let's see if this worked." Eiling said.
Sean narrowed his eyes seeing it near the cruiser.
Only to hit the shield making him sigh.
"Virus is ineffective." Lane said.
"Wait a second...Try again." Batman said.
"It just didn't work." Anakin said.
"Now." Batman said.
"All right...Eagle 1. Fox 3." Sean said firing another rocket at it.
"Come on. Come on." Lane said as it got closer.
BOOM!
This one did actually hit the cruiser making Sean smirk.
"Just needed a minute to fully take hold." Batman said as people cheered.
"All right squadron leaders take point." Eiling said pleased.
"On me." Sean said everyone formed up.
"Eagle six at Seven."
"Eagle nine at Three."
"Red leader at five." Anakin said.
"Eagle 1. Fox 2." Sean said firing another rocket as did the others hitting the bridge of the leading star destroyer before it completely blew up.
Thats when their fighters came out.
"Here we go!" Oddball yelled as they fought against them.
"Now we're really ending the Clone wars." Anakin said.
Meanwhile
Jedi Sean walked around the cruiser having killed several surviving Sith warriors easily.
"I've been waiting for this final Encounter...My old friend." Malgus said making him glare behind his mask.
"How did you survive?" Jedi Sean asked.
"By mere luck some of my pawns found and rescued me before the entire planet blew. Fortunately a large number of our forces had managed to escape in time. But we realized it would take decades to rebuild what we lost and without Hiroshi who learned the truth we would never get that far again. So...I decided we would build a new army from a universe where we would build a new army of enhanced." Malgus said before coming out of the shadows with his lightsaber in hand glaring at him.
"How did you find this world?" Sean asked.
"Hiroshi actually did by chance and believed it would be perfect to make a better army. Sadly he was captured before the portal could be completed. But none of that matters now." Malgus said as they charged at each other.
Down below
Batman fired a rocket at the hanger of one of the star Destroyers before it suddenly started blowing up completely.
"Two of the Cruisers are down. Only one left but we're running out of missiles." Lane said.
Sean and Batman flew to the last one.
"I got one last missile left." Sean said.
"You need to aim directly for the bridge. Doing so will destroy the rest." Tarkin said.
"Rodger that." Sean said as he and Batman flew in.
"I'm out of missiles." Batman said.
"I can take it down. Just cover me." Sean said as Anakin and Oddball flew in.
"We'll draw them off." Anakin said.
"I got tone. Eagle 1. Fox 2." Sean said firing it at the bridge before it made impact and exploded. "Thats an Impact!" Sean yelled as the whole thing went down and exploded.
Above
Jedi Sean and Malgus continued to battle one another as they gave it everything they had.
"Sir, all our cruisers on the surface have been destroyed." A droid said.
"WHAT!" Malgus roared as Jedi Sean chuckled. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!" Malgus roared.
"Implanted a virus into your whole network. You didn't think I came up here just to fight did ya? No. I'm just a distraction." Jedi Sean said making him growl in rage.
While this was going on though.
Avatar Sean smirked as he readied the weapon.
"Time to go!" Avatar Sean yelled as he fired the weapon making it crash through several Rooms heading to the core.
"I'll be seeing you Malgus." Jedi Sean said leaving making him growl as he left as well.
Arriving back at the fighter he got in.
"Lets get moving." Avatar Sean said as they took off and left.
A minute later the whole cruise exploded into nothing.
"I have little to no doubt he got off there before it exploded." Jedi Sean said.
"We'll deal with him again soon." Avatar Sean said as they headed for the surface.
Later
After everything was over the world was rebuilding from the destruction the Empire caused them.
"So what happens to us now?" John asked.
"We rebuild. Better than ever. The Watch Tower may be out of commission but we're not." Sean said.
"We're not done by a long shot. Malgus is still out there somewhere. The Last Sith." Batman said.
"We'll find him soon enough." Wonder Woman said.
"So what happens to the world governments?" Superman sked.
"Most have already replaced their leaders. As for here...Mom was elected President since Wade And Sam declined the positions saying they were more fit for the battlefield than politics." Sean said.
"I'm surprised you didn't get nominated." Korra teased.
"If I'm gonna do that it'll be the fair way." Sean said amused making her giggle before they noticed Hawkgirl was missing making Sean sigh.
Walking outside he noticed her without her helmet looking at the sunset.
"You're leaving?" Sean asked.
"I...Need some time alone. My entire world is gone and I'm probably the last of my kind." Shayera said.
"Will you be ok?" Sean asked.
"I don't know." Shayera
"Well, You always have a family here no matter what." Sean said making her smile softly kissing him.
"Goodbye." Shayera said before flying away.
"She'll be fine." Korra said walking to him making him sigh before holding her stomach making her smile softly.
Meanwhile
Malgus roared as he blasted the sky with force lightning.
"ALL THOSE YEARS WASTED! I am the Last of the Sith empire because of that boy." Malgus said enraged.
"Well."
Malgus turned looking at Grendel.
"I must admit I am generally surprised by that performance. Your plan was sound but sadly it was ruined by them arriving. Clearly shows you need a new army. I could use someone with experience like yours." Grendel said.
"I don't serve anyone." Malgus said.
"Maybe not. But I doubt you can accomplish your goals alone since you are the last of your empire. You need allies." Grendel said.
"Why should I trust you?" Malgus asked.
Grendel pulled the tubes holding his mask in place before taking it off showing his face to him making him raise an eyebrow.
"What do you need of me?" Malgus asked.
Authors Note: This was supposed to be updated yesterday but My internet is acting up again and now I gotta wait for a new internet box since it's acting up which will take another week. Hopefully I can upload again Thursday night but then I'm gonna be gone again till this new box arrives. And with that the other universes are now allied with the Justice League. And Malgus is still out there now allied with Grendel. But who is Grendel though? And why does he hate Sean so much? Find out in future Chapters. Next Chapter? The Mummy.
