Ok, here I go again with my story which took me a bit longer to finish than I thought, but it was worth the effort. That you enjoy it.

On reviews:

QuantumExia: I'm glad you like it too and that you noticed some similarities between Setsuna and Shinn. Both are identical in some ways, but with opposite ideas of how to do things (like Kira and Athrun or Lelouch and Suzaku from Code Geass).

You know, I know I don't need to tell you, but your story Seed Raiser was one of the first inspirations for this fic. Thank you. As for Durandal's role here, well, I don't think it's necessary to tell you.

Donuts -not Donut- Powerus: I guess I got the term "bitter" wrong, so I'll delete it. What I REALLY meant was that both Setsuna and Shinn would be great rivals pretty much the same as Kiran and Shinn were in canon.

I know Setsuna is an experienced fighter (although I don't know to what extent) due to his early training as a member of the KPSA and he would be able to visualize those abilities in his Gundam, but at the beginning of the story, just like Shinn he will be a rookie with hardly any experience in real Mobile Suits combat. Of course, he didn't need much experience to crush an entire battalion of Mobile Suits in his first interventions either.

In any case, Graham's level in this story will be a little different from the canon level. You will understand why.

Likewise, Shinn would need all the help possible to be able to deal with this relentless reaper since apart from his incredible abilities, he also has a GN Drive which is the main factor of the Gundams' superiority over the rest of the Mobile Suits.

Guest DCDGojira: Thank you.

Chapter 3: The Angels attack

Lagrange 3 - Earth Orbit

Deep in the western part of Earth's orbit known as Lagrange 3 a lone spacecraft was moving at a modest speed near what was once the Heliopolis resource satellite, the only space colony Orb had that had been built in 30 CE near a mining asteroid providing resources to the colony and its residents, and was destroyed during the Great War on January 25, 71 CE by an assault by ZAFT forces.

This ship seemed to have a unique design that contrasted with its counterparts of the EA, ZAFT and Orb which indicated that it did not belong to any of the 3 known factions, though its appearance was somewhat similar to the Girty Lue. At first glance its appearance would vaguely resemble a space freighter converted into a slightly bulky warship, its structure is less prominent of the Minerva, it is less armored and seems to lack armaments at least for the eyes. In the bow, almost on the sides of the bridge, it has 2 rectangular protuberances shaped like cargoes that serve as a container for the Mobile Suits parked in the hangar. It also has 3 linear catapults; one to the port side, another to the starboard side and finally the central one.

Its colors are navy blue throughout the upper part while the belly is all white.

This ship is the CBS-70 Ptolemaios, the transport ship of Mobile Suits of Celestial Being.

On the mostly white bridge and a small space compared to that of the Minerva and the Girty Lue, its crew were doing their respective duties well. The 2 pilots maintained the course of the ship while the operators located in opposite seats behind the pilots were in charge of their respective terminals monitoring the course of the mission that the 3 Gundam Meisters are carrying out in Armory One.

"Maintaining Ptolemy's perimeter density in "mission mode"." Declared one of the operators being a young girl with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is Christina Sierra, the CIC operator and tactical operator of Celestial Being. "The Exia is still carrying out the mission of intercepting and destroying the targets due to the disruption caused by a squadron of ZAFT so the mission will resume shortly. The Virtue and Dynames are still in standby mode."

The rest of the crew absorbed the information with some apprehension due to the fact that the mission that was being carried out has encountered certain difficulties such as obstacles and delays and that could be detrimental. In fact, the first official mission of Celestial Being was to prevent an EA special forces division from seizing special Mobile Suits that are mass reproduction models derived from the Mobile Suits series of advanced prototypes to deal with the restrictions on technology and Mobile Suits imposed by the Junius Treaty being the Second Stage Series.

They had very little information about the enigmatic group of perpetrators who were going to carry out the mission, but they were mainly funded by Blue Cosmos, their members are composed mainly of the best personnel and equipment of the Alliance carefully selected, and above all they were equipped with technology prohibited by the Treaty of Junius such as the use of the Mirage Colloid Stealth System and the Neutron Jammer Canceller. They did not know what the specific objective of infiltrating and seizing three G-Weapons was by this group or its main benefactors, Blue Cosmos who had recently regained their power and influence over Earth politics feeding a feeling of revanchism on the members of the Alliance, but it would be logical to think that they would be concerned and suspicious about the advance of the reformation of ZAFT to the point of breaking the conditions given by the Treaty of Junius so they tried to prevent it or interrupt it with a collateral attack, or if they simply wanted an excuse to start a new war.

Be that as it may, if that group took over those G-Weapons for themselves, the safe thing they would do would be to manufacture new units of mass reproduction and thus intensifying the tensions between Earth and PLANT not to mention the collateral damage that they would cause in the colony where these machines are stored since it would be something like a repeat of the attack of Heliopolis 5 years ago.

It was for this reason that after concluding the risk represented by the infiltration and theft of these units in Armería One, it was decided that the first official mission of Celestial Being would be to intercept and prevent the camouflaged group of terrorists from getting away with it. However, despite how much he prepared to perform this important mission in a meticulous manner taking advantage of the chaos and confusion with both enemy factions fighting each other and taking them by surprise, this was still not without risks. This was their first interventionist mission and therefore his first real combat performance which could run into some drawbacks.

"Was it really a good idea to do this kind of mission about it just so could destroy those three Mobile Suits?" Asked Lasse Aeon, gunner and pilot of the Ptolemaios with uncertainty regarding the mission plan. Lasse was a muscular man of 25 years olds with short black hair and a cut on his lower jaw.

Reason was not lacking to doubt the success of the operation. While he was confident in the full potential of the Gundams and the maneuverability and control their pilots exercised over them, but that didn't mean they were invincible. Most of his pilots are Naturals, although one is a Coordinator who is considered to be their Ace pilot, which made him feel relieved, but they were still rookies who had not yet participated in a true fight despite the intense training.

The real problem is the objectives of their mission being those three G-Weapons in particular that had been stolen by that mysterious group and using them to cause chaos and destroy the other facilities of ZAFT. The most shocking thing was that ZAFT's own forces had barely done anything to stop them, and that the pilots who boarded those machines hardly know anything about the control of those Suits. Due to the little information they had about that group, they could not determine who their members were to the pilots who were sent to board those machines.

Therefore, contrary to what the Meisters thought about what they call 'fake Gundam' as inferior machines to their Gundams for their lack of GN Drive, not many thought in that derogatory way since with or without GN Drive, a Gundam was still a Gundam, and therefore could bring great problems. That, together with the other ZAFT forces that could represent a strong obstacle, would make things even worse, as had just happened now.

"Well, at least Setsuna managed to cause trouble for two of the targets and crushed an entire squad, so I don't think there will be any problems." Commented Lichtendahl Tsery, co-helmsman of the Ptolemaios with optimism in contrast to the uncertainty of his partner. Lichtendahl is a young man of about 21 years with brown hair of medium length.

"Don't waste time chatting!" Christina reprimanded Licht. "The mission is not over yet."

Suddenly, the door of the bridge opens automatically allowing access to a woman in her 20s with long brown hair who floated casually inward clutching a small container in her hands.

"Don't be so uptight." Sumeragi Lee Noriega, Commander and tactical forecaster of Celestial Being gently rebuked as she approached her personal seat. "This is the big debut for Celestial Being. Let's do it with a bang!"

Christina noticed the container in the other woman's hands and knew very well that it was so she couldn't help but gasp in surprise.

"Huh? You're drinking alchool." She exclaimed in disbelief.

"Seriously?" Licht asked equally puzzled as he turned his head back to see the container.

For her part, Sumeragi was totally indifferent to the reactions of her subordinates and gave it little importance.

"Why not?" Sumeragi asked totally unconcernedly. "I'm just in charge of planning this. The rest is up to you."

And with that, the woman takes a good drink from her container. Although, on the outside she seemed carefree, but inside she could not help but feel a certain concern about how the mission was developing in Armería One. For the time being, things had proved regular on both sides and the mission was ongoing. Tieria had not yet made any sign of intervening on the external forces since he needed both opposing factions to weaken each other in order to interrupt them while Setsuna and Lockon (the latter had not shown himself) were doing their best to destroy the targets however difficult it was and for the remaining ZAFT forces that hindered their mission.

Lasse was right that their first mission would be complicated not to mention dangerous since as said before, their pilots are rookies and this is the first time they enter a real combat and to make matters worse, their targets are 3 Mobile Suits that could be on par with the Gundams despite not owning GN Drive. It really was a risk no matter how things will be looked at, even if they took advantage of the confrontation between both enemy factions to go unnoticed or catch them by surprise, you never know what could happen.

Anyway, despite the drawbacks of this operation, in case it failed he still had faith that his Gundam Meisters sent there would return to try another day since they are strong and were not training in their Gundams for 3 years only to perish in their first debut as Celestial Being. Therefore, she did not allow herself to lose her composure at all times and stand firm since the preparations were currently being made to send the last available Meister to a different mission, one where there was little risk and was suitable for someone like him.

On the outside of the ship, the first deck on the port side of the ship opens automatically by letting out a linear catapult that extends up to several meters to the outside.

"Container loading complete. Moving Kyrios to the catapult deck." Announced the second operator being Feldt Grace with an almost emotionless tone. In contrast to Christina, Feldt is a girl a little younger and sported disheveled pink hair on tiptoe.

Inside one of the ship's containers, an orange fighter-shaped Mobile Armor was being transported by an elevator to the deck. Inside the cockpit of said Mobile Armor, its pilot sitting comfortably without his helmet stood still with his eyes closed as if he were meditating. This pilot wore the same uniform as the other Meisters, except that its standard color is orange.

"The time has come, Hallelujah." The pilot said quietly in a solemn manner still with his eyes closed as if he were talking to himself. "Were you tired of waiting?" He let out a little bitter laugh before placing his helmet on his head. "It deppresing me."

"Kyrios has arrived on the catapult deck. Increase linear catapult voltage from 230 to 520." Feldt informed the pilot as the Mobile Armor moved forward to dock on the catapult. "Kyrios stabilized in linear field. Launch preparations complete. Transferring timing control to Kyrios."

The pilot grabbed the control sticks as he finished his pre-launch checks.

"I have control. Kyrios, commencing the operation." Allelujah Haptism said before pressing a button causing the Mobile Armor to make its way along the track at a blinding speed.

Once out of the ship, the GN-003 Kyrios launched into the void of space with its wings unfolded in the fuselage and rear beginning to emit green particles as it moved away at high speed from the Ptolemaios towards its designated objetive.

Location: Armory One – PLANT Territory – Lagrange 4 – Earth Orbit

What had once been a successful infiltration mission into one of PLANT's military industrial colonies had become a general retreat due to the appearance of an unexpected element that compromised the operation.

The group of three; Sting Oakley, Auel Neider and Stella Loussier had achieved their task very well in sneaking into one of the garrisons of ZAFT and boarding 3 new generation Mobile Suits and using them to attack and destroy the other military sectors without anyone opposing them. Well, that until the appearance of another two G-Weapons identical to the ones they were using except that one of them was completely different from the rest and this one in particular gave a lot of problems to Sting and Auel mounted on the Chaos and Abyss respectively so they decided to take the retreat along with Stella mounted on the Gaia (facing the other).

Now the three stolen units crossed the sky of the colony rising even higher trying to reach the end of the inner perimeter and reach the space where their mothership, the Girty Lue would be waiting for them. However, that didn't prove so easy when warning sounds in the captured Suits' cockpits and a pair of sneaky pink rays forced the group of perpetrators to turn back to see who was chasing them.

"Shit, it's him!" Auel shouted as he recognized their executioner being the blue Gundam who was still a distant distance, but approaching them at high speed.

The Abyss stopped and turned towards the other incoming Gundam before deploying its fins and firing its 3 Beam Cannons towards it. Setsuna did not get carried away by panic and instead of getting out of the path of the incoming rays, he maneuvered the Exia to cover himself with his anti-beam shield. The beams hit the plate causing the Exia to slow down, but soon the rays deteriorated and disappeared allowing the Gundam to advance at its normal speed and getting closer and closer to its targets.

Auel growled in frustration at the fruitful attempt to eliminate that thing. "That bastard is very persistent."

Stella did not let herself be carried away by panic and growled before charging the Gaia descending directly towards the Exia. She drew her beam saber ready to ram the other Gundam while screaming. Seeing the inevitable collision, Setsuna did the same and thus, both blades collide with each other.

The 2 Gundams were locked with their respective sabers without either being able to dominate the other. A few seconds passed until finally the Exia began to press forward gaining ground on the Gaia that seemed to be losing by the force of the blue Gundam which surprised Stella. However, before the Exia could continue, Setsuna realized that the Chaos and Abyss landed on each side of the Exia taking advantage of the fact that it could not defend itself on both flanks.

The blue Meister growled, but suddenly a green beam passed between the Abyss and the Exia, stopping any attempt at attack. Auel looked at where the beam direction came from and saw that it was the other red unit Stella was fighting with.

"There goes the other one!" Auel shouted surprised to see the incoming Impulse with the intention of ending it.

Sting still saw his chance to attack the Exia without defending himself. Then, without any hesitation he pulled the trigger of his rifle, but just before firing, the Exia quickly backed backwards avoiding the shot.

The Abyss fired its green beams towards the Impulse, but it defends itself with its shield, which blocked much of the beams.

"Do you think that's going to stop me!?" Shinn shouted angrily as he kept moving forward.

The Impulse took a large beam boomerang located behind its backpack on its right shoulder and threw it turning in the direction of the Gaia, where it struck across the shield and threw it's target back before looping right around and into the Impulse's free hand.

"Ughh, damn you!" Auel growled before firing once more, but then the side of one of its fin-structural was shaken by a beam of fire. Despite the direct blow, the anti-beam coating on the shell of the Abyss prevented damage. Auel turned to his left, and gasped as he noticed a small squadron of DINNs, a white ZAKU Phantom and a red ZAKU Warrior flying towards them with rifles drawn.

The ZAKU Warrior pointed its gun at the Abyss, with its pilot, Lunamaria Hawke looking furiously towards the attackers.

"Bastards, how dare you do this to us!?" Lunamaria barked as she prepared to fire her rifle, gripping the secondary handle with her left hand and carefully taking aim.

At the same time, the leader of the unit, Rey Za Burruel who piloted the ZAKU Phantom, opened a channel of communication with the rest of the squadron to give them instructions on how to proceed with the operation.

"We have the targets in sight. Divide and surround the Chaos and the Abyss while the Impulse takes care of the Gaia." Rey ordered the entire squadron who began to split on both flanks and surround the aforementioned Suits.

"Rey, what about that blue unit that is also fighting against the others?" Lunamaria asked in reference to the Exia.

The young man with blond hair reflected a little on this strange unforeseen element. He had already been informed that such a unit had appeared at the same time as the Impulse to fight the Chaos and the Abyss and had managed to overwhelm both on its own. For a moment he thought that maybe it could be their own, but his informants revealed that it was not so and that this unit declared 'unknown' does not appear in their data panel so they concluded that he did not belong to ZAFT. This had been confirmed when he attacked and annihilated an entire GINN squad, so that could mean one thing.

"I have been informed that unit annihilated a squadron of GINNs so we have labeled it a 'hostile' unit and therefore we will not hesitate to shoot it down if necessary." Rey replied resolutely.

With that he and the rest of the squad moved closer and closer towards the meeting of the 5 combatant Gundams.

However, unbeknownst to everyone, below, hidden among the trees was the green Gundam carrying a sniper rifle lying on a hillside in waiting.

"Lockon. Reinforcements approaching! Reinforcements approaching!" Chirped an orange Haro. Its owner being a young man of 24 years, with short brown hair and dressed in the same pilot suit, but green, was lying in his seat inside his cockpit letting out a small laugh from his mouth as he watched the scene above. "This might be though even for Setsuna, by the looks of things he has his hands full."

The pilot propped his leg up on center console in front of him. Grabbing hold of a large aiming module. "Well, s'pose I'd better help him out and aim at a few of them." He testified as he put his eye on the eyepiece of the gun and then smiled mischievously. "Let's go! Gundam Dynames and Lockon Stratos, going into our maiden battle!"

The DINNs began attacking both the Chaos and Abyss including the Exia, though both managed to hold out. "Keep your position! Although they are new models and one unknown, there are only three. Finish them down!" One of the pilots ordered.

A second later, a pink energy beam emerged from between the trees upwards and reached the right arm of a DINN destroying it. This caught everyone's attention.

"What was that!?" Rey exclaimed in bewilderment.

Then other pink beams emerged from the clouds and impacted the wings of 2 DINNs who immediately began to fall like downed flies.

"E-enemy attack!" Shouted an alarmed pilot.

"From where!?" Another shouted.

"From below!" A third shouted.

Rey, in his ZAKU, growls in frustration when he realizes that they have probably fallen into some trap or something.

More beams emerged from below hitting each target with incredible accuracy without missing or wasting the shot as if the entire squad was under the watchful eye of a professional shooter.

Shinn and the 3 occupants watched with bewilderment the sequence of shots emerging from below and hitting only the squad that was previously approaching them and now falling like flies. Shinn couldn't help but wonder what the hell was going on and who was shooting at his squad.

Meanwhile, Setsuna was the only one who was not puzzled or confused since he knew very well who was shooting those beams.

'It's Lockon.'

Among the trees, the GN-002 Gundam Dynames kept firing its long-range rifle like a sniper while its pilot Lockon Stratos kept his gaze as if he were participating in a duck hunt.

"Dynames, targeted and ready to fire."

The last beam destroyed the wing of a DINN causing it to explode.

"Retreat! Let's not get any closer!" Rey warned how what was left of the Mobile Suit squadron retreated several meters, staying out of the fight, although they stayed to observe it.

Sting didn't know what the hell was going on or what are those pink beams so fucking familiar were intercepting that ZAFT squad keeping them at bay, but he hadn't hesitated for a second to take advantage of the confusion so they could escape from here at once. Only... it would have been very easy if those 2 Gundams allowed them, of course.

The Exia approached ascending directly towards him. The Chaos responded by firing its beam rifle several times, but the blue Gundam avoided the barrages by moving from right to left as it continued to approach its target at high speed forcing the Chaos to dodge it by soaring further into the sky.

The Chaos fired again, but the Exia defended itself with its shield and then fired its beam rifle towards the green Gundam. The Chaos avoided firing and Sting watched as the blue MS charged again towards him.

Sting growled again before trying something he hadn't done before. At some point he realized that the Chaos had a rather peculiar weapon system and it was time to use it. With that, the two pods mounted on the shoulders of the Chaos deployed and started to fly around of their own accord which surprised Setsuna since he did not expect this.

As soon as the pods came out, they fired some normal beam shots at the Exia via the small barrels on their front ends. The blue Gundam managed to elude the simultaneous beams while trying to keep advancing towards the target, but encountered a little more difficulty when the Chaos added more firepower with its rifle forcing the Exia to stay defensive and try to avoid the beams without getting closer.

Then the alarm in the cockpit of the Exia warned its pilot of another incoming attack and Setsuna turned left where he saw the Abyss right next to him about to fire its Callidus Cannon. Setsuna managed to move his Gundam out of the path of attack by backing back just at the last second before he was hit by the powerful multicolored beam.

However, the assault was not yet over when the Abyss insisted on continuing to attack when it positioned itself in front of the Exia and fired its 3 beam cannons. The Exia again avoided the attack by rising higher into the sky allowing the beams to reach nothingness. The Chaos continued the assault by firing its rifle, but again, the Exia dodged the beams gracefully and agilely by moving from right to left and then fired its beams forcing the Chaos and Abyss to disperse in opposite directions.

Meanwhile, Lockon watched expectantly as the battle that was taking place up there developed between the Exia and 2 of the 3 Mobile Suits approached by the EA and as he could see his blue partner was not making good progress in being able to knock them both down.

It wasn't that Setsuna was weak at all. Out of the 4 Meisters there were, the Exia pilot was the youngest, and yet the most experienced due to him being the sole Coordinator of the group. Proof of this was that he had been well trained in piloting the Exia and managed to master it in such a short time, which is why he had become their 'Ace pilot'. So far, their Ace pilot managed to match and cause some problems for those 2 machines without issue, but not to the point of finishing them off. Whoever was piloting those things they are also very good despite being the first time they use them without hardly relating to their piloting and also giving Setsuna certain difficulties.

On the other hand, he was also observing the fifth unit, the red one, which was fighting with the black one. As far as the green Meister was concerned, the red one seemed to be in legitimate hands and was also doing its best to stop the perpetrators so it was unlikely to cause Setsuna any trouble.

However, that was not the problem. The fight was dragging on for too long and going nowhere but a stalemate on both sides and for who knows how long. He was a bit worried about what might happen and almost felt the need to step in again to back up Setsuna, but he still kept an eye on the ZAFT squad he had held off earlier and didn't want to risk them attacking him from behind.

Lockon clicked his tongue a bit knowing there was little he could do and that no one could back Setsuna in his fight against the stolen units since the other Meister who accompanied them, Tieria, was out fighting the outside forces and was unlikely to come here.

'We should have brought Allelujah with us.' He thought sourly thinking that if the entire cast had come on this mission things would have been different and ended very soon.

Sting growled at the knowledge that they would get nowhere and could get rid of this machine. He had used every strategy he could think of outside, but still the blue and white Mobile Suit had managed to circumvent them. Even though they are only 2 on 1, it was still really difficult for them to fight against this particular Mobile Suit. And, in addition, the other Gundam who was fighting Stella was also giving good problems to the latter.

"Sting, we are running out of time! This thing whatever it is doesn't seem to stop at anything and I don't even want to know who it is that attacked those Mobile Suits that were approaching before!" Auel informed his team mate in a serious voice.

"I know!" Sting spat, lowering his head and pondering the situation for a second. "We're running out of power! Stella! Blast open a hole for us to escape!" He looked at his energy meter, and felt a tingle of despair, as it reached the 30% mark.

"I'll take him down in no time!" Stella protested in response as she fired her shoulder guns at the Impulse in a desperate attempt to shoot it down. "You. I... I..." She said frantically as the Gaia ran towards the Impulse until both Suits brandished their respective beam sabers. In less than an instant, both Suits backed away.

"We have to leave now! Stella, it's enough!" Sting ordered in an authoritarian and resonant tone.

However, the girl ignored it and went on her way to attack the Impulse again.

It was then that Auel decided to intervene when he began to smile malevolently.

"Very well, then you'll just hafta die here!" At those words, the girl froze, her frantic expression instantly evaporated, and her eyes widened and dilated.

"Auel!" Sting shouted in surprise at what his companion had just said.

"I'll give Neo a message on your behalf! That you said 'goodbye'!" Auel continued, his face taking on an insane look obviously enjoying the girl's reaction.

Meanwhile, the Gaia stayed in the air, completely frozen.

Shinn observed the black MS paralyzed in the air in front of the Impulse without lifting a finger for some reason. Then he decided to ignore what was going on when he saw an opportunity to attack now. The Sword Impulse attempted to whip a beam boomerang at the stationary mobile suit, but was blocked by Sting who deflected it with his shield and then shot his beam rifle back at Shinn. Although the Impulse caught the boomerang again, it had to back off.

Meanwhile, Stella crossed her chest and clutched her upper arms with opposite hands, as if cold, as if her whole body had a critical reaction and spontaneously shut down.

"Die...? I... Goodbye..." The blonde said, having what appeared to be some kind of panic attack while Sting berated Auel on what he did in the background. Then, her eyes shot open again, followed by a roar.

"NOOOOOOOO!"

Quickly the Gaia began to fly towards the wall of the colony ignoring the Impulse and its pilot looking with a terrified expression like a little girl fleeing from a ghost. Her eyes were fixed on the main monitor of the cockpit showing the blue artificial sky. Then she stoped suddenly at the limits of said artificial sky being the barrier that separated the colony from space and saw it as a great obstacle to get out of here.

Immediately, the Gaia drew its weapons and began firing directly at the wall of the colony. Everyone saw this shocked to see what the Gaia pilot was proposing to do.

"What does this guy do!?" Lockon asked, surprised to see the Gaia shooting at the artificial ceiling.

The ZAKU where Athrun and Cagalli were going was walking on foot to a safe place for them. The ZAKU was a bit in bad shape completely lacking its arms that had been destroyed by the attacks of the Chaos and the Abyss respectively, although the legs were still working and Athrun did not miss it to take them to a place away from danger.

Despite the damage suffered, the mecha was still running at a safe and stable pace and its undesignated pilot looked where he was going to make sure they didn't get into more unnecessary trouble.

Meanwhile, Cagalli, leaning next to the pilot's seat, was still reflecting on the sudden terrorist attack that caused all that chaos produced by 3 'new models' of Gundam type that somehow were approached by unidentified assailants and immediately used these machines to cause destruction around them. That brought her back bitter memories of 5 years ago in a similar event during the war in which a team of ZAFT (among them was Athrun) had infiltrated the neutral colony of Heliopolis to seize the 5 Mobile Suits of the Alliance created in collaboration with Morgenröte and that resulted in the destruction of the colony by intense fighting.

She would not have been surprised if Armoury One succumbed to the same fate as Heliopolis.

On the other hand, he was also reflecting on that Gundam of bright particles that tried to intercept them. She had believed from the beginning that this unit was from ZAFT despite the strange power supply that gave off that veil of particles, but having seen how she also fought against a squadron of MS from ZAFT and annihilated them all, she now knew that it did not belong to ZAFT after all. However, the only thing left to explain is what its intention was to try to intercept the terrorists attacking the ZAFT garrison if it does not belong to ZAFT either.

None of this made sense.

"Are you okay, Cagalli?" Athrun asked suddenly making Cagalli wake up from her thoughts. "Is something wrong with you?"

"No, I'm fine. I was just thinking about that weird Gundam who fought those Mobile Suits."

The blue haired man nodded for a moment, also reflecting on that strange blue machine that gave off that strange veil of bright particles and which side belonged exactly. He couldn't think anymore when he noticed a roofless car passing a few meters from the ZAKU. Athrun noticed an oddly familiar person sitting there and zoomed in on the cockpit screen to get a better look at his face. To their surprise, their saw that it was Chairman Gilbert Durandal.

"It's Durandal." Cagalli exclaimed upon recognizing him. They both followed the image of the car carrying the PLANT Chairman and saw that he was heading towards a large dull gray ship not far from his direction.

'It's the Minerva.' Cagalli recorgnized the ZAFT's famous modern ship whose reputation would be on a par with that of the Archangel in its time.

They continued to observe the car that seemed not to change direction towards its destination and Cagalli concluded that the Chairman was going to board there. With that in mind, she thought that they should also address it.

"Take us to that ship too."

"Eh?"

"I said let's go there." Cagalli repeated raising her tone a little. "You see that Durandal is heading there to seek refuge. We should do the same too."

"Right." Athrun nodded after a moment of considering their options. They will be safer on that ship if they manage to meet the Chairman again to ask for his protection. With that in mind, he directed the ZAKU in the direction of the Minerva.

Exterior of the colony

Girty Lue command Bridge

Neo smiled sitting in his personal seat by the result of his attack strategy. By this point much of the ZAFT flotilla had been practically annihilated thanks to their stealth attack plan with the concealment of their ship by the advanced stealth system Mirage Colloid with which they attacked the enemy forces without the latter having time to defend themselves and organize a counterattack.

His strategy had been a resounding success without losing some so the first phase of his plan was done. Now it was only necessary for the second part to be done with the return of the small group infiltrated in the colony with the 3 captured Mobile Suits and thus the mission will be finished.

The only problem was that there were still few enemy ships and some Mobile Suits squadrons that could cause them some problems, but nothing compared to the ones they inflicted on the Coordinators. The other problem was that it had been a while since the operation had started and there was still no sign of the 3 infiltrators and this began to worry him a bit.

Just as he was about to board his personal Mobile Armor, the TS-MA4F Exus, to help his owns and see what was happening with the joungs ones, suddenly he saw a flash and a Mobile Suit exploded. For a second, Neo had thought it was an enemy Suit or one of his owns. Then his question was answered.

"Edward's been destroyed!" cried the CIC operator.

"What!?" Lee questioned in surprise, finding what he just heard hard to believe.

Neo was calm when he heard the news reflecting if it was a scheme that he did not take into account. If that was true, then they may have problems now.

"Disconnect the Mirage Colloid and scan the area." He ordered without problems.

From the beginning the captain and the operators looked confused towards Neo for sending such an order, but in the end they decided not to question him since they knew that something was not right. They did and then the operators gasped incredulously for encountering an unexpected surprise.

"Sir, our communication lines are not working, and our sensors are not responding!" The operator announced urgently.

"What? How can that be?" Lee questioned in disbelief.

"What's on thermal and laser imaging?" Neo then asked.

"Nothing yet sir," that was unsurprising. Laser sensors required a general knowledge of the enemy's location to be effective. And while thermal sensors had a broader range, the enemy had to be giving off significant heat to be detected, and both sides of the war probably had half a dozen projects in the works to reduce heat signatures.

As they scanned another explosion occurred, this time announcing the destruction of a ZAKU. The crew of the Girty stared atonic and bewildered at the sight of such destruction of ZAFT's Mobile Suit. Some wondered who could have destroyed it and why. Will they be allies or enemies? Some thought of those mixed possibilities, but the masked colonel had other thoughts.

"I detect an unidentified high-speed object on the thermals." Cried the CIC operator.

"Put it on screen."

The operator nods as he keyboard his monitor and then the image of a corpulent Gundam appears on the screen. Everyone was surprised to see what it was.

"A G-Weapon?"

There was something out of the ordinary about this machine, and that was that it looked bulkier than the rest he knew and was carrying a huge bazooka in its hands. The strangest thing was that path of glowing particles emanating from its back as if it were some kind of propulsion.

Neo had watched closely at the mysterious Mobile Suit, and it was the fact that it was a G Weapon, and the fire from its cannon that destroyed that ZAFT Mobile Suit, indicated that it was not from ZAFT or the Alliance. Apart from that, he was responsible for radio and radar interference. In other words: it was dangerous.

"Prepare all Mobile Suits to launch to escort me. Lee, I'll leave you in charge of the Girty. Stay here for the guys until I order otherwise." With that Neo departed from the bridge and went to the Mobile Suit hanger.

With a Dagger L and a ZAKU destroyed, the Gundam Virtue forced its way towards the Girty to destroy it. Its pilot watched as a squadron of Mobile Suits made up of black Daggers L came out of the Girty to intercept him.

"Virtue, prepared to destroy the targets." Tieria said in a monotone voice as he directed his huge Gundam to the encounter with the enemy and prepared his huge bazooka to initiate the first move.

The bazooka's mouth lit up in a pink glow and not long after, it shot out a powerful thick pink beam that moved at great speed through space in direction of its objectives being the Mobile Suits squad.

As it approached, Neo recognized the immediate danger and gave the order to his subordinates.

"EVADE!"

The Exus and much of Daggers' squad departed from the trajectory of the powerful beam, but one was too slow and was hit by the attack, being completely vaporized as a result.

"What the hell was that!?" Neo exclaimed totally bewildered to witness the beam attack.

The masked colonel turned to the strange machine with a frown, wondering what kind of armaments or particle weapons it was. You could tell it was so powerful that it could destroy the bridge of an entire ship. He watched it for a few moments to study its weak spot, and then drew a smile on his face when he found it.

"Powerful, but it looks too large to be very fast. All units, target the large one! We can't risk it using that attack on the Girty!"

The pilots obeyed and all attacked separately with their beam rifles and long-range cannons from their shoulders. The Exus released its gunberrels towards the target by simultaneously firing its laser beams. Despite this avalanche of simultaneous attacks, the Virtue managed to move nimbly by dodging the beams with almost some difficulty as it rushed towards the squadron. Neo saw this with some amazement realizing that the Mobile Suit to be more agile than he suspected. Then he noticed the machine approaching towards his direction.

Neo didn't panic and aimed his Vulcans at the incoming machine. Not long after, he unleashed a 30-round burst on the armor, hitting his target. However, to his surprise, the point blank attack had no effect, it didn't even affect the armor plating. Neo growled at this.

"Shit, I completely forgot about its Phase Shift armor!"

He had to think of a new strategy. It was certainly going to be a huge problem to have to deal with a G Weapon of all things since he was fully aware of what they were capable of doing and of the hell he was able to unleash on their enemies. The prototypes of these units created during the second phase of the war were supposed to be the Alliance's trump card since they claimed they would eliminate the advantage of ZAFT's Mobile Suits over them, and perhaps they will it did. A pity that ZAFT discovered their existence and managed to steal them in their raid on the colony of Heliopolis where they were hidden unworn in their hangars.

However, despite this great catastrophic loss, the Union took advantage of the fact that they still had the data on several elements of Project G to manufacture mass reproduction units resulting in the GAT-01 Strike Dagger as standard Mobile Suits among the pilots of the EA, and the 3 exclusive; the GAT-X131 Calamity, GAT-X252 Forbidden and the GAT-X370 Raider. Those last 3 Mobile Suits proved to be totally formidable machines, more than any Mobile Suit created by the Alliance so far, although the result of their resounding success and usefulness during the last stage of the war was due to the fact that they were being piloted by certain soldiers who were subjects of a secret experimental program that consisted of the creation of a super soldier by injecting drugs and subjecting them. to special training and psychological manipulation to give them physical abilities greater than those of the Coordinators.

It is a pity that those 3 machines and their experimental pilots were destroyed during the Second Battle of Jachin Due. Now his boys would take over if they came back at once.

Leaving that matter, that G Weapon he was facing now, seemed to be equally versatile to the previous ones, but he still thought that there was something abnormal here about it that set them apart from the rest.

He couldn't keep pondering when the gray-black machine drew its beam saber as it cut the distance between it and the Exus. Neo maneuvered his Mobile Armor in time to allow the Virtue's saber to skim only to nothing while the Exus positioned itself behind it. He immediately took advantage of the fact that his enemy was on his back unprotected to attack it.

"I got you!" Neo shouted as he fired his double-beam cannons at point-blank range from the back of the Mobile Suit.

"I don't think so." Tieria said calmly and nonchalantly before the blinds on the Virtue's leg opened and began to expel GN particles. Not long after, there was a huge explosion that engulfed the Mobile Suit.

Neo stood by expectantly watching the results of the explosion waiting to see what kind of damage his laser attack had caused. While it is true that the defenses granted by the Phase Shift armor were very problematic for any enemy looking to destroy its user, as it provides an almost impregnable defense for any direct attack that reduces the damage caused by all forms of physical attacks, which made the Mobile Suit practically immune to solid body impact attacks.

It was undoubtedly a revolutionary invention equipped exclusively to the G Units being one of the main reasons that made them versatile machines, but such a defense mechanism suffered from a primordial weakness; energy limitation.

The PS armor requires a constant flow of energy to stay always active in battle and without any recharging mechanism, the Mobile Suit would risk exhausting its power and becoming easy prey. Another drawback is that if hit the armor hard and constantly, the energy consumption would increase even more. Even the impact of a round of heavy ballistic weapons such as projectiles can weaken PS armor, and even more so if they are beam weapons. Neo chose this second option as beam weapons are super effective in this job of damaging or even destroying PS armor defenses at full capacity.

Therefore, even if that enemy G Unit had survived its main attack, it would be of little use to finish it off with the next one.

However, as the jet smoke where the explosion occurred dissipated and he saw the state of the enemy Suit, he suddenly noticed a greenish spherical glow. When the smoke completely dissipated, the enemy Mobile Suit was not only whole in one piece, but also its body was covered by a kind of bright spherical barrier bathed in green particles.

"WHAT!? A barrier!?" Neo gasped in shock at the sight of this unexpected surprise.

Until now he had not seen a type of defense mechanism like that. It is true that currently the best engineers of the EA are working on the invention of a kind of defense mechanism that consisted of producing an energy barrier that uses a positron field to block the beam and physical weapons, but this mechanism was only reserved in Mobile Armors. The only exception that he could at least hear about the delivery of this mechanism in a Mobile Suit was curiously a G Weapon created by the AEU being the CAT1-X1/3 Hyperion and the defense system was called "Armure Lumière". It wondered whether this defence mechanism was based exclusively on the Armure Lumière. If so, is it possible that this machine belongs to the AEU? Somehow, he doubted it.

Neo fired his Vulcans and gunberrels back at the barrier in hopes of breaking through its defenses. The attacks of the Mobile Armor hit the target, but the field withstood most of the impacts making it stagger a little backwards, but nothing more.

Neo clicked his tongue upon seeing this. Its defense is as solid as he expected. Then he saw how the gray Mobile Suit began to charge its energy bazooka and to his surprise, it was charging while the barrier is still was activated.

"Are it going to shoot that thing with the barrier activated?" He exclaimed in disbelief.

He did not believe that the pilot, whoever he is, is will commit such stupidity to do so since it would be complete suicide if the burst of energy detonated inside the barrier swallowing the user. Not wanting to find out what was going to happen, Neo moved the Exus out of the path and did well, since in the end the MS fired its bazooka and surprisingly traversed the barrier without destroying it and traveled a few kilometers. 2 unfortunate Daggers L that were unlucky enough to find themselves in the path of the huge beam, were hit and subsequently vaporized.

Neo was even more shocked than ever. This machine was much MORE versatile than he had imagined. 'A Mobile Suit with a high-powered energy weapon and can generate an energy barrier... what kind of power source does this thing have!?'

Then suddenly his senses were activated again when he felt that a new guest was approaching to break into the battle, and it was no one new. Neo turned right and saw a Nazca-class ZAFT ship approaching in the distance with a small escort of Mobile Suits. Neo growled in annoyance at this new inconvenience. Things couldn't be too troublesome.

Suddenly he noticed how the strange Mobile Suit began to move and head towards the Nazca class completely ignoring Neo and his faction for some reason. The masked man wondered what he was going to do now and decided to observe for now.

In the cockpit of the Virtue, Tieria looked with a steely gaze towards his new target through the screen of his cockpit being a mere obstacle and therefore decided to eliminate it.

"Virtue, prepared to intercept the obstacle being the Nazca Class." He resolutely ordered as he loaded his bazooka as he got closer to the ZAFT ship.

By this point, ZAFT's Mobile Suits fired their guns on the incoming machine, but it gracefully dodged them and others blocked them with its barrier until it stopped at a safe distance in front of the bridge and with the bazooka loaded and ready to fire. The personnel of the Nazca ship could do little now except watch with dread as the enemy Mobile Suit positioned itself in front of them with its weapon pointed at them and the last thing they saw was how a powerful and thick pink beam shot towards them until reached its target.

The bridge was the first to burst in a huge pink explosion and was soon followed by the rest of the ship instantly. The Nazca-class ship was completely destroyed not unlike when Neo and his faction destroyed the previous ones.

Neo and his faction were visibly shocked by this fact although it helped him to confirm 100% that this machine did not belong to ZAFT. If so, which side did it belong to?

To Orb?

It could be a possibility since most of the resources of that archipelago nation are based on advanced technology plus they were the first to create the first G class Mobile Suits 5 years ago, however it was very strange that a pacifist nation sent an MS to attack either the forces of the EA or ZAFT as if they were space pirates or even mercenaries although he did not know what faction belonged.

He couldn't think any more when he was finally able to contact his ship. "Lee, move to a place far from the reach of that machine and all forces reinforce the Girty!"

All pilots nodded obediently, as Neo watched the Gundam annihilate the ZAFT forces.

Inside of the colony

The Gaia kept firing all its beam guns on the wall of the colony, causing wave after wave of energy to reverberate throughout the structure. Stella kept staring desperately at the screen and didn't mind tearing down the wall of the colony, as all she wanted was to escape death.

Setsuna and Shinn wasted no time in continuing to watch the escape attempt shocked and immediately moved their respective Gundams to where the Gaia was to stop it, but they did not get very far when the Chaos and the Abyss stood in their way and each fired their respective weapons in a coordinated manner that managed to slow down the advance of the Exia and the Impulse.

"Take this, you bastards!" Auel mocked as he kept firing his guns at the 2 Gundams.

Sting said nothing before Auel's joke and concentrated on shooting and stopping the advance of the 2 Gundams, while Stella, still in desperation, kept shooting and would not stop until she made the hole that would get her out of here.

Minerva Bridge

With great relief Chairman Durandal entered the vessel's bridge, catching everyone's attention.

"Mr. Chairman!" Talia exclaimed in surprise as she swiveled her seat back to face the president.

Gilbert Durandal had entered the bridge with a small escort keeping a steady, indifferent gaze to the crowd on the bridge in shock at his presence.

"Sorry if I had to board the Minerva at a time like this, but I had no choice." He responded by looking at Talia. "All the exit routes have been blocked and that's why I decided to come here. I've been informed that the Impulse is fighting the attackers, but from what I'm told, an unidentified unit, presumably another G-Weapon, has also shown up to fight the stolen units, right?"

Talia nodded before telling him everything that had happened so far, from the appearance of said unknown unit to the desperate and dangerous attempt of one of the perpetrators to leave the colony.

On the battle

"Shit!" Shinn shouted as he continued to move the Impulse towards the Gaia and dodged the attacks of the Chaos capsules. When the red Gundam came out of the path of attacks launched its 2 beams boomerangs towards the Gaia. However, they didn't get very far when the Abyss unleashed a flurry of beams from his chest cannon and inner shell, annihilating both boomerangs in a flash of overkill.

Shinn growled frustrated at the unsuccessful attempt to reach Gaia. Even with him next to that mysterious blue unit they could hardly do anything to reach that black Gundam and prevent him from breaking the colony. Time was flying fast against him and he had to do something fast before the Gaia opened a hole in space or ran out of Impulse's energy. He knew that with this state it would be useless since he was devoid of high speed, so he could only do something else.

"Minerva! Send out the Force Silhouette!" Shinn shouted, everyone on the bridge heard it.

Minerva bridge

"Captain..." Arthur murmured.

"I approve! Send it out!" Talia ordered immediately after a brief moment after hearing the pilot's request to send him one of the Impulse's packages.

She then turned to the Chairman behind to check his approval of what she was going to do.

"There's no longer any reason to keep it a secret, is there?"

Durandal nodded in denial before responding with a simple "No."

"Thank you, Chairman." Talia nodded.

"Force Silhouette! Standby for take off!" Meyrin announced.

In the Minerva's hanger

"Commencing launch sequence for Force Silhouette. All system go." Meyrin's voice could be heard as the a door with the number '3' on it opened and one of the Minerva's launcher pads came out and positioned itself on the central catapult. "Setting Silhouette Flyer on platform. The airtight glass seal came up and shielded the platform, while the central catapult door opened up and the Force Silhouette, which equipated with a pair of "Vajra" beam sabers, came up and prepared for launch. The Flyer took off and headed for the nearly depleted Impulse.

Cagalli and Athrun had almost reached the ship while on foot inside the ZAKU, while the Flyer part of the Impulse flew overhead at high speeds.

The Chaos launched a few missile tracks from its capsules towards the Impulse, but it fired the vulcans from its chest that intercepted almost all of the incoming missiles of the Chaos before they could reach the red Gundam.

The Exia fired its beams which the Abyss managed to avoid before firing the beams of its fins. The Exia covered itself with its shield deflecting the beams before counterattacking by firing more beams.

The Impulse tried with all means to approach the Gaia who continued firing non-stop at the wall of the colony, but again the Chaos interposed with its capsules firing green beams that were blocked by the shield of the red Gundam. Shinn maneuvered the Impulse to attack the Chaos head-on with his Excalibur sword but when it made contact with his body, the blade broke, causing the young ZAFT pilot to gasp in surprise.

Meanwhile, Lockon couldn't bear to see how things unfolded. The interference of the Chaos and the Abyss was too much for Setsuna and that other Gundam unit to advance to stop the Gaia and his crazy plan to destroy the colony. On the other hand, he noticed that what was left of the ZAFT squad that attacked earlier was still standing at a safe distance, limiting itself only to watching the disaster occur. Surely they would not want to risk being attacked by him again.

With that, the green Meister could only do one thing.

'I hope they don't attack me.'

"Dynames, ready to intervene." Lockon announced how the blue eyes of the green Gundam lit up and then the mecha began to rise from the ground dispersing GN particles.

The Dynames rose from among the trees and its image was captured by all.

"Look at that, Rey. Is that thing the one that attacked us before?" Lunamaria warned surprised in her ZAKU when she noticed the appearance of the green Gundam on the screen of her monitor.

Rey calmly observed the Suit that had just appeared and saw that it had a kind of linear rifle similar to a sniper so it is probably responsible for the sneak attack that took them by surprise and forced them back. At the same time he also noticed that it had a strange cone-shaped thruster from which it gave off a strange veil of luminous points, the same points that the blue Gundam gave off.

It have any kind of relationship?

Just as Lockon set out to intervene, suddenly he noticed the arrival of a kind of small flight unit in the shape of a plane, but without a cockpit as if it were an unmanned drone.

"What's that?" Lockon asked as the flying object passed in front of the Dynames and headed straight into battle.

The Impulse blocked another beam from the Chaos with its shield and then fired its rifle at the green Gundam, but it dodged it again.

An alert alarm sounded in the cockpit of the Impulse forcing Shinn to look down at the power indicator indicating he was in a critical state of exhaustion. Shinn grunted again. If this continued, then...

He didn't have time to think about the chances of losing his Gundam's battery when he noticed the long awaited arrival of the flight unit known as the Flayer containing one of the Impulse Packs that he needed so badly now being the Force Silhouette.

'Finally...'

Wasting no more time, the Impulse turned around and moved away from the Chaos confusing its pilot who could only watch as the red Suit sped away in the direction of a kind of approaching jet.

"I don't know what's going on, but I won't leave whatever you're up to." Sting said how he decided to pursue the Impulse so as not to take unnecessary risks.

Shinn noticed the Chaos chasing him from behind and accelerated as much as he could towards the Force Flayer that was also approaching its position ahead. However, halfway through, the Chaos fired its rifle at the Impulse, and Shinn immediately maneuvered his Gundam so that it turned towards the incoming beam with the shield in front. The beam been absorbed by the shield and Shinn noticed that the Flayer was already at a safe close distance with the Impulse so he saw his chance.

The Sword Silhoutte separated from the back of the Impulse and at the same time the Flayer let go of the pack to pick up the one that separated from the Gundam. The new pack, the Force Silhoutte was attached on the back of the Impulse, to where the previous package was before, and as a result, the secondary colors of the Gundam's torso changed from red to navy blue.

Everyone who witnessed this change was visibly surprised including Setsuna and Lockon respectively.

"He can change his equipment?

"It's like the Kyrios."

Shinn wasted no time in charged his new Impulse being the Force Impulse towards the Chaos whose pilot was taken by surprise by the great speed in which the modified machine moved, but he had time to refire his rifle. The Impulse dodged the beams with great agility and maneuverability as it continued to approach its target and drew its beam saber to hit it.

Luckily the Chaos avoided being caught up by rising even higher into the air.

Auel saw this and fired his beams towards the new Impulse, but the latter covered himself with the shield as he continued to advance towards his attacker. Auel didn't have time to record what was going on or dodge the impending collision when the Impulse's shield crashed heavily into the Abyss's chest barrel causing it to back sharply.

The Impulse stopped next to the Exia.

"Hey you, I have no idea who you are or where you come from, but we'd better hurry up if we want to stop those bastards from getting away with it." Shinn spoke trying to communicate with the pilot of the Exia thinking he might be an ally.

Setsuna fell silent as he listened to the voice of the Impulse pilot and found it a bit strange that he spoke to her so confidently despite not being one of their own, but decided not to say anything and temporarily collaborate with him until the targets were destroyed.

At the same time the Dynames was approaching the battle and its presence was seen by the 5 combatants who watched it in amazement.

"Where does that one come from?" Shinn asked in surprise as he looked at the other green Gundam approaching them.

"Do they have another one of that?" Sting asked shocked by the possibility that this new machine will be the same as the blue one.

"I can't take this anymore!" Auel shouted. "We're going to get out of here, even if I have to destroy the entire colony!"

With that in mind, Auel took off higher up until he caught up with the Gaia still firing non-stop at the roof of the colony. Auel opened a communication channel with the pilot.

"Hey, moron! Get out of the way so I can knock that down!"

Stella heard the voice of the pilot of the Abyss, and immediately pulled the Gaia out of the way. Once this was done, Auel smiled macabrely before shooting.

The Abyss fired the entire arsenal it had towards the spot where Stella was firing earlier. The blow was more powerful and devastating than the Gaia could have done before, and so the internal structure of the colony could not withstand the subsequent explosion so it finally gave way and caused a large gap. Quickly all the air inside began to be sucked outwards while everyone watched in shock what had happened.

Hangar of the Minerva

The Athrun ZAKU felt a jolt on the ground and its pilots watched through the monitor screen as it occurred. They gasped in shock when they saw the huge hole in the artificial sky and began to suck the air. Athrun gritted his teeth as he remembered that this was the same thing that happened that time during the ZAFT assault on Heliopolis 5 years ago. He couldn't believe this is happening now. He couldn't think any more when he heard the young woman say her name with concern. The blue haired man puts his thoughts back and maneuvers the ZAKU towards the Minerva's hangar.

Once inside the large compartment of the ship they saw a large number of people mostly mechanics in their characteristics bright green uniforms. Apart from the latter, they could also see a dozen soldiers uniformed in standard green and a few red uniforms. All of them were talking and arguing about what was happening out there hardly paying attention to the arrival of the ZAKU where the couple was on board.

Once Athrun parked the green MS in a Mobile Suit parking lot, he took a moment to properly think about how to call the ship's crew for help. It would be very easy to go out and get off first and introduce yourself to the soldiers outside, but it would be a risk since once the soldiers saw 2 civilians get off a Mobile Suit they could misinterpret the scene and lock them up in a prison for stowaways. He didn't really want to accept that risk of endangering the only woman who loved him.

In the battle

The Gaia was the first to be sucked into the air leak to the outside of the colony and was followed by the Chaos and the Abyss while the other Gundams were left behind struggling not to be swept through the air with their pilots eagerly watching the chaos unleashed by the latest attack.

"It seems that those guys have done well." Lockon said with a growl as the Dynames positioned itself next to the Exia. "I shouldn't have stayed on the sidelines."

"Careless! Careless!" Haro sang regardless of the mood of its owner.

Setsuna regained his composure and prepared to start the chase. The mission was not yet over.

"Exia, pursuing targets outside the colony."

With that the blue Gundam was dragged by the current towards the hole next to the Dynames and both Gundams went outside. Shinn saw them leave and made the decision to do so by also driving the Impulse into the gap. His companions watched as the Impulse also headed outside and Lunamaria couldn't help but worry about it.

"Where is that idiot going?"

"It doesn't matter, we have to follow him immediately." Rey declared resolutely as he moved his ZAKU Phantom into the gap.

Lunamaria's ZAKU Warrior followed behind, but then there was a small explosion in the main engine located at the rear of the red ZAKU so it began to smoke.

Luna screamed in surprise as she felt her Suit begin to descend.

"Damn! I am losing altitude!" She declared to the other soldiers. "Go on without me! I can't hold flight!"

Rey looked at her for a while before the remnants of the accompanying squad were able to catch the red ZAKU and turned around to take it to safety. With everything assured, the blond pilot continued his march towards the large hole produced in the wall of the colony.

Okay, I'm finally done. Before I had planned that this chapter would be the last of the prologue of the story, but since it was a little longer and I was in a bit of a hurry to finish it, I decided to cut it and leave the end for the next time.

Now it's time to examine this a bit. As you have surely noticed, the Ptolemaios has a different appearance from the canon. For those who are veteran Gundam 00 viewers, it goes without saying that this is the successor to it, the CBS-74 Ptolemaios II from Season Two. It was logical that he put this ship in place of its predecessor, which from my point of view seemed like a kind of can of preserves without any type of weaponry and defense against external attacks since the level of weaponry and the number of space battleships is more extensive in SEED Destiny than at 00 S1. However, in this version the Ptolemaios will lack a primary weapon like the Archangel's Lohengrin positron blaster Cannon or the Minerva's Tannhäuser.

Another thing. You've probably noticed Lockon's line when he witnessed the Impulse's package switch "It's like the Kyrios." isn't it? Well I guess no explanation is needed and even more so when I said that the 3rd generation Gundams will have some elements from Project G.

Ja ne!
