(Angry couldn't even begin to describe what Albert said was feeling in that moment. Just a few minutes ago he caught his granddaughters just a few inches away from attacking their one and only brother / his grandson.
The old man had arrived at the house and the nick of time to hear what Lincoln said about the Sister Fight Protocol, what he had to go through, and the many lines that his granddaughters have crossed!
And... it certainly doesn't help that in front of him there was nothing but destruction.
The Loud parents were in no better state as they couldn't believe the thousands of dollars of destruction all around their house! It would take a massive chunk out of their savings and even a lot of their planned vacation funds just to fix all of this!
Lynn Sr looks like at any moment he could have a heart attack. He just couldn't believe just how much damage his daughters had done during there several minute rampage throughout their house. Not even his precious kitchen was spared from the destruction as he could only imagine how much it would take to replace the tools of his passion.
Rita was no better as she could not believe how much damage her goals did in the span of a few minutes. Not a single thing in the living room was spared from the destruction cause from what was clearly a lot of anger on her daughter's part.
Both wonder where they went wrong as they realized far too late that this Sister Fight Protocol nonsense has gone way too far. This needless destruction would put them in the financial red for a very long time and it would take a lot of effort on everyone's part just to build up what had been destroyed.)
Albert: So...you to got into an argument about who got the same dress first?
Lori: Yeah! I literally came home with my new dress only to see Leni when the exact same dress.
(This causes Leni to growl at her once more.)
Leni: Only because you told me to take it off and return it to the store. I totes had it first and you had no right to tell me to take back my dress when I worked hard to get it.
(This cause both girls to nearly get in each other's faces.)
Albert: Enough.( This causes both of his oldest grandchildren to back down as they did not want to earn their grandfather's anger.)
Albert: I already heard everything you had to say so allow me to say my peace. Why did you not check the receipts and see who got the dress first? Surely that would have settled the matter immediately.
Lisa: I did consider that possibility but considering Lori and Leni's already known personalities I enacted the protocol anyway to resolve the issue in a more peaceful manner. As it is already established these two are as stubborn as mules so to speak. So I concluded that neither of them be fully satisfied with one of them having to return the dress so I concluded that we needed to enact the protocol in order to come up with a more... long-term solution.
Albert: Then why didn't you have Leni do something to one of the dresses that way they wouldn't be similar? She is a fashionista with years of sewing under her belt, so she could have been more than capable of altering a dress.
Lisa: Well... that it was another solution but Leni and Lori probably would have argued on who's dress would have to have been altered and that probably would have resulted in rampaging T-Rex.
Albert: No. I'm sorry Lisa but in this case you're wrong as clearly the 'Sister Fight Protocol' as you call it has clearly gone way out of hand. Look around the room and tell me for one second that all of this destruction was worth it. Go on, I'm waiting.
Lola: Well it's Lincoln's fault that we got to this point!
Luan: Yeah! He's the one who interfered!
Albert: "And how is this his fault?
Lori: We told him to butt out of our business and we would settle it ourselves. If he had just stayed out of it then we would have resolved it peacefully and not have resorted to all of... property damage.
(This causes the others to nodded in agreement.)
Albert: Didn't he tried to stay out of it? Weren't Luna and Luan the reason why Lincoln was kicked out of his room not only, but twice?
Lana: Well we needed his room because Lori and Leni couldn't run into each other otherwise we would risk a rampaging T-Rex situation
Albert: And why didn't they use their room?
Lola: Well... it's because their room wasn't the designated space in the protocol.
Albert: And why didn't they use your room, Lola?
Lola: Um... well Lincoln's room has the least amount of stuff in it and it's not any of ours so... we decided his room would be the designated cool off spacing case to fighting sisters were close to running into each other. (the glare from her grandfather caused her to go silent.)
Albert: Before I point out the many things that are wrong with that statement, Lana, why did you take your brother's blanket?
Lana: Well because it was Lincoln's blanket that was decided in the protocol to act as a curtain.
Albert: But aren't there spare blankets in the basement and the attic?
(This cause Lana to go quiet as she turned away.)
Albert: So you think just because two of you disagree over a dress that allows you to basically take over the house, implement a bunch of rules that make no sense, and in the end when things don't go your way that justifies causing thousands of dollars of destruction? "No, no, no, no, no, no. It it's clear to me that this nonsense has going on long enough and this is where it ends.( he looked over at his daughter and son-in-law.) I'm assuming we're on the same page.
Rita: Yes... we are. It is clear to both me and your father that we have let this nonsense go on long enough and today's destruction has proven that we need to reevaluate our free-range parenting.
Lynn Sr: Rita is right. We have just as much blame as our daughters for this damage, but all of this stops now as we have both decided that the girls will be punished for this.
( his daughters began to protest.)
Luna: Why us?!
Lynn Sr: Are you really asking me that Luna?! Look around! (he began to spin around pointing his finger at every single piece of furniture his daughters broke.) Do you think just because you had to disagreement that allows you to destroy the house me and your mother work so hard to provide for?! Do any of you have any idea how much is going to cost to replace every single piece of furniture you girls broke?! We will have to dip into our savings just to fix this mess and it's going to put us in the financial red for a very long time! And don't think I didn't notice that the trophy case wasn't touched!)
(This causes the Loud sisters to calm down their protest.)
Loud Sisters: Ummmm.
Lynn Sr: And if I look upstairs I right to believe that none of your property has been damaged? ( once again getting no response from his daughters, causing him to sigh with disappointment.)
Rita: So, the property that mean your father work so hard to provide for you means nothing to you? You girls as of this moment are grounded for the next several months. That means no TV, no phones, no access to the internet, no after school activities, no hanging out with friends, and there will be a strict curfew that you must follow. Also, we will be selling some of your more expensive property in order to cover the expenses it will take to replace the furniture.)
(This causes her daughters to protest once more.)
Lynn: But mom, that's not fair!
Rita: Fair? Fair?! Do any of you have any idea how much time and money it took to get every single piece of furniture that is in this house?! The TV alone will take several weeks of overtime to get a new one! The couch will cost at least a few hundred dollars to reupholster! And since it is clear that none of your property has been touched and you did nothing to clean up your mess it's only fair that all of you help pay for the mess that you caused!
(Her daughters destroyed so much property that it would put them in the financial red for a very long time. So selling off some of their more expensive property to help pay for for the damages was the only fair in Rita's mind.)
Lori: Then Lincoln has to help out as this is his fault as well!
Rita: Did he participate in all of this destruction?! I don't think so as your grandfather just told us that he was hiding in the trash can from all of you! So not only did you destroy thousands of dollars of property, you all tried to attack your brother in the front yard!
Luan: But he said some horrible things to us!
Lynn Sr: Did he say anything that was not true?! Did he say any profanity to any of you?! Cus your grandfather told us that Lincoln just stood up for himself when you clearly surrounded him with the intention of doing him bodily harm. While he may have crossed some boundaries it is clear that he was only doing it with the intention of bringing the house back to normal so he will not be punished. You girls on the other hand will not only be experiencing the punishments your mother listed, but on the weekends you will be doing our jobs here and there around the neighborhood in order to help pay for new furniture.
Loud Sisters: What?!
( they couldn't accept that not only were they grounded but their weekends would all be taken away from them as well.)
Lynn Sr: Mowing the lawn, moving furniture, taking out the garbage, weed pulling, the works!
Lori: This is all Lincoln's fault! If he didn't butt in none of this would have happened!
Luan: Yeah! Why do we have to pay for his mess!
Lucy: I agree!
(Albert meanwhile stood up, causing his granddaughters to quiet down. Albert then put his hands over his chest before he looked at Lori and Leni.)
Albert: Bring the dresses that started this. (This causes both Loud sisters to quickly head to their room before they brought the dress is in question down a few minutes later.) You two will be returning those dresses to the store tomorrow. (This causes his two oldest granddaughters to look at him with shock.)
Leni: But why?! It cost several weeks paycheck just again this dress!
Albert: "I. Don't. Care. You two need to learn that actions have consequences as both of you are almost legal adults! Do you two honestly think that this behavior is acceptable in the real world?! Well let me tell you the answer. No! It it's clear to me that this Sister Fight Protocol nonsense has gone on long enough and it will not go on a minute longer! Lori. Leni. You two are going to go back to the store tomorrow, get a refund, and give all the money to your parents as it is clear that they are going to need a lot of help to repay all the damage that you girls caused.
Lori: Argh! Why couldn't Lincoln just keep out of our business! Now because of him not only do we not keep our dresses! But all of us have to give up something important to us!
Leni: Yeah! All he had to do was let us figure it out for ourselves!
Luna: Dude needs to go away
Luan: Yeah! Somewhere far away so he cannot interfere with us anymore!
Lynn Sr: Your brother isn't to blame!
(This surprised his daughters as he has never spoken to them before in that tone.)
Lynn Sr: Lincoln may have have crossed the line here and there, but there is nowhere near what you girls did! Looks around! It it's clear to me and your mother that we have failed to properly discipline you on how the real world works, and for that we apologize. Now we're going to make it up by giving you girls some much needed tough love! So as of tomorrow me and your mother are going to do inventory on all of your possessions and we are going to decide ourselves which among your possessions will be sold in order to recuperate our losses. And I don't care how much you cry or beg, our decisions are final. Your items will be sold either at a pawn shop or online listing, and I have a pretty good idea of which of your possessions I will start with.
(He had a pretty good idea of what he was going to sell from his daughters stuff in order to help pay for a new furniture.
Lori's golf clubs
Leni's sewing machines
Luna's instruments
Luan's laptop and recording equipment
Lynn's sports gear
Lucy's coffin
Lana's tool set
Lola's jeep
Lisa's science equipment)
Rita: And not only that but as of this moment the sister fight protocol will no longer be enacted in this house! No more separate dinners. No more green zone or red zone. No more rampaging T-Rex. No more interrupting volcano. Etc!
Lola: But what if we have an issue to resolve?!
(This causes her mother to look at her with a glare.)
Rita: One more word and I will sell your princess bed and replace it with a inflatable mattress. (causing her pink daughter to quickly quiet down.) Now all of you march your butts up the stairs towards your rooms! We will decide tomorrow what will be sold in order to recoup our losses. And if any of you think about breaking Lincoln stuff in retribution I swear you will all regret it! Do I make myself clear! (This causes the Loud sister to quickly swallow a lump down their throats before they nodded their heads in agreement.) Good! Now go upstairs and think about what you have done!
(her daughters began making their way up the stairs all the while cursing Lincoln's name under their breath.)
(Once the Loud parents heard their daughters door shut did they let out a sigh of relief as they felt like a massive weight had just been released from their shoulders.)
Albert: Don't think you two are not going to get a lecturing too.
(This causes the Loud parents to swallow lump down their throats.)
Rita: It will be hard but we deserve it.
Lynn Sr: Yeah, after seeing all of this we realized that we failed as parents when it came to this protocol nonsense.
Albert: Now the only question is what to do with Lincoln in the meantime. That is the more important issue at the moment.
Rita: What do you mean?
Albert: Rita, the girls just tried to attack Lincoln and broad daylight without a care in the world. They didn't even hesitate to surround him and were prepared to do serious bodily harm to his person if I didn't step in. It it's clear that Lincoln needs to be somewhere safe for a while while the girls learn the harsh reality of how the world really works.
Lynn Sr: But where can we send Lincoln as there is no way he'll want to go anywhere. He'll feel like we're punishing him for his sisters mess.
Rita: It is the only option at this moment as you cannot watch the girls 24/7 and there's only two of you. Right now they are not thinking rationally and right now they're probably cursing Lincoln's name as we speak. They probably resent him and are continuously blaming him for all of this. So the best and honestly only solution right now is to send Lincoln somewhere where the girls can get to him, at least for the time being well each and every one of them get a harsh reality check.
Rita: So what do you suggest we do?
(She thought of going with Aunt Ruth for a moment, but she quickly scratched that idea off as all the girls know where Aunt Ruth lives. Plus it doesn't help that Lincoln always tries to get out of going to visit her... even though Rita think she's great...)
Lynn Sr: Maybe Lincoln can go stay with one of his friends house for a while...but then his friend's parents may have some unnecessary questions and that will be a whole mess in itself. We already you don't have the greatest reputations in town and any more damage that I could make all of us social pariahs
Albert: While that does sound condescending I agree. No employer will hire the girls should they learn of this mess as they'll think their tempers will get the better of them. Luckily I have a drastic solution that will keep Lincoln safe and hopefully keep him happy
Rita: What do you suggest, Dad?
Albert: Girls, come down for a second!
(This cause the loud sisters to begrudgingly go back down the stairs.)
Lucy: What do you want, Pop Pop? Can't you see all of us are sulking
Albert: I have a proposal for all of you.
Lisa: What proposal?
Albert: One year. If your parents agreed to it I will send Lincoln with some old friends of mine for one year. You say he is responsible for all of this, so why not send Lincoln somewhere else for one year. This will see how different the household will be without him as I heard what many of you saying under your breath that he should just go away. So let's put that to the test. Should your parents agree, Lincoln will be sent somewhere far away for one year and neither side will meddle in the affairs of the other. So Lincoln will do his own thing over there and you girls will do your own things over here. No interference whatsoever.
( This Shock his daughter and son-in-laws this is the first they're hearing about this.)
Luan: Really? No Lincoln for an entire year?
Albert: Yes. Now this will only happen if your parents agreed to it.
( This cause the girls to light up as this is the first good news they've heard all day.)
Lori: So one less person to compete over the bathroom.
Leni: No more of that 'man with the plan' nonsense for a year.
Luna: More food for us.
Luan: No more peanut butter and sauerkraut sandwiches.
Lola: No more seen him read comic books in his underwear.
Albert: Yes to all of those points. So let's put that one year to the test and see how life in the Loud house will be without Lincoln. With him gone for a year none of you can complain that anything you do is his fault.
(This causes the girls to quickly gossip among one another about the various benefits they'll experience without Lincoln.)
Albert: Now go back to your rooms while I tell your parents about my plan and see what they say.
(This cause the Loud sisters to happily go back to their rooms. As soon as their doors were hurt closing did the loud parents look at their father/father-in-law.)
Rita: Dad, what are you suggesting?
Albert: I'm suggesting we send him with Bob, Ronald, Jason, Tony and Brain for a while.)
(This causes his daughter to get a weird look.)
Rita: But they live in California.( her eyes grew white as she realized what her father was up to.)
Albert: Exactly. Now none of the girls can say Lincoln is responsible for any of their actions going forward for one year. They cannot blame Lincoln for anything they do if Lincoln is not here for them to blame. Rita, I know this is a drastic choice but it's the only choice we really have as I saw what the girls would do to Lincoln and we can't protect him forever. At least he will be safe on the other side of the country.
Lynn Sr: Who are Bob, Ronald, Jason, Tony and Brain?
Rita: They're old friends of my father.
Albert: Lincoln, come in.
(Lincoln opens he front door and make his way inside.)
Lincoln: I heard everything through the door and it's clear to me that my sisters are going to blame me for everything.
Albert: I'm assuming you heard the rest?
(This earned a nod from Lincoln.)
Lincoln: Yeah, about the whole going to California for one year.
(Lincoln admit that he is curious about this suggestion. He wonders what his grandfather was up to as he had that look in his face saying that he knows more than he's letting on.)
Albert: Why don't we go to your parents room and discuss this further.
(Everyone that was still in the living room made their way back to the Loud parents room. Lily, who had been quiet all this time decided to crawl back to her room as she wondered what her roommate was up to. She was sick and tired of being stuck in one room all day so going back to her room was a nice change of pace. Lincoln, Albert, Rita, and Lynn Sr on the other hand we're all locked up in the Loud parents bedroom.)
Albert: Before we Begin I like to introduce you to an old friend of mine. (He pull out his phone and began texting someone.)
Lincoln: Who are you texting Pop-pop?
(Suddenly something pop out of Albert's phone and a figure jump out of his phone. The figure appear to a boy with a white mouth a black and white head with a black nose and eyes wearing a white bowler hat a black shirt with white sleeves and gloves and white pants and some shiny black shoes. What makes this boy unique was the fact that he didn't appear to be human but look a living cartoon character.)
Toon: Albert what's so important you know that my show are always on at this time.
Albert: I know Bosko but I want to introduce you someone.
Lincoln: Whoa!
Albert: Meet my old pal Bosko.
Lynn Sr: Is that a living cartoon character?
Rita: It's good to see you again! (Gives the toon a big hug.) Oh, I missed you so much.
Bosko: Miss you too Rita long time no see.
Lynn Sr: Rita, you know that thing?
Rita: Of course I know about it as dad and this toon go way back.
Lincoln: I'm assuming this dragon has something to do with where I'm going?
Albert: That is correct Lincoln. But I feel like there are some individuals more qualified to explain everything. (He went over to the nearby laptop and began to type into it as soon as he booted it up.)
(Lincoln on the other hand was admiring Bosko. He has never seen something like this before and he couldn't believe that his grandfather had in his possession such a majestic character all this time. Lincoln wondered what else is grandfather had in store for him as he had a feeling there was a bunch more secrets underneath his belt.
Albert on the other hand finish typing into the laptop and a video call could be seen. A a few seconds later whoever Albert was calling answered and five middle-aged man all wearing business suits soon answered.)
Men: Hello... Albert?!
Albert: It's been long time Fellas.
Man 1: How many years has it been?
Man 5: Man, you grown old.
Albert: And you still look young for your age. But right now I want to introduce you to some people.(he turned the laptop towards his grandson, daughter, and son-in-law.) Lincoln, allow me to introduce you to my old friends Bob Iger of the Walt Disney company, Ronald Meyer of Universal Pictures, Jason Kilar of Warner Brother, Toy Vinciquerra of Sony Pictures and Brian Robbins of Paramount Pictures.
Lincoln: Hello.
Bob: It's nice to meet you young man.
Ronald: You resemble your grandfather when he was younger.
Lincoln: Thanks.
Albert: Lincoln, how do you feel about becoming a cartoon animator.
