-The PM notifications shutting down started like December 2018 (I think?) and I don't think it will change since its not a glitch but intentional change…
For the 2 filler anime episodes (which were adapted from manga omakes) episode 49 "The Day of the Fated Meeting" and episode 50 "Watch out for the guy you like" I THINK I will adapt them later after Wendy joins (small spoiler I guess)
Sorry for the wait guys! I honestly don't know if I will post anything else this year so if not Have a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Happy New Years! If not, I will make sure to write in the AN for the next chapter of whatever I update!
RANT TIME: I HATE that almost Every story that has Naruto has a sibling, twin or sister has him so screwed over! His parents choose them over him, his siblings get INSANE power up like somehow, they 'have the kyubi power while he has the soul' (which would be impossible). Naruto is somehow STILL hated or ignored by everyone etc!
Sorry for the rant! Ironically reading ONE particular 'Naruto has an older sister who is hot and beloved while he gets the short end' (I won't say which story it is but its been abandoned) has inspired me to write and finish this chapter!
Chapter 40 Orecian Seis? Lame name for me
A short few weeks after Naruto single handily stopped Laxus from starting a true civil war in Fairy Tail the guild had more or less settled on a new normal. Naruto revealing his past as a ninja was certainly a surprise but to Naruto join nobody treated him any differently then before.
Naruto had offered to pay for Lucy's rent countless times but the flustered Blonde refused out of principle with Erza smiling at the younger blonde for her independence. This of course got Natsu to ask if Naruto could give him a 'food budget' which Naruto refused.
"Oh come on! You are loaded right?" Natsu whined even as the team was walking to their newest job.
Naruto lightly bonked Natsu on the head. "Natsu you old enough to be responsible with your jewels and how to use it. Lucy has only been a paid wizard for less then a year." Naruto lectured as Gray nodded his head in agreement.
"Naruto is right Firebreath. Its not his fault your house looks like a dump most of the time." Gray added as Natsu growled bumping heads with the Ice-Make Wizard only for Erza to bump them both.
"Boys! Behave!" Erza snapped as Natsu and Gray gave quick fake apologies.
In Erza's hands was their new job flyer: Help Wanted, C-class job, I am looking for wizards to help wait and serve tables for a day! Reward based on overall business and productivity.
Lucy chuckled nervously before she looked at the rest of the team.
"Are you guys sure you want to help me on this job? I mean it sounds like something I could do myself…." Lucy asked feeling a bit guilty her entire team deciced to help her out.
"It fine Lucy. It might be a simple job but sometimes its nice to have a simple job to enjoy it with your friends." Erza replied with a smile making Lucy smile abit.
"Erza is right. I mean being S-class wizard does not mean we only take S-class jobs. We still like to relax and have fun too." Naruto added as Erza nodded with Happy holding back chuckling at how silly he thought Erza and Naruto were being.
They soon arrived at the location of the job. A newly opened restaurant in Hargeon called 8-Island making Natsu drool when delicious smells were emenating from the building.
They entered only to see a very short old man with a bright smile wearing a chef hat.
"Oh good! I already have some fine wizards for my request! Fairy Tail too! Excellent." The man said happily as Naruto sent him a polite bow of the head.
"Nice to see you up and running Yajima-san." Naruto said as Yajima smiled back at Naruto.
"Oh! Naruto! I have been reading about your exploits and am most pleased you are still the young man who got the rest of the council to back off." Yajima said proudly as everyone else eyes widened.
"You mean?" Gray said with wide eyes.
Naruto gave the rest of his team an amused smile. "Yup Yajima-san is a former member of the Magic council and one of Master's oldest friends. Matter of fact I would say its because of him that Fairy Tail is usually let off despite all the complaints." Naruto remarked as Lucy sweatdropped at the last part.
Erza and Lucy were about to bow to him only for Yajima to wave them off with a kind smile.
"None of that! I am basically retired so I am not that important anymore anyways." He said with a modest tone before he clapped his hands.
"Now please get these uniforms on so we can open the restaurant and get some business!" He commanded as everyone gave a fist bump grabbing the uniforms from the counter.
Soon everyone was in separate stalls in the changing room, The stalls were big enough so it would be impossible for anyone inside to peek especially when Erza made a slight but real threat to main anyone who peeked on her or Lucy. Naturally Natsu and Gray took this threat very seriously while Naruto felt peeking on his guildmates was beneath him.
As they were changing Naruto called out to where he knew Lucy was changing.
"Hey Lucy! Did things turn out okay with your dad?" Naruto asked somewhat worried being aware that Phantom Lord used the Heartfillia Fortune as a pretense to launch a war on Fairy Tail.
As Lucy was lifting up her shirt, she smiled happy with Naruto's concern.
"My stupid dad turned out bankrupted his company so he came back and demanded I pay him to start again." Lucy admitted abit bitterly.
Natsu and Gray sighed having heard about this from Lucy awhile ago while Erza grit her teeth. Happy was not in the changing room as eh simply put the outfit over his fur. Happy was just outside hovering and complaining that 'humans take so long to change'.
Naruto narrowed his eyes and honestly felt frustrated despite how little he got to spend with his own mother and father he knew they would have never acted the way Lucy's father would have acted.
Naruto scoffed and said through the wall "Don't worry about it Lucy. The simple fact you can still call that man a father at all shows how pure and mature you are."
Lucy blinked several times at the odd compliment but soon everyone changed into their outfits.
It turned out the job was simply for the members to be the waiting staff and taking orders from customers while Yajima himself would be the cook.
"Just to let you know. The more customers who enter and who order lots of food the more I can pay you for a good days work." Yajima said slyly before chuckling to himself walking into the kitchen.
It turned out the outfits for the men and women for the restaurant were vastly different. While the male outfit was actually fairly standard (Natsu added his scarf, Happy had a very small version for his cat sized body, Gray only wore boxers somehow and Naruto added a hood to his outfit.) the women's version seemed to have a seductive tone to it.
Lucy wore a very short waitress outfit, it included a white headband on her forehead, she added two red ribbons to the back of her long hair for pigtails, a white collar and red bow along with simple red sandals. However the maid outfit left a fair amount of her large bust as cleavage with no shoulders, orange sleeves, white apron above the orange skirt that only reached her mid thigh. To compensate for the lack of protection for her legs she had white thigh high stockings leaving a very small patch of her lower thighs exposed.
For Naruto he mused that she actually showed less skin than she usually did in the guild but somehow with how it was fitted it excluded a more seductive tone.
Erza actually wore the same outfit but with her slightly taller height and wider hips she seemd to exclude a more confident sexual aura. She even intentionally walked with a notable swing in her step swinging her hips and butt with her skirt accenting her walk.
While Natsu was eating some of the food he was supposed to be serving, Gray beign yelled at Lucy for not wearing the outfit at all and Happy pointing out this joint job was Lucy sake Naruto was being surrounded by many happy female patrons.
While Lucy smile and happy expression made make patrons at ease, Erza seductive approach including leaning forward on one of her tables allowing them a direct peek at her large bust and seductive smile had a more profound effect.
"Oh come on boys. I am sure there is something you want to order." Erza asked batting her eyes for added effects as the two men looked like their faces were about to explode finding it very hard to look away from her tantalizing cleavage.
"One of everything on the menu!" Man one declared.
"Make that two!" The second man answered breathlessly.
Erza smiled scribbling on her notepad before she winked at the two men who were watching her chest.
"I thank you for your business." Erza said happily swinging her hips while she walked. Lucy mouth dropped at the ease her teammate was playing with the customers.
Meanwhile Naruto was managing several table who all happened to be woman his age or a few years older.
'Oh geez… It seems my fame has spread beyond Magnolia Town.' Naruto thought with a sweatdropped as his tables seemed more interested in getting his autograph or a picture with him.
"Naruto-sama! Please take a picture with us!"
"Give me your auto!"
"Marry me!"
Were just some of the comments the poor blonde had to endure as he politely told them he was just a waiter and he needed to take the orders.
As the girls pouted, he felt his resolve break.
"Okay if you order something, I will give you a picture when I give your orders…" Naruto promised making the girls squeal. Now the tables id not buy everything like Erza one table did but the sheer number of them ordering large amounts easily eclipsed the business of the entire restaurant.
Yajima was incredibnly happy when Naruto brought piles of orders as his eyes turned to money sign as the rest of the team got wide eyed at Naruto used Sky Devil Slayer magic to carry dozens of plates by himself and still give selfies and photo ops to his tables as he promised. He swerved around when they tried to kiss him managing to just pat them on the shoulders as he passed table by table.
Hours later the job was done with a much fuller Natsu (since Natsu took his pay directly as food) sighed happily.
"So full and happy." Natsu said patting his full tummy happily.
The rest of the team had a free meal by Yajima while Naruto looked away as Yajima sang his praises.
"Well done my boy! Business was coming today! Maybe I should hire your every week?" Yajima asked slyly as Naruto rubbed his head.
"I would appreciate that but I am a Fairy Tail wizard first." Naruto refused politely.
Yajima shrugged as the group sat outside the restaurant once it closed down for the night.
"Alright. For the rest of you. I must apologize for what happened at the tower of Heaven. The council was foolish to be manipulated by Siegrain or rather Jellal and Ultear into firing the Etherion." Yajima said regretfully.
The guild soon waved off his apologies saying that incident was not his fault. This made Yajima smile as he looked up at the moon.
"So, what happens with the Magic Council now?" Erza asked as Gray and Natsu shuddered.
"Hmm. Due to their foolish actions the entire Magic Council was disbanded but I have heard that new Magic Council is in the talks. The king himself ordered it as Fiore cannot function correctly without a Magic Council to keep the peace." Yajima mused as Naruto frowned.
'I guess Hisui-chan is not at the age where she can declare herself Queen and become the official government. Especially since has no official suitors yet.' Naruto thought with a frown. AN2:
"Just be careful Fairy Tail. I am retired so I won't be able to protect Fairy Tail anymore if the New Magic Council deems Fairy Tail dangerous." Yajima said grimly as everyone shuddered while Naruto frowned.
Meanwhile with Ultear
"Master Hades. The plan went splendidly. We got another key to Zeref-sama awakening and weakened the Mgic Council considerably." Ultear said smugly wearing a new one-piece Blue dress with a triangle section revealing her deep cleavage.
She was talking to a communication Lacrima in her hand which spoke back to her.
"Good. How about our dear Jellall?" Hades asked with a pleased tone.
"Oh… He is probably dead. He was such a fun pawn but sadly his time on this chest board is over." Ultear said with a fake sad tone.
"And that upset Uzumaki?" Hades asked with some annoyance.
"Oh. He wasn't at the Tower of Heaven. Last I heard he is still playing with Fairy Tail." Ultear said with a frown.
"Hmph. No matter. No single wizard can defeat Grimiore Heart especially with my 7 Kin." Hades said dismissively as Ultear nodded with a smirk.
Back with Fairy Tail Guild Hall
It took several days to return to Fairy Tail but soon Naruto unnamed Team was in the middle of the guild with Mira looking at Erza with a frown.
"Where's Naruto-kun?" Mira asked kindly but with a dark undertone making Lucy shudder.
"Oh. Naruto had some requests from kids at the orphanage that just popped up. He decided he would spend some time there." Erza remarked as Mira sighed but had a smile.
"I see." Mira said before she started telling Lucy about Dark Guilds and the Ballam Alliance.
"Eep! I am starting to get scared." Lucy admitted shuddering in fear. Lisanna and Cana pat her on the shoulder.
Gray and Natsu however looked unimpressed.
"What's the big deal? They only have 6 members, right?" Gray asked while Natsu laughed.
"Yeah! I mean our team could probably beat them ourselves! Hell I could probably beat the entire guild by myself!" Natsu bragged shuddering when Mira and Erza sent him a glare.
"Its no laughing matter. The Orecian Seis might only 6 members but they still control 1/3 of the dark guilds in Fiore. They are not push overs." Mira warned as everyone shuddered.
"I could not have said it better myself." Makarov said gravely as everyone turned to see Makarov walk through the front doors.
"Master how was your meeting?" Mira asked frowning when Makarov expression turned more grim.
"We decided to take action against the Orecian Seis!" Makarov declared as Lucy eyes widened.
"Are they seriously that big of threat Master?" Lucy asked as Makarov sighed.
"I suppose its abit abstract for you guys to visulaze 6 memebrs being such a problem." Makarov acknowledged before he stared directly at Natsu.
"Think of this way. Each member of the Orecian Seis would beat least as strong as Erza or Mira." Makarov revealed AN3:.
Everyone gasped while several people had the same thought. '6 Erza's or 6 Mira's!'
In everyone head except the 2 S-class wizards and Mira's siblings, they imagined 3 giants looking like Erza breathing fire while smiling evilly along with 3 giant Mirajanes in her Satan Soul takeover sharpening her claws.
'That's scary!' Everyone shuddered at the same time.
Erza turned to Makarov with a frown.
"If they are so strong is it really safe for us to attack Orecian Seis Master?" Erza asked worried.
Makarov face softened before announcing. "It would be foolish to take on the Orecian Seis by ourselves. Even if we won, we would only make ourselves a target for the rest of the Ballam Alliance. Instead, we will be part of an alliance of Fairy Tail, Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, and Cait Shelter!"
Everyone started to whisper in shock.
"5 guilds fighting as one?!" Cana said with wide eyes.
"This will be a first for Fairy Tail teaming up with other guilds like this." Levy remarked.
"So, who is representing Fairy Tail?" Lisanna asked as everyone eagerly leaned in.
Makarov coughed before looking up.
"After considering who our enemy is. I have decided that Erza and her team will be Fairy Tail representative!" Makarov announced as everyone turned to Erza, Natsu, Gray, and Lucy.
Erza nodded in approval, Natsu and Gray shared happy grins while Lucy started to sweat and looked ready to pass out.
"Really Master…. I mean I could see Erza and Natsu and Gray but I am not really…" Lucy mumbled only for Erza to slap her on the shoulder.
"Nonsense! You are an invaluable member of our team!" Erza told Lucy who smiled weakly.
As everyone was clapping Lisanna noticed something.
"Wait! Wait about Naruto-nii? Shouldn't he also be on the team too?" Lisanna asked as Lucy blinked realizing that Makarov had left out Naruto.
Everyone turned to Makarov who looked away guilty for a moment which only Mira caught.
"Naruto will not be able to go on this mission as time is off the importance and he is currently busy." Makarov said as Erza nodded in understanding.
"I suppose that makes sense. We need to be punctual especially if we are meeting other guilds." Erza said as Lucy head slumped as their most powerful member was not going. AN4:
Lucy started to get desperate before she pointed at Mira.
"Why can't Mira-san come with us? She is S-class too!" Lucy pointed out only for everyone to shudder and inch away.
"Sorry Lucy. Erza and I don't work well together." Mira admitted rubbing her head in embarrassment.
"Yeah. We tend to go abit overboard." Erza mentioned missing Mira glare at her for a split second.
'More like she threatens male clients but chastises me when I call them out.' Mira thought sourly refusing to admit her own role in their rivalry.
"Now please get your supplies ready as you will have to leave today if you want to get to the meeting on time." Makarov said handing the address to Erza while Gray and Natsu rushed to their homes. Lucy dragged her feet sadly.
Soon the rest of the guild dispersed to do their own jobs or hobbies while Mira followed Makarov to his office.
Makarov grinned when he saw the beautiful model.
"Mira-chan! Do you want a drink?" Makarov asked hoping she would say yes.
"No thanks Master." Mira said flatly having a good idea what he expected to happen.
As Makarov pouted Mira expression grew serious.
"Master. It was no coincidence that Naruto-kun got called away to all these requests to the orphanage was it?" Mira accused as Makarov sighed but said nothing.
"Its almost like you wanted him not to come on this mission on purpose!" Mira said crossing her arms as Makarov frowned.
After a minute he sighed again.
"We can't keep depenmding on him for everything." Makarov said sadly.
"What?" Mira asked somewhat indignantly.
"If his team or even Fairy Tail keeps using Naruto to solve every problem he will become a crutch we cannot live without. He is strong no doubt but he cannot be the only strong person in our guild." Makarov admitted looking down at his desk. AN5:
Mira bit her lip seeing the reason but not liking it.
"Naruto won't be happy when he finds out." Mira warned knowing her dear friend would be furious.
Makarov nodded looking at her with tired eyes.
"I know and if he is angry, I will take responsibility." Makarov promised as Mira bowed her head and left without another word.
Some time later
Naruto walked in with a tired but pleased expression.
"Man playing with those kids sure was tiring but very rewarding!" Naruto said happily as his heart grew when he saw those kids eyes glow with wonder whenever he paid them attention. He easily saw the same looks on their faces as his own when he looked at them at the orphanage.
Naruto looked around confused when he saw the empty guild hall only to see Mira happily wiping a glass at the bar.
"Mira-chan!" Naruto shouted as Mira turned when she heard his voice her face almost beaming at him.
"Naruto-kun!" Mira sang happily as she waved him over. Naruto grinned and walked toward the model who looked happy to see him.
"Did you enjoy your job?" Mira asked curiously as Naruto nodded and gave her a thumbs up.
"Yeah, it was very fun to hang out with those kids!" Naruto told her making her smile happily at him.
"But…. Where is everyone?" Naruto asked gesturing to the empty guild.
"Oh! Everyone is doing jobs right now! People started to slack before the Magnolia Festival but now they are back to working hard again!" Mira remarked with a giggle.
"I see. How about Natsu, Gray, Erza and Lucy? I was hoping we could do another job together or just hang out." Naruto asked as he saw Mira bite her lip.
'Well, he is going to find out anyways.' Mira thought before she looked Naruto in the eye.
"Naruto-kun there is something you need to know." Mira said as she told Naruto about the Orecian Seis and how Makarov assigned his team without him to help deal with the dark guild.
Naruto quickly thanked Mira before he ran towards Makarov office.
Naruto was rather livid Makarov sent his team without him on an incredibly dangerous job against highly skilled criminals.
Naruto pulled the door and slammed it shut as he turned around to see the smiling Master of Fairy Tail.
"Naruto! How was your job? Was it rewarding?" Makarov asked but Naruto could see it was just an attempt to deflect.
"Cut the crap Master." Naruto said bluntly as Makarov sighed.
"Very well. Please sit down." Makarov said tiredly gesturing to a chair in front of his desk which Naruto promptly took.
"I suppose Mira-chan told you everything?" Makarov asked rhetorically as Naruto huffed and nodded.
"I can't believe you did that." Naruto admitted in annoyance.
"Naruto you are powerful. There is no question about it. In matter of fact, I would not dare guess how powerful you really are." Makarov acknowledged as Naruto raised an eyebrow impatiently.
Then Makarov expression grew serious.
"However! We cannot simply rely on you to solve all of Fiore's problems! Sometimes being a guild master means making tough calls! In this case sending your team without you to the Orecian Seis issue is the right call!" Makarov said resolute.
Naruto slammed his hands onto the table as Makarov didn't flinch.
"I don't care if people think I am all powerful or if they think our guild is onlt strong because of me!" Naruto snapped. "I care that my friends and my new family is taking a huge risk where they could really die!" Naruto shouted.
Makarov eyes narrowed. "We have Erza on that team and even Jura! They should not be underestimated Naruto." Makarov said calmly.
"Erza and Jura are strong BUT they are still light wizards! They won't go for the kill if given an opportunity! The Orecian Seis will kill anyone to achieve their goals! They have the power and lack of morality to commit goals Light Guilds would shudder at!" Naruto pointed out as Makarov frowned but shook his head.
"Naruto, I stand by my decision. It is for the best my other children learn to walk on their own." Makarov said only for Naruto to lift him up roughly.
"Naruto?!" Makarov gasped shocked never expecting the usually calm Naruto to actually start to get physical.
"Makarov. Punish me with whatever you wish afterwards but I am going to help my friends one way or another." Naruto promised.
"…." Makarov stayed quiet as Naruto let him go allowing the old master to fall onto his chair again.
"Don't you remember? I am a Dragon Slayer. I will find them one way or another." Naruto revealed as Makarov let out a deep sigh.
"There is no stopping you is there?" Makarov asked as Naruto shook his head.
"Very well. Here is the address." Makarov said as he scribbled onto a piece of paper quickly.
Naruto took the paper looked it over and turned around to leave.
"Thanks." Naruto said gratefully bowing his head as he opened the door and left quickly.
"That boy really does think with his heart when it comes to his friends huh? No wonder Master Mavis likes him so much." Makarov mused to himself.
Naruto sprinted out the guild and when there was nobody on the street he vanished into thin air.
"Flying Thunder God Jutsu." Naruto mumbled as he reappeared inside his home before he grabbed a scroll with the word 'Travel' on it and shoved it into his pocket.
He soon left his home and started running towards the location on the paper.
'Guys! Just hold on! I am on my way!' Naruto promised hoping he was there on time.
AN2: Just because Naruto is on great terms with Hisui he can't just tell her that the Magic Council sucks and expect the King to demolish the structure right now.
AN3: This is just a rough guess from Makarov since the OS are all S-class wizards.
AN4: As far as Lucy knows as she has never met Gildartz before.
AN5: Like some of the reviewers Makarov has noted that sometimes Naruto takes the spotlight too much.
