Chapter 119 Evil's Move
With everything returned to normal, I mean everything.. Jeremy is not sick anymore and is working in the old weather station which is looking better than ever.. Lightwing is back in Nakia's bedroom sitting in his cage, well sleeping is a better term, the Rangers new found friends are all okay as well And of course, as you know, the earth has returned to its beautiful living self.
Ryan and the others spend their new day which is a Saturday doing exactly what they want to do. In fact he's at the garage working with his friend Todd. Nakia has chosen to spend a little extra time at her music club class in the high school. Zelda is also in the high school, but she's at her acting class. They have all spoken to Jeremy and explained to him what happened over the last few days.. Kimberly, Joey and Chet have all decided to spend their time at the beach to finally bask in a day of relaxation.
On the Planet Androecia, Queen Minerva scans the planet earth using her floating crystal ball. She summons her minions Shyanthis and Makozi. She speaks without looking directly at them.
Queen Minerva-The Planet earth is most beautiful.. Energy reeks through its surface. And is even greater within its core. I tend to believe not only does the earth have such magnificent energy, but so do the humans.
Makozi-What are your orders my Queen?
Queen Minerva smirks remarkably evil as she says.
Queen Minerva-I don't want a full scale attack. My worthless loser of an evil niece Andromeda moved much too quickly! What I want is to set up a command center somewhere on the planet. That way we'll be there to target certain humans.
She looks sharply at Shyantis and Makozi.
Queen Minerva-Pick a spot and set up base! Inform me when you are finished!
Shyantis-Consider it done my Queen.
They both vanish without delay. Queen Minerva smiles and says.
Queen Minerva-Rangers or not.. My empire shall survive!
Back on earth.. In a highly deserted area located below the city of Terra Falls, there appears to be two badly looking beings. One of them stands up and appears to be a female.. She coughs as dust moves through her mouth.
Princess Andromeda-Ugh! I can't believe this. What happened to my glorious ship!
She looks around the deserted and very dim underground area and starts to slightly sob.
Princess Andromeda-I'm stuck underground..
She looks at her badly torn dress and continues on.
Princess Andromeda-My dress is totally ruined! My ship is gone! Ugh!
The other creature is Myanthor.. As I said he looks terrible too, more than usual. He doesn't say a word.. Instead he just gets back on his feet and looks around the dimmed area. The Princess continues to complain about being stuck underground.
Princess Andromeda-I know my plan failed.. My plan to get the energy from my deadinite crystal.. I know its all failed!
Myanthor speaks sharply yet respectful.
Myanthor-Princess! Please. I'm trying to analyze the situation and you sobbing isn't helping.
She sniffles a bit and wants to blast Myanthor with her powers but she refrains from doing so. Not because she's tired, but because she's simply depressed. She says to him.
Princess Andromeda-Find a way to get me out of here!
Myanthor-I am trying. There seems to be no way out. Anyway its not really logical.
Princess Andromeda-Meaning what?
Myanthor-We obviously were able to get in here. So all we have to do is find the spot and get out.
Princess Andromeda gets herself together and dries her eyes immediately she comes up with an alternative idea.. She then says.
Princess Andromeda-No no no, I'm not going to wait around this gross place for you to find the spot..
Myanthor-What do you..
His voice is interrupted abruptly when he notices the Princess holding up her hands and shots of multicolored power strike the rocky ceiling.. A few seconds pass and a huge hole now occupies the spot of where the Princess shot with her powers.. She puts her hands down and looks at Myanthor. Then she says.
Princess Andromeda-Let's get out of here.
Myanthor-Yes Princess.
The Princess floats upward and is followed of course by Myanthor.. When they get to the surface, they see its no better than where they just came from. The Princess exclaims.
Princess Andromeda-Grrrrrr! What is this place?!
Myanthor-I wish I knew.
Princess Andromeda-This place is completely ugly. Totally uninhabitable too it seems.
Myanthor-Hmmm.
Princess Andromeda-We have to get out of here Myanthor.. I'll just keep blasting till we're free.
Myanthor-I have a feeling if you do that.. We'll end up no further than where we started.
Princess Andromeda-Think of something then! You're supposed to be Queen Minerva's advisor! So advise you twit!
Myanthor-I am working on it Princess.
Princess Andromeda-Work harder! Before I blow a fuse!
Zelda's acting class has finished and so she leaves the high school building.. She's wearing a pink skort, a white thin t shirt, white tennis shoes and her hair is totally let down in a new style. Instead of going straight home she decides to stop at the local juice bar to get a juice.. When she walks in, she notices Valerie in the gym area wearing a pink gymnast body suit, she's doing several back and front flips.
Zelda walks over to her which makes her stop flipping.. She smiles and gives Zelda a hug while saying.
Valerie-Hey I'm so glad to see you!
Zelda-Yeah I'm glad to see you too.
They break away from each other.
Zelda-I never seen you here before..
Valerie-I just decided to try this place out. Since the gym I was attending shut down.
Zelda-Oh I see. How are your friends?
Valerie-I don't know.. Um.
She gets a towel off of the balance beam to wipe some of the sweat off of her face as she continues to say.
Valerie-They aren't really my friends.
Zelda-No?
Valerie-No. We were just trapped in a weirdo spaceship together.
Zelda-Oh.
Valerie-On a lighter note, how are your friends?
Zelda-They're doing what they have to do today.. Things are really quiet for once.
Valerie-I knew you all would deal with the..
A pink swirl appears on her forehead and causes her a slightly pain which of course makes her stop talking.. She groans out and touches her forehead.. Zelda becomes concerned.
Zelda-Are you okay?
Lightwing appears in Zelda's thoughts and tells her what's happening to Valerie.
Lightwing-Everything going on with your friend Valerie is fine Zelda.. Just remember she will only remember you and the other Rangers.. And those goes for the other star seed holders too.
Zelda answers in her mind.
Zelda-Lightwing what do you mean?
Lightwing's voice slowly fades saying.

When the swirl disappears, Valerie's headache pain disappears as well. She looks up at Zelda and speaks.
Valerie-I don't know what happened but I just had a slight pain.. It's gone now.
Zelda-That's good.
The pink swirl was generated by the amulet to completely erase Valerie's memory regarding what happened in the past. The same thing has already happened to Kyle, Bianca, Grant and Chris who are all around town doing what they want to do for the day. And yes Zelda now understands what Lightwing meant.
Zelda and Valerie decide to talk a little more at the juice bar..
Shyantis and Makozi reappear on earth undetected of course.. They search around the planet to find a suitable environment in which they will make their base.. Eventually they find a place, and coincidentally it's the same area of where Princess Andromeda and Myanthor are trapped within. The reason why they want the place is simple.. It's dark, dingy and totally ugly looking. Both Shyantis and Makozi have no idea that the Princess and Myanthor are right below them.
Back to the high school.. Nakia and a few of her singing partners are all studying sheets of music in the music room located on the second floor.. By the way Nakia has on a yellow jean skirt, a white and yellow flowered shirt and black low heeled shoes. She has her hair up in a bun type style today as well. As she looks through the music sheets she thinks slowly about her boyfriend Ryan.. And wonders if she can compose something for him to prove once again how much she loves him.
One of the girls in the music room comes up to Nakia and tells her there's a guy outside the room waiting to talk to her.. She looks up at the girl and says.
Nakia-Okay thanks.
She doesn't know who the guy is, so its natural for her to think its Ryan..
When she walks out of the room, she sees the guy waiting for her is Brett. He has on a pair of blue jeans, a red, white and blue t shirt and black sandals.. Nakia smiles at him and gives him a comment regarding his shirt.
Nakia-Hey Brett.. Nice shirt.
Brett-You think so?
Nakia-Uh yeah.
She giggles.
Nakia-It's quite colorful.
Brett-Yeah I guess.
Nakia-So hey how'd you know I would be here today?
Brett-I didn't. I went over to your house and you weren't there. I thought I'd just try my luck and see if you were around here since I know you love music. And to my surprise you are.
Nakia-Mmm Hmmm.
Brett-What are you doing after you get out of here?
Nakia-Um.. I don't know. I guess I'm going to go see Ryan. Even though he's at the garage with Todd.
Brett-Want to spend some time with me?
Nakia-Sure. I see no harm in that.
Brett-Cool. Where would you like to go?
Nakia-Umm.. Let's just go to the park.. I'll be ready to go in about thirty minutes.
Brett-Allright.
At the beach.. Kimberly, Chet and Joey are all playing volleyball with a few other people.. They have on simple beach outfits that fit the scene well.
Jeremy is at the weather station doing some simple work on his computer.. Suddenly the screen on his main computer pops up with an image of darkness.. He becomes alarmed at first but calms down slightly when he sees nothing to be worried about.. He says to himself.
Jeremy-Hmm. Stupid computer.
Back at the high school.. Nakia and Brett leave to go and spend some time talking at the park.. They spend almost the rest of the afternoon there. After Nakia decides its time for her to go, Brett tells her how he still feels about him.. She looks at him not knowing what to really say because she's in shock sort of.. When she's able to form her slightly grunts and groans into words, she says.
Nakia-Brett. You and I are friends. I can't be anything more with you. I'm with Ryan.. I love him so much.
She shows him the ring Ryan got her for just recently for their sixth month anniversary. Brett sighs with heavy contempt but doesn't say anything. Nakia gives him a hug and says.
Nakia-You'll find that special girl some day. I'm just not her.. I have a man. Just look on the bright side hon. You and I will always be best friends. Count on it okay?
Brett slightly nods his head and yet again says nothing. Nakia looks at him with dismay. She then leaves the park area to go home. On her way home she says.
Nakia-I'm sorry Brett. I'm really sorry.
At the juice bar.. Zelda and Valerie are sitting at a table talking and drinking their juice drinks. Valerie has just something funny about Bianca and that makes Zelda practically spit out her juice.. She contains herself and asks.
Zelda-No way!
Valerie-Yeah. Bianca is a total snob.
Zelda-How do you figure?
Valerie-You can just tell. Especially from being on that alien ship with her. And.
There's something else she wants to think about but she can't.. And you know why.. Her memory has been completely erased from the past time period.. She asks Zelda.
Valerie-Um Zelda. Wasn't there something you, myself and the others did together to like stop some evil creep?
Zelda clears her throat.. And pretends she doesn't remember.
Zelda-Oh I don't think so..
Valerie-All I can remember is being taken off the ship and meeting you and your friends.. After that.. It's completely blank!
Zelda-Hmm. I wouldn't try to figure out why.. It could drive you nuts.
Valerie-I guess so.
Zelda-Trust me.
Valerie-Hmm but still there's something I want to remember.
Zelda-Don't worry about it.
Back to the evil villains.. The evil Princess yet again became very impatient with Myanthor and so she blasted through again.. There at the tip top of the area they met up with Shyantis and Makozi. The two explain their orders given to them by Queen Minerva. Princess Andromeda exclaims with horrid disagreement.
Princess Andromeda-My auntie wouldn't possibly want to be in a place like this!
Shyantis-This place doesn't seem to be any different from home.
Princess Andromeda-Silence!
Shyantis-I will not be quiet!
Princess Andromeda becomes most shocked at this.. Her eyes practically bulge out from her head as she points at Shyantis and says.
Princess Andromeda-TREASON!
Shyantis-Scream it all you want you spoiled brat! I am only a servant to Queen Minerva.
Makozi-That's right. So let's transform this place into our new base.. After its complete we'll contact the Queen.
Shyantis and Makozi leave the Princess and Myanthor to search around the darkly dim and dingy area. The Princess says to herself under her breath..
Princess Andromeda-When I am Queen, Shyantis will definitely pay.
After about two hours Makozi uses her magic to create an underground base of magnificence. Yes, the main part has already been provided, she has only changed it slightly.. There is a main room which will belong to the Queen. There are several other rooms that will provide to be most useful in their mission.
When its all finished, Shyantis contacts Queen Minerva telepathically. After receiving the message, she and her entire evil court which are in fact hideous looking monsters vanish from their planet and reappear within the underground chambers of their new earth base.. She laughs most evilly when she sets herself upon her brand new throne that basically looks like a crushed claw that had many long nails at one time.. Her evil court stands slightly away from her as she conjures up her crystal ball.
Princess Andromeda, Myanthor, Shyantis and Makozi appear before the Queen.. The rest of the evil court move a step back when Andromeda turns to them and gives them a most evil look. She turns back to the Queen and says.
Princess Andromeda-Welcome Auntie. It is nice to see you again.
The Queen looks at her and Myanthor.. Her face turns disgusted because they both look completely unclean. She asks them.
Queen Minerva-What happened to you two?
Princess Andromeda-I can't really remember.. Except being on my ship one minute, and the next minute it starts to explode and then..
The Queen props up her right hand as in saying she's heard enough.
Queen Minerva-Clean yourself up Andromeda.. You too Myanthor.
Princess Andromeda-Of course auntie.
Queen Minerva-Very very soon my plan of attack will take action and I will drain the energy from every unworthy human on this planet!
She smirks viciously as everything fades to black.
