AN1: Fairy Tail 100 Year quest 109 was released May 31/22 and YES it does show the canon explanation of what Laxus Dragon Lacrima is. My story and explanation were released like over a year before that so obvious I had no idea. Naruto's teacher will not be that Thunder Dragon King so Laxus and his Lightning Dragon Slayer magic will not be connected to that Dragon King. (Although I will point out that God Serena ALSO has a Lightning dragon Lacrima. Just saying.
Yes I know the AN has born reposted but I know people will claim I intentionally changing canon to make Naruto 'special' hence why I will just repost the top one for awhile (so people can see I am explaining a plot point).
Fairy Tail 100 Year quest 115 was released. It showed that God Serena survived and the last three of his Dragon Lacrima-Diamond(stone), Flash(Light), dark (unnamed) along with his established other 5-Lightning (thunder), Cavern (Earth), Purgatory (Fire), Sea King (Water), Gale (wind).
For context in this story God Serena will have refined organ (heart) of the Lightning Dragon King (like Laxus did have in canon) and scales/bones from the other Dragons. Hence his Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic will be in general more effective then Laxus but less than Naruto's (as Serena will have a refined organ rather then just some leftover scales enchanted.) And just because Serena and Kirin (the 5th dragon slayer) have their magic from the "Lightning Dragon King" does not mean that Naruto own (through first generation) Lightning Dragon Slayer magic is inferior (a dragon does not need to be king to be strong after all).
AN1: The Edolias girls were kinda a 'no' before I wrote this chapter but after writing some reactions Edo Lucy, Edo Lisanna and Edo Cana MIGHT be a yes. But they are still maybes as I don't want to make promises at them moment.
Also, there were some good guesses on the mother last chapter! I wont deny or confirm anyone but I can say the mother isn't someone on the "no list" (Ultear for example) who had his child but isn't married with him. The mother is someone Future Naruto loves and is married to.
Chapter 58 Edolias? Not my home for me or any other me
Naruto was sucked into the remnants of the Anima and felt himself travel through the portal. Naruto kept his eyes forward knowing he was going into the enemy stronghold on the other side. He was not going to be caught off guard on the off chance there was somehow soldiers at the exit. Naruto had turned off Chakra mode as soon as he entered the Anima as he felt he did not need it for whatever was on the other side.
Naruto soon was booted out of the Anima and was high in the sky. Naruto blinked before he started to fall several hundreds of feet towards the ground. By Instinct he tried to use Sky Dragon slayer magic to hover in the air like usual. When nothing happened, he hummed and tried Sky Devil slayer magic and once again nothing happened.
Naruto focused on his hand even as he continued to fall trying to bring out Lightning Dragon slayer magic and again nothing came out. Before he could fall anymore Naruto flipped in mid air and hovered in the air using his chakra which did activate.
"So, chakra works in Edolias but like Mystogan said I can't access the magic inside myself. At least without eating the so-called X-ball." Naruto mused out loud as he hovered in the air with his arms crossed.
Naruto took a look seeing some islands which seemed to be floating in the air but the thing he was most interested in was the magic concentration. Naruto passively could feel very little if no Ethernano in the air unlike Earthland where the very air was saturated in magic.
"Hmm this would be a problem except wizards aren't like me." Naruto remarked with a smirk.
Naruto put his fingers in a cross and focused.
Back in Earthland near where Magnolia was formerly
Hidden in trees was one of Naruto's clones who was sitting in a mediating position. Before Naruto went to Edolias he secretly had a single clone gathering Ethernano. When it felt Naruto signal it with a pulse of chakra it knew what to do. Naruto and his clone were connected due to being a shadow clone created from Naruto's chakra. It vanished in a puff of smoke with no remains of the clone left behind.
Back to Edolias
"Here it comes." Naruto whispered as he closed his eyes and felt the clone dispelling.
The clone Ethernano was converted into natural energy due to how Naruto processed the power. Naruto closed eyes had the orange pigmentations on the eyelids and around the eyes themselves. Naruto opened his eyes which were now yellow and had horizontal toad like Irises.
"Heh Sage Mode successful." Naruto smirked with a grin.
"Now let's see what is happening in Edolias." Naruto remarked as he looked into the sky and focused.
Naruto sage mode can sense the Ethernano in its pure form. It appeared blue to him similar to chakra but he could tell the differences instantly. Like natural energy Ethernano was inherit in the environment itself.
Naruto eyes could see Ethernano in the air but it was vastly weaker then the Ethernano in Earthland. Even now he could see the Ethernano slowly trickle and weaken and with his eyes he could see the Ethernano around the floating islands also weaken. Naruto eyes saw the Ethernano trail and leak downwards. It was almost like it was getting drawn down to the ground and not returning back to the sky like it would in Earthland.
"I see. Its like Mystogan said. The Ethernano gets drawn into the magical items in this world but does not return back into the atmosphere afterwards. Hence the items eventually lose their power and the overall magic power decreases as you use it." Naruto remarked as he looked around.
Naruto looked far away where he could sense a large gathering of Ethernano and then looked over and saw a much smaller pocket of Ethernano which was still a red flag for him.
"That massive area of magic must be the royal kingdom as he told me that the royal army hoards most of the remaining magic for the army and king." Naruto decided as he nodded to himself.
"That small pocket might be this world Fairy Tail or I should say the Edolias Fairy Tail. If I had to guess the royal army probably shuts down any sort of guild to avoid sharing the limited magic in this world. If I was the king I would hunt down and dismantle these guilds before they could fight back. Mystogan mentioned that there is an Edolias Fairy Tail so they must have a small amount of the magic that isn't beign used by the Royal army of the King." Naruto thought.
"What a flawed world. At least Earthland has some entertainment with that magic being nearly limitless. This world is basically civilians playing with kunai that will lose their sharpness after a few throws." Kurama commented with a bored sigh.
"Hehe abit mean but not inaccurate for this world situation." Naruto agreed with a nervous chuckle.
Naruto eyes grew serious as he had a look of remembrance.
"I guess it can't be helped. The history of Edolias and Earthland is inheritably different so this world doesn't have….. you know to keep the balance. Without the balance this world can only go one way. The end of magic itself" Naruto said with a cheeky grin. AN2:
"Its just us Naruto. You don't need to pretend to be sneaky. We know what you are talking about." Gyuki chided as he stretched his tails.
"Hehe true but it is top secret information no one knows about. We can't be too careful." Naruto added as he sighed.
"Kurama I am going to use the X-ball so I can use my magic normally. Can you store my leftover Sage chakra in case I need a recharge for later?" Naruto asked politely.
Kurama rolled his eyes and laid down on his arms.
"Why do you of all people need a recharge?" Kurama asked grumpily but he nodded his head regardless.
'Thanks.' Naruto thought happily as he transferred his remaining sage chakra into Kurama who stored it inside his own body. Naruto eyes returned to blue as he lost his orange pigmentation.
Naruto took the X-ball out of his pocket and swallowed it in one gulp. Naruto felt the familiar hum of his magic as he felt the connection again. Naruto hands flicked with Lighting Dragon and Sky Dragon magic one in each hand. Lightning in his right and Sky in his left hand.
"Back to normal." Naruto noted with a sigh of relief.
Naruto looked and thought he saw one of the islands drop for a moment but then stabilized.
"But the more magic I use here the quicker it runs out for the world. X-ball or not this world already appears to be on its last dregs of magic power." Naruto remarked sadly with a look of pity.
"The other members who used X-balls probably don't realize they are hastening the end of magic for Edolias. I guess it can't be helped. Most people aren't sensory types like I am. Plus its not like they can leave themselves undefended in hostile territory." Naruto acknowledged.
Naruto looked down and into the distance where he felt a notable area of magic.
"Might as well go to Edolias Fairy Tail first. If I was Earthland Fairy Tail I would stop there first." Naruto decided.
Naruto started to fly over to the spot where he sensed the magic. He stopped and lowered hisnelf to the ground when he found a structure. It looked like some sort of weird tree trunk with two long roots stretching upwards. It did an orange Fairy Tail symbol in the middle, and yellow fairy tail mark hanging from one side. It also had letters saying "Fairy tail" in different sizes for the letters right above a door that had arrows pointing into itself.
'I guess our guild isn't exactly hidden either so I can't say much against their guild hall.' Naruto mused as he walked towards the guild hall.
Naruto decided to forgo knocking and just opened the door and walked in.
"Hi? I guess I am looking for Fairy Tail?" Naruto joked with a smile as he rubbed the back of his head.
There was a moment of silence before the members in the guild started to yell.
"I thought we threw off the Royal Army with our last transport?"
"They found us already?!"
"Protect Lisanna!"
"Grab our magic!"
Those were several of the voices Naruto could discern from the dozen or so voices talking at the same time.
"Quiet! This is not the time to panic!" A busty blonde wearing a black leotard and black boots shouted.
A tall blue haired woman with her hair into two curls to the side looked at Naruto suspiciously. She wore a small black top hat that on top of her head, a white sailor like top that exposed her stomach, blue mini skirt along with tan tights and high heels.
"Look I don't know who you are but if you want to walk out of here with all your limbs, I suggest you walk out of here now." The blue haired woman told him coldly.
"Juvia? Or I guess this world's Juvia." Naruto asked as despite her cold personality and different dress she has the same hair and figure as the Juvia he knew.
"Wow how did he know Juvia's name?" Someone in the back asked.
"Don't worry my love! I will protect you!" A black-haired man that wore many many layers of clothing declared as his eyes with hearts.
"I would rather throw myself in a river then ask for your help." Edo Juvia declared coldly.
"Why must you wound my heart so? I love you, Juvia!" The bald haired man declared sadly.
'Must be this world's Gray. I guess the different experiences means these Fairy Tail members have drastically different personalities.' Naruto guessed.
"Wait! Didn't the other me mention that a blonde with whiskers marking on his cheeks might be coming here? She said he was also from Earthland and her guildmate." The busty blonde remarked looking Naruto over.
"Oh, Lucy said that? That helps. I am Naruto Uzumaki and yes, I am part of the Earthland Fairy Tail like the Lucy you met." Naruto greeted with a slight bow.
'Hmm she looks and smells like Lucy but she doesn't feel like the Lucy I know. I guess they really are different people.' Naruto thought as he couldn't feel the same connection to this Lucy as the teammate he had known for awhile.
The Lucy of Eodlias looked at him for a moment before she scoffed and looked away with slight blush on her cheeks.
"Whatever. I guess you can call me Lucy Ashley. Or just Lucy as other me isn't here." Edo Lucy stated trying to sound uninterested but her red cheeks seemed to indicate otherwise.
Edo Lucy growled when blue haired woman who was notably shorter than Edo Lucy smirked at her and sent her a teasing grin.
"Wow Lucy if you want him to bend you over you should just say it. Name is Levy. Try to remember it. Its rude if you forget it after I told it you." Edo Levy told him while looking at Edo Lucy with a smirk.
"Shut up Levy! I am not looking for something like that! If you weren't such a punk maybe you could get a boyfriend!" Edo Lucy retorted smirking when Edo Levy eye twitched.
Edo Lucy and Edo Levy went into a corner of the guild to argue as two men went towards Naruto staring him down.
"Hey you. Name is Jet and don't think we trust you just because we met some people that looked like Natsu, Lucy and…" Edo Jet claimed smirking at Naruto.
"Yeah, matter of fact we haven't seen anyone like you. So how do we even know you are from another world hmm?" Edo Droy added cutting off Edo Jet.
Naruto looked unimpressed at the stare down and shrugged.
"If you haven't met anyone like me in this world how is that my fault? Maybe you aren't looking hard enough?" Naruto claimed with an uncaring shrug.
'They won't find an "Edolias Naruto" here as I wasn't born in Earthland. There is no mysterious force that would create a 'me' here as my counterpart to Edolias.' Naruto thought pretty sure he was correct. AN3:
"Besides can Edolias magic do this with an item?" Naruto asked crossing his arm.
Naruto pointed his right index finger and sent a tiny amount of Sky Devil magic making Edo Jet and Edo Droy stumble back a few feet much to their surprise.
"He wasn't holding anything not even a ring on his hand. It seemed to come out of midair!" Someone stated. He looked tall but meek.
'Okay unless I am wrong that is Edolias Elfman. Man he looks wimpy. Okay that is mean but he looks like he would say yes to avoid arguing."
"Okay that seems like Earthland magic but how can you use it here? Only other me could use it while other Natsu and Wendy-chan couldn't." Edo Lucy brought up barely hiding her amazement.
"I got an item from someone who knows Edolias. It gives me access to my own magic while here. I can only assume the Lucy I know ate one while the rest of my guild didn't." Naruto answered easily.
'That reminds me. I should slug Mystogan for not being smart enough to give those idiots X-balls. Hopefully Gajeel feeds some to the others. No offense guys but you aren't exactly hand to hand combat without your magic.' Naruto thought drily inwardly sighing.
"How wonderful! Such elegance and grace! I would not believe it if I didn't see it!" A brunette woman in an elegant form fitting dress that covered every inch of her skin except her face. She also wore fancy gloves.
"Oh, excuse me. My name is Cana and I am rather parched. Please excuse the rude introduction." Edo Cana stated politely as she took a sip out of her tea cup with one hand and held in the other hand a tea cup covering.
Edo Cana took the most polite sip and even had her pinky finger raised up as she let out a small sigh of contentment from the small sip. The men around her gave her heart smiles as Edo Cana seemed to shine elegance and charm.
Naruto had to resist commenting on her mannerism being the extreme opposite of the Cana he knew.
'Okay if I had to guess and judging by Edo Lucy. These counterparts physically have the same height and measurements as the people I know but different clothing. So underneath all that clothing that doesn't show even an inch of skin Edo Cana is just as busty and curvy as the Cana I know. She just doesn't show any of it while the Cana wears pretty tight pants and a bra essentially all the time.' Naruto thought looking at Edo Lucy and Edo Cana out the corner of his eyes.
'Plus, unlike the Cana I know this Edo Cana is a lady not a drunk. If I was betting man I would even say Edo Cana probably never took a sip of alcohol as it seems like she would think it un-lady like and quit repulsive.' Naruto added as an afterthought.
"Charmed. Its fine. I am a guest in your guild after all." Naruto stated awkwardly with a slight bow. He was bit off guard to not see Cana breasts jiggling as she talked.
"Oh my. What a polite man. Sadly I am not interested in courting at the moment but you do seem to have more class then some men I know." Edo Cana noted with a smile as she hid her smirk behind her hand.
This made several men glare at Naruto in jealously as he resisted rolling his eyes.
'Wow this familiar. Just like when I talk to Mira-chan, men are somehow annoyed with me.' Naruto thought with a sigh.
A pink haired man with googles on his head and a red jacket. Notably his eyes did not have the slit or have his teeth in slightly more fang unlike Natsu Dragneel.
"Guys maybe we shouldn't antagonize him. He seems scary even more then the other me or Lucy…." Edo Natsu whimpered making Naruto sweatdrop.
"What did you say?! I am not scary!" Edo Lucy declared as she socked Edo Natsu in the face sending him into the ground.
'A meek Natsu, a cloth loving Gray, a lady Cana, meek Elfman, rude Levy, brash Lucy and somehow Jet and Droy are powerful. So this Fairy Tail somehow has the opposites of the people I know. I guess it's the difference in life style and circumstances.' Natsu summarized in his mind.
"Hi I am Natsu Dragion. I guess its good to meet you." Edo Natsu introduced as he weakly got off the ground with a bump on his head.
"Sheesh. If you weren't so wimpy, I wouldn't have to keep education you how to be a real man!" Edo Lucy claimed with her hands on her hips.
'Sounds abit extreme but hey its not my guild.' Naruto thought with a sweatdrop.
"Why are you here? Like we told your guildmates we can't help you. We can barely survive each day." A familiar voice that sounded weak and exhausted stated from behind Elfman.
'That voice? It can't be!' Naruto thought with wide eyes.
"Lisanna! You can't be stressing yourself! Leave it to me!" A beautiful white-haired woman with a pink shirt that was twisted showing a large amount of her large ample breasts and her well toned stomach. She also wore a pink skirt as she looked worried behind Elfman.
"Mira-Nee. Its okay. Its not anything stressful. I can talk by myself." Edo Lisanna stated with a kind but tired voice. It appeared she was frustrated at being treated like a baby.
Edo Elfman sighed as he pushed Edo Lisanna forward so she was in view of Naruto who gasped. Edo Lisanna looked physically the same as the Lisanna he knew with roughly in his eyes the same figure and even a similar style with white short and green shorts. However Edo Lisanna was notably in a wheelchair that was being pushed by Edo Elfman.
She had a blanket over her lap with a look of anger and resignation as she glared up at Naruto.
"What? You never seen a cripple before? Or let me guess people don't get crippled in Earthland with all your fancy unlimited magic?" Edo Lisanna asked bitterly biting her lip. AN4:
Everyone in the guild was silent as they tried to avoid looking at Edo Lisanna who looked ready to cry and rage out at the same time.
"What happened to you? Was this something from the Royal Army?" Naruto asked quietly as he looked at Lisanna with deep compassion in his eyes.
"Tch. Keep your pity. Its not like you or anyone else can help me. That little blue haired girl who came in earlier looked at me the way you are now and she couldn't help me either." Edo Lisanna spat out spitefully.
Naruto winced at her tone and took a step back when he saw Edo Lisanna look at him with both annoyance and sadness.
'This Lisanna has lost all hope for both herself and the world itself. Her siblings are trying to be strong for her but they probably feel they cant help her either.' Naruto thought as he looked at the Edolias siblings in the eyes.
Edo Mira took Edo Lisanna hand who sighed and gave a smile to her older sibling. Naruto could tell Edo Lisanna was acting for her siblings. Edo Elfman bowed his head and sighed.
"Forgive Lisanna. She just has trouble expressing herself." Edo Elfman claimed meekly as Naruto nodded.
"So what happened to her? I can't be sure but it doesn't look like those injuries are recent." Naruto asked as he briefly used his head to point as Edo Lisanna legs.
The guild members winced with Edo Elfman looking back at Edo Lisanna. Edo Lisanna looked down before she nodded giving her consent.
"One day Lisanna was trying to gather herbs on a cliff but she tripped. She had a terrible fall and we thought we would lose her. We rushed her back to the guild and she was so hurt we stayed by her side for a week. She was in a coma we never thought she would wake up from. When she woke up we would so relieved!" Edo Elfman narrated although his eyes were sad. AN5:
"But she didn't come back unscathed?" Naruto asked quietly.
The guild was quiet till Edo Lisanna growled and glared at Naruto.
'How dare he pity me! Its all I get day after day here! Either I lose another friend to the Fairy Hunter or everyone treats me like some sort of flower that cannot be spoken to in a loud voice!' Edo Lisanna thought angrily and resentfully.
"Yes, I lived with these broken useless legs while countless other of my friends didn't come back at all! Is that what you want to hear?" Edo Lisanna raged huffing in anger.
"Lisanna! We don't care if you don't have your legs or not! We care that someone we lived actually came back in one piece!" Edo Lucy snapped before she apologized.
"That not what I wanted to hear. You might not think it but I am no stranger to loss either. People I care about died as well. You still have people that care about you which is better than some people in Earthland." Naruto explained sternly before his eyes softened when he saw just how broken the girl was.
'Could it be? Lisanna had an accident with Elfman and I saved her. This Lisanna had an accident and lost her legs. Is there some sort of relation?' Naruto thought for a moment.
"When exactly did you have your accident?" Naruto asked seriously starring at Edo Lisanna in the eyes.
Edo Lisanna couldn't help and stare back at his piercing blue eyes.
"Roughly two years ago." Edo Lisanna admitted as Naruto eyes widened.
'That's roughly when Lisanna almost died. I felt something back then. I couldn't tell what it was but it disappeared when Lisanna wounds were restored. Could it have been a natural Anima?' Naruto asked himself.
'If it was perhaps it tried to replace one Lisanna who nearly died with another Lisanna who was about to die? However, when I stopped one Lisanna death the other one nearly died but lived instead?' Naruto thought with a pitch of guilt.
'Did I make this Lisanna life worst? Would she have died or came to Earthland if I didn't intervene in my Lisanna near death injury?' Naruto thought with his guilt.
"What's wrong? If you are here to antagonize Lisanna you can leave. I won't let anyone talk to my sister that way." Edo Mira claimed although her eyes kept drifting back to Edo Lisanna.
Naruto sighed as he looked at the mostly suspicious looks sent his way.
"I want to do something for your Lisanna but I don't think you will like it or at least you won't let me do it freely." Naruto announced.
Instantly like he suspected the Edolias Fairy Tail was on edge and put their hands in their pockets. Naruto could only assume it was to grab their magical items.
"Sorry about this. I really don't like doing this." Naruto apologized sincerely as he waved his left hand.
Suddenly every member in Edolias Fairy Tail besides Edolias Lisanna was bathed in a purple light and froze instantly. Nobody could move an inch besides Naruto and Edo Lisanna except their eyes in terror. AN6:
"…..!" Everyone was frozen in the same position they were with a slight purple aura showing the magic at work.
"What did you do?!" Edo Lisanna screamed in terror as she looked wide eyed at the sad looking Naruto.
"I call it Immobilization magic although the book I learned it from calls it Stop magic. I don't like the name the book gives as they are not frozen in time but merely immobilized for as I put magic into it." Naruto explained as he gave the frozen Edo Fairy Tail members a sigh.
"Honestly besides how practical the magic is, it is not really a combat effective magic. If you have significant magic power you can resist its effects which is rather dangerous for the user in battle if you are trying to keep down multiple opponents." Naruto explained the weakness of the magic. AN7:
Naruto walked till he was several feet away from Edo Lisanna who was looking at him like a scared deer making his heart throb with sadness.
"This type of magic is best used on civilians who can't resist much but I feel it horrible to use magic like this on people who can't fight back in the first place." Naruto admitted as he glanced feeling some indignant feelings coming from the Edo Fairy Tail members.
"We are not civilians! We are proud Fairy Tail wizards!" Edo Lisanna announced proudly looking defiant despite her fear.
Naruto had a small smile as he thought of his own Fairy Tail who would have made a similar speech if the roles were reversed.
"Forgive me. Civilians may be a harsh word. I suppose its better to say people without internal magic containers to resist as your magic is stored in items which when you are frozen you cannot access anyway." Naruto elaborated with a bow of his head.
'I could use sand but then they could struggle and shout which would be even more dangerous for them. They could hurt themselves trying to escape so as much as I don't like using Immobilization magic in the first place it is the right play here.' Naruto rationalized.
Edo Lisanna tried to wheel herself away but Naruto shook his head. Naruto flicked his right pointer finger at Edo Lisanna as a breeze of Sky Devil magic brought her forward pushing the wheelchair towards Naruto. Edo Lisanna yelped as she brought her hands away before they could be harmed by the friction of the wheels moving on their own.
The wheelchair with Edo Lisanna in it was brought to right in front of Naruto who towered over Edo Lisanna in a wheelchair. Naruto tapped his foot as the ground underneath Edo Lisanna shifted and two pieces of earth changed form to hold down the wheelchair in place.
Seeing how trapped she was Edo Lisanna had a look of resignation and fear as she couldn't escape.
"So, what are you going to do to me? I am all trapped here unable to move away! Are you going to take off my clothes and defile me in front of my family? Make them watch as I lose my chastity unable to resist you in any way?" Edo Lisanna taunted angrily but her hands weakly tried to cover her chest. AN8:
There was silence before pressure that the Edolias Fairy Tail had never felt before erupted across the entire guild. It felt like death and thousands of tons of pressure at the same time was being forced onto every member of Edolias Fairy Tail.
Edolias Lisanna could barely breath and felt like her entire body was getting crushed. She could barely see past Naruto who had his eyes on the floor and deathly calm pose. Even though her guildmates were still frozen in place she could swear she could see sweat flowing down the faces of all her guildmates. Every member had fear and terror in their eyes as they seemed to vibrate in fear and as if they were trying to bow down.
'This pressure! I feel like every inch of my body even my legs want to bow down to this God and beg for forgiveness! The Royal Army is nothing compared to this man!' Lisanna thought in terror regretting every rude thing she said to this blonde-haired man.
"What kind of human being do you believe I am?" Naruto hissed as he looked at her with his sky blue eyes now more like oceans of dark blue that threatened to swallow you up and spit you out as a corpse.
"I would never force myself even on my greatest enemy. Even the most scummiest person in existence would not deserve to be in that sort of position. I don't care who it was. Anyone who would force a woman or a man into that position and use their power to assault them like that is truly scum!" Naruto declared as his eyes appeared to glow as the pressure started to increase.
"Cough… Stop… Please… Sorry…" Edo Lisanna whimpered as she started to gasp her throat trying to breathe under the pressure.
Naruto appeared to not hear her as his breath started to deepen as he felt his rage increase.
"Stop Naruto! Everyone here will die if you don't let up! Don't become what you swore to defeat!" Kurama roared from inside the seal.
The other tailed beasts also shouted at Naruto who growled.
All the sudden Naruto saw a hallucinations or vision of his mother standing behind Lisanna with a motherly smile that started to calm down his heart.
"Why are you so mad Naruto? Its okay. You are okay the way you are. Nobody can tell you otherwise." The Kushina vision told him warmly with her hand in front of her as if telling Naruto to grab it.
'Kaa-chan. That's right. I am Naruto Uzumaki. I am here to save everyone.' Naruto thought as he calmed down and reigned in his killer intent.
Edo Lisanna coughed and took several deep breathes as the pressure disappeared and she saw her guildmates relax judging by their eyes. Edo Lisanna looked up at Naruto who looked guilty.
"Sorry about that. It might not mean much but I am not to hurt you." Naruto told her gently as put a hand in front of Edo Lisanna.
Edo Lisanna hesitated but after seeing Naruto genuine guilty expression gently took his hand in her own.
"Sorry. I shouldn't have said that." Edo Lisanna mumbled unable to hide abit of shame.
Naruto shook his head as he closed his eyes and put his other hand below her knee making Edo Lisanna widen her eyes before she sighed. She still couldn't even feel the pressure of Naruto hand on knee.
Naruto hands glowed blue as Ed Lisanna gasped when she felt pure warmth on her hand that was connected to Naruto's hand even while she still couldn't feel anything from the hand on her knee.
"So warm! It feels like all my aches and pain is fading away!" Edo Lisanna claimed sighing as she closed her eyes and released a sigh of relief and pleasure.
Her guildmates eyes widened at the admission from Edo Lisanna.
Naruto didn't say a word as he kept a steady flow of blue Sky Dragon magic in both hands. He was using Sky Dragon Slayer as a form of diagnostic test.
'Hmm this Lisanna legs are completely atrophied from being broken and unable to be used the last two years. The rest of her body just has some minor exhaustion and aches which my magic has more or less fixed now. It won't be easy to heal her legs even with Sky Dragon magic. Matter of fact I don't like to toot my own horn but its probably not possible to heal this level of damage if I didn't have my vast amount of magic and control.' Naruto thought with a deep sigh mentally.
"This is called Sky Dragon Slayer magic. I won't bore you with the details but consider it one of the strongest forms of healing magic in Earthland. Although I guess even in Earthland Healing magic is rather rare." Naruto explained briefly as Edo Lisanna nodded still abit high of having all her aches and pain just disappear in a rather pleasurable sensation.
"In Edolias we don't have that sort of magic. We have magic that can create Bandages and healing cream that can stop bleeding and maybe some medicine for diseases but nothing like this." Edo Lisanna admitted freely as her look showed even those supplies of healing magic was rather limited. AN9:
"Sorry about this next part. I can't really avoid it. It will be over soon and you will be happier for it." Naruto apologized sincerely.
"Say what?" Edo Lisanna asked opening her eyes and gasping.
Edo Lisanna wrists where immobilized to her chair and voice had been silenced as Naruto snapped his fingers. Edo Lisanna looked up at Naruto with a look of betrayal and fear which Naruto looked away as he focused on her legs. Naruto removed her blanket revealing her shorts and her legs.
"Forgive me. This will hurt." Naruto whispered as he placed both of his hands on her thighs.
Naruto hands glowed dark blue with Sky Dragon magic that was focused and bright as he pressed his hands against her thighs. Instantly Edo Lisanna felt pain like she never experienced before. She silently screamed but not screams could be heard from the Enchantment placed on her voice. She thrashed but her arms were bound to her sides and even her wheelchair would not move as it was more or less bolted to the ground now.
"Hold on! It will be over soon!" Naruto shouted as he kept focusing more and more Sky Dragon magic onto her legs as he started to pant.
The Edolias Fairy Tail guild members could see their Lisanna fear and despair even if they could not hear it. They tried with all their strength to struggle to save her but none of them could move a muscle except their eyes. They looked hatefully at the man they thought was hurting their Lisanna who ignored their glares.
'I can't stop now if I do none of this will mean anything! I am sorry but hold on!' Naruto thought regretfully as his Sky Dragon slayer magic continued to do what would be considered impossible in Edolias and possibly even Earthland. He was going to heal Edolias Lisanna legs and give her the ability to walk once again no matter if she hated him afterwards.
This took several minutes with Lisanna silent screams of pain and suffering would be engraved into Naruto heart but he knew he couldn't stop. There was one final push of Sky Dragon magic with the blue magic shining so bright it illuminated the entire guild as everyone closed their eyes from the light. The final burst of Sky Dragon magic was much stronger than the continuous stream Naruto used beforehand. There was near blindness for a few seconds before everyone blinked several times before they regained their bearings.
Naruto panted as sweat dripped from his forehead and ran down his exhausted face.
"It's done." Naruto stated wiping his forehead off the sweat.
Naruto flicked his left wrist as the magic binding everyone was undone. The Edolias Fairy Tail staggered as they were no longer bound taking a few awkward steps.
Edolias Jet and Droy then glared at Naruto as they rallied the rest of Edolias Fairy Tail.
"Get him! I knew he was some sort of spy or invader!" Edo Jet yelled as the guild roared in agreement.
They did not bother using their magic thinking their numbers would overwhelm Naruto especially as he looked notably exhausted. They rushed at Naruto with their fists raised as a giant group. Naruto sighed and effortlessly avoided their fists just weaving around their relatively sloppy blows and while keeping his hands behind his back.
Edolias Mira, Edolias Elfman and Edolias Lucy rushed to Edolias Lisanna who was crying and panting in pain.
"Lisanna are you alright?" Edo Elfman asked in worry as he quickly wrapped Edolias Lisanna in a hug.
"Its hurt so bad! It keeps hurting!" Edo Lisanna cried out as her tears kept running down her face.
Edo Lucy and Edo Elfman were about to grab their magic to attack Naruto who was still avoiding the attacks of the rest of the guild without any notable trouble.
"Wait!" Edo Mira stated as Edo Lucy and Edo Elfman looked at her incredulous.
"What are you talking about Mira! He hurt Lisanna!" Edo Lucy asked angrily pointing at Naruto.
"If Lisanna legs are hurting then that means they can FEEL something!" Edo Mira pointed at as the three of them looked wide eyed.
"My legs! They are hurting but they are not completely numb!" Edo Lisanna whispered in realization. As she patted her thighs and felt them respond back.
The rest of Edolias Fairy Tail was about to grab their limited magic to attack Naruto until they heard a shout.
"Stop! Its okay!" Edo Mira yelled putting her hands over her mouth as a cone to make her voice louder.
Everyone stopped as they turned around.
"What are you talking about Mira? This jerk hurt…." Edo Droy yelled about to continue but then he stopped and gasped.
Edo Droy pointed to Edo Lisanna and everyone else gasped.
Edo Lisanna had her hands on Edo Lucy and Edo Elfman shoulder but she was standing on her own two legs with them shaking and wobbly.
"Stop. He didn't hurt me. He healed me." Edo Lisanna panted with a tired smile.
"Her legs!"
"She is standing!"
"That's impossible!"
"Juvia-sama how is this possible?"
"How would I know you fool?!" Were several of the chants from the Edolias guild.
Naruto took the opportunity to step through the shellshocked Edolias guildmembers and walked to Edo Lisanna who smiled at him despite panting.
"You really are reckless. Your legs are still abit atrophied so you need to rest and slowly work up the ability to stand and walk again." Naruto lectured in a doctor sort of way.
Edo Lisanna giggled as Edo Lucy and Edo Elfman helped her back into her seat and moved away a few feet.
"Sorry. I just cannot believe I can feel my legs again." Edo Lisanna apologized as she rubbed her legs longingly.
Naruto rolled his eyes before he squatted down and put one hand on her thighs again. Naruto gave her a kind smile as he put his other hand in front of Edo Lisanna who eagerly took his hand with her own. Naruto hand that was on her thighs glowed blue again as Edo Lisanna sighed in pleasure and relief as the harsh throbbing of her legs turned into a numb sensation.
Edo Lisanna tested her toes again and was so happy when they started to move once again and Naruto healing magic made the pain recede but she still felt her legs being sore from being unused for nearly two years.
"The irony of the guy who constantly was the last person to be a doctor acting like a Doctor now." Kurama chuckled as he remembered how reckless Naruto was in his teen years particularly with his teammate Sakura constantly berating him on his actions.
Naruto ignored Kurama and focused on regulating the flow of Sky Dragon magic that was healing and numbing the pain of Edo Lisanna legs being restored after nearly 2 years of inactivity.
"My magic can't instantly make you able to run. You will have to train your legs again to stand, then walk and then slowly get up to running. I do not want you walking without assistance until you are able to stand on your own two feet for more then a minute without feeling aches and pains." Naruto stated as he looked seriously at Edo Lisanna.
Edo Lisanna blushed and looked down at her hands which had wrapped around the hand that wasn't on her thighs.
'His hand feels so strong and warm.' Edo Lisanna thought absent mindinly before her inner face turned scarlet.
'Why I am thinking of him like that?! He isn't even from Edolias! I mean yeah, he healed my legs which I am thankful for but I shouldn't be thinking of him like he is my saviour and ideal boyfriend!' Edo Lisanna freaked out mentally as she reluctantly pulled her hands off of Naruto's.
Edo Lisanna patted her knees to test the feeling in her knees again and to have an excuse to not instinctively grab onto Naruto's hand by accident.
The rest of Edolias Fairy Tail wanted to surround and congratulate Edo Lisanna but for once Edo Elfman seemed to have gained some confidence and shook his head standing in between them and Edo Lisanna.
"No! No one goes near Lisanna till Naruto Uzumaki finishes his healing!" Edo Elfman declared as he crossed his arms over his chest.
The guild was pretty amazed at the changed in Edo Elfman compared to the meek friend they had known for years.
"He actually looks abit more like a man. You could learn a thing or two about having a backbone." Edo Juvia remarked with an impressed whistle.
"Juvia-sama my love! How could you be so cruel?!" Edo Gray cried proving her point of him not having much of a backbone at all.
"That is truly amazing. I didn't think it would be possible. Heck, I don't think the Royal Army has anything that could remotely do what he just did with his own Earthland Magic." Edo Natsu remarked with an amazed expression.
Edo Levy couldn't help but gape as well watching Edo Lisanna move her legs slightly which till a few minutes ago would have been impossible.
"I would say. Maybe these Earthland Wizards can do the impossible. Its boggles the mind really." Edo Lisanna remarked before she realized she was looking too impressed and looked away with a 'Hmph' expression.
Edo Lucy was blushing and trying to look unaffected at the display but her red cheeks and panting lips painted another picture.
"Not bad blondie. I mean it was cool and all but don't expect me to call you a hero or anything." Edo Lucy claimed with a gruff tone as she looked to the side with her cheeks visible red.
"Why would you call me a hero? I was simply doing the right thing at the right time." Naruto asked with a confused expression.
Nearly every female member of Edolias Fairy Tail had to resist to hug the blonde for his expression and his words finding him even more heroic despite him not realizing how heroic he was acting. Even someone like Edolias Bisca who already given her heart to Edolias Alzack thought he was being pretty cool.
Edolias Juvia huffed crossing her arms with but did look at Naruto with notable respect on her face. Edolias Levy expression kept changing from impressed to annoyed with the latter anytime someone looked her way. Edo Cana fanned her face with one hand and covered her cheeks with the others. If anyone was paying attention it almost looked like Edo Cana was lovestruck by his actions.
Edo Lucy cheeks turned redder as she looked away trying to look tough.
'What is wrong with me?! I am a proud woman! Not a lovesick schoolgirl who wants this blondie to wrap his strong arms around me…. Stop! I have to stop thinking like that!' Edo Lucy thought embarrassed.
Edo Mira was looking at Naruto with wide eyes as her cheeks turned red but her eyes looked like she was analyzing everything at once.
'Its not like Naruto Uzumaki is not good looking or anything. Plus, he did save my dear sister life and gave her a reason to continue on. Hmm. I wonder if he would be interested?' Edo Mira thought as she placed a hand under her chin in thought.
'Naruto-san is so cool! He is so manly! Wait why did I say that? It seems to be weird for me.' Edo Elfman thought as he mentally shivered at his weird moment.
"You might not see yourself as a hero but as long as I live you will be my hero Naruto-san." Edo Lisanna promised with a look of admiration on her face.
Naruto rubbed the back of his head nervously from the attention but decided to just go with it. He stopped the healing and placed a hand on her forehead and put one on his own.
"Hmm it seems there is no side effects from the treatment besides some soreness which you will simply have to reduce by slowly working and walking with your legs." Naruto noted with a nod.
Naruto put his hand away from her forehead and patted her friendly on the shoulder.
"Well Lisanna-chan. I guess I will try to live up your expectations and continue to be a hero from now on huh?" Naruto joked with a chuckle.
This made Edo Lisanna turn red from the somewhat intimate touch in her opinion and his smile made her heart throb. Now that Naruto proved to be heroic in her eyes she could barely not sworn when he was near.
"Thank you. I will do my best." Edo Lisanna mumbled as she nervously played with her fingers.
'His hands were on my lap! I know it was just for healing but it such an intimate spot for a maiden like me! He should take responsibility and become my boyfriend! What I am saying? He isn't even from this world and he will probably leave soon! But I want him so bad!' Edo Lisanna thought having a mini panic attack from her new feelings.
Edo Mira looked amused and knowingly at her sister who looked away.
'I can't exactly blame my dear Lisanna. Just saving you has made this Naruto Uzumaki basically a saviour in my eyes and I can't say I don't feel like having him as my boyfriend. He is certainly handsome enough and modest enough for an ideal boyfriend. Maybe I can convince him to go on a date?' Edo Mira thought as she smiled sweetly at Naruto.
'Why is the other Mira looking at me like that? Is she just grateful I helped her sister out? I didn't do it for a reward or anything!' Naruto thought as he waved at Edo Mira who leaned forward a bit.
"I want to thank you Naruto Uzumaki-kun. If there is ANYTHING I can do to repay your kindness towards my dear sister all you need to ask." Edo Mira sweetly said.
Edo Mira stepped a few inches closer and leaned forward as she put her hands behind her back letting Naruto have a direct peek down her shirt and into her well developed chest.
'Ok this is really bad. As far as I can tell at least for the girls the Edolias versions of Fairy Tail females have the SAME if not near same figures! So this Mira is just as busty as Mira-chan!' Naruto thought in worry trying to abuse the peek Edo Mira was giving him.
AN2: Oh? Hint for the future? Maybe Maybe.
AN3: Its not addressed in canon (mostly because they aren't relevant till after Edolias) but in my story there isn't an "Edo" Zeref or Mavis. I know they weirdly have Edo dragon slayers (despite them being in Earthland from 400 years ago and skipped ahead due to Edolias) but for simplicity sake there isn't an Edo Mavis or Zeref.
AN4: Remember this is NOT Earthland Lisanna pretending to be Edolias Lisanna. Its actually Edolias Lisanna who is rather bitter at the world. She is stuck in a wheelchair and her friends and family are constantly being hunted down. Whatever hope she had been basically gone at this point.
AN5: Ripple effect and besides even in canon all we heard is Edo Lisanna had that nasty fall and died. Here this a different version of that vague event.
AN6: Think Magical immobilization from the Once Upon a Time TV show. The typical magic that causes the targets to be unable to move.
AN7: Naruto isn't lying about this version of the magic. That is its weaknesses.
AN8: Remember Edo Lisanna is basically scared at this moment and she can't really protect herself. It's a defence mechanism taunting him even as she knows she won't be able to stop him if that is truly what he wanted to do to her.
AN9: Again this is speculation but it doesn't seem like they would have anything like Healing magic or healing chakra and even if they somehow did I am pretty sure the Royal Army is not exactly sharing it.
