Chapter 151 Meeting Interrupted
Days have passed and things on the surface of Terra Falls have been quiet.. The Rangers are back to their normal selves now with their energies fulfilling brightly. The evil Grand Master has been on hiatus to think of ideas she might want to use against her opponents. And the Princess, after finding Makozi decided to take pity on her. She is now apart of Sinistar's soon to be bigger evil alliance.
During those last few days, Zelda has gotten in contact with Kaitlynn. She has been going to the computer café almost everyday now just to have a nice talk with her. And yesterday, Kaitlynn finally decided to tell Zelda the news she's been keeping to herself for a while, let me rephrase that, she's been keeping a secret to herself yet she did tell Amy about it. She revealed to Zelda that today is the day she'd like to go and meet Mike, the guy she has been talking to for quite some time now.
Zelda is speaking to Kaitlynn at the computer café, both of them are sitting at the two computers located at the far left corner side of the café... Amy walks in because she usually meets Kaitlynn at this time of day.. And speaking of time.. Its 5:00 p.m. Zelda is wearing a pink buttoned up shirt, blue jeans, and black high top shoes. She also has her blonde hair up in a ponytail. Kaitlynn has on a blue jean dress and black low heeled shoes. Amy walks over to them in a plain pair of brown pants, and a yellow shirt, she also has on white comforter shoes. When Kaitlynn notices Amy, she says after finishing her statement to Zelda.
Kaitlynn-Hey.
Amy-Hello.
Zelda speaks too.
Zelda-Hi Amy. What's up?
Amy-Well I'm here to go with you both to see Mike.
Zelda is about to say something when Kaitlynn's words interrupts her.
Kaitlynn-I told Amy a while ago.
Zelda nods.
Amy-So when is he arriving?
Amy takes on the right side of where Kaitlynn is sitting… Kaitlynn responds.
Kaitlynn-He's supposed to be arriving in Granite City at 6.
Zelda asks surprisingly.
Zelda-Granite city?
Kaitlynn-Yeah, he's coming by airplane and you know there's no airport here in Terra Falls.
Zelda-True.
Amy-We'd better hurry if we're going to make the 5:30 bus to Granite city.
Zelda-Wait.. This is all kind of surprising to me.
Kaitlynn-I'm sorry I should of told you everything.
Zelda-That's okay. I know Granite city is like 25 minutes south of Terra Falls. But do you really want to take a bus?
Kaitlynn-We really don't have a choice.
Zelda-Yes you do.
Zelda holds up her right wrist to reveal her teleportation communicator. Both Kaitlynn and Amy gets her meaning when they say.
Kaitlynn and Amy-Ohhhh.
Zelda-Yeah.. I'll just teleport us there.
Kaitlynn-No arguments here.
Amy-Sounds good to me.
Zelda-When do you want to leave Kaitlynn?
Kaitlynn-Few minutes.
Zelda-Okay.
Little did they know, Makozi has been spying on them the whole time.. She relays everything she heard and seen to the evil master once she got back to the base.
Grand Master Sinistar is sitting on her newly constructed throne staring at Makozi.. The stares the little fairy are receiving makes her feel a little scared.. But she gets over it when the evil master says.
Grand Master Sinistar-Good work.. Makozi. Congratulations.
Makozi responds in a meager tone.
Makozi-Thank.. Thank.. You.. Grand Master.
Grand Master Sinistar-You have saved yourself from death's touch for another day.
Makozi gulps and thanks the master again.
The evil master now turns to Princess Andromeda who's standing below her throne.. She says.
Grand Master Sinistar-So, the Pink Ranger, and two former ranger peons are going to meet someone are they. In another city.
Her red pupils in her hollowed optic holes begin to glow as she says.
Grand Master Sinistar-We'll see about that.
She chuckles with evil delight.
The Princess asks.
Princess Andromeda-Would you like for me to mess up their plans?
Grand Master Sinistar-No. I want that pleasure myself!
Princess Andromeda-As you wish.. Master.
Back to the computer café..
Kaitlynn looks at the time.. She immediately turns off the computer she was just using and says to her friends.
Kaitlynn-Okay. Let's go.
Zelda gets up and so does Amy.. Zelda says.
Zelda-Come on. We've got to find a spot away from anyone so we can teleport.
Kaitlynn-Okay.
They leave the café and start walking down the sidewalk. Zelda says as they make their way down further to get to the stop light.
Zelda-All you two have to do is concentrate on Granite City. If you don't concentrate on it you'll be sent somewhere else.
Kaitlynn asks.
Kaitlynn-We will? Maybe we should just take the bus
Zelda-No, just concentrate on Granite city.. That's all you have to do.. And it'll work.
Kaitlynn-Okay.
Amy adds a bit of hope to Kaitlynn's doubt.
Amy-Don't worry we'll be fine.
Kaitlynn-Yeah.. I know.. I just got worried there for a second.. Probably because I'm so nervous about meeting Mike.
Zelda-If he turns out to be a bad guy. We'll kick his butt.
They all laugh.
They make it to the stoplight. And the don't walk sign is flashing.. When the walking one comes on, the girls cross the street.
They make it to the other side of the street where there are lots of small buildings about.. Zelda points to one and says.
Zelda-Come on.. Let's..
She feels a chill behind her back.. She turns and gasps. Her friends are gone.
Zelda-What?!
She looks around and finds no sign of Kaitlynn or Amy. At first she thinks they're playing a trick on her.
Zelda-Okay you two, come out, wherever you are.
No response is given to her.
Zelda-Where could they be?!
She traces her steps back towards the café, and all through that time, she looks.. And still doesn't see them.
Zelda-Oh no! I have a feeling something is wrong!
She sees people walking down the street so turning on her communicator right then and there is a bad idea.. She quickly just rushes away from the area. As she runs she ends up turning on her communicator, but something stops her. The voice of Sinistar is heard lingering in her mind.
Grand Master Sinistar-Ah, what a pity Pink Ranger. Your two ex ranger peon friends here all alone.. About to be destroyed.. And you're thinking of calling your Ranger friends!
Zelda gasps and sees she in the middle of an empty park.. She looks around and demands.
Zelda-Where are they Sinistar?!
Grand Master Sinistar-Right now, they are safe. But I cannot promise you for how long.
She chuckles.
Zelda-What do you want?!
Grand Master Sinistar-I want you to surrender to me immediately! Or say goodbye to your ex ranger friends forever!
Zelda-I don't know where you are!
Grand Master Sinistar-You will. Very shortly.. In fact.. A few of my warriors will be arriving at your location soon. I'm sure you'll end up defeating them, and when you do their bodies will be turned into a dark star. That dark star will allow you to find where I'm keeping your friends. But just incase you don't defeat my warriors I'd like to say it's been fun.. Hahahaha..
Zelda-Don't hurt them Sinistar!
Grand Master Sinistar-Hahahaha..
Zelda-It's not funny!
Grand Master Sinistar-Ohh but it is..
Her tone changes into a snappy one.
Grand Master Sinistar-And don't even think about contacting any of your Power Ranger friends, Pinky! Or I will finish off those two without hesitating!
Zelda's fear shows itself.. Well not really.. She's just really worried about Kaitlynn and Amy and wondering if they're really okay. She says in a choked up way.
Zelda-I won't.. contact.. My. Friends..
Grand Master Sinistar-Excellent.. And when you surrender to me. It will be the beginning of the end for you and the rest of the Power Rangers! See you soon, Pink Ranger.. Hahahaha
The evil master's voice fades away quickly.
Zelda starts to feel extremely bad.. She says to herself.
Zelda-No!
She now says with confidence.
Zelda-Don't worry, Kaitlynn.. Amy.. I'll get you back.. Even if I lose my powers trying!
At the old weather station.. Nakia and Kimberly come walking into the main computer room.. Nakia has on yellow jeans and a black t shirt.. And Kimberly is wearing a white dress.. Both of them have taken off their shoes at the front entrance so they didn't track anything in. And you might be asking yourself why.. Because they haven't done this before.. Well the reason is.. Jeremy had the sprinklers on.. And so it made the ground a little muddy.. The two girls walked across the muddy grass and so you get the idea.
Nakia asks Jeremy.
Nakia-Have you seen Zelda? She was supposed to meet us at the ice cream parlor.
Jeremy responds without looking back at them.. Simply because he doesn't want to lose concentration on working on the new weapons prototype.
Jeremy-Earlier. She said she was going to see Kaitlynn at the computer café. And she said she was sorry.. Kaitlynn's message sounded urgent.
Nakia-Oh. I wonder if anything is wrong.
Kimberly adds playfully.
Kimberly-And you.. Jeremy.. You didn't want to go to see Kaitlynn?
Jeremy-I have work to finish Kimberly.
Kimberly-Yeah, yeah.
Nakia can't help but wonder if anything is wrong..
Nakia-Maybe we should go and see if everything is okay.
Kimberly-At the computer café?
Nakia-Yeah.
Jeremy-Oh I'm sure it is Nakia.. Stop worrying so much.
Nakia sighs.
Jeremy-Kaitlynn probably just wants to talk to Zelda about Mike.
Nakia-Mike.. Who's Mike?
Kimberly fills that one.
Kimberly-A guy she's supposed to meet sometime.
Nakia-Oh.
Jeremy-Yeah so stop worrying.
Nakia-Okay.. I guess.
Jeremy changes the subject.
Jeremy-How's Ryan doing with the whole football thing?
Nakia-Fine.. He's at practice now.
Jeremy-And how are his aunt and uncle?
Nakia-Better. They're out of the hospital and trying to figure out what to do with their damaged yacht.
Kimberly-What can they do with it? It's been like totally broken up.
Nakia-I know.
Jeremy-Has anyone decided what should be done about Jeannie?
Kimberly-Nope, not yet.
Nakia-All we do know is.. She's staying in her bottle until further notice.
Kimberly-I hear that.
Jeremy-Hmm and I thought having a Jeannie would be fun.
Nakia-It would have been.. If she didn't send us to where she sent us.
Nakia looks at Kimberly and says.
Nakia-Although some of it was Kimberly's fault.
Kimberly-I know.. I said I was sorry.
Nakia-Don't start up again.
Kimberly-Jeez.
Nakia and Kimberly sigh.
Back at the empty park.. Zelda is distraught.. She stands around wondering when will Sinistar begin her game.
Anyway.. Kaitlynn and Amy are inside of another dimension.. A dimension that resembles a space void.. They both are held up in midair.. Their arms are strung up and magically tied.. And I must say. Below them is an open pit with some strange kind of power.. It's not strange to the evil master.. Because she knows its acid mixed with a tremendous amount of heat that's making it boil to a very high temperature. The girls struggle to break free that is till they notice the acid below them.. Kaitlynn's head begins to sweat and so does Amy's as the pressure of dying draws near.. Will Zelda be able to save them without the help of her friends? Find out on the next one.
