As the dust settled and the holograms shut off, I could see julia kneeling on the ground. I could tell she was devastated. All of her cards fell to the ground as she began to cry. The sadness in her weeping really stuck to me, It felt genuine like all of her dreams had been crushed. I wondered if I did the right thing by winning this match…...

White: *Snoring* Oh um…..

Wallace White, who had been sleeping up until now; woke up from his discretionary nap. He hadn't commented for most of the duel and now he woke up to announce the winner.

White: Uhh….

White: The winner of this match is…. Cael abel!

*Cheering*
The whole crowd cheered. Their claps of joy clearly melted my heart, I was embarrassed being embraced by this huge of a crowd. They all chanted my name as a huge wave of ecstasy and excitement washed over the crowd.

Cael: Julia…..

I walked over to her. She was sulking after her defeat and muttering some incoherent words to herself. I felt pity for her.

Julia: …

Cael: Hey, Get up!

I said.

Julia: ...

Julia: What do you want? To gloat? To mock me?

Cael: No! Why would I do that?

Julia: You've won haven't you? Take your reward, Gloat and take my maidenhead.

Cael: I don't even know what you're talking about anymore, julia.

I paused.

Cael: I just wanted to say that you played well! I almost lost that match!

Julia: huh….?

Cael: Your strategy was sound. Destroying zio in the early game was brilliant as you set yourself up for a major power boost with Exa-beetle.

I complimented.

Cael: Also you-

Julia: Why are you doing this! Do you want something from me?

Cael: Nope. Nothing. I'm just complimenting your dueling style is all.

Julia: T-Then why are you being so nice to me?

Cael: Because I believe in compassion,love and friendship.

Cael: Which is all something you lack. Especially towards your brother.

Julia: …

The purple haired girl was silent as she realized the error of her ways.

Julia: Perhaps…. I've been wrong this whole time….

Julia: Jermaine….. are you the way you are because of me?

She muttered to herself.

I sighed and offered julia my hand. She took it happily and pulled herself. She let go and said:

Julia: Good game.

Cael: Good game.

We both said.

*clap*
We both shook hands and gave each other a fist bump.

*cheering*
The whole crowd cheered over our sign of good sportsmanship. Confetti rained from the sky and a wave of joy swept through the stadium. We both waved to the crowd, while they cheered us on. I winked at my friends in the stands while Julia blew kisses to all of her fans. It was truly magical.

Julia: You're not bad, caely. Not bad…. At all.

Julia looked at me and licked her lips. She had a fiery passion in her eyes that seemed to transform into a sort of… lust? She walked towards me and pulled out a folded sheet of white paper.

Julia: Cael! take this….

She handed it to me.

Cael: What is it?

Julia: You'll see! ❤

Julia blew me a kiss and walked away. Julia was definitely an odd girl and not someone I would ever forget. The tale of our two destinies would be told for generations as the sun began to set on this chapter of the story.
