Chapter 159 Warriors of the Light
With thanksgiving complete, everyone has become more thankful than they had ever been. Ryan's parents have realized that abandoning him for all those years was really a harsh mistake and they even almost came to dying which was really a serious kick in the head to make sure they realized their mistake. So at this moment, Friday presents a whole new series of events.. Starting, now.
The newly built house which at the moment cannot really be seen because its on a street block filled with a heavy like fog, and everything around is dark.. People living in the surrounding areas question how did a street just pop up out of no where but soon they just leave it alone basically because of superstition. The house I mentioned looks like an ordinary house on the outside with a eerie appearance, and once the fog clears up, if it ever does, then people around will be able to see it if they want to.
Below the eerie house is a dark and scary looking atmosphere, you already know what I mean because its simply Sinistar's cavern.. The one with her skull throne and her pet black widow petunia. But there is a slight change.. Her skull throne has been placed up really high, and whoever stands at the bottom must look upward to get a clear view.
Meanwhile, on the outskirts of the Milky Way Galaxy are six white hot colored twinkling lights of power that can be seen.. Those twinkling lights start moving close together, and soon after they get close enough to one another they zoom towards the heart of the Milky Way Galaxy with the speed of light.
Back on earth, the time now is 9:00a.m. Both Vivian and Max have checked into the Western Inn Hotel.. Right now, Max is in the shower and Vivian is talking on the phone with someone unknown at the moment.. By the way, Vivian is wearing a long white gown.. She says.
Vivian-Oh don't worry about it honey.. Of course you'll get to meet my son as soon as you arrive in town.. That was partly the idea of us visiting you know. Oh yes, please don't worry. Of course, hmmm.. Hmmm. Yes, yes.
She pauses for a second then asks.
Vivian-What time does your plane arrive from Chicago?
She says with a bit of excitement.
Vivian-1:00? Excellent! I'm sure Ryan will be just ecstatic when he meets you Cheryl. Just be on time. Max and I are supposed to be having lunch with Ryan, so we'll pick you up from the airport first then we'll all go to lunch, okay? Good.. Bye now.
Max comes out of the shower wearing a robe. He has a towel he's using to dry off his hair. Vivian says to him.
Vivian-Cheryl just called me long distance from Chicago. Her plane leaves in 30 minutes and she'll be here by 1 this afternoon.
Max takes the towel off of his head and says.
Max-I do hope you're not trying to set her up with Ryan.. He already has a girlfriend.
Vivian-Oh I know that. But I don't think she's good enough for him. I want him to be apart of some real class.
Max sighs and says.
Max-You really ought to be wanting to just concentrate on repairing our relationship with Ryan, not fixing him up with a girl he knows nothing about, especially since he already has a girlfriend.
Vivian responds in a way that says she's ignoring Max's last comments.
Vivian-Oh darling, it'll be wonderful. When Ryan and Cheryl become a pair I'm sure he'll dump what's her name.
Max-Interfere if you want Vivian, but you'll be alone. Because I'm not going to take part in this.
Vivian-Oh you're such a stick in the mud.
Max-No, I'm not. I'm just sensible. And you're just a snob.
Vivian's mouth practically drops to the floor as Max goes back into the bathroom.. She follows him and as soon as she gets to the door, he slams it in her face.. Frozen in shock now, Vivian doesn't know what to say right now, but that all melts away after a few seconds.
Vivian-How dare you say that to me Maxwell Jefferson! I just want what's best for our son! And Cheryl is totally refined.. She'll take good care of him..
Vivian grunts and makes her way to the bed so she can change her clothes.
Nakia is at home just waking up.. Her hair is looking a bit messy but it doesn't matter to her because she can't see it right now.. All that's on her mind is Ryan, she wants to know how's he doing, if he's up that is, and she has a feeling he is. So she gets up from her bed and pulls the bottom part of her yellow slip down because it was up a bit close to her knee. She picks up the phone and commences to dial Ryan's phone number.
Meanwhile, below the eerie house, Sinistar sits on her skull throne in her new human form with a long black metallic dress that looks absolutely marvelous, and a long black cape covering her backside, and also on her shoulders are pads which have two demonic looking horns sticking out of them. She almost immediately begins sensing new energy flowing through the Universe and getting closer to the Milky Way Galaxy.. She says.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Strange Star Energy.. Approaching this Galaxy at great speed.
She raises her right hand and opens it up to materialize a sphere which can see the Universe. When her sphere locates the six white hot colored twinkling lights which at this time are very close to the Milky Way Galaxy-she says.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Yes, the star energy.. Light Star Energy!
She smirks and crushes her sphere into a disappearance.
Hours pass and the time now is 12:30 p.m. Ryan drives over to the hotel so he can pick up his parents. Nakia is in the passenger's seat.. Ryan is wearing a pair of blue jeans, and a light red sweater along with his red sneakers. And Nakia has on yellow slacks, a white blouse with a yellow flower design on the left side and white sneakers. She also has her hair up in a ponytail.
When he parks the car in the hotel's parking lot, he turns off the car and says to Nakia.
Ryan-Thanks babe.
She looks at him and asks.
Nakia-For what?
Ryan-For always being by my side, whether its being Rangers or our normal selves, you've been there and I really do appreciate that.
Nakia smiles.
Nakia-You're welcome.
She clears her throat and says with a bit of worry.
Nakia-Ryan your parents.. Um, do you think they'll like me?
Ryan-Of course hon. They've already met you.
Nakia-I know, but I mean since it's you and I along with them today.. Do you really think they'll like me? We didn't talk much during the thanksgiving dinner and your mother seemed kind of annoyed.
Ryan sighs.
Ryan-I did notice that too.
Nakia-Do you think she was annoyed at me?
Ryan-I really don't know. I really don't know how my parents are.
Nakia-I know. Because you mostly lived with your Uncle and Aunt.
Ryan nods in agreement. But he takes Nakia's hand and holds it gently as he says.
Ryan-Babe you have nothing to worry about. It doesn't matter if they like you or not, only thing that does matter is that I love you.
Nakia smiles.
Nakia-I love you too.
They both lean over and kiss.
A sonic booming sound is heard and its so loud that it interrupts Ryan and Nakia's kissing.. They both look outside of their windows.. Nakia asks frantically.
Nakia-What was that?!
Ryan responds.
Ryan-Sounded like a really big boom!
Nakia-Think we better do something.
Ryan-Yeah, but not yet. Let's just..
Before he can say another word.. A wave of white hot flashes upon the city quickly.. It covers everything.
Sinistar senses the wave and says to herself.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Yes, come to me! Hahaha!
Now, the entire city of Terra Falls looks like it has been colored in a total heap of white hot brightness.. Every person hears a female voice that lingers inside of the wave.
Commander Xangora-Such a rich planet with so many resources! Mmmm.. It's energy residue is quite high.
Another voice is heard, this time, male.
Light Star Warrior Reflector-Such a delicious scent of power! This planet will make a marvelous planetary seed!
More voices are heard but in a collision of laughter.
Ryan and Nakia get out of the car.. He yells out
Ryan-WHOEVER YOU ARE, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO HURT ANYONE HERE!
Nakia's voice follows.
Nakia-AND YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DESTROY OUR PLANET!
The voices start laughing again but that's cut short when a wave of dark power attacks the white hot wave and instantly tears it apart, suddenly screams as heard as now six white hot stars are seen in the blue sky being forced by the dark power to dissipate. And when the dark power wins, the white hot colored stars blow up in a huge explosive disappearance.. Ryan looks at Nakia with much worry on his face. She says.
Nakia-New enemies.
Ryan-As if we need more enemies. Damn!
Nakia puts her head down in worry.
Soon Ryan's communicator beeps, he looks around to make sure no one is coming to his car, like his parents, when he see's the coast is clear, he finally answers.
Ryan-Yeah, Jeremy we know what's going on.
Jeremy-You'd better get here now. I have something to show you.
Ryan sighs.
Ryan-Okay.
He turns off his communicator and Nakia says.
Nakia-What about your parents?
Ryan-I don't know.
He comes up with an idea.
Ryan-Hey why don't you take my car.. Spend some time with them.
Nakia-What? Ryan I have to go with you to the weather station.
Ryan-No you don't. I'll fill you in with whatever Jeremy wants me to know. Just spend some time with my parents, please?
Nakia sighs really deep like.
Nakia-Ryan.
Ryan puts on a puppy dog eye like look as he says.
Ryan-Please.. For me?
Nakia reluctantly gives in.
Nakia-Fine, but if I have a miserable time, you owe me, big.
Ryan-Don't worry babe. I know I'll owe ya, but it'll all be worth it when you end up moving in with me.
Nakia smiles and says.
Nakia-Get out of here and make sure you tell me everything Jeremy said.
Ryan-I will.
He tosses his keys over to her, she catches them. He then blows a kiss in the air and activates his communicator which makes his body sparkle into a red glitter and soon forms into a beam of red light that streaks upward into the sky and disappears.
Nakia says.
Nakia-Okay, now all I have to do is wait for his parents to get down here.
She gets back into the car but on the driver's side.
At Sinistar's new base.. The six white hot colored stars appear before her rapidly.. Her dark power forces the stars to fall to the ground and form into what they really are.. She says when she stands up and holds out her arms.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Welcome.. To my domain.
Dark shadows prevents us from seeing what the new beings look like a the moment but I can tell you they are all laying on the ground. The first voice asks.
Commander Xangora-Who are you? How were you able to bring us here?
Supreme Master Sinistar-There is nothing I cannot do when I please. And you are new creatures to my domain so I must be understanding and overlook your eager attempts to try and steal it.
Commander Xangora-We have no intentions of stealing your domain.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Yes you do, you made it quite clear, this planet is all I sur'vey therefore it is my domain.
Her voice hardens immensely.
Supreme Master Sinistar-And you trying to take over.. Will not, happen!
The six warriors stand up together and as they walk closer out of the shadows their appearances are finally revealed. But before I go into more of depth I have to say even though they may look hideous they are not particularly evil..
Commander and Leader of the group.. Commander Xangora is a formidable opponent with the power of heat intense strength and sharp painful bites. She stands at 5'8, her hair is long and extremely straggly with the color of white hot. Her face is set with two light red eyes a short nose, two pointy ears a mouth filled with over sized razor sharp fangs and a Light Star implanted on the top of her forehead. Xangora always wears her Soldier Uniform which is black leotard in the shape of a star, and short metal shorts with a skirt like wrap around covering them. She also wears a heavy metal black cape. As I mentioned before she is the commander of the Light Star Warriors. She leads her warriors all across the galaxy causing mayhem and destruction for a single purpose which they believe is totally justified, their prize.. Planetary Energy Seeds.
2nd in command is Light Star Warrior Reflector. He's a trickster who has always analyzed Xangora's leadership potential-to his disliking, yet he doesn't say anything about it. Instead he just goes on following every order to avoid destruction of himself. Anyway as you may have guessed it, Reflector's body is entirely made of a special alien glass which can only be shattered by a powerful heated intensified energy (hint, Xangora's special ability). His body simply looks like a very muscular body suit, his face only has two eyes with the color of silver and a Light Star implanted on the top of his forehead.. He can speak through his mind and others are able to hear him so he has no need for a mouth. His special ability is he is able to absorb an opponents blasts and reflect the blasts back at them, also too, he is able to break away pieces of his body which is simple glass.. And if the glass cuts an opponent in return makes them bleed, then a poison has filled their blood which instantly kills them, unless the opponent is extremely strong and able to withstand the poison from the glass.
3rd in command is Light Star Warrior Onizites. She's a large looking warped butterfly type creature. Onizites has the power of hypnotism which resides inside of her two large wings with weird looking designs that are so alien I can't even begin to explain what they look like, she can also blind an opponent if need be. Basically as I have already mentioned, she is a warped looking butterfly with a twist. Her body is covered in yellow fur, and her uniform is quite simple.. Even though her body is covered in an alien fur like substance, she always wears a yellow dress like uniform with a strange looking belt around her waist.. Also located in the middle of her belt is a yellow star and going up back on her forehead is a Light Star implanted right on the spot.
4th Light Star Warrior Mzin. This creature is special looking according to the rest of his teammates that is. He looks totally human, with a very strong muscular build, a clean shaven handsome face, and to just sum it all together, looks to die for. But he has a secret, yes there is a secret that tells what Mzin really is.. You see he looks a lot different than what he appears to be, from his dark slick shiny hair, his brown eyes, to the rest of his all together humanly look, and I say this because he has the power to become a very, very, VERY aggressively strong werewolf with a power essence of being able to rip apart almost anything with ease. When he looks human he always wears leather pants and a leather vest that really doesn't cover up his entire chest, in fact it shows quite a but, and you can guess when he's transformed into his true state his body is covered in nothing but a thick fur coat so to speak, with yellow eyes, hungry long fangs which slob sometimes when he's extremely hungry, and a sharp look. Also I must add, whether he's looking human or transformed into a werewolf, his Light Star upon his forehead is always there.
The 5th Light Star Warrior. Banshee is a creature who's main abilities of power reside within her voice which allows her to destroy as well as tame.. Looking like a flying ghost figure because she has no feet or legs, her suit is basically like a long black gown with nothing underneath. Her face is not that hideous though, below her Light Star implanted in her forehead are two purple eyes which when pulsate immensely, can disrupt the nervous system of an opponent. She also has another ability which allows her to possess an opponent's soul to wear down the physical will and win the battle, but there is a downfall to this.. You see if she stays too long inside of the opponent's soul her own will to survive will become greatly compromised, therefore she will end up losing most of her power if she doesn't evacuate quickly.
6th Light Star Warrior Crushor. Although his looks are similar to Reflector there is a difference.. And that difference is this creature's body is completely made up of heavy stones. He has tremendous amounts of strength power which has proven to be worthy many times. And like his comrades, he to has a Light Star implanted on his forehead.
Commander Xangora looks directly at Sinistar.. She then starts to laugh as she says.
Commander Xangora-You?! You claim the earth?! You're a human!
Sinistar gets angry and I mean seriously angry. She shouts out which sounds a thunderous clash and shakes the entire area a bit.
Supreme Master Sinistar-SILENCE!
The thunderous clash and the rumbling stops Commander Xangora.. She look at her comrades and then back at Sinistar.
Commander Xangora-We have a mission to complete and we're not going to let the likes of you stop us.
She looks back at her comrades and asks.
Commander Xangora-Right?
They all nod in agreement.
Sinistar laughs really loud like now and takes her seat again. When she stops, she continues to chuckle and talk at the same time.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Ohhh, how amusing! I thank you. I haven't had a good laugh like that in centuries!
Commander Xangora-We're serious! Perhaps you'd like to see a demonstration of our power?
Sinistar looks at them all and smirks.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Please show me. I'm so very eager to see your puny powers! Hahaha!
Commander Xangora looks at Light Star Warrior Onizites.. She says in an ordering way.
Commander Xangora-Onizites, blinding attack now!
Light Star Warrior Onizites nods her head and fly's high above.. Sinistar looks up at the large monstrous looking butter fly..
Now, Onizites opens up her wings when she turns her back. Quickly, the strange looking alien designs on her wings glow brightly yellow.. They glow so brightly that the power directly covers the entire room in a field of yellow. They hear laughing from Sinistar and also she says.
Supreme Master Sinistar-FOOLS! Do you think I need eyes to see?!
With a loud "ha!" Onizites's power is completely dissipated and she is knocked to the floor because she is zapped badly with a loud smack to her face. She groans out in pain.
Onizites-UGHH!
The others gasp and rush to her aid. Commander Xangora looks at Sinistar and says.
Commander Xangora-You'll pay for that!
Xangora, Reflector and Mzin attempt their luck at attacking Sinistar.. Xangora leaps up and generates a high powered heating beam that she directs with both of her hands at Sinistar.. And Mzin quickly becomes his werewolf self and he manages to leap right up at her close range wise but he soon regrets his hasty decision.. Sinistar takes a hold of his neck and shocks him with a hoard of black lightning power.. He screams out in pain for a second, because his screaming stops when Sinistar throws him towards the others, they do manage to catch him but they all end up on the floor. When Xangora's heating beams hits Sinistar, nothing but laughs are heard coming from her voice.. The next thing you know, Xangora is zapped out of the air after her heating beam is completely destroyed and she too hit's the floor very hard like just like Onizites.
Reflector comes up with an idea.. He says to himself.
Light Star Warrior Reflector-Hmm I'll get her to extract more of her power then I'll reflect it back at her with great strength!
He rushes towards Sinistar's very high throne and shouts out to get her attention.. When she sees him, she sends out a powerful black lightning bolt at him.. Thinking he'll be able to easily absorb the bolt, Reflector gladly accepts it only to have it go totally bad on him. He screams out in agony.
Light Star Warrior Reflector-AAAAAHHHH! NO! IMPOSSIBLE!
His body explodes into a million pieces of glass. Sinistar laughs.
Supreme Master Sinistar-AHAHAHAAHHA! WEAKLING FOOLS!
She calms down and continues to talk.
Supreme Master Sinistar-As much as I enjoy seeing you in pain.. I'm afraid I must end this now!
Xangora speaks out weakly as she stands up.
Commander Xangora-What.. Are.. You?
Supreme Master Sinistar-Something far more powerful than you can ever imagine!
She makes a fist, then points it at the Warriors, when she opens up her hand a very powerful stinging dark energy force is felt by the warriors.. And the feeling is not good.. They start screaming out in total pain.. I mean it gets worse because their screams turn agonizing.
Sinistar now closes her hand, but not before really making a painful dent in all of the warriors who are now seen up against the dark and dingy type wall, falling to the floor in exhaustion. She decides to demand an answer on why they have come to earth, one that will prove to either destroy them or save them.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Tell me why you have come here!
Command Xangora stands up and speaks weakly.
Commander Xangora-We.. Are.. Star Warriors.. That have.. Traveled.. Throughout many.. Galaxies.. Gathering.. Planetary.. Energy seeds. And earth has a strong energy residue that.. We.. Must.. Have..
Supreme Master Sinistar-What? I won't allow that!
Commander Xangora-There..are..many.. Just like us.. You can't beat us all..
Sinistar's eyes and hands start to sizzle with black surges of black lightning.. She says.
Supreme Master Sinistar-I wouldn't bet on that.. Puny creature!
Sinistar raises her sizzling hand which makes Xangora cower down. She then asks.
Supreme Master Sinistar-Why do you collect planetary energy seeds?
Xangora answers in a stronger tone.
Commander Xangora-Our people have been destroyed! Their souls are trapped within another star dimension that cannot be opened by anyone unless they have the shines of every planet in the Universe! Only then will the gates be opened!
Sinistar laughs.
Sinistar-HAHAHAHA!
Xangora says.
Xangora-We.. Must.. Avenge.. Our.. People!
Supreme Master Sinistar-Spare me your sob stories! I have heard enough!
Commander Xangora backs away because she thinks she's about to be destroyed.. But Sinistar doesn't do anything.. She just says.
Supreme Master Sinistar-I may have a use for all of you.. Accept my terms if you wish to live.. And deny if you wish to die!
She smirks.
Back at the hotel, Nakia is still waiting for Ryan's parents to come down from their hotel room.. She grows impatient.
At the old weather station, Ryan is listening to what Jeremy is telling him about the wave everyone saw and felt just moments ago.
Jeremy-According to my computer, that wave is actually a formation of light star creatures.
Ryan-Light star creatures?
Jeremy-Yeah.
Ryan-Well what do they want?
Jeremy-I don't know.
