chapter 8: revenge
On the carriage, where newly king Leon and queen Allie bring their royal sorcerer Derek with them to their first stop to Enchancia on their business trip.
When they arrive to the castle to saw king Roland and his family stand outside to greeted them then King Roland welcomes them to Enchancia and introduce them to his family plus his royal sorcerer Cedric.
Queen Allie thought the children was adorable and Queen Allie told Sofia how she heard about her hero with the incident with Vor and being a protestor of Ever Realm, Sofia replies with a thanks.
Sofia saw Derek firsthand that Cedric was talk about and she have bad feelings about him and whisper to Cedric in his ear about it.
King Roland suggested that the two sorcerers entertain the children after the family give their guests a tour of the castle and while they are in the meeting.
Derek was thought how to get his revenge on Cedric even if he changes since they were in school and this not how he wants to start his plan to be around these children that he been put on.
Then he thought about a good idea after the meeting to convince king Roland that he does a better job as his royal sorcerer then Cedric, as Cedric and Sofia keep their guard up with Derek because they don't know what he is planning but they know it not going be good.
The twins were trying to either ask Derek to do a magic show or ask him questions about the kingdom itself which got on Derek's nerves.
After the meeting, in secretly Derek did a spell that hypnotized people under his control which hit his target of King Roland who went to check on the children was hit with a spell that he zones out on.
Derek said to King Roland to go fired Cedric and have him as his royal sorcerer and Roland said under his control yes master even Leon and Allie can't believe what their royal sorcerer does this.
With Derek's magic that he kick the royal family and guests out of the castle make them disappear to a forest and after everyone was ok, Miranda was try to make sense with her husband and why he is acting weird and Cedric know that Derek was up to something and realize that Derek had king Roland under hypnosis spell because Roland would never expel him after amend they did after discovering about being childhood friends.
