SilverPsychic; …hiiiiii, I'm stupid and forgot to tell you more about Silver's ESP last chapter's A\N. Forgive me…buuuut Silver's ESP (Extra Sensory Power -I think that's what it stands for) can help him in a few ways. Such as helping him do mental radars to help map out a certain place -it's small ranged so it's not too helpful but sometimes that's all that's needed- or help alert him with a surprise attack like Deku's 'Danger Sense'. It will also momentarily take control of his body but ONLY to dodge. And it only takes control to dodge something when Silver doesn't realize it, like a sneak attack arrow or something and it doesn't happen every time, only when it believes it's something deadly. It's like his power has a person inside it, and I made this before quirk vestiges so I think it's super cool that it matches up with MHA so well!

Sonic; But the rest of our power, like me and Shadz's, are way less complicated and don't have a ghost living in us?

SilverPsychic; …yeah. On top of that…Silver's vestige isn't him, it's a personified version of his power-? Idk how to word that, I gotta work on it a little lol.

Chapter 20; Lights, Camera, DANCE!

After a Sonic Speed clean-up and change into his dance uniform, then both Izuku and Silver were on stage nearly last second. Silver would have been on stage faster but he had to press record on his phone and place it in the perfect spot to film the whole show. Izuku was last second cause it took him a little longer to change and clean up. But that didn't matter, they were both there by the peach fuzz on his Mobain mussel. (Though currently, he was human.) Silver put on a bright smile through his panting and sweating figure, spotting Eri in the crowd and his smile grew brighter. (A\N; Also, thank you all for 21k readers!)

Bakugo lit up the room with an 'explosive' start. Which couldn't have been more true, kinda made the psychic surprised that the drums were even still alive! As Jiruos's beautiful voice filled the air, filling all the students and teachers in the room alike with light and ambition. The music and her voice matched with the dancing and lighting, everything already made Silver just want to fly around and probably do something stupid. But he kept to his routine and let his smile grow to express how much he already enjoyed how it was going. Everyone danced in absolute sync as the music harmonized with Jirous's voice and as the music lit up, Aoyama's and Deku's parts came up. They caught into an arm lock, throwing Aoyama into the air who spun and shot short lasers like a firework before landing in a smooth motion. Silver could hear the 'critics' in the crowd murmur about 'how short' the 'big stunt' was and the pale dancer couldn't help but grin wider.

Midoriya danced off the stage with a wink toward Eri. Which meant it was about time for Silver and his little bubbles. And then the REAL big stunt happened. It was an explosion in which no one could focus on it all. Aoyama as the human disco, party poppers from Yaoyarozu, Mineta's sticky grapes, tape and ice weaving all around, lights shining different colors, birds flying around, a wave of fire on top of everything that quickly was wrapped into almost two hundred psychic lanterns (which was the official term for them after Silver heard Tokoyami mention them like that), another explosion from Bakugo, Tsu grabbing Uraraka and her making people in the crowd float, Kirishima making 'diamond dust', even Kaminari playing the guitar while floating, and the music hyping up to its peek. Everything happened all at once and the crowd filled with 'ooo's and 'aw's, but the absolute best part was seeing Eri's face light up. Silver's eyes filled with happy tears as he witnessed her first smile in a long time, and his grin widened even when it seemed impossible. And he had everything recorded.

Silver was shining. He skimmed through the recording and his hedgie tail wagged. (A\N; Yes he has a hedgehog tail. Hedgehog traits as in ears and small tail. But he doesn't see a reason to poke a bunch of holes in his pants for a lil tail…) And as Izuku came up, Silver bounced up about to show his phone to his friend when Eri cut in. And he was happy to let her have the stage, her scarlet eyes lit up as she explained how the show went. Mirio copied her movements, and Silver just did what Sonic did to Tails when he was proud of the two-tailed genius. Ruffled her hair softly with a smile. She wasn't against it, in fact, she just smiled bigger. Izuku smiled and Silver finally popped in front of his friend.

"Guess what?"

Izuku tilted his head, "Well I don't think things can get much better, so surprise me."

Silver grinned with a giddy posture, "I got the whole show on camera." Izuku somehow lit up even more and his jaw dropped, "Especially Eri's smiling!" Midoriya took the phone and Silver just smiled.

"You gotta send that to me!" Mirio said with a wide grin of his own, "Her smile was my favorite part!" Silver nodded, her smile was the absolute best part. 100%!

"Wow!" Izuku said in awe, "Silver this is awesome! And your lanterns give a wonderful lighting effect!" Silver glanced away, again compliments were a flustering issue.

He was so proud of how it turned out though and couldn't help but agree, "T-Thank you. But I really couldn't have done much without Todoroki." Izuku waved his hand, still stuck on the recording before handing the pale trainee's phone back.

"You have to send that to me too!"

Kirishima tilted his head as he carried a heavy chunk of ice, "Send what?"

"Silver caught the whole performance on his phone!" Izuku said and Kirishima's eyes widened and jaw dropped with a grin.

"DUDE! YOU HAVE TO SHOW US!"

Silver smiled and nodded, "First let's clean up a bit." Silver heard his stomach rumbling and his face turned bright red, "And I need to eat something. The scruffle earlier and then the lanterns, I'll need to eat something." The hedgie-boy chuckled awkwardly and the team nodded.

"Then after we clean up we can spend the rest of the time with Eri!" Izuku cheered and smiled at the young beaming ivory-haired girl, "And we'll get you a candy apple!"

Mineta threw a chunk of ice at the group and Silver yelped before catching it, "I-I knew you'd catch it." He murmured before snapping loudly, "HURRY UP AND GET BACK TO WORK! WE CANT MISS THE BEAUTY PAGEANT!"

Silver nodded, "Was about to do that anyways."

Honey eyes watched in awe at the scene, all the contestants for the Beauty Pagent did so well, and he believed Hado did the best. Her flowery elegance was so pretty…Silver himself loved flying through the sky, but watching her soft flowery dance? Dang, it was as if in a fairy tale. He doubted he looked like that while he flew. (A\N; Cue flashbacks to him crashing into things mid-air. Including a flock of flickies-) If he couldn't vote for Blaze, he'd vote for Hado. Though the thought of Blaze replacing Hado and that energy elegant flower being made of fire…and Blaze with her hair down…Silver's face went bright red and he snapped out of his trance. He was sure Blaze would be beautiful, even if she did nothing and just stood on stage and walked off, she'd have his vote. She always looked pretty. Buuuuuuuut she wasnt here and thinking about her kinda made him sad.

As he put in a vote for Hado, he heard something about a haunted house and shivered. Nooooo thanks. Even if it was fake, Silver would have probably thrown something at someone and made there be real blood…so instead he went to get a crape with Uraraka, Eri, Izuku, Tsu, and Mirio. After all, he still needed something to eat. Following his group around, Silver happily ate the food he got and Nejire won the beauty pageant, popped balloons, and played prize games. They even recorded the reaction of Mina, Kaminari, and Mineta as they left the haunted maze and it was epic! Mineta ended up fainting though so Silver was worried about that. But everything flew past so fastly as he enjoyed every moment of it. Soon it ended and he stood outside U.A.'s gates with Midoriya, Azaiwa, Mirio, and Eri.

Eri seemed the same about how Silve felt, sad it ended all so fastly. "Eri…look." Izuku held up a candied apple and Eri's face lit up once again.

"A CANDIED APPLE?!" Mirio shouted in shock as Izuku held one to Mirio as well, "WHERE DID YOU FIND IT?! I looked everywhere!"

"I made it myself." Izuku smiled, "It didn't seem like there would be any so I got the ingredients. It's easier than I thought." As Eri bit into the apple, her face flooded with the most happiest enjoyment any treat could give her. And it made Silver smile.

This. This is what he was fighting for. This is what he wanted for everyone. To feel safe. To smile. To enjoy time with those they love. To live freely, without a constant shadow of fear. To love without worry of death around the corner. To just…be happy and safe. A smile on a child's face…that was the best payment he could ever ask for and better. He waved goodbye to Eri, Azaiwa, Mirio, and Izuku with a yawn. Today was very fun but also took a lot out of him. The fight and then the dance took a lot of energy from his quirk, and then running around the rest of the day was also quite tiring. In a good way no doubt.

Once again, just as in the last few weeks, Silver didn't even bother to change and passed out before his head even hit his pillow. As if once his body hit his bed, his consciousness fell through his body into a pit below of deep, dreamless slumber. He couldn't complain, dreamless was better than the nightmares that often haunted his resting hours.

(A\N; …I MIXED UP THE DAYS AGAIN-! The UA Schoolent happens in November, -makes sense why I forgot Halloween- coughs But I uh…I'm going to add Halloween anyways after the Schoolent. Im so, so, so, SO sorry it's inaccurate I wish I had known sooner but it's too late so it's going like this. So…I'm going to squeeze Halloween in. AGAIN SO SORRY! T-T)

"Soon may the Wellerman come~" Silver sang with his eyes closed tapping his pencil to the beat, "To bring us sugar and tea and rum~" His head bobbed slightly left and right as he sang the Sea Shanty 'Wellerman' which was a rather surprisingly amazing song. (A\N; Gen Z, sing it with me-! T.T)

Though his singing came to an immediate halt as he felt a tap on his shoulder, reminding Silver that he was still in the common area, "Hey what song is that?" Kirishima asked and Silver flustered took out his earphones, "Aww, man don't stop singing, it's good." Silver lightly rubbed his hedgie ears, headphones and earbuds were all designed with human ears in mind…

Pale skin turned fire red as he processed what his classmate had said and Silver desperately shook his head, "N-No it's not. I-I didn't mean to s-sing." His ears felt like burning matches as they dipped a little, "...I-It's uh…Wellerman."

"Come on! Why are our two best singers too shy to sing?!" Kaminari shouted frustrated, "You know what I would do for such a perfect singing voice?!"

"Practice?"

Everyone was quiet and Silver felt like his answer had been on point…but they all looked at him like he was crazy. Silver shifted on the couch awkwardly as Izuku came out of the kitchen eating chocolate and noticed the odd air. The green-haired trainee glanced at the ivory...who adverted his eyes.

Izuku swallowed his bite and looked around, "Uh, what'd I miss?"

Silver waved it off quickly, "Nothing, it was an accident." At the same time, Ashido shouted far too loudly;

"SILVER WAS SINGING AGAIN! And he says he's bad at it!"

Silver flushed harder while his ears flicked at the increased heat, "A-Ashido!"

"What?! Silver your singing is amazing!" Izuku encouraged while Silver huffed, "You and Jiro should do a duet, it would be the most lovely-sounding thing in the universe!" Silver glanced at Jiro who was looking at him with the same face and both kids on the spot quickly shook their heads, praising the other's voice more than their own and declining the idea immediately, "I'm sure everyone would buy your music!" Izuku pressed with the rest of the class nodding.

Jiro was quick to come up with an excuse, "As Kaminari said, neither of us has the self-confidence for a larger crowd like that."

"Emotions are a large factor for my quirk," Silver put in and got confused and thoughtful expressions, "...That should be obvious, it's no secret." A murmur passed about how that even related to singing and before Silver could explain the other animal-themed quirked girl pipped up.

"Come on guys," Tsu said looking at everyone, "Obviously we aren't going to win this fight right now and they are uncomfortable." Both singers silently sent thankful faces towards her, "But I still agree, you two would be the best singers." She quickly added slyly and both singers groaned a little with a flustered annoyance.

Everyone was quiet for a moment, "So if we aren't going to toucher the singers then what are we gonna do?" Kaminari asked and immediately regretted his choice of words, Jiro pointed an earphone threateningly at him, and Silver harshly glowed…the entire couch lifting behind him, "PLAYFULLY, PLAYFUL TOUCHER! A-A JOKE! Pleasedontkillme!" It would be sad if he lost his hearing and then got crushed by a couch because he insulted his friends, not too heroic for the young teen.

Mineta snapped, "I know!" All attention was diverted from Kaminari who ran towards the kitchen before Silver quickly lifted him, "Halloween is coming up! We could talk about that!"

"Oh yeah, should we do a party? Or go trick-or-treating? We might be a bit too old for that but maybe we could weasle it." Ashido said peppily while Jiro and Silver's anger died down and the flying items were placed down again, "OOO, how about talking about our costumes! OH WAIT, nononononoooo! Better idea! How about we surprise each other with our costumes and do a contest! Whoever wins everyone has to give some candy to!" Silver's face expressed his confusion before he could speak.

His ears doing a weird thing while his head tilted and his eyes looked around, puzzled to the core, "Hallow's Eve?" Silver quizzed as he set down an awe-stricken Kaminari, "What that?"

"HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT HALLOWEEN IS?!"

Silver looked terrified as his ears dropped at Hagakure's yelling so closely, "Too loud!" Siver yelped glancing around for the flouting clothes of the invisible girl, to find they were right behind him.

"Sorry…" She mumbled and Silver felt her pet his head, somewhat sheepily.

"Hagakure's right though man, Halloween is a big thing! Around the world!" Kirishima said strongly and Silver flushed, embarrassed about his lack of knowledge.

Mina waved it off, "Amnesia," She 'reminded' them, "It's where you dress up in a costume to look and act like a certain thing for a day, then you go around saying 'Trick-or-Treat!' and getting candy! For free!"

"Wait, from who though?" Silver was still puzzled, feeling like this kinda was an odd tradition to have.

"Total strangers!"

Silver was now absolutely thinking this holiday was insane, as much as he loved to learn about different cultures…this was just stupid, "But, what about stranger danger? Isn't someone saying 'Hey kid, I have candy.' who is a stranger…bad? C-Cause kidnapping?" Everyone was quiet as they thought about it, "I dunno, I…I heard not to do that." Silver recalled Sonic's harsh yet reasonable talk about that subject after Silver had almost fallen for such a simple trick. 'He does not have candy! Or chocolate! ONLY A BAG AND A VAN! For taken you away and no more Silver, so don't do that!' That is what Sonic had said before buying Silver some candy of his own.

"W-Well…" Tokoyami said after a bit of silence, "Yes, normally. But Halloween is the one day it's allowed."

"Halloween is the one day where kids can get kidnapped?" Silver asked horrified, really hating this holiday now.

"NO!" Everyone shouted quickly and Silver flinched back, "Sorry," Kirishima said, "It's the one day where you can take candy from strangers."

Silver thought for a moment, "Oh…" Still not understanding the meaning behind the whole thing, finding it stupid in general, but candy was good… "Uh…I-Is there anything else we could do?"

Mina thought for a moment before glowing with happiness like the sun, "GO TO A HAUNTED HOUSE!"

"WHAT?! WHY?!" Silver shouted back, not liking the idea of anything haunted.

Izuku smiled, "Halloween is the time for ghosts, goblins, witches, mummies, zombies, and jumpscares! It's a spoOoOoOky day! I'm sure a lot of people will dress up as something scary!" Silver hated it, officially hated it.

Kirishima nodded showing a toothy grin, "I'm so excited! Haunted houses are so cool! It's kinda like being in a horror movie!" Silver looked at everyone like they were insane out of their minds.

"No!" Silver shouted terrified, "No, no, no, No, NO! Haunted houses are NOT COOL and I hate horror movies! I don't do scary! Nuh, uh! I'm already hating this whole thing, ghosts? No! Not even for candy, I rather hid under my bed." Silver said closing his eyes and shaking his head.

"Oh come on, half the stuff isn't even scary." Bakugo scoffed, "Your just a whimp, hence the girly name; Pigtails." Silver didn't care what anyone said or did, there was NO way he was doing any of this.

Silver continued to deny it until Dark Shadow (A\N; I guess he likes Halloween so he wanted to hear about it.) decided to take a chance, sneaking up behind Silver and putting on a scary face and posture, "BOO!" The shadowy bird shouted from behind Silver who shrieked and immediately scattered behind the couch, "Hahahaha! That was a good one! I love it! Was anyone recording?!"

"Dark Shadow!" Tokoyami scolded hearing the terrified whimpers from behind the couch, "You can't do that, that's unnecessary, Silver is upset about this. Stop making things worse." Dark Shadow huffed and Tokoyami glared at his quirk, "Apologize to our friend, right now. Sometimes it feels like I'm babysitting with you…"

"Fiiiiiiiine," Dark Shadow sighed reluctantly before Silver peeked out while hearing Mineta and Kaminari laughing their heads off, "Sorry for scare'n ya. But it was perfect."

Bakugo just gave a 'tsk' with unimpressed eyes, "Told ya, come on. We'll give you one chance to redeem your respect, go to the haunted house. Otherwise? Your more dirt than Grape hair over here." Silver frowned, obviously not a fan of either idea, "Three, two-"

"Ok, I'll go…" Silver muttered and came out from behind the couch, "Still a bad idea though…" And Silver was speaking from experience, haunted house? Bad. Candy? Good! Ghosts, baaaaaad. Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad news.

Eventually Silver did get pretty excited for the holiday, being able to dress up like whatever he wanted and not be deemed a complete wacko for it. That was awesome! Plus candy…as everyone already knew, Silver had a few major sweet teeth. Currently, though, it was about noon, and no one and left their rooms. Getting their costumes ready and then showing each other and showing everyone at once! But Silver had a problem…all his 'dress up' stuff was back in his world. And when he says dress up, he meant clothes from other adventures.

So he was sitting in his room, counting through all the yen he had been saving and hesitating if spending his hard-worked money on a costume was the best idea. He wanted to be able to enjoy this holiday to its fullest since he loves holidays. And the choices were infinite on what he could be! But the psychic's money was the issue…he'd been saving most of his yen for a gift for his class and teachers. So there the pale-haired boy sat, torn deeply by his decisions. In a swift movement though, Silver grabbed a small random about of money and threw the rest of the yen back into its box, taping it shut and throwing it to the top shelf of his closet. Out of sight, out of mind. The amount of yen he ended up grabbing was about 4158.00 yen. (A\N; The -hopefully- equivalent to 30 American dollars. And idk the normal price range of things in Japan so…Im trying really hard to make this match Japan.) He cringed slightly, that was more than he thought he had grabbed. BUT it was too late now.

The freshman psychic ran outta his dorm, and quickly to the nearest Halloween decorated store. Not much was left and with the research he had done maybe he didn't need much, just a basket was needed for all the treats to come. Some people dressed up as mummies, which were simply wrapping themselves in bandages. Other common classic costumes were vampires, which were all so simple you really only need sharp teeth and a cape, Werewolves, which were a more complicated one, ghosts, which felt more as if cheating only needed to cut holes n a sheet, Zombies, which also seemed easy, and witches. He wanted to go for something classic, but Halloween was also about creating and enjoying the outcome of your costume.

SilverPsychic; Hello! So sorry updates have been slow but I've been pre-witting a bit for this mini Halloween arch. I've never been to Japan and I'm still learning a ton about Japan, so if you have any advice about how to make it feel more like Japan or I miss portrayed anything please let me know. I'm always open to improvements!

Silver; So what have you been doing?

SilverPsychic; Oh, too much. T.T Either way I'm just gonna start setting alarms to become more efficient with this. Again Im so so so so sorry! Though NEXT TIME! Hallow's Eve! Silver gathers stuff to get a cute and fashionable costume, Yoayarozu gets run over by a car or something, and they find the perfect haunted house. But are they in for more than they bargained?
