Thirty minutes after leaving the Yeager Residence, Eren and Frieda had roamed through the streets of Shiganshina and made their way to the Garrison barracks. They took a tour through the barracks, thanks to Hannes and stole some uniforms and some maneuver gear. Frieda tied her long black hair into a bun, leaving two bangs on the side of her face. Frieda had no knowledge or experience with maneuver gear, so Eren carried her over the Shiganshina wall.

A few hours pass and it is now four-thirty in the afternoon. Eren Yeager and Frieda Reiss were outside of the Shiganshina gates, dressed as Garrison soldiers and waiting for the Warrior Unit to arrive. There were no titans around on the plain field and the sun had begun to set, slowly.

'So, this is what it's like to be outside the walls.' Frieda thought, as she looked back at fifty-meter wall, then downwards at the plain grass field around the two of them. There were two trees that Frieda had spotted.

"They should be coming at any moment, now. I know it." Eren said, looking straight forward towards their direction.

"Eren. I'm not going to lie, but... I'm starting to feel a little nervous." Frieda's legs begun shaking a bit and she tug on Eren's sleeve.

"Don't worry, Frieda. Remember. We went over this. We're going to try and convince them"

"I know... but, what if I fail?" Frieda looked down at Eren's legs with doubt. "What if I hesitate to stop them from killing innocents? Then, you coming back in time for me, and meeting your mother and father again would've all been for nothing..."

Eren used his left hand and lifted Frieda's chin up to his level. "Hey. That's not going to happen."

"But, how are you certain?" Frieda asked.

"I made a promise to dad that I would find another way to protect everyone, other than using the rumbling." Eren told Frieda.

Frieda gasped. "You were going to use me to activate the rumbling?"

Eren blinked for a second. "I'll be honest. Before I found you, yesterday, I was. But, not anymore. You're special to me, now." Eren told Frieda, honestly.

"I kind of needed that. Thank you." Frieda smiled at Eren. Her legs stopped shaking, briefly and felt a bit relieved that Eren wasn't just going to use her as some kind of pawn. She then leaned her face forward to kiss Eren's lips, but they were interrupted by the sound of large footsteps coming their direction.

"They're here." Eren said, as he used his eyes to spot the Warrior Unit, miles ahead.

Frieda looked towards Eren's direction and spotted a bulky Titan with silver hair and golden armor on its flesh running towards their direction. "What is that?"

"It's Reiner." Eren answered, recognizing the Armored Titan. He remembered the times that they had fought as Titans. He then glanced behind Reiner to see a number of Pure Titans running behind the Warrior Unit at high speeds. "And look whom he had brought with him."

Frieda grunted as she glanced behind Reiner, miles away to see a number of Titans running behind him. "Are they..."

"Eldians from Marley, whom were sent to Paradis as Pure Titans. Yeah." Eren said.

"Mmph," Frieda held Eren's hand, tightly.

"Get ready." Eren said.

Frieda remained silent, then begun to activate her Founding Titan powers. Her light blue eyes slowly begun to glow.

The Warrior Unit consisted of the Colossus Titan, the Armored Titan, the Jaws Titan and the Female Titan. They were sent to Paradis to capture the Founding Titan and bring them to Marley. On their first two days, the Warrior Unit had lost the Jaws Titan to a mindless Titan, causing their plan to change. But, a young Reiner convince his comrades to carry on the mission.

Now Reiner Braun, who decided to carry on the mission had transformed into the Armored Titan was running towards the walls, leading a large number of Pure Titans. He carried a young Bertoldt Hoover and a young exhausted Annie Leonhardt, whom transformed into the Female Titan less than an hour prior. He shielded them both with his arms, so the Pure Titans couldn't get to them.

'There are more Titans than we expected. We need to hurry and get to-' Reiner's thought process was interrupted as he then spotted two people standing in front of the Shiganshina gate. He spotted both Eren Yaeger and Frieda Reiss facing them while running. 'Wait... There are people outside the walls? Who are they?' A young Reiner then grunted. 'They must be the opposing forces of Paradis!' Reiner assumed that Eren and Frieda came to stop them and started running a bit faster. 'Get out of my wa-' Suddenly, Reiner and Bertoldt felt electricity shoot through their minds, as they felt the Coordinate activate. 'Ah?'

'What?' Bertoldt thought.

Eren then flashed his green eyes, causing large spikey pillars to launch from the ground.

'What?' Reiner stopped running to see spiky pillars appear before him. He then tried to turn around, only for spiky pillars to appear in front of his face. 'What the hell is going on?' Reiner thought as he looked around and realized he was trapped inside a cage made of Titan flesh. It was small enough to trap the Armored Titan and prevent his Titan arms from moving around. His Titan arms was stuck crossed over his chest, shielding Bertoldt and Annie. He moved his head and looked towards the walls and spotted Eren and Frieda, not knowing who they were. 'Did they do this?'

Eren stared at Reiner inside a structural cage from yards away. 'Reiner's too busy protecting Bertoldt and Annie. Which means, he can't use his hands to break free from the cage. That should by us more than enough time to catch them, before they touch the wall.' Eren thought.

"Tch!" Reiner grunted. 'I can't get out of this cage! It's too small! But, if I don't escape with Bertoldt and Annie, soon. The Titans will-huh?' Reiner paused as he suddenly noticed the Pure Titans chasing behind them had suddenly stopped in place, standing side-by-side. 'The Titans... had stopped?' Reiner gasped, then looked towards the wall, where Eren and Frieda were standing. 'Wait a second... The Titans were chasing us for a while. And by the time we arrive, now they suddenly stopped and are standing side-by-side. Only two people are here, standing outside the walls, staring at us.' He stared at the couple for a moment, then a thought had hit him. 'No way, it can't be... that spark I felt just now...' Reiner's eyes widened a bit. 'It has to be it. One of them Founding Titan!' Reiner assumed. 'I have to capture them! But I can't move without hurting Bertoldt and Annie.' Reiner looked down at his Titan body, acknowledging that he's been immobilized.

As Reiner lightly struggled, Eren took this time to run towards the Warrior Unit at tops speed, while carrying Frieda on his back, piggyback style.

"Hang on, Frieda!" Eren told Frieda while running.

Frieda nodded, as she wrapped her arms around his neck, tightly.

Eren then used his maneuvering gear and hooked onto one of the spiky pillars he created and ziplined towards it, pulling himself and Frieda towards the Warrior Unit. They landed on a nearby spiky pillar, landing near the Armored Titan's face.

Reiner gasped. 'What are they doing?' He thought, as he stared at Eren and Frieda, who hooked onto the spiky pillar constructed from Titan flesh. 'They're trying to stop us from completing our mission!' Reiner gritted his teeth in frustration. 'I won't let you stop us, even though you're the Founding Titan!'

Eren grunted as he noticed Reiner opening his mouth and noticed he was going to scream. He then changed plans, by biting his right hand.

Reiner gasped as he saw Eren attempt to bite his hand, thinking that Eren was gonna transform here and now. 'He's going to transform?'

Eren then switched tactics, moving his hand away from his mouth. Making Reiner think that he was going to bite it. "Let's go, Frieda!"

Frieda then made a long jump towards the Armored Titan's forehead with a determined face.

Reiner gasped as he saw Frieda jump forward to him. He wished he could move his Titan arms, but they were stuck over his chest. 'No! Wait! Don't take my-' Before Reiner could finish his thought, Frieda had already made contact with the Armored Titan's forehead. Her eyes had shined bright, already activating the coordinate. Reiner could feel the Coordinate coursing through his Titan flesh. The the next thing he knew, his eyes felt a lot heavier. 'Don't... take my... memory...' Reiner silently begged, as he drowsed into a deep sleep. The Armored Titan's face suddenly dropped, as Reiner fell to sleep.

'I'm Sorry. But I can't let you hurt anyone in the walls...' Frieda thought as she hung onto the Armored Titan's short silver hair.

"I got you, Frieda." Eren said as he landed on the Armored Titan's collar bone.

Frieda saw Eren reaching towards her. She let go of the Armored Titan's silver hair and fell into Eren's arms. "Thanks for catching me. The Armored Titan's asleep." Frieda smiled.

Eren looked at the Armored Titan's hands. "And what about..."

"They're all asleep." They both looked to see Annie and Bertoldt sleeping under the Armored Titan's hands. "I was able to knock out the other Titans as well, because they made physical contact through the Armored. Since the Armored one was shielding them." Frieda said to Eren.

"Good." Eren looked over at the walls of Shiganshina. "Everyone is safe, now."

Frieda teared up then hugged Eren relief. "I'm very happy for you, Eren."

Eren hugged Frieda back, wrapping his arms around her hips. "I'm happy, too."

They both stopped hugging for a bit as they heard Bertoldt's loud snoring. Eren had a normal expression on his face while Frieda chuckled, as she found him snoring funny.

"What are we going to do with them?" Frieda asked Eren.

Eren took a moment and stared at both the sleeping Titan-Shifters, Bertoldt and Annie. His mind suddenly took a trip down memory lane. His mind was filled with negative memories of the Warrior Unit, as he remembered all the times they kidnapped him and took countless lives just to retrieve the Coordinate.

Eren looked down at Bertoldt Hoover, first, remembering the days he had breached Shiganshina and Trost District, taking hundreds of thousands of lives indirectly through the Titans. Including his own mother, Carla. Then he thought back during the time when he defeated Bertoldt and had him devoured.

He then looked over at Annie Leonhardt, remembering her murdering countless Survey Corps. members, including Squad Levi in the Titan Forest. Then the incident within Stohess District.

He then looked over at the Armored Titan's face, directly at Reiner Braun. He knew that people dying in the walls was his fault, all because he wanted to bring honor to his homeland, Marley. He remembered seeing Reiner breach Wall Maria, then remembered all the fights they had with one another. He remembered wanting to see the die slowly, but changed his mind as he realized they have the same objective.

"Eren?"

Eren sighed. "I know what to do with them."

Three Days Later

"No! Don't take my memories!" Reiner yelled as he had woken up. He shot upwards from a bed and panted heavily. He tried to move around, but quickly noticed something was wrong. 'Wha?' Reiner tried to move his arms, but couldn't. He looked down at his body to see himself within a white straightjacket. And there was a metal collar locked around his neck, connected to a long leash. "What is this on me?" He looked at his surroundings to see himself within a dungeon. "And... where am I?"

"You are in a prison cell." said an unfamiliar voice.

Reiner gasped as he heard a voice. He turned and saw a person on the other side of the cell gate. "W-who..."

There was a man with clean cut blonde hair on his head, funny dark brown eyebrows on his face and blue eyes, sitting in a chair and staring at him. His name is Erwin Smith. And next to him was a man that was half of Erwin's height. He had short clean cut black hair, small black eyes. His name was Levi Ackerman. He just leaned his back on the wall and crossed his arms. There were members of the Military Police Brigade surrounding Reiner's prison cell with guns in their possession.

"Where am I?" Reiner asked, curiously.

"As you can, you are in a dungeon. And so are your friends. You were given individual jail cells and are currently within custody of the Military Police Brigade." Erwin Smith told Reiner, who's restrained. We were given tips by a man, known as Eren Yeager, who is currently testifying as we speak. He told us that he knew you and your objective were to take the Founder. He said that you were from across the sea, from a land called Marley. Am I wrong?"

Reiner gasped in shock, as Erwin just read him like a book. 'H-how did-' He thought back when he first made it to the walls. He met two people, who stopped them from breaching the walls. 'Oh, I see. So those two people we met outside the walls... they were ready for us. But how did they know of us? And... how did they know that we were going to take the Founder?'

"The Military Police Brigade found these armbands within your belongings." Erwin said as he pulled out a red Marleyan armband from Reiner's big green backpack.

Reiner's eyes widened in horror, as he witnessed an Eldian devil from Paradis wielding his precious armband. He howled, trying to move out of bed and reach Erwin, but the collar on his neck was holding him back, almost causing him to suffocate. He was pulled back onto the bed and panted.

"Don't worry. As long as you tell us everything we want to know, you can get it back." Erwin put away Reiner's red Marleyan armband. "So, let's talk. This land called Marley..."

Reiner paused and stared at the Commander of the Survey Corps.

Everyone within the walls are safe and still breathing. The Warrior Unit are now in custody of the Military.
