An entire week had passed since Ymir Fritz returned to her own timeline.

"I appreciate you taking the time to inviting me, here, Eren Kruger." A Twenty-year-old Zeke Yeager had told a Nineteen-year-old Eren Yeager as Zeke walked behind Eren. Their current presence was inside the halls of castle Mitras. Zeke had short shaggy blonde hair and had worn casual clothing similar Eren's. But he wore a brown hoodie over his dark grayish-green shirt. A pair of black pants and brown shoes. Eren wore his original casual clothing.

"Likewise, Zeke." Eren replied as he roamed with Zeke.

Flashback

On the previous dark night, a Nineteen-year-old Eren Yeager rode a cart with two horses attached to it to the edge of Paradis Island, far south from Shiganshina District in order to meet a younger Zeke Yeager. Eren stood on the sandy beach as he watched Zeke arrive on shore by motorboat.

"I've been expecting you to arrive for quite a while, Zeke." Eren said as he approached Zeke who was preparing.

Zeke glanced at Eren and looked at his emerald-green eyes. "Are you the one who possesses the Founding Titan? Are you Eren Kruger?" Zeke asked.

Eren slowly nodded to Zeke. "Let's put an end to all Eldian's suffering, Zeke."

"Heh." Zeke chuckled. 'Looks like I finally met him, Mister Ksaver. We're one step closer into completing out Euthanization Plan.'

End Flashback

"So, Eren? Where are planning on taking me?" Zeke asked as he continued to follow Eren.

"I'm taking you to meet an ally of ours." Eren replied as he kept walking in front of Zeke.

"An ally?" Zeke replied.

"Yes. Just like us, he understands all the pain and suffering that Eldians had caused over the years and would want to put an end to it." Eren stopped at a door within the halls. "In fact, he's on the other side of this door." Eren paused as he grabbed the doorknob.

"Really? If that's the case, then this "ally" of ours might get along very well." Zeke stroked his chin.

Eren quickly opened the door, and let Zeke walk inside first.

Zeke walked in the room after Eren let him walk first. "Tell me, Eren Kruger. What's his na-" Zeke suddenly stopped in his tracks when he saw a man with glasses sitting at a table. It turns out, the "ally" that Eren had mentioned was Grisha Yeager.

Grisha quickly stood from the table where he sat at. "Z-Zeke?" Grisha stuttered as he staired at Zeke. It had been thirteen years since he'd last seen Zeke. He and his first wife, Dina Yeager had been arrested by Zeke in Marley.

'Dad?' Zeke's eyes widened in absolute horror as he stared at his biological father. 'Why is he here?' The last memory that Zeke had with Grisha was when he turned his parents to the authorities and sent them to Paradis as a Pure Titan over a decade ago. 'What hell is going on? I could've sworn he turned into a Pure Titan many years ago...' Zeke then looked back at Eren who stood by the door in the room. "What is this, Kruger?" He then pointed at Grisha. "And why is this man not a Titan already?" Zeke begun to panic.

Eren looked at Zeke who looked back to him in horror. "Zeke, there's something that you must hear-"

"Why the hell is this man not dead, yet?" Zeke shouted.

"Listen, Ze-"

Zeke interrupted Eren. "You told me that you were taking me to meet an ally of ours who agreed with our Euthanization Plan! But instead, you brought me to the man who selfishly used and tortured me when I was a child!" Zeke Yeager yelled.

"I know that, but about the Euthanization Plan. It's not happening." Eren said.

Zeke gasped in shock. "Why not?"

"Because I have no intention of neutering our race." Eren answered Zeke's question.

Zeke gasped in horror. "What? So, you lied to me?"

"Yeah, I only said that to get your attention." Eren scratched his left ear with his left index finger. "The real reason I said I'd help you do it was to fulfill the promise I made to dad. And that was reuniting both you and Doctor Yeager." Eren pointed to Grisha.

Zeke stared at Grisha. "What?"

"Son, I'm so happy that you-" Grisha took a step forward toward his son, Zeke.

"Tch! Stay back!" Zeke flinched and took a step away from Grisha. "I'm not your son!"

"But, Zeke..." Grisha took another step forward to Zeke.

"No! Not another step! Stay back, or I will transform and..." Zeke raised his right hand to his arm, preparing to bite and transform into a Titan.

Grisha saw someone approaching behind Zeke with a weapon and gasped. "No!" He stretched his hand out.

Zeke was preparing to bite his right hand, until he heard the sound of blades withdrawing. Before he knew it, Zeke saw a Vertical Maneuvering blade close his neck, almost making contact with his Adam's apple.

"Try it and see if I won't make a furry coat out of you." Levi said as he stood on Zeke's right and placed a blade close to Zeke's neck.

'Captain Levi.' Eren thought.

Zeke paused as he slightly glanced to his right and saw Levi. 'Who is this guy?'

"No... please, don't hurt him, Captain Levi..." Grisha begged Levi.

"Look, doctor. I'm only here to make sure this guy doesn't cause any "monkey" business around here, Doctor Yeager. But if he even thinks about transforming in the capital, then I'll be forced to put him down, myself." Levi told Grisha while looking at Zeke.

A tiny orb of sweat fell from Zeke's left face.

Brief Flashback

As Eren Yeager continued to watch Levi put Zeke in check, he had a brief flashback which took place in his own timeline of when he first met Zeke in the year, Eight Fifty. He remembered the time when he took down Bertoldt Hoover and met Zeke in Shiganshina District on top of a house roof. He also remembered seeing Zeke running from a fatigued Levi Ackerman who stood on top of a wall.

End Brief Flashback

"Wait, you just said the word, Monkey... as if you knew what kind of Titan I possess. Does that mean that you know I possess the Beast Titan?" Zeke asked Levi.

"That's right. Before your hairy ass got to the Island..." Levi jerked his head to the left into Eren's direction. "That guy over there with the bun standing by the door decided to inform us of about your presence. He also informed us about what kind of Titan you possess... its capabilities... and your plan to get rid of us Eldians."

Zeke gulped in fear. "Wait... you were aware of my plans?"

"That's right. We all know about your little plan to use the Founder that Yeager over there possess and that you plan to euthanize Eldians, everywhere." Levi told Zeke.

"Wait, so his last name is Yeager? Not Kruger?" Zeke lowered his right hand and slowly turned his head to Eren Yeager. "Tell me. Is all of this true? Is your real name Eren Yeager... and not Kruger?" Zeke stared at Eren.

Eren disappointingly sighed. "Sorry, Zeke. But this was the only way I could think of bringing you here and reuniting with dad." Eren pointed to Grisha.

"Dad?" Zeke looked at Grisha, then turned his head back to Eren.

"Is your last name Yeager or Kruger? Tell me!" Zeke said.

"My real name is Eren Yeager. Eren Kruger was the man who saved dad from turning into a Pure Titan, back when you had him and Dina arrested." Eren told Zeke.

Grisha also gained a brief flashback when he first met Eren Kruger, then thought of the time he was saved by him.

"Just, who are you, anyway?"

"As I told you. My name is Eren Yeager. I'm also Grisha's son, but through his second marriage." Eren raised two fingers.

Zeke gasped. 'Second marriage?'

"That's right. Dad remarried when he came to the walls." Eren told Zeke. 'If Zeke hadn't arrested dad, I wouldn't have been born.'

"Another question. Are you the Founding Titan?" Zeke asked. "Yes or no."

"Yes, I do possess the Founding Titan. And no. I'm not the original Founder in this timeline." Eren ran his right index finger down his right cheek.

"Huh? Timeline?" Zeke had gotten more confused. "

Eren scratched his left ear with his left index finger again. "You see, I came from another timeline where I originally possessed the Founding Titan. I don't have any Royal blood in me. I had to make contact with someone who did have Royal blood to get here." Eren then thought of Zeke Yeager from his timeline. "And I tried to do better in this timeline than I did in the other one."

Zeke pointed directly at Eren in disbelief. "Y-You? Traveling through time?"

Eren nodded.

Zeke laughed a bit. "That's absurd! It's impossible."

"It's the truth." Eren said, calmly. "I discovered it while I was in the Paths." Eren said.

"One other question. If you're not from here, then where's the current Founder?" Zeke asked.

Eren stared at Zeke and suddenly thought of Frieda. "The Founder... decided to go on a brief vacation. She's still alive, though." Eren simply replied.

"She?" Zeke said, learning of the gender of current the Founding Titan.

Flashback

Three nights before a Nineteen-Year-Old Eren Yeager had met with a Twenty-Year-Old Zeke Yeager on the shore of Shiganshina... Eren lied in bed next to his fiancé, Frieda Reiss who wore a full white gown. Which only revealed her neck, her upper arms and ankles.

"Tell me, Eren. Do you think that the Zeke Yeager... you know, the one in this timeline will cooperate with us?" Frieda asked.

Eren paused for a moment after hearing Frieda's question.

"I know that you told me, once, that when you reached the Paths... the Zeke in your timeline tried to convince you to use the Founder and make all Eldians stop reproducing in general. Do you think you'll be able to change the one in this timeline's mind?"

Eren sat up in bed. "It's a fifty-fifty chance. Whether he choose to help us or not is completely up to him. And it's most likely that Zeke will kill some people on this island before he ty to cooperate with us." Eren replied.

Frieda gasped.

"That's why I have to be the one to meet him. I know him better than anyone." Eren said.

"Oh... I kind of assumed that this Zeke would at least hear what we have to say, first, before he would try to do things his way." Frieda said.

"Zeke Yeager in whatever timeline there is will always be Zeke Yeager. An Eldian who thinks that all Eldians are better off not existing. That's why he created the Euthanasia plan. He wants to put an end to all Eldian's suffering by ending them and not making children."

As Frieda had listened to Eren, she then thought about the Vow of Pacifism. 'I see... if I was still under the Vow of Pacifism, I would've agreed with him.'

"But in order for it to work, he needs the host of the Founder to agree with his plans." Eren also told Frieda.

"But, what about me? I possess the Founder, too?" Frieda raised her head up a bit.

"I know. But Zeke doesn't know that you also possess the Founder, nor does he know that I'm from another timeline. That's why I'm using myself as bate." Eren said.

"That's nice, but if you don't mind me asking... where will I be during this?" Frieda asked.

"By the time Zeke arrives on the island by boat, you'll already be at the farm Historia grew up on." Eren said.

Frieda thought of Historia and all the times she had visited Historia. "That makes sense."

"Also, I'm gonna send my younger self, my mom and Mikasa, there, too. I kind of feel like they need to get away from the city after everything..."

"Okay. I'm sure they'll love it, there." Frieda chuckled.

"Just leave everything to me, Frieda." Eren placed his right hand over Frieda's. "By the time you come back, Zeke will be on our side for sure."

End Flashback

"I see. So, not only did you hide your true identity from me, knowing that I was your older brother... but also you kept the Founder away. Knowing that I would potentially use her for my goal... to rid of Eldians." Zeke said, summing up Eren's plan.

"Yeah, that's right. I couldn't let you meet Frieda just yet. And knowing you... You'd try to convince her to euthanize Eldians-and to be honest with you, your plan would fail." Eren informed Zeke.

"Fail? Why would it fail?" Zeke asked, confusingly.

"Because I freed Frieda from the Vow of Pacifism. Which means, she's no longer under the oppression of Karl Fritz." Eren told Zeke.

"What?"

"And also..."

Grisha slammed his right palm on the table-which caught both Zeke's and Eren's attention. He then placed right left hand on his left chest. "Zeke. You must listen to what I have to say. I'm truly, deeply sorry. For everything that's happened between us."

"Eh?"

"Back when you were just a boy... I still wanted vengeance so against Marley. I was obsessed with wanting to avenge my late younger sister. Your late aunt, Faye... that I would do anything to overthrow the Marleyean Government at the time. I even thought of using you as a tool of vengeance to help complete my selfish goals. But all I ended up doing disappointing everyone I cared about. Including you, Zeke. I never thought of how much you had suffered while acting as a double agent. And also..." Grisha then thought back when he and Dina were cornered by Marleyean officials brought by a Seven-Year-Old Zeke Yeager in Marley. "On that day when you turned both your mother and I to the authorities... I realized that I had made the biggest mistake of my life. Seeing you as a tool... rather than seeing you as my own son."

Zeke lightly gasped after hearing his father's confession. "Why are you telling me this, now?"

"Because I love you, Zeke. With all my heart." Grisha said.

"No... you don't. You don't love me. You never did." Zeke hesitantly said in denial.

"I do love you. I know that I never showed or proved it to you. And I am completely aware of how horrible of a father I was to you. I know what I did to you was wrong. And that you have every right to resent me the way you do, now." Tears streamed down Grisha's face in remorse. "I know that I can't give you back your childhood or your mother... but there are only two things I can still give you at this point in life. Time and a father who's willing to do right by you." Grisha stretched his left arm toward Zeke.

Zeke stared at Grisha's stretched out arm.

"If you want to continue to resent me until the end of time, that's fine. But if you choose not to resent me... then all I ask is that you look into your heart and find a shred ounce of forgiveness. So that you and I can do better and move forward."

After listening to his father Grisha's speech, Zeke looked back to Eren Yeager who watched and listened to their conversation. He then looked back to his father, Grisha who still held his stretched arm out toward him. He was confused. He didn't know whether to listen to his father and move forward or distrust him and transform into the Bestial Titan. But he knows if he does try to transform, he'll be instantly attacked by Levi Ackerman who stood close to Zeke and still held a blade near Zeke's neck. All eyes in the room were on Zeke Yeager.

Eren blinked.

Zeke lowered his head a bit and let out a deep sigh.
