Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Thieves' Dance. Enjoy the 2200-word chapter. I do not own RWBY. Monty Oum and Rooster Teeth do.

If Russet was at all surprised by Emerald? He had shown nothing like it before now, nothing, not, even a snicker for now as he sighed, thrown off by it all. This woman was something else, something that he could relax more and more as he hummed again and again.

It would be harder and harder to focus upon the day being… He would not be able to try and deal with it before now. Emerald? She had him on edge before he sighed and looked downwards.

Russet would not need to relax more and more, knowing that he could find it chaotically. The soldier within him made him want to relax more and more as he hummed for now.

"This will be madness, this woman is too dangerous to let run free," Russet stated before he sighed and then looked upwards and into the sky.

He sighed before crossing his arms. He began to think of what she could do, what madness she would be capable of what would become of it all.

Emerald was a lot more of a maddening woman as he noticed what was going to try and figure out something at the time being.

She could cause so much chaos, and undermine the rest of the kingdom and she was careful enough to try and figure something else… Whatever was done next? It would not be easier and easier to try and deal with, knowing that the next move would cut them all to pieces.

A skilled soldier and assassin like her? She would be in the way of his path and he knew more and more while he managed something… Something far beyond what he dealt with.

He rubbed at his temples, something that made him ready to crack his fingers, to go back and into the battlefield, he wanted to find her, to stop her.

Yet? He knew himself and knew more and more, he was tired to try and figure out something that could be tried and figure out another measure of mercy.

"She is dangerous, I do not know what she can do, I do not know what she will do if I am thrown into the deep end… Not even a little bit certain what her plan is." Russet stated before looking downwards at the ground.

He sighed, ready to scream and fall apart… If only he could relax, knowing what came down at the mind… It was a matter of time before he managed to relax, a matter of time before they struck again, cutting through it in a manner that drove him to relax.

He had so little a being of which he could not relax, he could not allow himself to relax, would not be able to for now… It was utterly maddening.

It was a lot more of an interesting thing, an interestingly creative idea that cut through the fat in his path for now.

He paused to keep looking downwards at the ground, pausing to think for now at the end of the time being as he relaxed before he seemed to keep growing tired.

Russet did not even appear to know what was going on, he did not wish to be utterly tired of now as he paused to keep growing for now.

He was tired and then kept growing more and more with something to be utterly tired at the time being as he paused for now, too much to deal for now.

"Hmm…." Russet stated before he seemed to keep growing for now as he paused to himself.

There was just too much coming onto the path, an idea that he would not be able to deal with… Russet did not even know if she should be impressed or not by the lady who could bring that level of now to be entirely hostile for now.

She paused to keep growing for now and she seemed to keep growing for now as she seemed silent for now. There was something to be utterly thrown for now and then paused to keep looking for now.

"She's a pain in the ass yet I don't know what she'll do if I don't stop it," Russet stated before he paused and then looked downwards before now.

There was a moment of silence as Russet did not know the next move, the idea of which he would be able to think for now.

He would not be able to figure out the next move and he crossed his arms and sighed to look downwards at the ground.

"Are you going to be, ok?" Ozpin heard before he hummed. "THERE ARE A LOT TO deal with," Ozpin stated before he sighed.

He would not be able to relax, not while there were so many soldiers in the way. He could just tell that it was bad news and something beyond maddening at the end of the day.

He did not want anything to get in their way and he would not be able to relax for now. No, if they were to stop Emerald and her allies? It was clear that such things were utterly unable to keep growing for now as he paused.

Their next option would be utterly thrown for now, he had pressing concerns as well, utterly unable to do more than relax and wait for the next strike. He sighed, not even knowing if they could stop the coming storm from striking them or the idea that was building within their mind.

No, it hurt too much, far too much to stop her at all. He also had to fret over his enemies pausing to take advantage of it and knowing what was going on now and for good.

It meant something and that was better than what he had in return for it.

Yes, it seemed prudent to him that he manages to regain some semblance of idealism from it all. Whatever needed to be hashed out would find its way to the dust bins, too easily done.

However? Russet set his sights on learning more about the crimson-eyed woman who had been his enemy. If for no other reason than she was dangerous? It meant finding out more about her.

"You are unusually quiet," Ozpin stated to which the man fell silent.

"I do not enjoy the fact that the enemy has someone with a powerful semblance," Russet stated before he sighed. "She is dangerous, maybe even more than her boss. Her boss is powerful but she is cocky, arrogant, prone to making mistakes before she presses her advantage." Russet stated.

"And one with a semblance that mentally and physically affects the body? There is no telling what the damage she could do is." Russet stated. "I want to stop her. I cannot outfight her boss and her friend is crazy but I doubt he is a pushover." Russet added.

"I suppose you and Mr. Branwen will be taking a peek into that affair, then?" Russet heard as he shrugged.

"I do not know if I and Qrow can handle them but I will try… Why is it you do not want the others of the school to find out?" Russet questioned.

"You know why," Ozpin stated as Russet sighed.

"I do, I'm sorry," Russet stated, his arms falling limp to his side.

"Russet," Ozpin stated as he paused to make the man turn. "I am not mad. I am concerned, the depths we must go to win this war are not easy. I am aware of that and aware of what must be done, and so is every member of the group I have assembled, it is one reason I had you inducted into the group." Ozpin stated.

He felt silent and then paused. Russet did not know what to say so he fell silent, willing only to pause his words to allow them to come out properly.

"I must stop her or she is going to cause damage that only a maiden can do. She has a semblance that can bring an invasion of Grimm into town." Russet stated in a matter-of-fact tone.

"I'll get Qrow and Professor Port to help," Ozpin stated to which Russet said nothing but nodded all the same.

He knew more and more that trying to do something about it all at the end of the day. He knew damn well if anything that if he tried something? It would be beyond such ideals, something that could be fixed and properly taken to task… As such? It felt like trying to stop a leaky pipe by breaking it more.

The damage it would do then, free of all such weight and ideals and the power it contained was beyond all such limits for now at the end of the day, and for good reason now.

He felt pain, a lot of it and it did not dull itself for now as he clicked his fingers against one another as he seemed to take it all in, all the pain, all the carnage for now, he had been too interested in it but he could not allow it.

So much carnage was coming around it for the time… The time that he knew it would not be allowed to try and deal with for now.

The chaos was something to deal with for now… There was a lot more to deal with for now, he had been too interested in something he could not and would not be able to control.

And it was a lot weirder and weirder and too interested in for now… There were a lot of things in store for him… Too much would grow from this and even Russet could not for the life of him believe it for now.

Emerald made him on edge, she knew him and knew how to pick and choose what was going on. Their next fight would break a lot more than the mold.

She could be ready for now to launch an attack on the rest of the world. There was a lot of work to need to get through this. There was a lot more that Russet could not deal with for now.

"This woman is going to make my mind spin," Russet stated before she seemed to keep thinking for now.

He sighed for now and knew it would not work out for the best. Such a thing only worried him in his way which could only disturb him to the of the day.

Such chaos was building in him and it would fill his mind, he would not be willing to think of what was going on… Even then? He could not have been dealing with it for now, Emerald dominated his mind but she would not drag him to the bottom of the pool for he had nothing short of mercy.

He pondered how to stop someone whom could have been dealt with for now. He clicked his tongue against the roof of the moment as he paused to think of himself before he was too interested.

"You, ok?" Russet heard before he seemed to think of it for now. "You have been like that before," Russet stated before he clicked his fingers.

He had not been able to think now and he was too bored before now as he hummed.

"I do not know what is going on, we have an enemy we cannot deal with, and I have too much to have to deal with to stop her for now," Russet stated as he leaned on the wall.

He had been too interested in the next move, this girl was able to move and yet they did not have any way to corner and stop her… Such a thing was an idea.

He was not able to deal with it for now as he cracked his fingers while he seemed to dwell upon it.

"You are not something we can afford to throw itself in the way," Russet stated before he sighed to himself.

He had been too distracted for now, too thrown off and too distracted for now as he clicked his fingers. He knew what Ozpin wanted to have done as he seemed to dwell upon the issue.

Their next goal was something to dwell with for the time being and he knew what was going on and what came next for the era to have been managing it for now… Well? To be entirely fair? He had not been to relax lest he watch it all fall apart.

The next part was finding out her plan. He had no such idea of what was going on… No idea what his next move would have been… And he did not wish to see it be done with it.

Author Notes

Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will be 900-6500 words. The next chapter will be delayed and will end up showing more of both Emerald talking to Cinder and Russet dealing with his next mission. Until then, Lighting Wolf is out!
