"Wow, so you're brother actually made this next video on Velkhana?" Ruby asked.

"Yep. No one else was doing my baby justice, so he decided to." Katana said while petting Glacies.

"So, is he closer to Strawfoot or Rage?" Yang asked.

"Well... You'll see what you watch." Katana said.

A hunter in a strange outfit giving him the look on some aquatic assassin was on the back of a Velkhana, stabbing it in the back repeatedly in an attempt to bring it down. "Hm... I wonder if anyone's made a lore on Velkhana?" He wondered. Suddenly, a YouTube search was shown, revealing that there was indeed no videos to inform people on the Iceborne Wyvern. "Wait, seriously? There's no lore on like, one of the most important in history here?" He questioned.

"How? Surely, a creature of such importance should be widely known about and greatly discussed." Glynda said.

"Agreed. Not spreading the information on such creatures is completely asinine." Ironwood agreed.

"Right. Surely, this knowledge would be widespread and sought after. If only just for the basics to prepare if you encounter one." Winter added.

"Well, sadly, I guess no one wanted to take the time before my brother." Katana said with a shrug.

Suddenly, a massive gauntlet was front and center in a vault, someone walking up to claim it. "Fine. I'll do it myself." A deep-voiced man said as he put the gauntlet on, his face never being shown.

"W-what was that?" Ruby said fearfully.

"He only said one thing, but I got the biggest sense of danger I've ever felt from him." Blake said.

"I can't tell you that now. But you will know his name eventually." Katana told them dramatically.

Suddenly, a Velkhana dove out of the sky and pulled up, holding itself in the air above the previously seen hunter, along with a fair skinned girl around Winter's age and an older tan woman. "Velkhana. The Iceborne Wyvern. An Elder Dragon as elegant and beautiful as it is powerful and terrifying." Sai declared. "Capable of freezing creatures completely solid. It was once thought that a Velkhana was the cause of the strange happenings in the New World, shortly after the completion of the Elder Crossing Investigation." He explained as the girl noticed the crystal in her hand was similar to the scales on Velkhana's chest. The dragon then shot a beam of ice out of its mouth, freezing a couple of small flying creatures solid in an instant, before it flew off.

"Strange happenings? Like what?" Yang asked.

"I'm sure he's going to explain." Weiss told her.

"That's your first concern, not that it just froze those things solid!?" Nora demanded.

"The freezing temperature that would require would have to be around liquid nitrogen levels of freezing!" Penny said in shock.

"And we used to think Atlas was cold." Cinder said, subconsciously making a fireball in her hands to warm herself from the cold she was imagining.

"What was with that weird cut back to when he introduced it, though?" Qrow asked.

"He said the wrong name, so he messed with it in editing. Whenever something like that happens, assume he messed up and edited to cover it." Katana said.

Velkhana was then shown to have been downed, but got back up in a cloud of mist. "It appeared to have chased a massive flock of Legiana out of their natural home in the Coral Highlands and then even beyond, into the Ancient Forest and then to an entirely new landmass." Sai explained, before the Velkhana dispersed it with a flap of its wings, freezing the ground around the two of them, revealed to have a strange ice armor as it glared at Sai, appearing to challenge him.

"Ooh, you're brothers one tough hunter if he's willing to 1-v-1 that thing." Neo said.

"Well, we do this kind of thing for a living." Katana told her.

"One monster could really cause all these weird events and chase off a whole flock of other monsters to a whole new landmass?! That's insane!" Jaune shouted.

"It must be truly terrifying if an entire flock was willing to flee that far from it." Ren agreed.

"Hey, she said it earlier with Kirin, Elder Dragons are the impossible." Coco reminded them.

"As the name, the Iceborne Wyvern would suggest, Velkhana is a master of controlling the element of ice. Able to release powerful beams of frozen water from its mouth and even chilling the air around it to such levels of sub-zero temperature to create massive ice walls that both serve as barriers and shields from the attacks of hunters and walls to trap hunters within, allowing Velkhana to effortlessly finish them with one final move." He listed Velkhana's abilities involving ice as he fought against the beast, which employed many of the moves he spoke of.

"Such strategy, covering both offense and defense perfectly..." Pyrrha noted in awe.

"Wow! Team RWBY, you guys could totally use that!" Velvet told them.

"Yeah! Weiss traps them in a little ice jail with standing room only, then I jump in with them and lay a serious smackdown! No dodging and weaving around that with your fancy cartwheels." Yang said, smirking at Neo.

"I don't know about that one, kiddo. What if you start to get in trouble. Then you're trapped in there with them when they're supposed to be trapped with you." Qrow told her.

"Capable even, then, of freezing the air in such a way as to create a suit of ice armor for itself, making it that much more hunters to truly damage along with its various ice walls and impressive agility and flight with which to evade said hunters. It also strangely has a unique relationship of the Legiana, an apex predator also with the power of ice, normally found in the Coral Highlands. It is believed the Velkhana displaced the Legiana and then took on a select few with which to imbue with some of its own powers. The method of how this is done is currently unknown. All that is known is that this creates a Variant known as a Shrieking Legiana, able to create similar ice armor to Velkhana, albeit to a much smaller degree, making it seem more like it has some form of ice fur. But Velkhana's control over ice is overwhelming and, quite honestly, terrifying. It was even able to begin freezing over all of the New World, the new continent of Seliana and the Hoarfrost Reach, included." Sai explained as he continued to fight Velkhana, the ice armor evident on the creature.

"Ice armor..." Cinder said, making an ice ball in her palm. "Maybe I should try that." She considered.

"Any dust wielder proficient with ice could attempt this. I might think to try it myself as well. And you should consider it as well, Weiss" Winter agreed.

"I will, Winter. But to think, one creature could freeze over an entire continent..." Weiss said, shocked.

"It makes that Oroshi Kirin Rage talked about seem like just a snow pony by comparison." Blake declared, wide eyed in fear and shock.

The demon and the dragon were then facing off in an area with an orange evening light illuminating them. "Velkhana, at first glance, appeared to be intelligent, yes... but merely a savage beast, interested only in seeing all before it, dead before it. It appeared to view all around it as beneath it and weaker than itself and appeared to believe that all weaker than itself, should perish." He explained, immediately before he was brought down by a swipe from Velkhana's tail, then exploded by a rapidly rising ice wall that then shattered, but his Palico raised him with a massive amount of strange green goo. "This, combined with its vicious attitude and relentless, devastating attacks gave it the nickname 'Esdeath', comparing it to the general of similar name and power." Sai declared as he continued to fight the beast, before a woman similar to Katana was then shown high in the air, before creating a massive meteor of ice.

"Whoa! She made a glacier like nothing! Who is that!?" Yang asked.

"My girlfriend, Esdeath." Katana answered.

"A general. You have good tastes." Ironwood said.

"That has nothing to do with it, but thank you." The ice demon said gratefully. "She used to be evil, way worse than Cinder even, but after I was done with her, she really cleaned up her act." She said.

"Wow, you've got a good record for making bad girls go good." Neo said.

"Oh, trust me. I can make good girls go bad, too." Katana said suggestively, smirking at Pyrrha, who blushed and looked away.

"But the audio sounded a little messed up on that clip. What was with that?" Yang asked.

"Something weird with the microphone setting on our computer when he recorded him searching for the video messed up and other screen recordings. Luckily, it was fixed the next time he turned the computer on. I guess he just forgot to redo that scene." Katana explained. [1]

The two were shown in a different area once again as their battle continued. "These attempts to freeze over Seliana, Astera and the New World, was what created the conflict between the hunters and Velkhana, the Elder Dragon apparently wishing to claim all of the New World for itself with all humans gone from the world and the hunters, unwilling to surrender their new home, fighting for their place in the Ecosystem." Sai declared as he dodged and weaved around the attacks from the Elder Dragon while rapidly striking with a pair of dual blades.

"Right. Our ingenuity and will to survive is our greatest advantage as humans." Ironwood said.

"Maybe, but with that ingenuity and advancements comes overconfidence and complacency. And don't forget, that's the same mistake that first civilization we heard about made, before all the Elder Dragons rose up and put them six feet under." Qrow reminded the general.

"I believe it to be our ability to come together in times of crises to aid and defend others when they truly need it." Ozpin explained.

Sai and the girl were in a forest-looking area, at the edge of a cliff, when suddenly, a large Flying Wyvern flew up from the cliff, sending the girl back, but Sai managed to help her as they watched this Wyvern fly, soon meeting up with many more of its kind, creating a massive flock that flew out to sea, where they were assaulted by Velkhana, but apparently managed to escape. "It was, then, Velkhana's initial aggression and the apparent displacement of this massive flock of Legiana from their home in the Coral Highlands that created our initial belief of the new disturbance in the New World, along with a strange, menacing 'song' that caused the apparent displacement of many other species suddenly appearing in the New World that were not originally found there. These species would include: Nargacuga, Glavenus, Tigrex and Brachydios." He listed the issues of Velkhana's initial appearance, as well as the other monsters that appeared as each one was shown.

"Wow, all of those huge dragons together are still too scared to do anything against it." Jaune said, shocked.

"They're forces of nature. The monsters may be fearsome and powerful, but Velkhana can freeze islands, or some form of large bodies of land. They likely can't compete with that." Ren reminded Jaune once again.

"But why would a strange song and this new monster suddenly cause creatures to appear from nowhere?" Nora asked.

"It's likely they lived in undiscovered parts of the New World and relocated as a result of Velkhana's influence on the New World, possibly freezing over their former habitats." Pyrrha guessed. Katana raised her hand and tilted in back in forth in the "so-so" gesture, meaning that Pyrrha wasn't exactly spot on, but was close enough.

"Whoa! That Nargacuga thing is so awesome! I want one!" Ruby cried out.

"As well as the appearance of several new subspecies of previously discovered species, including: Viper Tobi-Kadachi, Nightshade Paolumu, Coral Pukei-Pukei! Acidic Glavenus, Ebony Odogaron and Blackveil Vaal Hazak." He continued as these beautiful new versions of these already awe-inspiring beasts were shown.

"Wow. All of those looked pretty epic. I wouldn't mind seeing their armor." Coco said.

"So, the subspecies are different from the normal ones, right? What do they do different from them?" Velvet asked.

"He sure seemed excited about that frog thing." Blake noted.

"Well, Tobi-Kadachi is usually a lightning monster, but Viper is poisonous, instead. Paolumu is a normal monster with no status or element, but Nightshade puts you to sleep. Pukei-Pukei is poisonous, while Coral is a water monster. Acidic Glavenus makes a corrosive that weakens your armor. Odogaron is mostly normal, it can make you bleed SUPER bad, Ebony can also do that, but it also has the Dragon element. And Blackveil Vaal Hazak just uses mushrooms and spores that mix with its effluvium." Katana explained.

"So, they're almost completely different from the monsters you already thought you knew. Amazing." Glynda declared.

The fight between Sai and Velkhana was shown once again, Sai apparently gaining the upper hand. "However, in the end, it appeared that Velkhana was NOT the cause of the strange happenings in the New World, as shortly after the death of the Velkhana the hunters faced..." He explained, before the scene of a massive iceberg collapsing, followed by a landslide and an entire mountain collapsing was shown, cartoonish text reading "THIS happened!".

"No way! We don't even have a Grimm that can bring down whole mountains!" Yang said in shock.

"The Wyvern may have broken out of a mountain, but I doubt even it could've completely decimated one." Winter said.

"I believe you may have been too generous with your assumption that our world could handle these creatures, Katana. Surely, anything capable of bringing down a mountain is beyond any one human, or even myself." Penny said in concern.

"Maybe alone, sure. But like Ozpin said, we're at our strongest when we come together." Neo, surprisingly, said in a very inspirational, resolute tone.

"Wow. That was actually really inspiring. Nice work, Neo." Cinder praised.

"Ultimately, the song and the strange changes throughout the New World, were caused by this mighty beast. The newest found Elder Dragon, yet one of the most powerful by far, Shara Ishvalda, a force of nature greater even than Velkhana. Because, you know, it can bring down MOUNTAINS! The vibrations of this mighty behemoth's wings is actually the cause of the song as it crushes rock into sand and sinks mountain into the very Earth, terraforming the world as it and it alone sees fit." Sai explained as he was shown having to roll out of the way of a pair of massive rock hands coming down on him and digging into the ground, kicking up huge amounts of dust. The dust eventually cleared to reveal a massive quadrupedal dragon made completely of rock, the hands previously threatening to crush Sai revealed to be its wings.

"He's gonna take on that thing!?" Nora cried out.

"He's insane!" Glynda cried out.

"Yeah, but he can handle it." Katana said.

"I don't even think Iron Man could handle that thing..." Velvet said worriedly.

"Oh, you're in for a surprise." Katana told her, remembering Tony's rendition of the Tale of Jonah.

"But fear not, my friends! This beast will not be allowed to continue its mad rampage! I shall lay it low! Here and now!" Sai declared, letting out a shout of rage to hype himself up, raising his blades above his head, before rushing at the beast.

"Go, Sai!" Ruby cried out.

"Bring that thing down!" Jaune cheered.

"Save the New World!" Pyrrha shouted as well.

"He sounds confident enough. He may just do it." Qrow said.

But suddenly, the screen went black and a message appeared on the screen in an artistic font. "A dramatic recreation of the slaughter..." Then, a massive humanoid creature was shown viciously beating something into the ground, dust clearing to reveal a battered and bruised man lying unconscious.

"Ooh!" Everyone cried out as they all flinched at the brutality of the recreation.

"It brought him down like nothing!" Weiss said, horrified.

"I believe this may be one of the few times you're army fleet is completely necessary, James." Ozpin admitted.

"It'd likely take the whole fleet." Ironwood said.

"Even a team of fully-fledged Huntsmen and Huntresses would have their work cut out for them." Winter said, horrified.

"Meh. He'll walk it off. Besides, he was holding back." Katana assured them.

"Well, that didn't work." Sai declared as he was shown fighting Velkhana again.

Then, he was shown standing next to what was soon revealed to be Velkhana's severed tail as he fought the beast. "And as one final tidbit to Velkhana's absolute mastery over ice, once its tail has been severed, when enraged, it is capable, even, of creating an entirely new tail from ice in order to use its famous icy spear tail attacks and giving it one more connection to Esdeath." He explained, dodging the attacks of Velkhana, as it indeed created an icy replacement for its original tail, stabbing at Sai with the new icy appendage.

"Impressive resourcefulness." Penny praised.

"Yeah, it doesn't let losing a whole limb slow it down." Velvet agreed.

"The thing's a trooper." Coco said.

"But why is that similar to your girlfriend?" Blake asked.

"You'll see." Katana said, wincing at was was to come.

A manga was then shown. "She karate chopped her entire arm off and replaced it with an ice sword!" An excited redneck man could be heard as, indeed, the icy general chopped off her entire arm, then rushed forward with an icy sword replacing the fallen limb in the next image.

Everyone flinched at the image of the arm being severed, but were in awe when she replaced it. "That's one... COOL prosthetic." Yang said, everyone groaning.

"Yeah, she was pretty CHILL about losing an arm." Neo agreed, everyone groaning louder. Glacies actually raised her tail and stopped it dangerously close to the two girls' faces, as if daring them to try it again.

"But... why would she do that?" Ruby asked.

"Because Sai's girlfriend Akame cut her arm with a magic sword that has a fatal poisonous curse, so she had to amputate it before the poison could spread. It's okay, though. I ripped off my own arm and attached it to her later. I grew a new one a few minutes later." Katana explained, leaving everyone shocked.

"You're family is crazy. And that's coming from a Schnee." Weiss said.

"Yes, we are. Yes. We. Are." Katana confirmed, nodding resolutely with her eyes closed.

But later, Sai was shown approaching and walking alongside a peaceful Velkhana, much like Strawfoot had done with Vaal Hazak. "Shockingly, however, after the encounter with the initial Velkhana with which Astera waged war, further encounters with the majestic Elder Dragon revealed it to be far less hostile than the one initially encountered, quite happy to share their home-" He began, before the Velkhana suddenly took to the sky. "Perhaps I spoke too soon." He said cautiously.

They were surprised to see the a creature apparently that violent and froze over most of a continent, killing who knows how many creatures, was surprisingly peaceful. "Wait, if they're peaceful, than why would they freeze over the New World?" Jaune asked.

"Perhaps it wasn't aware of the harm it was causing? Or perhaps a rogue Velkhana?" Pyrrha suggested.

"Well, it looks like it may be more dangerous than he thought." Cinder pointed out.

However, the Velkhana simply flew a few feet to the flying creatures shrieking back at the Elder Dragon, that shot out a beam of freezing air and froze the creatures in an instant, sending them to the ground. "Oh. No, it's just hungry. A fascinating tidbit to their lore and ecology, place in the ecosystem, they freeze over their prey before eating it, an easy meal with absolutely no consequences or difficulty from resisting prey." He explained.

"Interesting. taking down and immobilizing its prey from a distance so they can't cause it any harm in an outright fight." Ren noted.

"Wow, your kind are smart cookies, Glacies." Nora said, to which Glacies let out a quiet shriek of gratitude.

"And surprisingly humane for the prey, as they're killed instantly and don't have to suffer being ripped to shreds." Qrow added.

Shortly after, the Velkhana had settled down to rest and Sai simply sat down in front of it, the two sharing the space peacefully. "It is truly fascinating that this Elder Dragon, once believed to be completely hostile to all humans, is so willing to share its environment with me, seemingly uninterested with any form of combat. This has led to speculations that the Velkhana we faced was not acting out of malice, only wishing to drive the hunters away, possibly to save them from the fate of the New World as it began to crumble and fall. Truly, it is on us at times as hunters, as humans, for the conflict we bring upon ourselves with the Elder Dragons and all other monsters in general. Truly, we as humans, are not perfect and must work to improve ourselves so we don't bring ruin to the beautiful animals and environment around us." Sai declared as the Velkhana flew off and he made his was left on his own in the tundra.

"It's really quite shocking to think of how simple misunderstandings can bring us to war with creatures like that." Winter admitted.

"That was a nice message he gave, learning to respect nature and its creations and better ourselves." Blake said with a smile.

"We must always strive towards the best versions of ourselves." Weiss agreed.

"One final truly remarkable thing about Velkhana's behavior and ecology is that the scales adorning its chest and body are not actually scales at all, but in reality, they are shards of super hot magma that Velkhana has grafted to itself and super cooled with her icy prowess, meaning that her shell is, in reality, obsidian rock, a material nearly identical to the nigh impenetrable shell of Brachydios." Sai finished as he threw down a smoke bomb, before grappling to a strange creature similar to the ones Velkhana froze earlier, abandoning the fight and allowing the regal beast live another day.

"Well, you could certainly tell this was his first attempt at something like this, but I'd say he did very well." Glynda said.

"I'd say he gave all the important knowledge we needed to know about the creature." Ironwood agreed.

"He even managed to work in some funny moments." Ruby said.

"And he didn't need to rely on puns to do it." Weiss added.

"I also found the clips he edited in rather humorous. And very well placed." Ozpin admitted.

"Yeah, I think he did a good job." Katana agreed.

"I believe with more practice and an actual script, he could do quite well with these in the future." Winter noted.

"Yeah. He did as good of a job as Strawfoot, making a dangerous, scary monster seem peaceful and safe." Velvet agreed.

"And I wouldn't mind getting my hands on that outfit he had on." Coco said.

"Alright, I think it's time we stepped back from Elder Dragons for a while. If we keep going like this, we'll be out of them in a day." Katana said, bringing out her phone and looking at the reviews, seeing the most recent monster to be actually requested, not suggested, was Zinogre. "Okay! So, you guys remember the thing that Mizutsune was sliding circles around?" She asked.

"Oh, yeah! That wolf thingie with all the weird bugs around it.

"Yeah. What did you call it... Zinogre?" Jaune asked.

"Yep! Well, that's next." Katana said.

"Nooo! Not a dog or wolf monster!" Blake cried, moving the rest of team RWBY and, as a bonus, Cinder and Neo, in front of her as if they were shields to protect her from the creature.

"Is she always like this?" Cinder asked.

"Around dogs, yes." Ruby confirmed.

"You need to fix that." Neo said.

"I tried exposure therapy once, locking her in the dorm with Zwei. She jumped out the window to get away from him." Yang explained.

"And I had to use my semblance to get her down after her underpants caught a tree branch." Glynda added.

"Miss Goodwitch!" Blake complained, blushing about the embarrassing story.

"You must learn to look before you leap, Miss Belladonna." Glynda told her sternly.

"Well, anyway, get ready for the top dog of monsters!" Katana declared.

A/N: Thank you for reading, I hope you all enjoyed it! And thanks once again to my brother Sai Kunai Blade who actually made the video on YouTube.

[1] Someone mentioned the same thing in a review, so for those who watched the video wondered why that part sounded messed up, there you go. Or that's the best answer Sai had after I asked him.

Also, don't forget, I'm issuing a challenge for more people to make lore reaction videos like this! The specific challenge was Class 1-A watching Monster Hunter and I'd help with the transcripts, but if you want to try something else, let you're imagination fly... After we have a Class 1-A/Monster Hunter Lore story!

Or, something else for them to react to: the UA:LA Pliot episode. That's an amazing fan project that those heroes need to show some love.
