THIS WORK IS COMPLETE FANFICTION

Chapter 6

Konoha Hospital, 8 am.

Morgue, day after Uchiha Massacre.

Jiraiya walked calmly into the morgue, as he looked down the hall he saw it filled with former Uchiha's on gurneys as he walked past them he saw some of the bodies being smaller than the others and others too small, as he saw this he felt tears coming out as he hoped that the children would be avoided during the massacre, but alas only Sasuke was spared that fate.

As he continued walking he stopped at a window showing the contents of the room which was filled just as the hallway but instead Minato was there looking over his dead son's body which showed that he died from his throat being cut.

"Hai son" He said as he entered the room but Minato did not move.

"They told me I would find you here" Jiraiya said as he saw the body of some kid the person was looking at.

"Itachi..." Minato said.

"mmm"

"Did Itachi kill them all... I know he came to me last night saying it was done and that he was going to meet you and become a spy for the village" Minato said as tears began to take root.

"No... he only killed those that were planning a coup" Jiraiya said.

"Then who was it" Minato said.

"Who was responsible for killing the rest of them" Minato said.

"Itachi said that he asked someone to help him" Jiraiya said as Minato turned to look at him.

"Who was it" Minato asked.

"He didn't get a name, only a description... son..."

"Who was it" Minato asked again

"It was the same guy who released the fox a decade ago" Jiraiya said as Minato turned to look back to the child lying down on the gurney.

"I see" Minato said as he placed a his hand on the child's cheek and let the tears flow out.

"Did you know the kid son" Jiraiya asked as he saw his son cry before him.

"Yes... this was Aki son... I mean Aki and I son" Minato said as he couldn't hold back the tars any longer.

Jiraiya hearing the name Aki instantly connected the dots and knew that Aki slept with Minato when he and Kushina had a rough patch and became pregnant afterwards, but he thought that she and the baby died during the attack when the fox was released.

"I thought he died with his mother that night" Jiraiya said.

"He survived... and was placed in the... Orphanage" Minato said as held back the tears.

"I had mom do a D.N.A. test carried out so that when the Uchiha problem was resolved peacefully I tell everyone that he was my son and had the evidence to prove it... the results came back and I was right he is my son"

Minato said.

"What was his name" Jiraiya said as he felt the tears begin to build up.

"Ken... Aki named him 'Ken' just... just before she... passed away" Minato said as the tears came through again, Jiraiya came over to Minato and hugged him as the tears came down his face.

Hokage residence.

Same time.

As the triplets came down for there breakfast they saw there mother and there grandmother at the table with saddened looks on there faces.

"Mom, Gran... is everything okay" Natsumi said as the adults looked towards them.

"Kids please take a seat, we have some terrible news today" Kushina said as the kids took a seat at the table.

"Mom what happened" Naruto asked.

"Kids you remember who Itachi Uchiha is" Kushina said getting a nod from the kids.

"Yeah he's Sasuke older brother... what happened" Mito asked.

"Last night... Itachi... Itachi killed the entire Uchiha clan except for his little brother Sasuke" Kushina said getting shocks from the kids.

"Is Sasuke safe, is he alright" Mito said with concern.

"He's fine physically but in shock, he's at the hospital" Tsunade said.

"We had the Yamanaka perform a mind walk on Sasuke to find out what happened last night, from his memories we found out it was his brother who massacred them all"

Tsunade said.

"We wanted to let yous know perform anyone else does and..." Kushina said but she placed her hand on her mouth as she couldn't tell them what happened as well.

"And what" Naruto said.

"You remember, your classmate Ken from the Academy" Tsunade getting a nod from them.

"Yes of course... what happened to... no but he was kicked out the Clan for some reason" Mito said as she quickly figured out what happened to him but Naruto and Natsumi looked at her with puzzled looks.

"Ken's body was found in the Uchiha district along with the others" Tsunade said as she looked down.

"Who cares about him being dead" Natsumi said getting a shock from the adults.

"What... he was mean to us at the Academy saying things like me and Mito were weapons for the village with no hope of anything else" Natsumi said getting the adults to look at each over.

"There's something else about Ken you should know before the word gets out" Tsunade said as she looked at Kushina who nodded.

"Just before Ken and yous were born, your father and I got into a fight and took a temporary break to clear our heads... during that time your father slept with another women, they were both drunk when they slept together and immediately regretted it, but sometime later the woman came back to your father saying she was pregnant and the baby was his..."

Kushina said as she held back the tears.

"She died the night the fox attacked the village but not before giving birth to her son" Kushina said as the kids were trying to piece together what was going on only for Naruto to come to it first.

"Ken... Ken's our brother isn't he" Naruto said as his mother nodded her head agreeing to what Naruto just said getting a shock from the girls.

"Yes... yes he is... he's your half brother" Kushina said as tears came down not only her face but also Tsunade as well.

"Why... why was he alone all this time, why didn't we bring him into our family" Mito said as she controlled herself.

"We thought he died when the fox attacked the village, and it was only just a few months ago that we found out he was alive, your father and your mother wanted to bring him into the family but... there were problems with the Uchiha's, the first being that Fugaku had a grudge against your father the moment he became Hokage and took it out on Kens mother when he found out that she slept with Minato even though they were both drunk"

Tsunade said taking a deep breathe.

"So your father wanted to wait till Fugaku grudge was gone before he could adopt Ken into our family, but..."

Tsunade stopped as she put a hand over her mouth not wanting to say those words.

"But now it's to late... and dad not only lost... a son but our brother as well"

Natsumi said as tears began to flow out, even though she hated Ken for what he said about them being weapons, the news that he was her brother made her realise just how deep the wound was for her.

Root Underground Base.

Ken was placed in his own room with a few candles for light and a small hole for a toilet.

Just as Danzo promised as soon as Dawn came up one of Danzo's tools came into the room and preceded to train Ken by attacking him using Jonin level hand-to-hand attacks.

'Great, just fucking Great'

Ken thinking to himself while his hand was on his throat when the blade cut his throat as the memories of his 'Blood Clone' came rushing back to him all the while trying to avoid the punches that was coming to him but failing miserable.

'WHY DID MY CLONE CALL HIM 'OBITO'... WHY WHY'

Ken wanted to shout out what was going on in his head but didn't want any of Danzo puppets to hear him and report him or things could get even was for him.

'Just great... I'm trapped down here till Danzo turn me into his tool like the others...'

Ken thought to himself as he was slammed against the wall from his 'Instructor' kick.

"Focus on the matter at hand" The Instructor said as Ken gave him an angry scowl.

'Dammit... knew Danzo training methods were harsh... hopefully I can survive it till I can esca...'

Ken didn't finish that thought as he dodged another kick only to fail at the second kick that landed into his stomach causing him to cough up blood.

"13 your easily distracted... focus or you will die" Instructor said as Ken made a blue fireball in his hand and launched it at him but dodged it easily and saw it explode when it hit the wall.

"I can see why Danzo sees such potential in you, you can perform fire techniques without hand signs and you didn't call it giving you an advantage as the enemy won't know what technique is coming at them"

Instructor said as Ken smiled at the compliant only to receive a punch to the face that knocked him out cold, as the Instructor came over he went through some hand signs.

"Lightning Release Thunder" The Instructor said as several bolts of lightning came from his and straight towards but Ken didn't move as he was still unconscious from the kick to his stomach as the Jutsu hit him.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" Ken screamed out loud as bolts lightning came across his body leaving some scorch marks on him.

"We're not done" The Instructor said as he went back to hand-to-hand fighting.

'DAMMIT... worry about escape later... survive this first'

Ken thought to himself as he focused more on defending himself causing his eye's to change as he was focused on the fight than anything else, as his eyes changed into the 'Nephalem Eyes' he saw the attacks slow down but not much but enough for him to starting dodging most of them causing his Instructor to take notice.

"Good you focusing..." The Instructor said but notice something else as he saw the scorch marks on Kens body slowly healing in front of him.

"It looks like your healing, since when could you do that" He said only getting an angry look from an exhausted Ken.

"What... are... you... talking... about" Ken said using the moment of peace to catch his breath.

"mmmm wait here" He said.

"As if I can leave this place" Ken said as the Instructor left the room via Body Flicker.

'Got to figure out how to do that' Ken thought to himself as he catch his breath.

'Okay now I got a moment to myself for who knows how long'

'First lets try removing this curse mark'

As Ken thought this he began to channel his power around the mark to burn it off but instead.

"AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRR" he screamed in pain as the curse mark responded to the attempt.

'Dammit... okay burning it didn't work lets try summoning it away'

Ken tried the summoning ability but again it ended with him screaming in pain.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" Ken screamed again.

"Did you think that would work 13" Danzo said as he appeared in the room with the Instructor kneeing beside him.

"I designed that mark knowing full well of your summoning abilities boy" Danzo said as walked up to Ken.

"The only for that mark to come off is to kill me, but that mark also prevents you from doing so" Danzo said as Ken got back on his feet.

"You really did consider everything when making this mark" Ken said as he gave Danzo a scowl who simple smiled back.

"Now then... 87 please show me what you discovered" Danzo said as the Instructor simple nodded before using the body flicker technique to appear in front of Ken and slashing his chest with his tanto causing Ken to stumble back on his feet before feeling his arms pulled apart causing him to look and see two other Root Shinobi holding him in place so that Danzo can see what was going on.

As Danzo made his way towards Ken the Instructor tore his shirt apart showing the wound he made across Ken's chest.

"As you can lord Danzo the wound is already beginning to heal but slowly" Instructor said.

"Interesting" Danzo said as he looked at the wound and saw that it began to heal on its own.

"You Nephalems have quite extraordinary abilities... could this healing be like your summoning ability like a muscle" Danzo said getting no response from Ken.

"Of course you are still a boy with only a few months of experience with your abilities and I have next to nothing regarding the Nephalem other than how they came to be... 87"

Danzo said getting the Instructor to kneel before him.

"You are authorised to use lethal force in 13 training from now on apart from maiming and killing understood" Danzo said.

"Yes Lord Danzo" The Instructor said as Danzo as his two Roots left the room leaving Ken to his 'new' training regime.

'Dammit... damn you Danzo... just fucking great... like it cant get any worse than it already is' Ken thought with anger.

"Now then lets resume our training 13" Instructor said.

"The name is Ken asshole" Ken responded.

"Ken is dead you are number 13, in time you will only respond to this unless instructed aotherwise" Instructor said as appeared around Ken several times delivering several slashes across his body causing Ken to fall to the ground in pain and blood.

"Hate... you" Ken said before passing out.

"I'll give you an hour rest before continuing" He said as he sat down and waited.

Some time Later.

"How long... have I... been down... here" Ken said as he was taking in deep breaths while dodging another slash from his Instructor.

"Your training have been slow at first but your improving" Instructor said.

"I said... how long" Ken said.

"Don't concern your self with how long it's been just focus on the training and serving lord Danzo" Instructor said.

Ken just gave an angry look at his 'Instructor from hell' as stood where he was covered in slashes that healed away leaving bloody stains all over his body, Ken tried using his lightning to make himself move faster at first to dodge the attacks but all it did was electrocuted himself, but he kept at it till he found the right way to channel it to make himself react faster, at first it was only a little boost that allowed him to dodged some attacks for a few seconds.

"Please tell me how long" Ken said but got nothing from his Instructor

Ken really wanted to know how long it's been, but there was now clocks or calendar in his room showing what the time and date was, the only way he knew how long it's been was how tall he was getting, when he was first left alone to recover from his injuries he lend against a wall and stood with his back and legs straight and using one of his hands he marked the wall with his lightning to show how tall he was, his body growing was the only way he could tell how long he's been down in his room but then again he was only giving water and food rations for only Danzo and his Instructor knows for how long.

As Ken looked at the wall with the his scorch marks showing how tall he was getting he could tell he was maybe an inch taller from the spacing between the marks was, but he immediately dodged a fire Jutsu that was coming his way, as he dodged the attack Ken immediately charged himself up to go faster and darted straight towards his opponent.

"Fire Release: Blazing Meteors" Instructor said launching several fireballs towards Ken.

Using his Nephalem eyes he dodged the fireballs that was coming straight after him, Ken launched a punch to his opponent only to for his opponent to dodge it and launch a counter strike with his leg only for Ken to dodge it and grab it with his hands before his opponent could do a kick with his remaining leg Ken channelled a powerful lightning surge threw his body electrocuting not only him but his opponent as well.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" They both screamed causing them both to collapse to the ground.

"I got... you bastard" Ken said only to receive a kunai that stabbed him deeply in his shoulder.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" Ken screamed.

"Never... assume your... target is down" Instructor said as he removed his kunai from Kens shoulder and stood up.

"Get some rest, tomorrow we'll begin again" He said as he left the room.

'Okay got some time to myself... what have I learnt since I've been here'

'I can heal which is getting stronger, I have channelled my lightning so that I can move or react faster... took a dozen attempts to do get that right, I wonder if the Raikage went through the same problem as I did'

'Gotta focus... I need to wait to see if my healing ability can win against that FUCKING curse mark, and I wait till my first mission when I leave to escape... gotta to be patient and wait, I have to plan for the long run... but for now sleep'

Ken thought to himself as unconscious took over.

Danzo's Room.

Danzo was at his desk going over reports his 'Shinobi' have been doing for the better of Konoha, it was slow going as the Great Nations we're committed to this new peace that was forming since the discovery of the Stargate and what it would bring to there world.

Danzo was both happy and disappointed at the same time, he was happy that the Stargate was moved to Fire Nation with a new merchant village being made as it would bring in more trade with not only with the nation but also with Konoha, but he was disappointed that Konoha had to share any technology that Konoha was developing to the other Nations in exchange for peace that was forming.

In truth Danzo wanted Konoha to keep everything that the Stargate was offering to Konoha alone as he wanted the Village to be the main power of this world with no other rivals.

"So Minato finally found a name for this village 'Hoshi No Ainomura'" Danzo said as he thought on the name.

(AU: Sorry folks it was a pain to name the village without sounding too close to that Stardew Valley Game, if you want to name it better please a comment in the reviews... hopefully it would be better than what I came up with)

As Danzo was thinking on the name 87 came into the room kneeing beside him causing Danzo to look in his direction.

"Report" Danzo said.

"13 training is progressing well enough to dodge my attacks and his own offensive abilities are progressing well Lord Danzo" 87 said.

(AU: I'm only calling him Instructor when he is training Ken otherwise he's called 87... on second thought I just call him 87 from now on)

"What is his skill at" Danzo said.

"He is just above Genin in the two weeks since he arrived and I believe in that another week of constant training he'll be ready for weapons training Lord Danzo" 87 said.

"Knew that stupid Academy was taking it's time in training it's Shinobi, as for 13 training, once he begins weapons training began training him in fighting multiple opponents... anything else I should know about him" Danzo said.

"It would appear that he's begin to mimic the Raikages Lightning Release with his lightning, although it's far slower than the Raikage 13 seems to be getting faster"

87 said getting Danzo to think on what to do.

"I see keep up the mental conditioning as it is, but if it starts to fail intensify the training... that is all" Danzo getting a nod from 87 who left.

'Quite interesting at how strong these Nephalem become once they receive proper training... and from the surveillance reports on Minato's family it seems that his other son might also be a Nephalem as well, and as I much as I want to get my hands on him I can't not without drawing attention to myself as I 'told' Minato that Root was disbanded a few weeks, getting Naruto will surely let Minato know that Root is still operating in the shadows'

Danzo thinking to himself.

'But then again the reports also say that Minato and his family have been neglecting Naruto more now before the Uchiha problem... I wonder would Naruto run away because of there negligence or would he run into my hands when the time comes... after all two nephalem is better than one'
