Chapter 7
(AU: Some people wanted a date so that they know what the setting is in the Stargate Universe, it took some time and I hope there happy with it)
October 10th 2020.
Konoha.
It has been over two years since Itachi Uchiha massacred his Clan and sparing his younger brother Sasuke, the village mourned the loss of one of it's founding clans but moved as the wound healed leaving a scar that will remain as the week after the massacre Minato Senju revealed to the Village the moment when he and Kushina had a fight that led him to have drunken encounter with an Uchiha named Aki who was also drunk and the result of that night was a child that Aki wanted to keep.
Minato told the village that he was willing to take responsibility for his actions that night but then the Fox was unleashed and that he thought both mother and child died during that night only to find out years later that the child was found alive and well and was named 'Ken' by his mother before dying from wounds caused by the Fox during it's rampage, a paternity test was done which proved that 'Ken' was his, as Minato told everyone not a single one said anything as they saw his tears fall down his face as he explained that the test was done after Ken's body was found in the Uchiha district after Itachi had killed his Clansmen with wounds showing that Itachi was the one who killed him, that part was a lie for the public as only Minato, Jiraiya, Itachi and a certain village Elder knows what really happened that night.
A mass funeral was held in the Village a month later for the those that died during the massacre with the Uchiha's being buried in there cemetery and 'Ken' being buried in the Senju cemetery with the name 'Ken Senju Uchiha' on it's tombstone.
As time moved on and people moved on with there lives, some people would forever change because of the massacre, Sasuke Uchiha as the only survivor was withdrawn from everyone and focused solely on training with main goal of getting revenge on Itachi for what he did, for Minato and his family things returned to normal except they began to ignore Naruto even more to the point that they forget that he's around even forgetting to make dinner or even do his laundry for him forcing him to do everything by himself they even forgot that his birthday was the same as the girls on there 9th birthday.
Naruto's life took a turn for worse when 'Ken' died as after two weeks after the massacre at the Academy during class when everyone's Chakra was getting unlocked, as routine when one's Chakra is unlocked blue flame erupts from them for the first time but when Naruto came forward to get his unlocked.
2 Years Ago.
"Alright Naruto are you ready" Iruka said.
"Yes I'm ready" Naruto said with a smile hoping that once his Chakra is unlocked he can receive training from his parents.
"Okay now you've seen how it's done form the rat sign as a channel Chakra into your body and remember that warmth charge your about to feel will be your Chakra waking up okay"
Iruka said getting a nod from Naruto as he form the Rat hand sign and waited for Iruka, as Iruka placed his hand on Naruto shoulder and transferred his Chakra into Naruto, for a minute nothing happened which was odd as it would take a second for Naruto's Chakra to awaken but nothing happened, after 5 minutes Iruka stopped and looked at Naruto.
"This is odd your Chakra should've awakened the moment I transferred my Chakra... wait here a moment"
Iruka as he left the room leaving the class unattended.
"Why hasn't my Chakra awakened like everyone else" Naruto said but got funny looks from everyone else in the room, after a minute waiting the door opened revealing Iruka and the Academy's Nurse.
"Ah Naruto, Iruka here said he's been having trouble awakening your Chakra" The nurse said getting a nod from Naruto.
"Well then let me see what's going on then" She said as her hand glowed green as she pressed her hand against Naruto's chest for a few seconds before her eyes goes wide with shock.
"What... that can't be possible" The nurse said as she pressed her hand against Naruto's chest again and again her eyes widened with shock.
"How... how are you alive" She said still in shock.
"What do you how am I alive of course I'm alive" Naruto said.
"But... but your Chakra system isn't there... you should be dead" She said shocking everyone there.
Back in the present.
Since that day and the following tests later performed at the hospital by his grandmother Tsunade, Naruto life went downhill in the village as the villagers saw him as a curse sent by the Sage to punish them, his friends no longer wanted to be near him in case they got the curse as well.
Naruto seeing the village as his home turn against him no longer felt like it, so he waited till his next birthday which was today to leave the village as everyone would be celebrating his sisters for saving them from the fox and would be too busy partying to notice him leave the village.
Hokage Residence.
As Naruto was busy packing everything he needed into his backpack such as clothes, ration bars and a herbalist guide so that he can find what he needs as he leaves the village (AU: He's ten and nobody taught him anything he needs the help) as he left his room and made his way to the front door he noticed the banner in the Dojo that had his sisters names on it without Naruto.
'Stupid people... were triplets' Naruto thought to himself as he made his way to the door but heard something from his parents that showed just how much they noticed him.
"Thank you everyone for coming to the twins birthday, now just before they open there presents Kushina and I would like to say that from now on Mito Senju would be Mito Uzumaki as she would be it's next Clanhead and Natsumi Senju would be the next Clanhead of the Senju and in addition to this my mother has decided to let Mito sign the Slug Contract and will be teaching her everything about her medical ninjutsu and her sister Natsumi would be signing the Toad contract and would be learning about the Sealing Arts from me, Kushina and Jiraiya"
Minato said as Mito despite having being a Jinchuriki had perfect Chakra control over her sister who was better at the Sealing Arts than she was.
Naruto hearing this knew the final nail had been hammered into the coffin as per Law of Konoha regarding Clan heirs and twins or triplets in this case would be that one of the children would be sent to the Branch family or if they didn't have one they would kicked out of the clan if the other child was named Clan heir and seeing that Mito and Natsumi would Clanhead of the Uzumaki and Senju that meant that Naruto was kicked out of the family and with that a final tear came down his face as he left the house for the final time.
Root Base hour later.
Danzo was walking to his room to go over the mission reports that his operatives have been doing, despite 'Root' being disbanded Danzo still sent out his tools to make sure that Konoha lived in peace and at the top of the five great nations and there villages, as he made his way one of his operative shunshin in front of him.
"Lord Danzo forgive the intrusion but Naruto Senju has sighted leaving the Hokage Residence and then later leaving the village via the west gate" The agent said.
"mmm could the neglect finally got to the boy, as you were watching him did anything happen other than the neglect that might cause this" Danzo asked.
"Sir from what I saw and heard, the Hokage and his wife both made the Jinchuriki's the Clan heirs of the Uzumaki's and Senju's Clan" The agent said getting a smile from Danzo.
"Excellent... according to Konoha's laws in regards to twins or triplets the sibling or siblings not being named heir to the Clan or family is to be kicked out to prevent them for claiming there right to lead the clan or family, a bit draconian but that law has been in effect for centuries, and now it has presented us a unique opportunity... get my Agents 23 35 87 and finally 13"
Danzo said as his agent nodded his and left to gather the Agents.
5 minutes later.
"Lord Danzo as requested" The Agent said as behind were the Agents all wearing the same uniforms and masks with the only difference being there hair and body shape with 23 having long brown hair tied into a pony tail and curvy waist with a chest that showed that the agent was female, 35 was male and built like body builder with short brown hair, 87 or Ken instructor had black hair going down to his shoulder and finally Ken or 13 who grew a couple of inches during his captivity had short black hair.
'Alright Danzo you son of a bitch are you finally going to let me out'
Ken thought to himself who even though he wanted revenge for Danzo did to him knew better even though his nephalem healing ability took care of the curse mark on his tongue a couple of months knew that if he was to attack Danzo here and now there was a very good chance that he would be killed even though he could take on a couple of those Root Agents he couldn't take on a hundred and Danzo who after the massacre had there sharingan's transplanted into himself via his arm, thought it was best to kill the agents and run away on the first mission he was given.
"Good you may leave" Danzo told the agent who left via shunshin.
"I have summoned yous here for a mission in which it would test 13 to see if his training has paid off, 87 you are in charge your orders are to find Naruto Senju who left the village via the west and bring him back here without anyone knowing, there is no need to leave a blood clone as everyone would assume he just left and considering he doesn't have any Chakra it would be extremely hard to find him in here... 13 is to assist you and should he attempt anything to disrupt the mission..."
Danzo said looking at 13 with scorn as Ken still was an Uchiha who in Danzo's eyes can never be trusted.
"Kill him" Danzo said hoping to get something out of Ken but found nothing from the nephalem showing that the mental conditioning worked.
'Keep up the act, keep up the act, don't show the bastard anything, remember you are Ken not 13'.
"23 and 35 your to accompany them on this mission with the same orders" Danzo said getting nods from his Agents even Ken.
'Just nod ken, just nod and save Naruto' Ken thought to himself.
"Now being your mission"
Outside Konoha, hour later.
As the Root team made there across the village without being seen and into the forest alongside the road from the West Gate to find Naruto they stopped by a clearing.
"Alright then this should a simple grab and bag operation getting the target should easy as from the reports Naruto doesn't have any Chakra and his training from the Academy have below average seeing as the teachers are afraid to teach him anything since his Chakra awakening..." 87 said.
'What the... Naruto wasn't taught anything at the Academy, what the hell Iruka... focus on that later, gotta find Naruto, kill the Roots Agents and get the both of us outta of here before anyone finds out what the noise is'
Ken thought to himself as he thought of a plan to get rid of the Root Agents, he knew he had to be careful as this time they would be going for the killing blows instead of cutting him.
"... everyone got that" 87 said getting Kens attention who nodded.
"Good lets get going" He said as they left on via the trees except for Ken who used the ground to travel as his years of training in Root showed that being able to use elemental abilities he couldn't stick to the walls or walk on water.

'Lucky bastards they can use there chakra for the tree jumping, wall climbing even water walking but I can't... ' He thought to himself as activated his eyes which had changed under a year ago, no longer where the iris change to blue with the 3 black slits but now the blue covers his entire eye and the slits remain making him look more demonic it also allowed the reflexes that the Sharingan offered and the illusions of Genjutsu as well.
As the team continued the travel they saw a small figure walking on the road, as the team dropped down to Ken's position 87 turned to Ken.
"13 confirm that is our target" 87 said as Ken looked at the figure and saw no Chakra coming of the figure as the clouds moved away from the moon allowing the light to come through Ken saw faded marks on the figures face which identified the target as Naruto.
"Confirmed target is Naruto Senju" Ken said.
"Proceed with captu..." 87 said but stopped as he had to dodge a strike from Kens tanto.
"STAY AWAY FROM NARUTO" Ken said as the other Roots Agents took there distances from Ken and drew there tantos and aimed it at him, Naruto heard the shout and saw 4 figures in the moon as he looked in the direction he heard the shouts from.
"What the... Anbu... what are you doing here" Naruto said as the moonlight showed the figures with blank masks on them
"13 you are disobeying orders from Lord Danzo and by his orders we are now under orders to kill you for interferring with this mission" 87 said as 23 raised his tanto in the air and used the Shunshin to close the gap between him and Ken and immediately brought it down in front of Kens face but as the tanto drew ever closer Ken used his own speed and side tracked the tanto and quickly raised his own tanto and channeling his lightening through it giving him more speed and cutting power brought it down and in a split of a second cut off both arms below the elbow.
"AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR" 23 screamed in pain as he lost arms but not long as Ken jumped a bit and quickly cut of his head.
'Got to be quick, don't let them have any breathing space'
Ken thought to himself as he quickly made his way to 35 who body slammed into ken but failed as Ken dodged the attempt and proceeded to strike 35 across his stomach only for 35 to substitute himself for a log, Ken immediately began looking for him and saw him 20 feet away from going through several handsigns.
"Earth Release: Earth Flow Spears" 35 said getting a sigh from Ken.
'Why did he say his Jutsu, I can use lightening dumbass' Ken thought to himself as he dodged the spikes from the Jutsu as he channeled lightening into his as only miss the last spike as it pierced his chest.
"Traitor is down proceeding wi..."
He didn't get to finish that sentence as he felt something pierce his back, as he turned around he saw Ken and his hand piercing his stomach with lightening coming out of his wound.
"But... how... I" 35 said as he looked back to the spikes and saw the 'Body' of Ken shattering away like it wasn't even there to begin with.
"Gen... (blood coming down his mask) Jutsu" 35 said as Ken removed his hand letting 35 drop dead.
'Silent Piercer to the spine and heart... chakra leaving... Agent 35 dead'
Ken thought to himself as his time in Root he figured out Kakashi's signature Jutsu but questioned how it was an assassination technique if the target can hear it, so he spent time working on a more silent version of it, it took him a few weeks gathering the right amount lightening and changing it's frequency so that the human ear couldn't hear it.
'Mission is failing, Agents 23 and 35 are dead, 13 gone rogue... need to get to target, 13 won't engage once I have target then I can think of a way to eliminate him and complete the mission'
87 thought to himself as he looked at the battle that took place and the deaths of 23 and 35, as he was looking for Naruto Ken appeared in front of him and brought his blade across his stomach hoping to make his suffering long for what 87 did to him during his 'training' but jumped to avoid it as he jumped up he saw Naruto running down the road away from the battle.
87 shunshin to Naruto's location and turned him around and placing his tanto against Naruto's throat.
"13 stop where you are, if you move another step Naruto dies" 87 said as Ken turned around and looked at 87.
"Your already dead" Naruto said confusing 87 who looked at him.
"Wait your voice sounds like..." 87 said looking at Naruto then at Ken who shattered away, as shock took hold him he felt lightening flow into his body and looked at Naruto and saw Ken in his place with his hand in his stomach.
"Miss... ion fai..."
"Failed goodbye 87" Ken said as he shoved his piercer upwards striking 87's heart.
'Chakra leaving, piercer through the stomach and heart, death instantous' 87 thought to himself as he took a deep breath to calm himself but remained alert in case Danzo sent any other Agents.
"Naruto... it's safe to come out" Ken said looking a tree to the left of him hoping for Naruto to come out of hiding.
'What's going on, why is Anbu after me, why did they kill each over...' So many questions popped into Naruto's head that he couldn't focus.
"Naruto... listen just take a deep breath and look at the calming moon" The surviving stranger said to him.
As Naruto took a deep breath and looked at the moon it's calming light dispelling the questions in his head he turned around tree and faced the stranger knowing full well he couldn't out run him, but hoping to get some answers about what was going on.
"Who are you" Naruto asked.
"My name is Ken, Naruto... it's been a long time" Ken said as he removed his mask showing Naruto his face who looked shocked at seeing.
"Ken... but your dead" Naruto said.
