Chapter 13

3 Weeks later.

Off World Refugee Site.

During the 3 weeks that Naruto and Ken were in the refugee site Naruto's abilities grew to the point that his chains had a grappling hook on the end or a dagger if he wanted it, his wind became more powerful and thanks to Ken's help Naruto was able to turn it into a wind blade that could cut threw a tree cleanly if he focused hard enough, he also unlocked another element which was fire but could only light a camp fire making Naruto depressed till Ken reminded him that his abilities are like a muscle that grew stronger the more he uses it.

Ken explained about his past life to Naruto and what he knew of the Nephalem from the Diablo games to Naruto, Ken also told Naruto about what Black Zetsu goal was and how the creature was responsible for most of the problems that happened in the past, including the Uchiha curse by meddling with the stone tablet that the Sage of Six paths left for Indra descendants, Naruto hearing this began to understand Ken's reason on why he didn't want to be a Shinobi especially if you were a Uchiha or even a Hyuga as the Raikage or anyone from Lightening would rip out your eyes for there own purposes and leave you for dead.

Naruto abilities wasn't the only thing that he worked on, he had Ken help him improve his hand-to-hand abilities as well which Ken found to disappointing that he asked Naruto why it was so poor, Naruto answer shocked him as it would seem that Iruka didn't teach Naruto anything after finding out he didn't have Chakra at all and instead did what everyone else did and that was to ignore him.

Hearing this sickened Ken as Iruka in the anime would always help Naruto the best he could do after the 3rd Hokage had a talk with him, Ken also told how the anime was different from what he was experience but he also pointed out that his teachers in the show even though they taught Naruto the Rasengan, tree climbing followed by water climbing, the signing of the Toad Contract and his wind element with no wind jutsu to use, they should've taught him much more especially Jiraiya considering he knew before the two year time skip that the Akatsuki were after him.

(AU: Yeah... I just had to point out just how unprepared Naruto was even for the Chunin Exams... teamwork is nice and all but come on Kakashi you should've known better)

At the Refugee camp site Naruto and Ken were sitting at a desk at the canteen enjoying there food when they saw O'neill sitting down beside them, Naruto was bit nervous but remained calm when he saw Ken relaxed like it was nothing.

"Hello boys yous behaving yourself" O'neill said with a smile.

"Trying to but being bored doesn't help much" Ken said.

"Yeah I remember getting into trouble just for being bored so I would things like some harmless pranks here and there and maybe... tell a lie about my parents" O'neill said as he dropped his smile causing Naruto to jump a bit except Ken who was thinking on what was going to happen.

"So how long did it take for you to find out about our parents" Ken said as he look at O'neill.

"About two weeks after yous left through the Gate, rumour's about what been happening at your village since this Elder Danzo and his secret army and was killed by your father for taking things to far such as faking your death" O'neill said looking at Ken.

"Well that rumour is true so what are you wanting to know O'neill" Ken said.

"Well first off I want to know what happened at your village of the leaf or whatever and this Danzo and why he wanted you so bad that he faked your death and how you two don't have this Chakra energy like the rest of you people do and yet still have abilities... yeah a lot would be helpful"

O'neill said looking at both Naruto and Ken who simply smiled.

"Your asking about some dark things Danzo did, and how do you know we don't have Chakra" Ken said.

"Well for the Chakra that's pretty easy... the first time we came to your world we got a bunch of readings coming off you people and at first we thought your were robots or something but after doing medical scans with our scanners we found out yous actually have a second system, and when we made this refugee camp we installed the same scanners at the gate to make sure everyone was well and healthy, and when yous two came through..."

O'neill said but was cut off by Ken.

"The scanner didn't pick our Chakra system meaning we didn't have one" Ken said.

"Yes that... but also that you ken have scars all over your body" O'neill said getting a slight shock from Ken.

"Not visible scars just ones that our scanners can pick up... so what did Danzo do you" O'neill said getting a tear from Ken as he recalled his 'training' from his 'instructor'

"Danzo would pick up kids either from the Orphanage or in rare cases some of the Clans of Konoha and he would put them through his 'Root' training where they are conditioned both physically and mentally to obey his every word and follow his orders... they would not follow even the Hokage who is the leader of the village, and should they disobey or give out any secrets... well in that case the curse mark he has implanted in them would kill them, however not all recruits would survive the training and he would dispose of the bodies"

Ken said getting a slight shock from O'neill.

"Are you saying that he kidnaps kids to become his personnel army" O'neill said getting a nod from Ken.

"Why would he do that when the your village already has an army" O'neill said.

"Cause Danzo does things that the Hokage would never do, things that would make someone a war criminal such as starting wars between nations to weaken them while getting rid of threats even though they aren't, in short he's the gloves that keeps his nation's hands nice and clean"

Ken said as O'neill knew exactly what kind of monster Danzo was in his Black ops career.

"And he wanted you because" O'neill said not liking the answer.

"Well the Senju Clan are known for powerful elemental users and the Uchiha's are known for their Sharigan that can copy any techniques and can cast powerful illusions through there eyes... and then there's me... Ken Senju Uchiha the first child of both clans, born from the Minato Senju and Aki Uchiha during a one night stand and raised in an Orphanage after the 9 tails rampage that took my mother from me and made my father think I was dead and by the time he found out and planning to bring me into his family... well Danzo beat him to it"

Ken said.

"I can see why he wanted you, but how did you overcome the curse mark" O'neill said.

"I'm quite surprised you believe in such a thing" Ken said with a smile.

"Well your people did show us your 'Sealing Arts' and what you can do with them and they did tell us that some people mostly criminals that uses theses 'Sealing Arts' to make 'Slave Cress' or 'Curse Mark'... so how did you overcome yours" O'neill.

"I can regenerate and once he found out he ordered my 'instructor' to... up the training which not only made me stronger but also got rid off the curse mark after that I waited for the first mission he would give me so that I would escape"

Ken said.

"And what was the first mission" O'neill said.

"To bring my brother Naruto back to him so that he could another 'Root' like me" Ken said as O'neill looked at Naruto who was nervous.

"And why did Danzo want you Naruto" O'neill said.

Naruto explained to O'neill how everyone treated him once they found out he didn't have any Chakra, how the village looked at him like curse, how his friends wouldn't go near him and saw him as disease that if they were to touch him they would lose they ability to use Chakra.

O'neill hearing this felt sickened at how Konoha treated Naruto but was even more horrified after Naruto told him what happened on his birthday and how his parents forgetting about Clan Laws accidentally banishing him and him leaving Konoha altogether only to meet up with people who wanted to catch him for some reason but instead they were killed by the smallest member of the team which O'neill guessed correctly was Ken.

"You managed to take on three adults who were more trained and more experienced than you (seeing Ken nod) how"

O'neill said but saw Ken's eye change shape and the next thing he saw was how Ken took out the three adults which shocked him at how effortlessly he took them out, O'neill was surprised at the skill that Ken showed but was horrified that Ken was a child soldier and experienced his first kill but felt nothing from it, which worried O'neill as he would never put a child in that position nor would ever train child to be liked that which was why he didn't like their world for training child soldiers and sending them out in Wars when they should either at school or at home playing with either they friends or family and not killing each other.

"And now for the answer as to why Danzo wanted us" Ken said looking at O'neill who waited for the answer.

"Me and Naruto are Nephalem just like everyone else in our world except we've awakened our actual powers and not the ones that people over there are using"

Ken said getting a puzzled look from O'neill.

"Yeah I know what the hell am I talking about (O'neill nodding) so please don't interrupt and just listen... our world was created about 50,000 years ago or more by a group of rogue demons and angels who wanted to get away from there never ending war with each other, so they created a world and called it Sanctuary, they had kids who were more powerful than them so they sealed away there abilities causing there appearances and biology to change till they looked like humans..."

"That's why your DNA is more complex than our own and why the Stargate on your world is the more advanced model like the ones in Pegasus" O'neill said interrupting Ken who glared at him for it.

"Please continue" O'neill said.

"Anyway whatever it was that was sealing our abilities was gone but the damage was done, skip forward through time till a thousand years ago and you have the Sage of Six Paths spreading Chakra through the world in hopes of peace but it wasn't till he finished that he released that Chakra was acting like another seal and the only way for us to awaken our actual powers is to be born without"

Ken stopped and let O'neill finish the sentence.

"Chakra... (Ken nodding) how did Danzo know about the nephalem" O'neill asked.

"The Sage left messages in ruins and somehow Danzo found one of them but knew that the chances of being born without Chakra were extremely low" Ken said.

"I take it Danzo told you about this" O'neill said.

"No I found one of the messages in the ruins in Konoha about 6 month before the bastard took me... so O'neill what now" Ken said.

"Well I got a lot to think about but I'm still trying to figure out how Danzo kept you hiding from your father" O'neill said.

"Simple... you know about clone techniques from our world yes (O'neill nodding but kept quiet) well he used a forbidden technique to create a blood clone and ordered it to go to the Uchiha district and wait"

Ken said as O'neill was puzzled as why Danzo would do that.

"Why would he make a copy of you just to send it to district were a bunch of people were kill... no he didn't" O'neill was shocked about what he was thinking.

"Danzo is an extremist who also hated the Uchiha for the actions of another and thanks to the 9 tails rampage that everyone assumed was the Uchiha, they were plotting a rebellion that ended when Danzo ordered Itachi to eliminate them before they could rebel"

Ken said as O'neill was shocked from what he heard.

"Right now I assume that Itachi knows that Danzo used him and is working as a spy for Jiraiya to keep tabs on Konoha's enemies or whatever... so once again what now O'neill"

Ken said as O'neill waited for a minute before responding.

'I can't let these two boys be on there own... everyone deserves a second chance, hell even Naruto said they forgot about the Law, but they also forgot about him as well... best try and mend what's been happening and if it should happen again... well that's on them'

"Well I think I'll go and see your parents and see if I can help yous lot get along... I will admit that would be tough, but I fought tougher challenges before, in the meanwhile I want yous two to wait here till I come back... deal"

O'neill said getting a nod from Naruto and a two finger salute from Ken which gave him a smile.

"Cheeky" O'neill said as he got up and left the canteen.

"Well... I hope that's the last person I have explain what happened to us when they ask, anyway I doubt things could get worse than what you and I have been through" Ken said as he looked at Naruto who had a blank face on.

"You just jinxed us you know that right" Naruto said as Ken realised what he just said.

"God dammit... come lets go back and train" Ken said as he and Naruto both left the canteen and headed straight to the woods to train.

Solar System of the Refugee site.

A Hyperspace window opens and a single ship comes through the appearance of which is a Ha'tak, inside the control room of the Ha'tak there are three Jaffa one at the control panels who is keeping watch on the sensors to make sure they are no other ship in the system, while the other two stand guard around the captains chair which has a single occupant hidden in shadow.

"My lord sensors are detecting no ships or satellites of any kind in the system" The Jaffa said.

"Good... but keep an eye out just in case" The occupant said glowing his eyes in amusement.

"Once we receive a single that the refugee site defences and any communications are gone make haste to the planet and acquire our new slaves but remember to make sure that the prior disruptors are working... we don't want the slaves escaping"

The Goa'uld said.

"My lord forgive me but will the disruptors work on these people, they are not like the Ori" The Jaffa asked in fear for question his lord.

"The Disruptors are designed to mess with Ori brains preventing them for using there abilities and if our intel on these people are correct they not only use there hands to help with there abilities but also they must channel there power source as well and channel this by using there brains which the disruptor is designed to prevent it need sonly to change the frequency for it to work"

The Goa'uld said.

"That is why we sent a scout party ahead with the disruptor so that they can find the frequency and prevent any rescue attempts... my lord Kaguya you are truely wise"

The Jaffa said as the Goa'uld leaned forward showing a beautiful woman with long black hair with a Japanese appearance.

(AU: Remember folks the Goa'uld are posing as Gods... and who's to say that the Otsutsuki have been to Earth before but left for some reason... don't ask maybe Earth wasn't suitable for a God Tree but not before influence some cultures)

Night Time.

As Naruto and Ken walked back to there tent to sleep before another day of training they heard several explosions in the distance, Ken hearing this ran towards it with Naruto in tow.

(AU: I'm not doing the whole "Jaffa Kree" language thing... it will be annoying)

As the boys reached the explosions they saw many Jaffa pouring out from the stargate zapping people with Zat'nik'tel's making Ken realise they were capturing people for some reason, as Ken looked around he saw several people trying to use Jutsus but for some reason it was not working and instead saw them having headches before being shot by the Jaffa.

"Okay what is going on, why are Jutsu's working" Ken said as he looked around and saw several Jaffa guarding a single one with a small compact device the Ken recognised.

"Ah shit anti-prior device... but is it working against us... ah shit of course Orin created it with Ancient knowedge... not good not good" Ken said as his Root training kicked in as he went straight after the Jaffa group in an attempt to destroy it.

As Ken ran towards them he used his lightening speed to take them by surprise with a silent piercer by slamming into the Jaffa piercing the Jaffa stomach pouch and coming out of his back with pieces of the symbiote in his hands killing it instantly shocking the group of Jaffa.

"The device NOW" The Jaffa said as he raised his Zat and aimed at Ken who changed his eyes scaring the Jaffa who saw it.

"Demon" He said as he squeezed the trigger of the Zat shooting a blue energy from tip towards Ken who moved the Jaffa his arm was still in towards acting like a meat shield but at last the energy dispersed around not only the Jaffa but Ken as well, but thankfully for Ken as years underground and getting electrocuted by his 'Instructor' Ken had some measure of resistance to energy than his Jaffa victim, as Ken moved his hand back inside the Jaffa and striking the heart of his poor victim killing him instantly while still feeling the effects of the Zat he felt a headache coming on.

"What the hell" Ken said as he moved his hand to the left side of head, as he looked towards the Jaffa with Prior device he saw a smile coming from the Jaffa who knew he was getting close to stopping Ken.

"Aww shit" Ken said as he moved towards the Jaffa with his lightening speed but felt nothing and instead moved his body downwards as he dodged a Staff weapon that was coming to hit him in the head, as Ken charged lightening in his hand to shoot at the Jaffa he felt his power leaving him.

"No... don't go away... not now" Ken said as his headache got even worse that fell towards the ground in pain and as he looked towards the Jaffa he saw the Jaffa smack him with the butt end of his Staff weapon knocking unconscious.
