Chapter 14

Planet Elem, Fire Nation.

Konoha.

Hokage Office.

Minato was busy in his office with his shadow clones doing paperwork, but while his clones were doing there work Minato couldn't focus on his as he kept looking at the picture frame of his family that was taking after the Uchiha Massacre, in the picture was everyone smiling in it except Naruto who wasn't in it the picture, as Minato looked at the photo he felt the pain for what he been doing to Naruto, all the times Naruto would ask if they would teach him they would just ignore him till he couldn't take it anymore and ran away hoping for a better life elsewhere than Konoha.

As Minato thought on how he failed Naruto as a father he heard knocking at the door.

"Come in" Minato said as he steeled himself.

The door opened revealing the secretary who escorted Major Kovacek with a briefcase into the room with O'neill, Minato seeing the two stood up.

"Gentlemen... welcome back to Konoha" Minato said but saw that they were tense.

"I take it this is not a social visit" Minato said.

"I'm afraid not Hokage... a few days ago the offworld refugee site that was housing people from this world was under attack" Kovacek said getting a serious look from Minato.

"Were there any survivors" Minato asked even though the refugees were from Water Country he still felt responsible for there safety as it was his suggestion that the refugee campsite would be better off world in case Yagura's hunter-nin were to come after them.

Flashback.

Hokage's Office

Two days after Danzo's death and the revelations that his son Ken told him about Obito and Yagura, Minato had prepared a team to deal with Yagura as he felt responsible for Obito's falling into Madara's path.

"Right everyone listen up... our goal is to find the Mizukage and release him from the Genjutsu that has been causing his radical changes, I don't know what we are heading into but we need to be careful as this civil war might spill into a full blown war with our Nation if we fail... so if anyone wants to back out now it's the time"

Minato said to his team but saw no reaction from them.

"Alright let's get goin..." MInato didn't get the chance to finish his sentence before Jiraiya came through the window with a sad expression.

"Father what are you doing here" Minato said.

"Minato son there's no need to send a team or anyone to deal with the Yagura" Jiraiya said with sadness.

"What happened" Minato asked.

"He's dead son" HE said getting a shock from Jiraiya.

"What, how" Minato asked.

"The details surrounding his death is still unknown, but I did confirm that he is in fact dead... sorry son" Jiraiya said.

"When did he die" Minato asked.

"2 Days ago" Jiraiya said causing Minato to curse himself for taking too long to come up with a strike team to help the Mizukage.

(AU: They never explained how Yagura died in the show, but don't worry I'll explain how he died in later chapters"

Minato calked up the Mizukage's death as another failure on his part as he didn't react quicker to Ken's warning about the Mizukage

"It would appear that whoever attacked the site were after the refugees for some reason" Major Kovacek said getting a concerned look from Minato which got O'neills eye's as he would thought that he would be more shocked after hearing that his son's were just captured by an unknown force, but even though he was a clone of the real O'neill he still had his experience and right know they were telling him that something wasn't adding up about the Hokage's expression.

"Hokage... (Minato looking at O'neill) did you know that your sons were at the refugee site when the attack happened" O'neill said getting a look of pure shock and horror.

"WHAT... what were Naruto and Ken doing there" Minato said as he put both of his hands on his head as his mind began to think back on what Danzo did to Ken, O'neill seeing this only confirmed what he was thinking about.

"So I take it you didn't know then" O'neill said as Minato sat back down and saw one of his Anbu coming out of the Shadows.

"Hokage sir... please take a deep breath... we'll find them... right" Anbu with a dog mask said as he looked at the two off-worlders who nodded.

"That's why we're here" Major Kovacek said getting Minato to look up at him.

"We have allies who specialise in espionage and right know we've sent word to them to find out who was responsible behind this and in the meanwhile we would like to arrange a joint operation to rescue them when we've found them"

Kovacek said.

"Did you talk to them" Minato asked looking at O'neill who nodded.

"I had a chat with them after finding out that they lied trying to the site and from the medical scans we've taken when they arrived also gave us more questions and after the chat about how they managed to leave the village"

O'neill said seeing just how bad Minato felt about how that happened.

"I take it Ken told you about Danzo and how my family just banished Naruto without realising it" Minato said seeing an angry look from O'neill.

"Oh yes and don't worry about the Danzo part, I've done my fair share of black ops to know not only when someone's lying but also seen a fair amount of monsters"

O'neill said.

"And what about those medical scans you took..." Everyone turned around and saw Tsunade at the door holding Kushina who was barely holding herself together after heard everything.

"Excuse me and who are you" O'neill said.

"I'm the Hokage's mother and grandmother to those boys who've just been taken and the leading expert on Medical ninjutsu, Tsuande Senju of the Sannin... now then what about those damn scans you've taken"

Tsunade said getting a slightly worried expression from O'neill as she and Kushina sat down on the couch, O'neill who read the reports about the Sannin and how dangerous each one of them were knew it was best to not to antagonise them.

"Well... Lady Senju, for our scans we've found out that your boys don't have the 'Chakra' system in there bodies which is odd considering where there born from and that there Genes is more active than yours"

O'neill said as Kovacek handed over the reports he took out from his briefcase and handed it over to Tsunade who looked over as Minato came over and sat down with Kushina.

"Minato... we have to find them" Kushina said as she began crying.

"We will find them... dog assemble a strike force and have them on standby till we get word from the Tau'ri" Minato said as Dog Anbu vanished immediately.

"Dear Kami" Tsunade said with shock as she saw the scans regarding Ken, as she said this everyone turn towards her.

"Mother what's wrong" Minato said with worry.

"What did Danzo do to Ken... according to this Ken had his left eye removed" She said getting pure shock from everyone in the room.

"Say what but how... we both saw Ken a month ago and there wasn't a single scar on him let alone a missing eye or an eye patch" Minato said as his anger over Danzo did to Ken began to resurface.

"Ken did say he can regenerate which helped get rid off the curse mark that Danoz put on him" O'neill said getting looks from everyone in the room.

"Like I said Ken told me about Danzo, but one thing I don't get is why the eye" O'neill said.

"We had a clan called the Uchiha's who's eyes can copy any Ninjutsu or even cast illusions just by looking at there enemies and it was proven in a previous war that transplanting there eyes into someone else that person can acquire there abilities as well, Danzo just before he was killed planted about a dozen Sharigan's into himself so that he can acquire some technique that requires them but was killed before he could use it... he must've tried using Ken's one... but we didn't find anything in his base that suggested that Danzo took Ken's eye and even if he couldn't use it who would he give it... no... he didn't"

Tsunade said as fear began to began to show itself.

"Mom what's the matter" Minato said as everyone was getting nervous.

"After Danzo died and from the Yamanaka's mind walk, Danzo had several meetings with Orochimaru, one of those meetings Danzo must've told him to take one of 13's eye's"

Tsuande said as she realised what Ken was called in Danzo's Root base.

"Wait 13... wasn't that Ken's designation... that BASTARD" Minato said his anger was nearly the boiling point.

"I'LL KILL THAT SNAKE BASTARD" Minato yelled out as Kushina held him down to calm him.

"Okay can someone explain this 13 thing please" O'neill said with his hand up.

"Danzo doesn't use names for his agents, instead he assigns them a number and ken was number 13" Tsunade said as she began to walk out of the office.

"Oh shit... I take it this Orochimaru character is not well liked" O'neill said as the report regarding the Sannin only told him what they were capable off and not what they done.

"Orochimaru is a monster who killed and dissected his own comrades learn there techniques as well as kidnap dozens of kids and experimented on them without remorse, all in an attempt to achieve immortality just so that he can learn every Jutsu there is"

Tsunade said.

"Major is there anything else you can tell us about what happened at the refugee site, I don't think the kidnappers would be able to get everyone without casualties considering some of the refugees were Shinobi themselves"

Minato said.

"We did manage to obtain video footage which showed us that they are Jaffa serving some Go'auld that manage to stay hidden when we were hunting them and that some of the Jaffa were using anti prior devices to prevent your people from using your abilities"

Kovacek said getting a confused look from Minato, Tsunade and Kushina who knew nothing about Goa'uld or jaffa or even anti prior devices.

"The Goa'uld are a snake like parasite that buries themselves into peoples head and take control over there bodies, they ruled this Galaxy with an Iron fist and wanted everyone to believe that they were Gods and if someone didn't believe them or refused to serve them they would be killed, they came to our world 10,000 years ago and posed as gods taking some of us as hosts for them, turned some of them into Jaffa to serve as there enforcers and the rest were taken through the stargate to used as slaves, thankfully we managed to rebel and forced them off our world and buried the Stargate so that they couldn't return, skim forward a few thousand years and we unburied the stargate and managed to defeat them, but due to our curiosity we managed to find another enemy called the 'Ori' who were the same as the Goa'uld but had access to more advanced tech than the Goa'uld and had abilities, so we created this device to disable there abilities and managed to beat them... but it would seem that the Goa'uld managed to get their hands on our technology"

O'neill said feeling guilty that some Goa'uld managed to get there hands on there technology so that they can get slaves from a world that they promised would be safe.

"They must've tuned it so that we couldn't use our Jutsus" Minato said getting a nod from Kovacek.

"But it would appear from the footage that your son Ken manage to resist the device for a time and just before he was captured managed to kill one of them" O'neill said seeing a small smile from Minato, Kushina and Tsunade who stood up and left the room with the folder in her hand.

"Mom where are you going" Minato said as looked at her.

"I'm getting your father and were joining the strike force and getting our boys back" She said getting a nod from Minato as she left the office.

Hokage Residence.

30 minutes later.

Tsunade had entered the house when she saw Jiraiya at the kitchen table enjoying some tea with two stacks of blank papers and a ton of ink capsules showing he was ready for the girls training in the Sealing Arts when they would come home.

"Jiraiya... get yourself ready for War" Tsunade said as Jiraiya turned around and saw her.

"Who are we going to War with" He said as Tsunade came up to him and handed him the folder she had in her hands.

"Some people calling themselves the Goa'uld who kidnapped our grand sons" Tsunade said getting a look of shock and fear from Jiraiya.

"WHAT... Who are the Goa'uld and how did they kidnap Ken and Naruto with there abilites and where were they" He said shooting questions as his mind was going through a hundred scenarios on how that happened.

"The boys were at that Refugee Site when it was attacked by the Goa'uld who claim they are gods and used stolen technology from the Tau'ri to disable our ability to use Jutsu... here (Tsunade handing Jiraiya the folder) it's a medical file on our boys, standard protocol when heading to the Refugee site is that everyone gets scanned for medical reasons, read the part about ken and you'll find out just what Danzo did to him and what Orochimaru took from him as well"

She said as Jiraiya went wide eyed after hearing the Orochimaru part and quickly opened the folder to skimmed Naruto's medical results, but was shocked when he found out Ken's medical results.

"Oh dear Kami... Ken... the next time I see that snake bastard... NO WORDS I'LL JUST KILL HIM" Jiraiya said with rage at the ending before calming down and putting down the folder on the kitchen table before looking at Tsunade seeing the same eyes full of rage.

"Okay what's the plan" He said looking at Tsunade

"The Tau'ri have asked us to aid them in rescuing the refugees that was taking, but they don't know where they are, thankfully they know some people that can help us, till then we need to be ready"

Tsunade said getting a nod from Jiraiya.

Unknown Location.

"Ah... my head..." Ken said as he slowly regained conscious and moved his hands to the sides of his head where the headache was only find something metal along the sides of his skull.

"What the hell" Ken said as he got up and looked around, but was immediately tackled to the ground by a bald headed kid.

"KEN YOUR AWAKE" The kid said as his voice was not only filled with joy but also sounding very familiar to Ken, till he realised it was Naruto thanks to his blue eyes but most importantly his faded whiskers marks on his cheeks.

"Naruto... what happened... ah my head" Ken said as Naruto got off him and helped him get back up.

"I don't know what happened, the last thing I remember was someone covered in armour with a weird tattoo on his forehead aim a black stone snake at me and then pain a lot of pain and then I woke here"

Naruto said as Ken looked at the sides of Naruto head and saw some some implants on him causing him to move his hands to sides of his own head and feeling the same thing and noticing that his own was shaved as well.

Ken then looked around the room they were in, noticing the gold covered walls with symbols on it, two fire lit lanterns hanging from the ceiling providing light and warmth, towards the back of the room are two single mattresses with a blanket and a pillow and last but least a toilet with a small wall to give some privacy.

"I give the place a 3 out of 5 for giving us a bed, toilet and some heat" Ken said getting a seriously look from Naruto.

"What... the last I was captured I was only giving a hole to shit out of, and I'll admit this time the accommodation is much nicer" Ken said not seeing an improvement from Naruto.

"Fine... I'll take things seriously... from the looks of things it would appear that we've taken captured by Jaffa loyal to what's left of the Goa'uld" Ken said getting confused look from Naruto.

"Yeah the Stargate was a tv show that I watched in my previous life... loved it... anyway if it is a Goa'uld that has captured us, then it's not looking good and why are we the only two in here and why do we have these implants on us"

Ken said.

"I tried to use my chains but every time I do I get headaches and it always from these things" Naruto said pointing to his implants.

"Great there inhibitors... looks like the Goa'uld improved the designs if they made them this way... also smart of them" KEn said as Naruto started to get worried.

"Ken... what are the chances of someone rescuing us" Naruto said getting a sad look from Ken.

"Not good Ken... we could be anywhere in the galaxy and if this Goa'uld managed to remain hidden from the Tok'ra, the free Jaffa and the Tau'ri then the chances are not good"

Ken said seeing tears come down Naruto's face making Ken feel ashamed for what he said.

"Naruto... (Naruto looks at Ken) this Goa'uld may have remained hidden but they made a big mistake when they attacked the Refugee site as that would send red flags everywhere, so our chances are actually higher than I thought"

Ken said getting a small smile from Naruto.

"Actually they might've been desperate if they attack such a world in the first place... which could only means they are running out of places to hide"

Ken said as began to think only to hear one of the walls in front the mattresses open outwards revealing two Jaffa's who entered the room with a Staff weapon in one hand and a bowl of soup and a spoon in the other, as they entered the room Ken remained alert as Naruto moved closer to him.

"Eat" The Jaffa said as they placed the bowls of soup on the floor and left the room closing the now revealed door.

"Come on lets eat" Ken said but Naruto grabbed hold of his arm.

"Wait... what if it's poisoned or something" Naruto said seeing a smile from Ken.

"Good, thinking of all possibilities does lead to panic but it also leads to some answers, and don't worry it's not poisoned" Ken said.

"But how do you know that" Naruto said.

"If they wanted us dead then we'll be dead... no they want something from us and what that is I don't know" Ken said as Naruto let go of Ken.

"Good point... then what do they want from us" Naruto said.

"Good question... but right now we have to wait and see"

Ken said as the view of him and Naruto moved outwards through the walls, pass several floors and Jaffas till it was outside showing a Goa'uld mothership travelling in Hyperspace to some unknown destination.
