Chapter 17
Hyperspace, 5 days later
Tau'ri Fleet.
The Tau'ri Fleet was made up of 8 Daedalus class ships with the George Hammond in the lead that was operating as one of Earth's defence force with another 1 that was part of the fleet and the other two coming from the Ori Supergate, the remaining 4 were from Pegasus who had completed there operation ahead of schedule and were making there way home for repairs, when questioned why they didn't tell them they were heading back they said that they informed Atlantis that they were heading home, when they question Atlantis there response were they were having problems with repairs to the city with all the damage the city took in the years since the Tau'ri had control with it.
(AU: Don't let the show fool you, that city took a beating from a storm, a Wraith pathogen that nearly consumed a tower, a massive laser powered by a dozen or so ZPM's from the Asurans Replicators, the battle with the Super Hive ship damaged Atlantis hyper drive that was barely repaired when it journey back to Pegasus and the Wormhole drive burned out beyond repair)
While the ships arriving was a blessing they had to speed up the repairs due to time not being on there side.
In each of the 8 ships was several squads of both Tau'ri special forces and Shinobi, the Shinobi were from the recently made Shinobi Alliance that was formed a week after the attack on the Refugee site, when the remaining Kages had another meeting to discuss how Gate Cross Village was progression, the only Kage not at the meeting was the Mizukage as he was dead and the Hidden Mist Village still hadn't elected a new Mizukage.
During the discussion Minato revealed that Konoha had recieved numerous requests from other worlds who needed help with either medical assistance, bodyguards or dealing with the Lucian Alliance among other things, normally these worlds would've asked the Tau'ri for help but they were stretched pretty thin as they were still uniting there world, building more ships, taking out the Wraith and also dealing with the Lucian Alliance as well.
As Minato explained the requests he suggested forming a Shinobi Alliance that as this would show that there world is united and that it would bring it one step closer to a better future for them, while the other Kages hesitated at first they knew it was a good idea as it would let them be known on the galactic board, when they asked Minato if anyone else was fighting the Lucian Alliance he said that there was another one but most worlds still did not trust them even after they had freed themselves from there former masters.
The Kages agreed to the Shinobi Alliance but asked who would be there leader, Minato suggested that the Raikage lead the Alliance shocking everyone in the room as they assumed he would want to be the leader, Minato said the reason he didn't want to be the Leader was because Konoha had internal problems that still needed time to sort things out and that being in charge of this Alliance would make things difficult for him, Minato also suggested that he would give the off world requests to Suna as this would help them with there economy situtation as there Daimyo as been ignoring there help.
The Kazekage wanted to refuse this but his village needed the money but asked Minato how the other worlds would pay them as he figures there economy would be different, Minato said the payments would either be technology even though it wouldn't be as advanced as the Tau'ri or minerals such as Naquadah which is what nearly everyone in the galaxy used as currency or used to make common technology that everyone that wasn't in Tau'ri used, Minato said they were even offering gemstones as payments well.
The Kages hearing this knew they couldn't pass up the opportunities that was being offered to them, even the Raikage knew it was too good to pass up but asked the other Kages if they had any issues with him being in charge, The Kazekage didn't have any issues as as he was more concerned with his village and that being named the leader of the Shinobi Alliance would make things worse if his attention was elsewhere, the Tsuchikage said he wanted to make an argument about being the leader but choose against it and merely said that he was getting too old for it and that he wanted to spend more time with his Granddaughter to make sure she was ready for his poisition when he retires.
Hearing all sides give there conscent to the Raikage he agreed to be the leader of the Shinobi Alliance on the condition that the Hidden Mist would not be apart of it till they elected a new Mizukage, everyone agreed to it as they would not know if the new Mizukage would be for or against this new Shinobi Allaince.
The Raikage's first order as Leader of the Shinobi Alliance was to discuss the recent attack at the Refugee site and who was responsible and what happened to there people,as he asked this Minato stepped up and told them that a rement of the Goa'uld Empire named Kaguya was behind the attack and that she using there people to harvest resources to start another empire far away from the Tau'ri and it was them who told him about the incident and how Kaguya used a device to prevent there people from using there Jutsu's, which worried everyone in the room, Minato further explained that Kaguya was using Ancient Knowledge from the same people that built the Stargate which would put on the same level as the Tau'ri which worried everyone in the room as despite there Jutsu's that could turn the battlefield to there advantage but they were completely powerless if the enemy could come to the planet and destroy it from Orbit without any warning.
Minato even explained that his son's were there and how Kaguya downloaded the Ancient Knowledge into them and were being used by Kaguya and that time was running out for them, but he did tell them that the Tau'ri are coming with a plan to get them back and asked them for help, the Raikage agreed to help him as Minato could've kept the off world requests for his village to prosper but instead gave them to Suna to help them.
Just Outside Kaguya's Controlled System.
The Tau'ri Fleet exited Hyperspace in a nearby nebula that according to both the Free Jaffa and the Asgardian Core was known to cause discrepancy to ships sensors allowing any ships that enetred it to hide from any sensors even Asgardians
George Hammond, Control Bridge.
General Carter was in her chair with her crew and General O'neill, Kushina, Tsunade, Jiraiya and a Jounin from a recently formed Village called Sound, Minato wanted to be there but was told by everyone that the village needed him and that they would bring the kids back.
"Alright folks let's go over the plan again" O'Neill said getting everyones attention.
"The fleet will be cloaked using technology we just developed" O'neill said but in reality they transported the tech from the puddle jumpers into the fleet as the Tau'ri still wanted Atlantis to be a secret.
"And from here we'll make our way towards them using our sublight engines, which will take about 4 hours to reach them"
"Can't we just use hyper space to just jump in and transport everyone into there ships" Jiraiya said
"We can't the time it'll take to jump and prep our transporters would take under fifteen seconds... I know it sounds quick but from our intel Kaguya is quite paranoid and the second we exit from hyperspace she'll launch her fleet to who knows where with whatever resources and people she abducted, no what got to be careful with this, our new cloaks have developed and tested so that not even our own sensors can pick up with they are cloaking, downside is that we can't use the cloak in hyperspace and if we did the hyperspace window will still be detected and then..."
"And then Kaguya will flee... got it"
"Once we are in range of the transporters we'll immediately transport both teams of special forces and shinobi who will take over the ships, now before you ask we've developed a wrist band that will protect yous from the Anti-prior devices that Kaguya has placed in her ships, if the wrist band is red your abilities won't work if they are green your good to go"
Carter said getting nods from the Shinobi who left to be with there teams.
"Are you ready for this Sound Shinobi" Jiraiya said looking at the Jounin.
"Yes my team is ready and thank you for the opportunity"
"How you do on this job will decide if your Village is to join the Alliance so I hope your ready for this" Jiraiya said with a serious tone
"But of course Jiraiya I know what is at stake"

Orochimaru having heard from his spies about the Shinobi Alliance and the mission to rescue the people teaken from the Refugee site, saw an opportunity that would allow him to aquire a Goa'uld Sarcophagus as he heard tales of it being used to prolong a human lifespan by thousands of years and in helping the rescue mission he might get a chance for a pardon as it would allow him to get his research done without anyone constantly chasing him, even though he managed to avoid the hunters after him even Jiraiya, he knew hiding from the Akatsuki was difficult after he tried to aquire Itachi's body only to fail and get kicked out for trying.
He was taking a gamble on this mission as all it would take for it to fail would be Ken seeing him.
He remembered meeting Ken for the first in Danzo's Root base and what happened at the end of the meeting.
Root Base
A Year Ago.
"Danzo you better have a reason for bringing me here, I'm taking quite a risk"
"I assure you it would be quite of interest to you after you seen what I have in my possession"
"Oh what might that be"
"Remember that Project involving Madara's DNA"
"Yes it took quite a while and lot of diging to find his body and from it we only managed to produce a single female before Hiruzen found out about it and took the child away from us"
"True but he didn't know that the childs was Madara's, so I waited for the child to grow and planned another Project of mine"
"And what was the purpose of this new Project if I may ask"
"I was wonder what a child of both Senju and Uchiha blood would be capable of, both clans grudingly respected each other but kept there distances from each and yet I wonder"
Orochimaru hearing this knew what he was going to say and a wicked smile grew on his face.
"Oh my... I wonder who the father could be"
"It was also an attempt to get you the Hokage Hat by discrediting Minato but that failed and with the 9 tails release I thought both mother and child was lost, thankfully I'm glad I was wrong and saw another opportunity to acquire not only him but also get rid off the accursed Uchiha"
Danzo opened a door showing '13' being restrained by two more Agents.
"Orochimaru allow me to introduce you to 13" Orochimaru smiled greatly at seeing the boy who had the blood of the strongest clans he every seen.
"My name is ken you fuc..." Ken froze when he raised his head and saw Orochimaru starring at him.
"no... not you" Fear paralazed Ken as Orochimari walked towards to him.
"How nice to meet you 13... how goes his training Danzo anything remarkable"
"13 here has shown amazing progress since the year I had him, I would right his skill in Taijutsu at just near Chunin another year and he would be at Jounin and his Chakra based abilities being non-existent"
Orochimaru looked at Danzo with confusion when he said that.
"What do you mean his Chakra abilities are non-existent hows that possible" Danzo looked at Orochimaru and smiled.
"Remember those ruins with the Great Sage message implanted in them" Orochimaru remembering what the message was quickly turned towards Ken his smile even more wicked than before.
"Is he"
"Yes he is"
"Kukukuku an actually Nephalem, mind if I fight him a bit" Ken hearing this activiated his eyes to Orochimaru
"My what lovely eyes you, must be your Nephalem heritage mimicing the Sharigan, may I have one of them"
"But of course, I think it would be better if 13 would just have the one eye instead of two... 53 proceed" Just as he said another Agent appeared beside Ken with a small cynlinder with some fluid and quickly removed Ken's eye.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA YOU FUCKER AAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Ken screamed and looked at Orochimaru as he was handed his eye, his nephalem blazing with rage that it morphed causing the blue Iris to completely engulf his eye.
"Oh my your remaining eye just changed I wonder what it can do"
"Let's find out, release him" Hearing this Ken was released and he immediately charged at Orochimaru with a fist full of lightning that wasn't making a sound, with his remaining eye he cast unknownly casted an illusion on Orochimaru showing him 5 Kens charging at him
"Oh my am I under an Illusion already (Ken getting closer) nice work but you need to work on the sound the Chidori (Orochimaru grabs one of the Ken) makes AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA."
Orochimaru screamed when Kens fist full of lightning pierced his stomach causing Orochimaru to kick Ken so hard that Ken smashed right into the wall behind knocking him unconscious.
End Flashback.
Orochimaru wanted to attack Ken again but Danzo refused and had his Root Agents block him from doing so, so he left the base with a grudge againts Ken for the humilation he suffered, back to the present Orochimaru walked over to his team which he dubbed the Sound five.
"Sir is everythin alright" Kimimaro said with worry.
"Yes everthing is fine, is everyone here ready"
"Yes sir... do we know which ship we'll be transported to"
"Yes it'll be the biggest one in the enemy fleets... everyone got there wrist bands" Everyone nodded.
"And why the fuck are we wearing these things" She said but instantly regretted when Orochimaru looked at her.
"These ships we are infiltrating have the technology to nulify our Jutsus, these bands are designed to prevent it, red means we can't use our abilities, green means we can understood"
He said getting nods from his team.
4 hours later.
Cloaked Fleet in transporter range.
"Alright everyone prepare yourselves" Everyone was nervous especially the Shinobi as it was the first time they have ever been off world.
"Transporting in 5... (Kushina gripping her sword) 4... (Tsunade cracking her knuckles) 3... (Orochimaru grinning like a wild man) 2... (Jiraiya looking at the sound Jounin cautiously) 1... (Jiraiya in shock realising who it is before being engulfed in white light)"
Anubis ship.
Alarms were going off all around the ship as the ships sensors detected several intruders all around the ship.
"What is going"
"My lord our ship sensors have detected several dozen people that have beamed in... MY LORD LOOK"
Kaguya looked outside her ship and saw several Tau'ri ships decloaking and firing at her ships destroying them but only from her point of view in reality the Tau'ri were targetting there engines stopping them from going anywhere.
"ENGAGE THE STARDRIVE HEAD TO OUR DESTINATION NOW"
Her first hearing her initated the launched sequence immediately.
George Hammond.
"General the lead ship they appear to be breaking off"
"Fire weapons at the engines do not lose that ship" Carter said
The command came too late as the ship entered hyperspace before the plasma beam weapon could reach them.
"Sir... I'm sorry there gone"
"Did the team get onboard"
"Yes sir they have"
"Good Our forces have subspace beacons on them and they know how communications work, it's up to them now... in the meanwhile lets deal with the remaining enemies"
"Understood sir".
Anubis Ship.
Storage room.
In the room the team that was beamed aboard was comprised of 8 Tau'ri special Forces led by Colonel O'neill and the Shinobi Alliance which had Kushina, Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru and his sound five.
Currently Orochimaru was slammed against the wall by Jiraiya with an open hand.
"JIRAIYA WHAT ARE YOU DOING" Tsunade said.
"ITS HIM ITS OROCHIMARU" He shouted drawing everyones attention to them.
"What are you tlaking about I'm not Orochimaru" He said but Jiraiya didn't believe as he put his hand on his face and ripped off the skin showing ORochimaru's features.
Sound five seeing this attempted to help there master but found themselves weakened because of the ships Inhibitors restricting there abilities.
"OROCHIMARU... what are you doing here"
"Ah well I guess the snake is out of the bag (Looks at his team) what did I just say about the wrist bands" His team looked at there wrists and saw the red light coming off it, as did Jiraiya and the rest.
"I'm not repeating myself Orochimaru" Tsunade said as Kushina drew her katana.
"Well aint it obivious (Tsunade and Jiraiya looking at each other) I'm here for 3 reasons one a Gou'ald Sarcophagus, two a long shot but if I'm lucky maybe some of the Schematics your grandsons are writing... if they are still alive that is"
What he just said got Jiraiya to tighten his grip and Kushina's katana touching his throat drawing blood.
"They are alive" Kushina said with venom.
Before she could anything else the door opened revealing several Jaffa in normal armouraments firing there staff weapons at tehm causing everyone to take cover behind crates while the Tau'ri opened fire quickly taking out the Jaffa.
After the small skimirsh O'neill quickly intervened.
"ALRIGHT FOLKS I DON'T CARE WHAT HE'S DONE OR WHY HE WANTS THAT SARCOPHAGUS BUT WHAT I DO KNOW IS THAT IF WE DON'T WORK TOGETHER WE'LL BE (Ships enters Hyperspace) Great just great... alright folks were on our own so now please can we work together"
Both Sound and Leaf Shinobis looked at each over... there wrist band still show red.
"What was the third reason teme" Jiraiya asked.
"Since the formation of the Shinobi Alliance the Raikage offered any missing nin a chance to redeem themselves by helping them and... well the opportunity to acquire advanced technology would be extremely benefical would it not"
He said with a sickening smile.
"And let's face it I heard these Jaffa have access to armour that could withstand our techniques and you need all the help you need and other than Tsunade who else is trained in Medical Ninjutsu"
Tsunade made scowl at Orochimaru who was right, even though the Tau'ri did have some medical pouches and training it paled compared to what Tsunade knew and could do and to a lesser extent Orochimaru.
"Jiraiya let him go" Jiraiya turned to look at Tsunade and saw the face she was making and the sadness it showed if Ken and Naruto died.
"Fine... Colonel do you know where the boys are" Jiraiya said as he saw O'neill talking to someone on his ear piece.
"Roger that... Hailey you got the map how far are we"
"Sir give me a moment (Pulls up a small tablet) we take a left through the doors and lucky us its' the room down the hall 30 metres away"
"Right folks... we've got two additional teams on board as well who have there jobs, ours is to find and help those boys lets move out" Everyone nodded and moved out.
When they entered the room they saw Ken and Naruto with more implants not only on there heads but on there chests as well.
"NARUTO" Kushina ran towards him and engulfed in a hug but found him staring elsewhere and not responding to her.
"Naruto, naruto are you there its me its mommy..." As she looked at him she saw blood coming down his face from his eyes that was nearly bloodshot as was Ken.
"What the hell did she do to them" O'neill said as he saw them.
"Colonel you've made" Isnew said but saw everyone pointing there weapons at her.
"Easy folks... she's with us" Everyone put there weapons down.
"My name is Isnew and I am Tok'ra and the one send that message requesting help... WHAT TOO YOU SO LONG... these boys don't have long left"
"Yeah what the hell is happening to them"
"Kaguya implanted medical implants to keep them alive as long as possible but it would last for long, we need to remove the knowledge NOW"
Tsunade raced towards them and began check them once she saw the red light flickering before turning green her wrist, she immediately began her mdeical Jutsus to help them.
"Remove the implants on there heads hopefully there's time for them to remove the knowledge themselves"
"How is that possible if there near death" Orochimaru said as near there work stations and saw the schematics there drawing.
"There subconscious will use the knowledge to figure out a solution before we can think of one"
"like the time when General O'neill had the knowledge, it led him seeking the Asgard for help and helped the Earth by discovering the Ancient Outpost"
Hailey said as went towards the boys and began working on them.
"What are you doing" Kushina said.
"I'm going to turn off the the head implants before you take it off" Hailey said.
"That will make my job less stressfully"
Tsunade said as Hailey immediately went to work as she took out her small tablet and scan the implants and began working.
"I'm curious... (Orochimaru looking at Isnew) What is a Tok'ra doing here so far away from the Lands of Demons" Orochimaru said getting looks fromeveryone and a confused one from Isnew.
"What... what are you talking about, the Tok'ra have never been to your world before"
"You lie, I've been to the land of Demons and I've met the Tok'ra Queen Cepi and her children during my search for Immortalilty"
When Orochimaru said that Isnew was shown having a small on her face.
"Our Queen... she lives... how many children does she have"
"Couple hundred but you should know this you are her child are you not" Isnew shook her head.
"I'm from another Tok'ra Queen that seperated from the Gou'ald and was captured a thousand years ago but not before siring us, our Queen died nearly twenty years ago... the Tok'ra Queen your talking about is Cepi who molded into a Queen to continue oue species but was also captured and imprisoned on your world"
"And was released during the ten tails rampage that part I know... thank you for the answer, and I take it these are the schematics the boy wrote down yes"
Orochimaru said as Isnew nodded.
"Fascinating... a shame I can't make heads or tails or even understand the langu..."
"AND DONE" As soon as Hailey said it, the boys immediately began typing into there work stations like crazy.
"What are they doing"
"Sir we've got imcoming"
"Took them long enough... alright everyone defend this room Shinobi if you wrist is green get to work" O'neill said as the Sound five looked towards Orochimaru who simply nodded.
"Here this may help the boys" Isnew said as she went towards her work station and pressing sever buttons the light flickered for a moment.
"There the Inhibitors have been turned off through out the whole of the ship"
When that happened Ken's eyes changed and began typing much faster than before, Naruto walked over towards the respository and lifted his arms and bringing out six metal chains from his that began taking apart the device and rearranging it.
"What... what the hell since when can Naruto have access to 6 chains"
As Jiraiya said this the Tau'ri opened fire on the Jaffa, as did the Sound five as Orochimaru went through hand signs.
"Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction" He unleashed a massive torrent of fire that engulfed the hallway and and the additional hallways as well.
"Well... that will buy us some time, hopefully before they show up wearing those Supersoldier armour"
Ken hearing this stopped what he was and speed towards Naruto console and began typing even faster before heading back to his station and finish what he was doing before speeding towards Isnew console and began work on it, after a minute Naruto had stopped working on teh device and walked towards the device before stopping and plunging two chains into ceiling raising himself till he was on level with the device just as Ken was finished.
The device awakened and grabbed Naruto by the head.
"NARUTO"
"STOP HER" Jiraiya hearing O'neill grabbed Kushina as a white light was shown coming from the device before letting go of Naruto who was unconscious, Jiraiya seeing this let Kushina go as she drew her Katana and channeling her chakra through the blade cut the chains dropping Naruto into her arms.
"KUSHINA BRING NARUTO OVER" Kushina run over as Ken pressed some buttons and walked over to the device and Jiraiya grabbing him.
"Alright kid lets hope this works" The device did the same thing again and after a few seconds let go of Ken was also in the same state and Naruto.
"TEME HERE NOW, AND IF HE DIES YOU DIE TOO UNDERSTAND"
"Always so serious Jiraiya" Orochimaru walked over and began working on Ken just as a replicator and a Katana popped out of the work station the Ken was working on and fired a device at a control panel.
O'neill seeing the replicator fired at it destroying it.
"What the hell was that" Kushina said as she inspected the Katana.
"A Replicator... nasty little buggers, whats with the sword"
"Give me a moment to find out"
Isnew went over to the work stations as did Hailey.
"I'm seeing the schematics for the supersoldier armour and... it looks like the sword compostion... this sword was made to cut through the armour"
"What no gun just a sword... oh well make do with you got, Isnew do you were this is going"
"Yes do you have a means to contact your fleet" One of the Tau'ri gave her one of his communicators.
"There I just sent message with the coordinates"
"Sir I think Ken here created the replicator to shot a virus at the control panel"
"And what does this virus do"
"If I'm reading this right... it's designed to destroyed this ships weapons, engines, shields and transporters without destroying the ship, but it'll take a couple hours"
"Alright some good news, hows the boys doing"
"There breathing which is a good sign, we just need to get these implants of them" Tsunade said as Jiraiya was keeping a close eye on Orochimaru.
"Sound five patrol our hallway make sure the enemy doesn't make it to this room" He commanded.
The sound five nodded and left the room to gaurd the hallways, as the Tau'ri leaving only Hailey and O'neill who was walking with the other teams who were moving through the ship.
"Right folks I ordered the other teams to come here so we have a stronghold, how long before we reach our destination"
"This ship has a Stardrive it only takes a couple of hours to reach another galaxy, how long for your fleet"
"Ah crap two weeks I'm afraid" O'neill said looks that said shit from everyone else.
Few hours later.
Bridge.
"Have the intruders been dealt with"
"Forgive me my lord but they are still alive and our transporters are disabled while we are in hyperspace, I've order the Jaffa to use the Kull armour but the Instruders have been closing the doors and bulkheads to slow us down, and it appears our Inhibitors have been shut down due to the Tok'ra these creatures have been spewing fire that have been burning our troops and even huge bones have appeared from hallway implaing them and make it difficult to reach them"
Kaguya was not happy, since the Tok'ra revealed herself she activated a bomb in that she placed in the room for such an occasion but it would that Isnew knew about it an disabled it, and things were getting worse as the ships systems appear to be infected as nearly all of her ships weapons have been destroyed as some of the control panels have oozing some rainbow fluid, when her First Prime opened the panel the crystals were melting and from the display she was looking at, it was happeneing across her ship.
"My Lord the engines appear to be infected, we are exiting hyperspace in 10 seconds"
"Order the Jaffa with the Kull armour to head here immediately we are abandoning this husk of a ship"
Worshop.
Tsunade and Orochimaru have succeeded in removing the implants on Naruto and Ken and there wounds were healing on there own, all the teams that was transported on board have made it to the workshop with only a few injuries that were being seen to by Tsunade and the medics.
"Everyone brace yourselves we're exiting Hyperspace"
Isnew said getting everyone to brace themselves as they felt the ship exiting.
"Ok right folks, we now play the waiting game till our fleet arrives... (Looks outside the only window the workshop has) Ok that's impressive"
Everyone looked out the window and saw a massive space station with five arms with what appears to cities and a fleet of odd ships with being massive.
"Where the hell our we" Jiraiya said as he looked out the window at the space station that the locals of this galaxy they entered called 'The Citadel'.
(AU: Finally finished with this chapter... sorry being long, and sorry for adding the Kage meeting about the Shinobi Alliance just wanted another way for this to happen instead of Obito declaring War)
