Zeta drives her van close enough for them to see the Akukin headquarters. Citizens has been evacuated for over a mile away from the building.
" Official story is that some terrorist has taken over this building and has new kind of Chemical weapons with them!" Zeta shouts to be heard over the
rainstorms that keep showering on the city in these nights.
HoloX, or whatever they want to be called. Seem to be a strange folks.
Zeta watch suspiciously as one silver hair girl who holding a small fish tank than contain water and giant salamander inside, blonde samurai with serious
manner who carries three swords, a coyote girl that look like she need more sleep, a bird woman wearing a long cape and black tight pant( with a whip on
her thigh.) The group seems to being led by smallest woman Zeta ever know, who also have the biggest horn she ever sees too.
Zeta has to look at instructions given by Subaru again, just to be sure.
" So, what happens again?" Takane Lui, bird woman asks, instincts tell Zeta that she need to talk with this woman to keep the progress going.
" Ninomae Ina'nis. A human who became half ancient one's body has been taken over by the ancient one himself, or something like that."
Zeta explains.
" Since the last month. She starting to feel ills and moved back to Akukin headquarter. But scientists couldn't find a solution or cures her.
In a few days she starts see hallucinations of this city sinking underwater, sleep walking and talking. Unconsciously, she starts writing a second Necronomicon
book."
" What is that?" Iroha asks, fixing a position of her sword.
" A strange book that help you summoning the ancient one, which is not something you should do because he will kill you during the progress.
But the points are that book is very dangerous and could wiped our civilization out in a blink of eyes. It should have been destroyed by the legendary 'Myth'
long time ago. Ina is part of that group too."
" After she rewrite the book, the storm suddenly surround this city and people are losing their mind, they start dressing in robe like some Hollywood cultists
and then performing a ritual, the sea level is start rising too. In a few days this whole city will sinks."
" The worst thing is, three day ago Ina losing her mind and running away with new Necronomicon book. She makes a base in Akukin headquarters and start
calling for monsters, things from another dimension."
Zeta stopped her car near some unsuspiciously looking building and look at the scripts again, cursing Subaru for not want to directly talk with these weirdoes
herself.
She opens a freezer and bringing two jars out of it. One has a purple cat-size squishy thing that look like a squid with human eyes and mouth.
Another is a glass jar that seem to fill with chocolate chip cookies.
"This is Takodachi. A monster that looks like a mixing of Cephalopods and Homo Sapiens. While not looks particularly dangerous.
It will be jumping at your head and start moving inside your brain through ears, nose and mouth.
In a few seconds. It will replace itself with your brain and then control your body to become one of those cultists. Their officials' names are tentacults."
" The victim will start thinking that everything should be alright ' tomorrow' and then their word start failing and unable to speak anything but ' Wah'.
Worst, they will start following picture of priestess's back like a baby duck after its mom. Luckily that we use 3D projector pictures of Ina's back to lure them
in the quarantine zone. If you could say that lucky." Zeta shook her head, horrified.
" And yes, there are no cure for the symptoms. If you are being infects, then bye bye."
"That sound sick!" Laplus chuckled.
" And what about those cookies? Our snack, perhaps?" Sakamata picks up jar of cookies after giving her fish tank to Lui.
" Careful! That is takodachi egg. The chocolates parts are egg while the cookies are some substances making from human body, fills with neurotoxin."
Chloe almost throws the jar away as she quickly yanks it out of her face.
"Some takodachi will trying to shoot their egg in your mouth. If it gets in… You probably could have guess. A poison will paralyze you while the egg start
growing up and eating your flesh. Then boom! Takodachi will burst out and find a new host."
Koyori quickly hide behind Laplus. " I am scientist… Medic! I am Medic! Everybody need me outside the war zone to be ready to heal everyone, right?"
When nobody is answering, Koyori start whimpering.
" I don't want to get close to this thing!"
Chloe hugs her. " Don't cry Koyori, clam down and eat that cookies first." She points at the takodachi's egg jar on the table.
Koyori retreat near Iroha who sit patiently and watching everyone with disinterested.
" You are samurai. A protector of woman and children, right?" Koyori said hopefully.
Iroha shook her head. " My sword is for master Laplus only."
" I heard that your Asakoyo are very good stuff and will help us a lot during the fight." Zeta said what Laplus suggested Koyori would like to hear,
and coyote girl face suddenly brighten.
" You understand the beauty of Asakoyo too, aren't you? Let tries-"
Zeta quickly changes the topic. " Let have some field test with those monster and evil cults, shall we?"
" Nice idea!" Koyori quickly pumping her Asakoyo inside the lab tube.
" But what our mission is, though?" Lui asks, giving fish tank back to Chloe.
"Find Ina'nis and capture her, alive if possible."
Zeta picks up something that looks like a gas ovens from under her seat.
" This is ' Star Destroyer' Bomb. Making from star people crystals. It will suck every mana around them until they are empty.
If we blow this at Ina face or her book, her magic probably goes down enough for us to captured her."
" And for softer capturing. We have this ' cover' crystal."
Zeta picks up a blue triangle crystal that use to belong to Ina'nis.
" She throws it away after become mad, energy tracking suggest that it could sucking ancient one energy out too, somehow."
" So can we…" Chloe points her finger as a gun and mimicking gunshot sound. " At her? Using that item as a bullet."
Zeta shook her head " Too risks. If it goes too deep. Ina'nis will die too and if she could dodge it, we don't have a spare ammo."
" What about the legendary Myths?" Iroha said, her voice sneers.
" Why do they need someone like us to clean up, instead of helping their friends themselves?"
Zeta looks at the scripts again. " Gawr Gura is still missing somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean." Chloe suddenly snorted, but Zeta goes on anyways.
" Mori Calliope and Takanashi Kiara are worked together right now at Maldives, something about a strange woman from the moon.
While Amelia Watson has a big Final Exam in her university."
" Exam!" Laplus snickers. " When the world is going to end?"
Zeta frowned. " Trust me. If you manage to face one. It will feel like the world is going to end too."
" Enough talking. Let get to our business." Zeta opens the back of her car, showing a bunch of weapons to them.
" Akukin funds us with those weapons. Feel free to use it."
" I have my own things." Iroha said as she put the nodachi sword on her back, katana on her leg and tanto knife on her shoulder.
Lui open her handbag and pulls out .500 S&W Magnum revolver before putting it in the holster at her hips.
" Careful with that, Lui." Laplus warned. " One box of that Ammo is more than Sakamata's monthly salary.
Zeta pretended to not hear that as she picks up her Steyr AUG assault rifle and HK USP 9 mm. Handgun. They are light and compact, easier to use in the
closed space like the city and building area.
" Can I borrowed your flamethrower?" Koyori whispered as she takes the thing out and pump Asakoyo in the tanks instead of normal flammable chemical
they usually goes with.
After wearing a white gown and scientist glasses, Koyori is ready for the fights.
Chloe picks up a whaler harpoon with interests. " Guess this will do." She muttered.
" Okay, so our plan is to sneak in the headquarter.
Avoid confrontation with any enemies, if possible. And then find Ina, beat her up, and stop whatever ancient one want to do and goes back home to get
paycheck. Is that clear?" Zeta questioned.
Iroha watches the Akukin building with bloodthirsty eyes.
" Can we blows that up too?" She points at the pink onion shape dome that stand on top of the skyscraper.
"… We aren't here for that today. So, keep waiting, I suspicious that it will collapse either you want it or not."
Six of them quickly moving into the empty city. A lot of cultists in rope has been lures away by the plane with projector.
Shining pictures of Ina's back at the far away buildings.
Every tentacults neuron activated as they are moaning and running at the picture of Ina'nis back, some even falling from the building since they forgot how to
use a ladder as they're desperately rushing to get closer to her precious back.
" That's kinda creepy. Not gonna lies." Chloe shudders.
"At least they are hive mind enough to focus at one thing now. Let's go!" Zeta whispered as she quickly moving forward.

Laplus starting to pants after a long running.
"…Lui." She wheez, as Takane Lui quickly carries her with one arm.
" Keep moving." Lui make a signal as they quickly hide behind an empty bus.
"Look like we make a good progress." Koyori said, in a few hundred meters they will reach the Akukin main building.
Chloe let her ear touch with street's wet floor. " I heard nothing. We're probably alone here."
" Strange. They should've some guards left near the nest. As every social animal do." Iroha whispered.
"Guard may busy watching Ina's back right now." Laplus chuckles.
The truck that parking on the street suddenly open its container as groups of people in cultist robes running out of it, some car on the street suddenly opens
its door and let the hiding tentacults came out.
" We were being ambushed!" Koyori shouts an obvious fact as cultist start shooting their assault rifles at them.
" Chloe! Iroha! Protect master Laplus." Lui barks as she is pulling out her .500 magnum and shoot it, aiming at one of the cultist and blowing his head off.
Iroha slashing her katana to block bullets that running at them.
" We have to move! Quick!" Zeta shouts as she is shooting her rifle at group of tentacults around them.
Six of them quickly running around the street to find a cover.
Koyori spraying acid at one cultist and melting him in a few second, while Chloe throwing her harpoon and pierce through 3 of them at the same time.
But more and more of them keep coming out and there are no ways to kill them all.
Chloe running and pulling her harpoon out of cultists corpses, but she forgets about takodachi that hiding in their heads.
One of the cultist head explodes and the slimy monster jumping at Chloe with incredible force, but Iroha cutting its body in half with her katana.
" Thanks! Kazama!" Chloe said, Iroha quickly pushes her back.
" Go and protect master!" She yelled.
Lui revolver run out of ammo, instead of waste time reloading, she quickly picks up one of cultists' assault rifle and start shooting at mob of tentacults that
surrounding them.
" Aiming for their heads!" She yelled a warning.
Chloe took one parking motorcycle and throws it at the surrounding cultists, knocking the surrounding enemies and open the way for her teammates.
Zeta reloading her gun and shooting at their enemies, aiming at takodachi inside their brain.
" Grenade!" Koyori shouts, mixing Asakoyo in the beer bottle she found and throw it at the truck that still blocking their ways out.
The explosive that follows is big enough to stunning most of tentacults as they are quickly running pass them.
One takodachi jumps at Laplus, but Chloe swings her harpoon like a baseball bat and hit the monster, smashing it against a brick walls.
As they run, Chloe start spinning her harpoon, using Atlantean third waves attack and create a big water dome around Koyori and Laplus.
" Master is safe now!" Iroha reports, Lui nodded.
" Well then. Let's finish this!" Iroha unsheathed her nodachi sword as Lui quickly wears her orange glasses.
In less than one second, a metallic body armor appeared and cover Takane Lui's whole body and given her a mechanical bird-like wings.

Given by god of wisdom Moom' to her people long time ago since their civilization starts on some gas giant planet somewhere in the universe (Lui born on earth and never
see her original planet with her own eyes.)
Legend said that during her travels with Faunyan fertile god. Moom' decide to rest on this planet and Faunyan creates some sort of floating land for their
stays.
Wing creatures that similar to earth's bird start evolving on remaining of the floating land on that gas planet at the time.
Moom' impressed enough to teach them how to make tools and flying with power suit technology before their leaving.
Letting new civilizations to enjoying their life and start traveling among the stars, using newly learn technologies.

And now Lui is using some of that tech, flying with supersonic speed above tentacults head and swinging her titanium whip, a weapon that look like a normal whip until you
put energy inside it, turning the item into 10 meters long laser whip sword that Lui can swing it effortlessly, cutting twelves tentacults head in one strike.
Remaining cultists raising their gun at the enemy from above, but Iroha is already behind them, cutting their bodies in half with her nodachi sword,
before destroying takodachi in their brain with her 'instant shuriken' a small flying blade that grow more than five times bigger as soon as it touches oxygen.
Giant shurikens cutting five tentacults head after Iroha throwing it, destroying the parasitic monsters that hiding inside.
Lui swinging her whip in full circle, cutting every tentacults head that get in her ways. Some takodachis smart enough to get out of it host body and crawling
at her, but not before getting slowly crushes under Lui's feet as she is gently stomping on them.
" Damn! Wish I have those hips." Laplus said from where she peeks inside the water dome. Koyori and Chloe nodded in agreement.
Iroha zigzagged running to avoid bullets from cultists and then aiming carefully to cutting their head off, targeting for their brains.
One tentacults that hide behinds the car shoots his shotgun at her, forcing Iroha to block the buckshot with her nodachi blade.
Samurai throwing tanto knife at her foe, piercing it through his forehead and quickly retrieved it in no time.
" Kazama! Gun!" Lui said as she quickly lands on top of the school bus. Her suit reach its limit now since she still hasn't time to properly fixed it yet.
Iroha pick the shotgun up and throwing it at Lui, who blows tentacults' head off by pulling it trigger.
Chloe shooting her water bullets too, blowing two tentacults head with one attack.
" There are too many of them!" She warned.
" I don't like this at all!" Koyori screams as one takodachi start climbing on water dome and roaring ' Wah!' at them.
Some takodachi changing their tactic. They start opens their mouth and shooting 'chocolate chips cookies' which is their eggs, at the fighting HoloX,
aiming at their mouths.
" They are trying to breeding on us!" Laplus starting to panic while Koyori quickly find something to block her mouth.
Lui's shotgun is running out of ammo. So, she shoved it into one of takodachi mouth before smashing it on the floor, crushing the monster into pulp.
Iroha also retreats back near Lui too. Now she has to hold katana and nodachi swords in both hands.
" Any plans?" She asks. Lui shook her head and starts reloading her revolver as Iroha is covering her from incoming monsters.
"There are too many of them. Even if we can get into Akukin somehow. They will surround us."
" Regroup first. And then plan later." Iroha said, cutting cookies with her katana as Lui is rising her gun and shoot at takodachi's face, blowing it into pieces.
Together, they start moving back where Chloe's water dome is standing.

Koyori and Laplus are hugging and crying as Zeta start knocking the dome. " Let me in! LET ME IN!"
" How can we knows you are not one of them?" Koyori questioned, Chloe nodded.
" Am I look like a perverts with back fetish? Let me in!" Zeta shooting her pistol at something that hiding in the dark without looking back,
avoid being hit by poisonous cookies.
Laplus open her phone and showing picture of Ina'nis back. " What do you feels?" She demanded.
Zeta shrugged. " Nothing."
" Chloe. Let her in." Laplus said. Chloe nodded, open a small hole for Zeta to crawl through.
Lui and Iroha quickly follows. And now 6 of them are hiding in the water dome as hundreds of tentacults and takodachis are surrounding them.
Zeta is going to protest why Iroha and Lui don't need an infection check. But she is too tired to ask and decide to reloading her rifle instead.
" What now?" She asks. Looking at multiple takodachis that climbing on the water wall around them.
" Can you use star destroyers explosives?" Lui asks.
" Maybe. But what will we use against Ina'nis?" Zeta asks back.
" We are all going to die!" Koyori hugging her own knees.
" All this happens because you ordered us to do this job!" Koyori yelled at Laplus. " I am scientist, not a gunslinger! Why do I have to be here instead of my
lab?"
" The world belongs to me!" Laplus yelled back. " I won't let these monsters taking it away from me!"
Koyori laughs. " Rule the world?" She sneers. " You couldn't rules our financial crisis. No need to say about the world."
" And you still not paying our salaries yet." Chloe shouts too, just want to join the fun.
" And you ignore my request regarding Akukin." Iroha cleared her throat.
" Hey! Folks, this is not a workplace strike-" Zeta protests, but everybody ignored her.
" Lui! You are the only person who stays loyal to me. Say something!" Laplus cries at Lui who looks away.
" Well, master Laplus. Things have changed."
Laplus fell on her trouser. " Everybody. Are traitors!" She then starts crying.
" Hey, fellas. What should we do?" Zeta whispered with Lui who winks at her.
" Go to hell! Everyone of you!" Laplus yelling loud enough to shake the city.
Zeta is going to asks Lui what happened, when she notices the bright light that occur outside the water dome.
The city is on fire.
Or to be precise, every tentacults and takodachis are burning by the fires that suddenly appears on their body, as if someone just toss a gasoline on them
before lit the fires up.
In a few minutes the only thing that left is a frying takodachis and cultists burning corpses laying on the ground.
Koyori suddenly hugged Laplus legs.
" As I expect! Our lord and savior. Master Laplus Darkness!"
" The one who treat her minion well." Chloe agrees, kneeling down too.
Laplus sniffed. " You guys are liars, like everyone."
" Of course not. Our loyal are absolute." Iroha kneels down too.
Lui stroking Laplus hair. " Because we are so hopeless without our master help. That's why we have to beg for your mercy."
After a few minutes, Laplus finally stop crying and the fires starts to go down.
Zeta lowers her body too, because she don't want to stand out.
Chloe cancelled her water dome, and they start walking out, almost parading toward the Akukin headquarters.
(Zeta later asks Lui what the hell is that all about and Lui explained that their master is so strong but easy to manipulates.
Her powers are connected to her emotions. So, even if risking a bit.
This way is more surely way for the to win " Beside, her crying face are cute." Lui added, making Zeta feel a bit of sorrow for HoloX leader.)
" Okay, changes of plan. I think we should separated." Zeta suggests.
" What the hell are you talking about?" Laplus asks.
" Ina'nis probably knows our location by now. Maybe we should separated and confuse her a bit. Not knowing where to strikes." Zeta explains.
" I will get the bomb and trying to sneak at Ina from below. Our explosive radius is enough to blows two story houses so we should be fine.
Your guys will go ahead and start attacking, trying to get her attention as much as possible. Understood?"
" Where will you go anyways?" Lui frowned.
" Under the sewers. I will be crawling under her feet before Ina could even realized. If you could grab her attention, of course." Zeta concluded.
" I will go with you." Chloe insists. " I knows the city's sewer system very well. And surely live underwater longer than you. The rest can go by themselves."
Zeta nodded. " Okay then. This is communication device and building map. If you guys locate Ina'nis whereabouts. Told me.
And I will blows her up in no time."
Lui take the items and nodded, without another word, the group start moving.

Hakui Koyori
" I will not go there." Koyori sit angrily and points at the big, long stairs that lead to the Akukin meeting room.
" Have you never play a game? Open, long big stairs. Obviously a trap!" She yelled.
" But isn't the points is to trick them into thinking that we're falling in their traps?" Lui asks.
" Then how can we get out of their traps? Look at that elevator! Small, easy to protect. If we get in…"
" Everybody knows that they couldn't trust elevator in horror movie." Laplus warned.
" This is not horror movie!" Koyori insists.
" Who want to go can go. I will stick with my philosophy and elevator." Koyori start walking to the machine.
" Welp, if anything happens. It's on you." Iroha shrugged.
Koyori quickly run at the elevator and punch the button. In a few seconds, she is disappearing behind the closed door.
"Prepare for the ambush, folks. We have a stair to climb." Lui concluded as they start walking upward.

Koyori pouring Asakoyo in her tanks and separate it in three part, ready to mix it into bomb or other chemicals fluids as she commanded.
Everything seem to be fine, Koyori resting one of her legs and look at her hair in the mirror.
When two tentacles suddenly bursts through the elevator ceiling and try to dragged her upward. Coyote girl screams and struggling as the thing with big eyes
open its mouth that seem to fill with teeth, ready to bite her in half.
Coyote girl pick her extra syringe of Asakoyo and stab it at one of the tentacles, inject the monster with the chemical that start freezing the thing and make
it easily being crush by her hand.
The monster counter by vomiting a black ink that dirtying Koyori gown, making she screams with frustration.
" You think you can swinging your extra-terrestrial ass around and dirty my clothes like that? You freaking cephalopods!"
Koyori aiming her flamethrower at the beast but getting knocked down by other tentacles as the slimy thing that look like takodachi on steroid falling on her.
Koyori punch its face and trying to kick the thing down, but the monster is too big and open its mouth again, trying to munches on her.
Koyori dropped the flamethrower that is slowing her down and kicking the elevator wall to move away from the thing as quickly as possible.
Tentacles wrapping around her leg and dragging Koyori down again, but she finally managed to get a small tube of Asakoyo from her gown pocket and mixing
it while the monster is dragging her closer to its mouth, ready to snap shut.
Koyori open the tube and throws it in the monster mouth, shiny liquid start melting the monster internal organ as it screams and trying to slams Koyori
with the elevators wall.
Koyori using the last resources, her sharp claws that she always hide under the lab gloves.
Koyori swing her hand like she was holding a knife and cutting tentacles that wrapped around her leg, kicking at the monster eyes as it screams in agony.
She finally managed to get up and holding her flamethrower again.
" For science." Asakoyo showering on the monster and start turning it into a pile of liquid. Part of elevator floor start melting but Koyori thinks there will be
enough space for her to stand and wait for this goddamned elevator to reach it destination.
…
When the elevator door is open again. Iroha, Lui and Laplus are waiting outside.
" Everything Okay? You look beats." Laplus asks, looking at the ink-covered gown and some blue blood on her hair and hand.
It seems that Koyori is the only one who get attack during their travel.
" Just met some fool who picks wrong elevator." Koyori give them a mad scientist smile.
