The Woman and Threats from Space
Out on Patrol, he finds a woman with a confusing past and an Evil from Space is coming to Earth.

Izuku/Darkhawk is out on patrol from the Air and yet he is still trying to learn how to use his powers properly without causing collateral damage or injuries or casualties, already he is been doing more training in order for him to get the hang of his new found powers which already he knows is not a Quirk, but an Alien Power. Eventually he spots a group of Pro-Heroes who were investigating the strange craters from the park where he was training how to use his powers before, well they have no idea about the Red Amulet is responsible for creating that crater where it crashed especially the other crater that Izuku/Darkhawk crashed into while trying to fly.
The Pros who are there is, All Might, Eraser Head, Snipe, Best Jeanist, Midnight, Mt Lady, Kamui Woods, Hawks, Mirko and Ryukyu.

"I better avoid this", Izuku/Darkhawk diverts his flight course to another direction to avoid being spotted by the Pros because he's a new comer.

"You think a Villain made this crater thing?"
"We have no one to suspect Aizawa", All Might told Eraser Head that they don't have anyone to suspect for this.
"It could be someone just training for sure", Midnight took a guess.
"We don't know about that either", Mt Lady said to Midnight.

Izuku/Darkhawk manage get to into the alley ways believing it's a safe place to change back into his Human-Self again but before he can do so he was grab by his feet which jolts him and opens his Wrist Blade but stop when he realize it was just a woman who was completely naked for some reason. Well he makes the choice to help her since she looks like she needs help, "I think I won't send her to the hospital right now because I need to know what happened to her", Izuku/Darkhawk needs some answer on why she is naked in the alleys so he will take her home with him for him to get some answers.

"Okay let's go", Izuku/Darkhawk quickly picks her up in a and puts her his back which she holds on to him while he flies into the air on the way home.

Midoriya Apartment
"So tell me what is your name?" Izuku back in Human Form ask the woman who was in his bed if she can tell him her name, already he inform his mom about the situation and told her that they cannot bring the woman to the Hospital not until he gets some answers.
"Nao, my name is Nao Shimura", she answer in a weaken manner or tone.
"Okay Nao, do you mind telling me how did you ended up in the alley naked?" Unfortunately Izuku will not be getting any answers thanks to what Nao is going to say as a response.
"I don't remember anything but my name Izuku", Nao reveals that she has no memory on what happened to her or how did she ended up in the alley naked where Izuku found her.

"Then I suggested you can stay with us Nao, until you get your memories back and then you can tell me or my mom encase I'm not here about what happened to you and how you ended up that alley naked."
"Thanks Izuku, oh and what's your Hero Alias?"
"It's Darkhawk and apparently this Power of mine isn't actually a Quirk, it's an Alien Power that comes from this Red Amulet", Izuku tells Nao that his Powers isn't a Quirk but an Alien Power.

"I know where is that Red Raptor Amulet has gone, it's on Earth and I will find it and bring back Brother Razor", another Raptor that's colored in Blue Colors is out looking for Red Raptor Amulet that's in Izuku's possession is on his way to Earth to get it back, plus whoever is this Razor is, it can't be any good.
Looks like an evil is coming from space is on it's way to Earth to menace the inhabitants just to find that Amulet and probably Izuku/Darkhawk will be the only who can stop it from going that far.
End
Coming up next, Izuku/Darkhawks runs into a Super Villain who was trying to mug a random person whom he might recognize but accidentally made his presences known to Ryuko Tatsuma AKA Ryukyu who will be his second lover, plus his Villain from Space arrives on Earth.
Right now Nao Shimura only remembers her name but the events that led to the death of her entire family when Tenko Shimura went out of control with his Decay Quirk, she doesn't remember any of that, but all that will come back to her eventually.
Trivia: Razor was the real user of Red Amulet, who only appears in War of Kings right after Talon sealed Chris Powell away after learning the true nature of the Fraternity of Raptors although Chris Powell was able to take back control of the Raptor Armor. Razor returns in Darkhawk Infinity Countdown but becomes Chris Powell's ally instead of enemy against Gyre.
