Izuku/Darkhawk attacks a Mugger or just some Villain who's looking for a Random Victim but got seen by another Heroine who would be his second lover. Plus the threat from Space arrives on Earth.

Izuku/Darkhawk is out there again patrolling the City in the skies, but right now he's just in the rooftops to check out for any Villain Activity. He already did more training to get the hang of his Raptor Powers and trying to control his temper that keeps on popping up mysteriously like it has a mind of it's own, "what a good day to be out here without getting scene by any Licences Hero who wouldn't accept my role as a Vigilante", Izuku/Darkhawk muttering to himself gets interrupted by a crashing from under a small bridge.

"Well I guess that's my time to get a move on", Izuku/Darkhawk flaps on his wings and fly to that direction.

In that direction, was Izuku's childhood buddy Katsuki Bakugo who's being attacked by a Sludge Villain who's just looking for some random victim, Kacchan did try to fight back with his Explosion Quirk but the Sludge Villain easily overpowers him in the process. "Dang it!" Katsuki/Kacchan said as the Sludge Villain begins to absorb him until he was struck by a Laser Blast sending the Sludge Villain slamming into a wall.

"Who did that!?" The Sludge Villain yelled getting back on his feet until he sees Izuku/Darkhawk.
"That would be me and I'm the Winged Raptor Hero Darkhawk", Izuku/Darkhawk introduce himself while he watches Kacchan flee the scene with his life.
"Never seen you before, your new here?"
"That's because I am", Izuku/Darkhawk's right arm them morphs in a Blast Cannon and fires one shot but missed before the Sludge Villains lunges at him.

Izuku/Darkhawk was able to lift off into the air before the Sludge Villain can collided with him also he was wondering if did try to kill the Sludge Villain with his Arm Blast Cannon, his thoughts get interrupted when the Sludge Villain manage to catch him and bring him down, "I'm going to consume you instead Bird Boy!" The Sludge Villain attempts to absorb Izuku/Darkhawk unaware that the Raptor Amulet is about to retaliate in the defense of it's host.
Suddenly both combatants gets engulfed in a bright Red Light that came from Izuku/Darkhawk's Raptor Amulet. When the Red Light finally lifted, Izuku/Darkhawk is the only one standing while the Sludge Villain is knocked unconscious, "did I do that or did my Raptor Amulet do that?" Izuku/Darkhawk ask himself if all that was caused by him or caused by his Raptor Amulet.
"Hey you", Izuku/Darkhawk turns around and sees Ryuko Tatsuma AKA Ryukyu who gets his attention.
"Ryuko Tatsuma, Hero Name Ryukyu, Quirk Dragon", Izuku/Darkhawk spell out her profile while checking his notebook with the sketch of her.
"Well looks like you know me that well already, you a fan?"
"Many Heroes and Heroines Ryuko", true Izuku/Darkhawk was a fan of many Heroes and Heroines aside from just All Might.
"Ah okay, so your new here since you just knocked out that Sludge Villain right?"
"Yes Ryuko", Izuku/Darkhawk prepares himself because he knows what Ryuko has in mine since he's not Licences Hero like her.
"But you do realize your not Licences like me and your work is just that of a Vigilante."
"That Sludge Villain was going to kill kid, I'm not going to standby and let him kill the kid and if I just called out to any Heroes he'll be dead by then", Izuku/Darkhawk was referring to Kacchan.
"But still, your not Licences", Ryuko counters with her attachment to the Rules and Laws which is really outdated, but Izuku/Darkhawk retorts by blasting her with his Arm Cannon while her guard was down which knocks her unconscious in a single shot.

"Apologies Ryuko, but I still don't know much about my Raptor Powers which isn't a Quirk and I get the feeling it could be dangerous if I choose to be a Licence Hero like you, All Might and many others whatsoever", Izuku/Darkhawk mutters that he cannot accept the idea of being Licences like her and others due to his lack of knowledge of his Raptor Powers that's not a Quirk.

Elsewhere
Meanwhile the another Raptor crashes into the same park that Izuku/Darkhawk was originally training in, this Raptor emerges from the crater, "I have arrived, now I'm going to find where the Amulet of Brother Razor has gone", the Raptor known as Shir Yden Talonis or Talon then flies off to search for the Red Amulet that's in Izuku's possession.

Next, Izuku/Darkhawk gets confronted by the Raptor known as Talon and they battle in public.
Notes: Izuku won't be attending UA because as Darkhawk, he just will operate as a Vigilante but the Pros will come in accepting him in some other Chapter after they get the story of the Fraternity of Raptors which Izuku will learn after he sees more visions.
