Darkhawk VS Talon
Izuku/Darkhawk meets and battles Talon in Public after they meet.

Izuku is reading a newspaper article with him in it, "new comer, the Raptor Winged Hero Darkhawk", that's what Izuku is reading but he does not see that as good news because Ryuko may have told many of the Pros who are licences would see him a threat due to not being licences like all of them and he's operating as a Vigilante which many have hard time trying to accept.
"Should that being a good thing?" Nao ask him if that should be a good thing, so far nothing from her memories has come back yet.
"No that's not a good thing Nao, because they would all know that I'm operating as a Vigilante and they have no idea that my powers isn't a Quirk."

Elsewhere in another part of the city, Izuku and Nao sits down on a bench after a 2 hour long walk. "Well have you thought about any happy thoughts now?" Nao ask if he got some happy thoughts now.
"I think I only got some normal thoughts on spending time with you."
"I think that's happy enough for me Izuku", suddenly Izuku could some how sense another Raptor heading toward their direction.
"What is it Izuku?"
"I think I can sense another Raptor coming our way", Izuku says while he looks around to see where the other Raptor is.

"There!" Izuku pointed and the Raptor which is Talon who walks up to them.
"Your another Raptor", despite Talon is still posing as a Human, Izuku can still tell that he is really a Raptor.
"You can really tell that I am one designation Izuku Midoriya and I see you did gain some knowledge about the Fraternity of Raptors", Talon is impress that Izuku can tell despite the Human Disguise.
"What do you want?"
"First introductions, my name is Shir Ydon Talonis or just Talon, what I want is for you to hand over the Red Raptor Amulet that you have, that Amulet was Brother Razor's Amulet."
"Razor, he's the real owner of this Amulet and the Raptor Armor."
"Correct Designation Izuku Midoriya."
"Just call me Izuku or Darkhawk."
"Fine, Izuku, I want you to hand over the Amulet", Talon ask again to Izuku to hand over the Amulet.
"Absolutely not Talon!" Izuku refuse to hand it over, probably because he doesn't like Talon's intentions after he has it in his hands.
"Then I will have to rip it out of your hands then", Talon shifts into his Raptor Form.
"Let's do this Talon", Izuku shifts into Darkhawk ready to face Talon, but this duel will get the public and Heroes including Villains around the world's attention whatsoever.
"Nao stay out of this, our battle is to ourselves", Izuku/Darkhawk tells Nao to stay out of this fight since she is just a Quirkless Woman.
"I understand Izuku."

Battle Time
The crowd of people in the streets jolted after a sudden explosion and Izuku/Darkhawk was send flying and skids on the road slamming into a truck, Izuku/Darkhawk could hear the crowd of people recognizing him as he gets back on his feet but gets pinned on the floor when Talon appears and gets on top of him. "I told you I'm going to rip it out of your hands!" Talon attempts to rip the Red Amulet out of Izuku/Darkhawk.
"NO!"
POW!
Talon was send flying and lands on a car trashing it in the process after one high-powered uppercut, the people who were in the car manage to get out before Talon can crash in there. "That didn't even faze me Darkhawk!" Talon shouted getting back up in his feet.
"Let's continue this!" Izuku/Darkhawk tells him to continue fighting but Talon morphs his right arm into the same Blast Cannon.
"Oh not the Blast Cannon!"

Talon repeatedly fires his Blast Cannon while Izuku/Darkhawk evades each shot, but those shots damages and destroys several buildings, vehicles and light poles in the process while get out of the way to take cover. Izuku/Darkhawk then knocks Talon with a single shot of his own Blast Cannon, he lands and checks out if he has defeated Talon who's on the floor.
"Well played Darkhawk", Talon is not defeated as he gets back up on his feet and rams Izuku/Darkhawk while his guard was down and begins to pummel him while he in the air and making more attempts to get his hands on.
"NOOOO!" Izuku/Darkhawk retaliates with his Raptor Amulet that fires a laser blast that knocks Talon off him and he crashes on the road.

"I told you already Talon, you can't have it."
"Looks the battle goes into a stalemate for now Darkhawk, I will continue getting my hands on that Raptor Amulet some other time", Talon flies away from the scene because he notice the Pros are coming and Izuku/Darkhawk looks behind to see them.
"Oh it's you Ryuko and you got company with All Might too", Izuku/Darkhawk said after seeing her among the Pros with All Might.
"I see you have another Raptor."
"No Ryuko, Talon isn't my side, he wants to take my Raptor Amulet."
"You mean your Quirk, that's coming from your Red Raptor Amulet."
"No, my Powers and Raptor Amulet isn't a Quirk, it's actually an Alien object I found and it bonded with me granting me powers with this Armor. I am Human from Earth, but Talon on the other hand is an Alien and he has the ability to pose as a Human", Izuku/Darkhawk explains everything about his powers and Talon.
"And your trying to be sure Talon doesn't get his hands on otherwise whatever he's planning is not good."
"Yes Ryuko, you have to accept what have to do even if it means Vigilante that a lot of you Licences Heroes have a hard time trying to accept", Izuku/Darkhawk then uses a flash of light and disappears from the scene but takes Nao with him and head home.
End
Following Chapter, this encounter and first battle with Talon got everybody in the world to know of Izuku/Darkhawk's presences, well he needs to stay out of sight while trying keep out of Talon's sight.
Talon's Human Disguise form I pick for Talon is Shogo Makishima from Psycho Pass.
