Like merchandise.

Just as the lowlifes referred to the victims as and All Might felt his teeth and fists clench when they stepped in front of a shipping container.

It must have been soundproofed because he could not hear a noise coming from it.

"Despicable," All Might muttered, moving forward to force the container open, bending the metal with ease. It did not take long to hear the cries and screams of the victims inside and he smiled his famous grin, "Don't be scared for I am here!"

Kagome stared at him like he was insane as she stood back some, staring impassively as mid-range teenage girls and a few even younger teen boys cautiously began to move from the mangled shipping container and clearly felt relief and safety as soon as they spotted All Might.

"It's All Might!"

"He saved us!"

"Thank you so much!"

"You have no idea–!"

"What about those men?!"

The sudden uproar in noise caused Kagome to close her eyes, who wanted nothing more than to leave and claim her reward and with the victims saved, she could do just that.

"Ah, Miko!" All Might shouted, causing the girl to stop for a moment, "I must insist that you all thank Miko as well. She did most of the work to save you." He sighed when the words seemed to go over the heads over the starstruck group.

Kagome was thankful they did not seem to hear All Might, but was surprised to feel something grip her hand and cursed the drugs for dulling her senses so badly that she did not even feel the presence behind her.

"I–I... t-thank you, Miko-san! For saving us!" A younger ragged teen girl shakily held her hand, crying freely, "M-my family will know I'm safe now!"

Blue eyes stared down at their connected hands with no emotion, not feeling anything from this stranger's tears as she simply walked away with no words. The girl let go, wiping her face and wailed loudly when the situation finally hit her and her new Hero just did not care at all.

"Miko, wait!" All Might called out, "The police are on their way! I must stay and answer their questions!" He dug his nails into his palm, knowing he would have no longer than that before he would be forced to transform, "Let's meet tomorrow!"

Kagome paused.

All Might sighed in relief when she nodded after a moment before she disappeared behind one of the shipping containers, 'Wait,' He thought, 'I didn't say where to meet, did I?' He almost groaned out loud, remembering where he was at.

"How come I've never heard of 'Miko' before?" A younger boy of perhaps fourteen asked curiously and All Might just wanted to collapse in his bed, saddened that such a kid had to see the darker side of humanity.

"She's a secret Hero," All Might smiled, "That's why she must remain secret. Can you all promise me to keep Miko a secret? And I can promise you that I'll get you a limited edition All Might item of your choice~!"

It was clear he was distracting them of bits of their troubles as some called out what they wanted and he let out his signature grin, but he was not as into his fanfare as he usually was.

He was much too preoccupied.

"You broke the number one rule."

Kagome looked down.

The President rested her chin on folded hands, looking severe as the Deputy stood beside her, expressing the same face, "You must never break communication, no matter the circumstances," She furrowed her brows, "Yet you did so deliberately. Why?"

It was silent.

"Of course. I shouldn't expect an answer," The President sighed, "What was it about All Might that you would disobey an order?" She asked before one brow rose, "Tell me, Miko, did you talk with him?"

Perhaps...

It was time to call in the man himself.
